هذا الكتاب يتناول دراسة المذاهب الفقهية الإسلامية بشكل مدخل تمهيدي، حيث يركز على توثيق وفهم التراث الإسلامي ومبادئ المذاهب الفقهية الرئيسية كمذهب الشافعية والحنفية. يهدف المؤلف إلى تقديم أداة فهم صحيحة للتراث الفقهي وقواعد المذاهب، مع التأكيد على أهمية الاستفادة منه دون القبول المطلق أو الرفض المطلق أو الانتقاء العشوائي.
Translation
This book deals with the study of Islamic jurisprudential schools in the form of an introductory introduction, as it focuses on documenting and understanding the Islamic heritage and the principles of the main schools of jurisprudence, such as the Shafi’i and Hanafi schools of thought. The author aims to provide a correct understanding tool for the jurisprudential heritage and the rules of schools of thought, while emphasizing the importance of benefiting from it without absolute acceptance, absolute rejection, or random selection.
