ٳرشاد الفحول إلى تحقيق الحق من علم الأصول أحد كتب أصول الفقة ألفه الامام محمد الشوكاني (1173 هـ , 1250 هـ - 1759 , 1834) , قصد المؤلف في مؤلفه بيان الراجح في الفقة من المرجوح ، وأوضح فيه السقيم من الصحيح في مسائل علم الأصول ليكون العالم الأصولي على بصيرة من علمه ، وقد رتب الامام محمد الشوكاني كتابه على مقدمة وسبعة مقاصد وخاتمة. يقول الامام محمد الشوكاني في مقدمة كتابه:

Guiding stallions to achieving the truth from the science of jurisprudence is one of the books on the fundamentals of jurisprudence, written by Imam Muhammad Al-Shawkani (1173 AH, 1250 AH - 1759, 1834). In his book, the author intended to clarify what is more correct in jurisprudence from what is more likely, and in it he clarified what is wrong from what is correct in matters of jurisprudence, so that the fundamentalist scholar would have insight into his knowledge. Imam Muhammad Al-Shawkani arranged his book into an introduction and seven objectives. And a conclusion. Imam Muhammad Al-Shawkani says in the introduction to his book:
