Translation

This book, “Al-Ashbah wa Al-Naza’ir” by Ibn Najim, is one of the jurisprudential books that deals with the general rules and principles of jurisprudence. It focuses on clarifying the concept of intention and its terms and conditions, while dealing with multiple topics related to intention and legal intention in acts of worship and transactions. The book aims to explain how to distinguish similarities and counterparts in jurisprudential rulings, and includes general jurisprudential rules and details on various issues of Islamic jurisprudence.
