هذا الكتاب "التحبير شرح التحرير في أصول الفقه" هو شرح للمؤلف المرداوي لكتابه السابق "تحرير المنقول" في ميدان أصول الفقه. يتناول الشارح مذاهب علماء الأصول المعروفين وأتباعهم، مع الإشارة إلى آراء المعتزلة والرافضة والأشاعرة، ويستعرض آراء علماء مدرسة الحنابلة. يهدف إلى تقديم توضيحات وافية لحل المشكلات الفقهية وبيان مسائل الأصول من منظور شامل ومتنوع.
Translation
This book, “Al-Tahrir Sharh Al-Tahrir fi Usul Al-Fiqh,” is an explanation by the author Al-Mardawi of his previous book, “Tahrir Al-Manqul,” in the field of Usul Al-Fiqh. The commentator deals with the doctrines of well-known fundamentalist scholars and their followers, with reference to the opinions of the Mu'tazilites, the Rafidites, and the Ash'aris, and reviews the opinions of the scholars of the Hanbali school. It aims to provide comprehensive explanations to solve jurisprudential problems and explain issues of fundamentals from a comprehensive and diverse perspective.
