هذا الكتاب "تيسير علم أصول الفقه" للدكتور عبد الله الجديع يتناول تعريفات وأصول علم أصول الفقه، ويستعرض الفروق بين القواعد الأصولية والفقهية. كما يدرس مباحث الأحكام الفقهية ويناقش أنواعها وأقسامها، مع التطرق إلى مفهوم الحكم الوضعي والحكم التكليفي. يركز الكتاب على تبسيط مفاهيم هذا العلم المعقد وتقريبها للقارئ، مع الإشارة إلى أهمية الإخلاص في طلب العلم ودوره في الوصول إلى مقاصد الشريعة.
Translation
This book, “Taysir Ilm Usul al-Fiqh,” by Dr. Abdullah al-Jada’i, deals with the definitions and principles of the science of jurisprudence, and reviews the differences between fundamental and jurisprudential rules. It also studies the issues of jurisprudential rulings and discusses their types and categories, while addressing the concept of positive ruling and mandatory ruling. The book focuses on simplifying the concepts of this complex science and bringing them closer to the reader, while pointing out the importance of sincerity in seeking knowledge and its role in achieving the goals of Sharia.
