هذا الكتاب "المهذب في علم أصول الفقه المقارن" للدكتور عبد الكريم النملة يتناول موضوع أصول الفقه بشكل مقارن، مقدما تعريفاً لمفهوم الأصول والفقه وأصول الفقه، ومستعرضا الفروق بين القواعد الأصولية والفقهية، وموضحاً أهمية وأصول هذا العلم. كما يدرس المصطلحات والأساليب المستخدمة في دراسة أصول الفقه، ويستعرض المصادر التي استُمد منها هذا العلم وطرق تأليفه.
Translation
This book, “Al-Muhadhdhab fi Ilm Usul al-Fiqh Comparative,” by Dr. Abd al-Karim al-Namlah, deals with the subject of fundamentals of jurisprudence in a comparative manner, providing a definition of the concept of fundamentals, jurisprudence, and the principles of jurisprudence, reviewing the differences between fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules, and explaining the importance and foundations of this science. It also studies the terminology and methods used in studying the principles of jurisprudence, and reviews the sources from which this science was derived and the methods of its composition.
