هذا الكتاب يتناول موضوع القياس في الأصول الفقهية، ويستعرض أهميته كدليل فقهي رئيسي، مع مناقشة أدلة сторонية ومؤيدة لحجية القياس، وأدلة معارضة له. يبدأ المؤلف بتعريف القياس لغة واصطلاحاً، ويناقش أنواعه وأول من نقل عنه إنكاره. ثم يعرض لأدلة نفاة القياس من القرآن والسنة والمعقول، ويرد عليها، ويستدل بدوره على حجية القياس من الكتاب والسنة والإجماع. الكتاب يهدف إلى إثبات صحة القياس وبيان أهميته في استنباط الأحكام الفقهية، مع الرد على منكريه.

Translation

This book deals with the topic of analogy in the principles of jurisprudence, and reviews its importance as a main jurisprudential guide, with a discussion of fiqh evidence supporting the validity of analogy, and evidence opposing it. The author begins by defining analogy linguistically and terminologically, and discusses its types and the first to quote its denial. Then he presents the evidence of the negation of analogy from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the reasonable, and responds to it, and in turn infers the validity of analogy from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and consensus. The book aims to prove the validity of analogy and explain its importance in deriving jurisprudential rulings, while responding to those who deny it.
