هذا الكتاب "الإنصاف في بيان أسباب الاختلاف" لمؤلفه شاه ولي الله الدهلوي، يتناول موضوع أسباب اختلاف العلماء والمذاهب الفقهية في الإسلام. يركز الكتاب على تحليل أسباب اختلاف الصحابة والتابعين في الفروع الفقهية، وكذلك اختلاف مذاهب الفقهاء، وسباب الاختلاف بين أهل الحديث وأصحاب الرأي. يهدف المؤلف إلى تقديم ميزان يساعد في تحديد الحق في هذه الاختلافات الفقهية.
Translation
This book, “Al-Insaaf fi Bayan Bayan al-`Aziz al-Difference,” by Shah Waliullah Dehlawi, deals with the topic of the reasons for differences among scholars and jurisprudential schools of thought in Islam. The book focuses on analyzing the reasons for the differences between the Companions and their followers in the branches of jurisprudence, as well as the differences in the doctrines of the jurists, and the reasons for the disagreement between the scholars of hadith and the people of opinion. The author aims to provide a balance that helps determine the right to these jurisprudential differences.
