هذا الكتاب "الأصول من علم الأصول" لمؤلفه ابن عثيمين يتناول موضوع أصول الفقه وقواعده، ويعرّف الأصول باعتبار مفردتيه "أصل" و"فقه"، ويشرح معنى كل منهما. يتناول الكتاب تعريف أصول الفقه باعتباره العلم بمعرفة الأحكام الشرعية العملية بأدلتها التفصيلية، مبيناً الفروق بين الأحكام الشرعية والعلمية والعادية. كما يشير إلى أن معرفة الأحكام الفقهية قد تكون يقينية أو ظنية، ويستعرض أقسام الأحكام الشرعية والتكليفية، ويناقش مفاهيم مهمة في علم الأصول مثل العلم وأقسامه، والكلام وأقسامه، والحقيقة والمجاز، والأمر والنهي وصيغهما.

Translation

This book, “The Principles of Ilm al-Usul,” by Ibn Uthaymeen, deals with the subject of the principles of jurisprudence and its rules. He defines the principles of jurisprudence by considering its terms “usul” and “jurisprudence,” and explains the meaning of each of them. The book deals with the definition of the principles of jurisprudence as the science of knowing practical legal rulings with their detailed evidence, indicating the differences between legal, scientific, and ordinary rulings. It also indicates that knowledge of jurisprudential rulings may be certain or speculative, and reviews the sections of legal and mandatory rulings, and discusses important concepts in the science of principles such as knowledge and its sections, speech and its sections, truth and metaphor, command and prohibition and their formulas.
