أصول الشاشي هو كتاب في أصول الفقه حسب المذهب الحنفي. يُدرّس الكتاب كجزء أساسي ضمن منهج الطلاب في العديد من المعاهد الدينية الإسلامية، وخاصةً في جنوب آسيا. ويوجد جدل حول هوية مؤلف العمل إذا ما كان أحمد بن محمد بن إسحاق الشاشي نظام الدين أبو علي أو محمد فيض الحسن الكنكوهي .

Translation

Usul al-Shashi is a book on the principles of jurisprudence according to the Hanafi school of thought. The book is taught as an essential part of the student curriculum in many Islamic seminaries, especially in South Asia. There is controversy over the identity of the author of the work, whether it was Ahmed bin Muhammad bin Ishaq Al-Shashi Nizam al-Din Abu Ali or Muhammad Fayd al-Hasan al-Kankuhi.
