Translation
This book, “Al-Aqd Al-Talid fi Ikhtisar Al-Durr Al-Nadhid,” or also known as “Al-Mu’aid” by Al-Ulamwi, deals with the topics of the foundations of jurisprudence and the rules of jurisprudence, focusing on the etiquette of the teacher and the learner in the field of legal science. The book deals with the virtues of engaging in science and its classification, and discusses the sections and levels of forensic science, with a focus on the etiquette of teachers and learners in the field of teaching and learning, including their etiquette within themselves and in the lesson council.
