هذا الكتاب "تاريخ التشريع الإسلامي" للدكتور مناع القطان يتناول تاريخ التشريع الفقهي في الإسلام من منظور تاريخي ومنهجي. يركز المؤلف على عصر التشريع من بداية البعثة النبوية حتى وفاة الرسول، مبيناً حالة العرب والعالم آنذاك ومهمة الإسلام التشريعية. كما يدرس مصادر التشريع الرئيسية وهي القرآن والسنة، ويناقش مكانة السنة في التشريع الإسلامي وتطور علم الحديث. الكتاب يهدف إلى فهم نشأة الفقه الإسلامي وتطوره عبر العصور، ودوره في تقديم حلول للمشكلات الحياتية في كل عصر.

Translation

This book, “The History of Islamic Legislation” by Dr. Manna Al-Qattan, deals with the history of jurisprudential legislation in Islam from a historical and methodological perspective. The author focuses on the era of legislation from the beginning of the prophetic mission until the death of the Messenger, showing the state of the Arabs and the world at that time and the legislative mission of Islam. It also studies the main sources of legislation, which are the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and discusses the place of the Sunnah in Islamic legislation and the development of hadith science. The book aims to understand the origins of Islamic jurisprudence and its development throughout the ages, and its role in providing solutions to life’s problems in every era.
