This is a book on the principles of jurisprudence that examines the issue of a single report and its validity. It deals in two chapters with what a single report is useful in terms of suspicion or knowledge, and the ruling on acting on it in fatwas, testimony, punishments, etc., with a discussion of the evidence of the prohibitors and a response to them.
