مبادئ الأصول. كتاب أملاه الإمام الجزائري عبد الحميد بن باديس المعروف بـ ابن باديس، في أصول الفقه. نشرته الشركة الوطنية للنشر والتوزيع بتحقيق الدكتور عمار الطالبي. قال المحقق عمار الطالبي في تعريف الكتاب: «رسالة هامة من رسائل الإمام ابن باديس في علم الأصول، إتصل نشاطه العلمي فيها بنشاط أسلافه من القدماء، فأحيا بها البحث العلمي، والنظر في الأصول، وفي المنهج، ولم يكتفي بالفروع كما هو ديدن الفقهاء المتأخرين الذين اقتصروا على الجزئيات، ولم يلتفتوا إلى الكليات التي تنبني عليها إلا قليلا.»
Translation
Principles of assets. A book dictated by the Algerian Imam Abdel Hamid Ibn Badis, known as Ibn Badis, on the principles of jurisprudence. Published by the National Publishing and Distribution Company, investigated by Dr. Ammar Al-Talbi. The investigator Ammar al-Talbi said in defining the book: “An important treatise from Imam Ibn Badis on the science of principles, in which his scientific activity was connected to the activity of his ancient predecessors. With it, he revived scientific research and consideration of the principles and the method. He was not satisfied with the branches, as was the custom of later jurists who limited themselves to particulars, and paid little attention to the universals on which they are based.”
