كتاب “التمهيد في تخريج الفروع على الأصول” للإسنوي هو مؤلف في أصول الفقه والقواعد الفقهية، يهدف إلى بيان كيفية تخريج الأحكام الفقهية الفرعية وربطها بالأصول الكلية والقواعد الأصولية. يتناول الكتاب موضوعات أساسية في علم الأصول كتقسيم الألفاظ، والاشتقاق، والترادف، والاشتراك، والحقيقة والمجاز، والعموم والخصوص، والنواهي، وكيفية الاستدلال بالألفاظ، مع التركيز على تطبيق هذه الأصول على المسائل الفقهية. يبدأ المؤلف بمقدمة يبين فيها أهمية علم أصول الفقه كأساس للاجتهاد وشرط لصحة الفتوى، مشيرًا إلى ما يحتاج إليه المجتهد من معرفة الكتاب والسنة والإجماع واللغة والقياس.

Translation

The book “The Introduction to Graduation of Branches on Usul” by Al-Isnawi is a book on the principles of jurisprudence and jurisprudential rules. It aims to explain how to graduate the subsidiary jurisprudential rulings and link them to the general principles and jurisprudential rules. The book deals with basic topics in the science of jurisprudence, such as division of words, derivation, synonymy, association, truth and metaphor, generality and specificity, prohibitions, and how to infer words, with a focus on applying these principles to jurisprudential issues. The author begins with an introduction in which he explains the importance of the science of jurisprudence as a basis for ijtihad and a condition for the validity of the fatwa, pointing out what the diligent person needs in terms of knowledge of the Qur’an, Sunnah, consensus, language, and analogy.
