قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي بِخَطِّ يَدِهِ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَكْبَرُ عِلْمِي أَنَّ أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ مِنْ أَعْتَى النَّاسِ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَنْ قَتَلَ غَيْرَ قَاتِلِهِ أَوْ طَلَبَ بِدَمِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْإِسْلَامِ أَوْ بَصَّرَ عَيْنَيْهِ فِي النَّوْمِ مَا لَمْ تُبْصِرَا

Abdullah said: I found in my father’s book in his own handwriting that Ali bin Abdullah narrated to us, and the greatest of my knowledge is that my father narrated to us. He said: Yazid bin narrated to us. Zurai’ said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Ishaq told us, he said: al-Zuhri told us, on the authority of Ata’ ibn Yazid al-Laythi, on the authority of Abu Shurayh al-Khuza’i, that the Messenger God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said that among the people most cruel to God Almighty is he who kills someone other than his killer or seeks the blood of pre-Islamic times from the people of Islam. Or he looked at his eyes in sleep as long as they did not see.

حَدَّثَنَا فَيَّاضُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقِّيُّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ الْكِلَابِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ قَالَلَمَّا فَتَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَكَّةَ جَعَلَ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ يَأْتُونَهُ بِصِبْيَانِهِمْ فَيَمْسَحُ عَلَى رُءُوسِهِمْ وَيَدْعُو لَهُمْ فَجِيءَ بِي إِلَيْهِ وَإِنِّي مُطَيَّبٌ بِالْخَلُوقِ وَلَمْ يَمْسَحْ عَلَى رَأْسِي وَلَمْ يَمْنَعْهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا أَنَّ أُمِّي خَلَّقَتْنِي بِالْخَلُوقِ فَلَمْ يَمَسَّنِي مِنْ أَجْلِ الْخَلُوقِ

Fayyad ibn Muhammad al-Raqqi told us, on the authority of Ja`far ibn Burqan, on the authority of Thabit ibn al-Hajjaj al-Kalabi, on the authority of Abdullah al-Hamdani, on the authority of al-Walid ibn Uqba said, “When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, conquered Mecca, he made the people of Mecca bring their boys to him, and he would wipe over their heads and pray So he brought me to him, and I was of good moral character. He did not wipe my head, nor did he prevent him from doing so, except that my mother created me with good morals, so he did not He touches me for the sake of creation

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ لَقِيطِ بْنِ صَبِرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اسْتَنْشَقْتَ فَبَالِغْ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ صَائِمًا

Waki’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Hashim, on the authority of Asim bin Laqit bin Sabrah, on the authority of his father, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said If you inhale, adulterate unless you are fasting.

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ لَقِيطِ بْنِ صَبِرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِذَا تَوَضَّأْتَ فَخَلِّلْ الْأَصَابِعَ

Waki’ told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Abu Hashim, Ismail bin Kathir, on the authority of Asim bin Laqit bin Sabra, on the authority of his father, I said, “I came to the Prophet May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and he said, “When you perform ablution, cross your fingers.”

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ لَقِيطِ بْنِ صَبِرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَبَحَ لَنَا شَاةً وَقَالَ لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَا يَحْسَبَنَّ إِنَّا إِنَّمَا ذَبَحْنَاهَا لَكَ وَلَكِنْ لَنَا غَنَمٌ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَةً ذَبَحْنَا شَاةً

Waki’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Hashim, Ismail bin Kathir, on the authority of Asim bin Laqit bin Sabra, on the authority of his father, I said, “I came to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.” May God bless him and grant him peace. So he slaughtered a sheep for us and said, “Do not think.” He did not say, “They do not think. We only slaughtered it for you, but we have sheep.” So, behold, It was one hundred. We slaughtered a sheep

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ لَقِيطِ بْنِ صَبِرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا تَوَضَّأْتَ فَأَبْلِغْ فِي الِاسْتِنْشَاقِ مَا لَمْ تَكُنْ صَائِمًا

Abdul Rahman told us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Ismail bin Kathir, Abi Hashim, on the authority of Asim bin Laqit bin Sabra, on the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Peace and blessings of God be upon him: If you perform ablution, then continue to inhale it unless you are fasting.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أَبُو هَاشِمٍ الْمَكِّيُّ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ لَقِيطِ بْنِ صَبِرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَافِدِ بَنِي الْمُنْتَفِقِ قَالَانْطَلَقْتُ أَنَا وَصَاحِبٌ لِي حَتَّى انْتَهَيْنَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ نَجِدْهُ فَأَطْعَمَتْنَا عَائِشَةُ تَمْرًا وَعَصَدَتْ لَنَا عَصِيدَةً إِذْ جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَقَلَّعُ فَقَالَ هَلْ أُطْعِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ قُلْنَا نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَبَيْنَا نَحْنُ كَذَلِكَ دَفَعَ رَاعِي الْغَنَمِ فِي الْمُرَاحِ عَلَى يَدِهِ سَخْلَةٌ قَالَ هَلْ وَلَدَتْ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَاذْبَحْ لَنَا شَاةً ثُمَّ أَقْبِلْ عَلَيْنَا فَقَالَ لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَا يَحْسَبَنَّ إِنَّا ذَبَحْنَا الشَّاةَ مِنْ أَجْلِكُمَا لَنَا غَنَمٌ مِائَةٌ لَا نُرِيدُ أَنْ تَزِيدَ عَلَيْهَا فَإِذَا وَلَّدَ الرَّاعِي بَهْمَةً أَمَرْنَاهُ بِذَبْحِ شَاةٍ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ الْوُضُوءِ قَالَ إِذَا تَوَضَّأْتَ فَأَسْبِغْ وَخَلِّلْ الْأَصَابِعَ وَإِذَا اسْتَنْثَرْتَ فَأَبْلِغْ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ صَائِمًا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ لِي امْرَأَةً فَذَكَرَ مِنْ طُولِ لِسَانِهَا وَإِيذَائِهَا فَقَالَ طَلِّقْهَا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّهَا ذَاتُ صُحْبَةٍ وَوَلَدٍ قَالَ فَأَمْسِكْهَا وَأْمُرْهَا فَإِنْ يَكُ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ فَسَتَفْعَلْ وَلَا تَضْرِبْ ظَعِينَتَكَ ضَرْبَكَ أَمَتَكَ

Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, saying: Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, saying: Ismail bin Katheer, Abu Hashim al-Makki narrated to us, on the authority of Asim bin Laqit bin Sabra, on the authority of his father, Wafid of Banu al-Muntafiq, said: I and a companion of mine set off until we reached the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, but we did not find him. So Aisha fed us dates and prepared porridge for us when the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came and said, “Have you been fed with anything?” We said, “Yes, oh.” Messenger of God, while we were still there, the shepherd pushed a lamb into the stalls on his hand. He said, “Has it given birth?” He said, “Yes.” He said, “Then slaughter a sheep for us, then He came to us and said, “Do not think.” He did not say, “Do not think. We slaughtered the sheep for your sake. We have a hundred sheep, and we do not want them to be more.” So, when the shepherd gave birth to a sheep, We commanded him to slaughter a sheep. He said, O Messenger of God, tell me about ablution. He said: If you perform ablution, perform it well and cleanse it. The fingers, and when they are spread, then reach them unless you are fasting. He said, “O Messenger of God, I have a wife.” He mentioned about her harsh tongue and her harming her. He said, “Divorce her.” He said, “O Messenger of God, she has a companion and a son.” He said, “Seize her and command her. If there is good in her, then she will do it and not strike.” Your servant has struck you

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ وَيَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَعْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كَقَتْلِهِ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عُذِّبَ بِهِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَلَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ نَذْرٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ وَمَنْ رَمَى مُؤْمِنًا بِكُفْرٍ فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ وَمَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ

Yahya bin Saeed told us, he said, Hisham told us, and more, he said, Hisham told us, he said, Yahya told me, on the authority of Abu Qulaabah, on the authority of Thabit bin Al-Dahhakhan said that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Cursing a believer is like killing him, and whoever kills himself for something in this world will be punished for it in the Hereafter and not for A Muslim man has vowed to do what he does not own, and whoever accuses a believer of disbelief, it is like killing him, and whoever swears by a religion other than Islam as a lie, it is as he said.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ

He said: Abd al-Razzaq told us: Sufyan told us, on the authority of Khalid al-Hadha’, on the authority of Abu Qilaba, on the authority of Thabit ibn al-Dahhak al-Ansari, the Messenger of God said: May God’s prayers and peace be upon him. Whoever swears by a religion other than Islam, lying intentionally, is as he said.

وَقَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عَذَّبَهُ اللَّهُ بِهِ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ

He said: Whoever kills himself with something, God will punish him for it in the fire of Hell.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو قِلَابَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ثَابِتُ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ وَكَانَ مِمَّنْ بَايَعَ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عُذِّبَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ نَذْرٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ

He said: Abd al-Samad told us: Harb told us: Yahya told us: Abu Qalaba told me: Thabit ibn al-Dahhak al-Ansari told me: He was among those who He pledged allegiance under the tree because the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever swears an oath to a religion other than Islam is a liar, then he is as he said, and whoever kills He will punish himself with something for which he will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and no man is obligated to vow about what he does not possess.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ السَّائِبِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَعْقِلٍ عَنْ الْمُزَارَعَةِ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْمُزَارَعَةِ

He said: Affan told us: Abdullah bin Ziyad told us: Sulayman al-Shaybani told us: Abdullah bin al-Sa’ib told us: I asked Abdul Allah bin Maqil on the authority of farming, and he said: Thabit bin Al-Dahhak told us that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade farming.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ وَلَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ نَذْرٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عُذِّبَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

He said: Affan told us, he said: Aban told us, he said: Yahya bin Abi Kathir told us, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, on the authority of Thabit bin al-Dahhak al-Ansariyyaan, that The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever swears to a religion other than Islam, falsely, is as he said, and a man is not obligated to vow that which he does not possess, and whoever He killed himself for something in this world, for which he will be punished on the Day of Resurrection.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الشَّجَرَةِ ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدُ أَوْ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ أَوْ ذَبَحَ ذَبَحَهُ اللَّهُ بِهِ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ

He said: Muhammad bin Ja’far told us: Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Khalid, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, on the authority of Thabit bin al-Dahhak, and he was one of the companions of the tree. Then he said After or on the authority of a man, on the authority of Thabit ibn al-Dahhak, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said: Whoever swears by a religion other than Islam is a deliberate liar, then he is a liar. As he said, whoever kills himself with something or slaughters it, God will slaughter him for it in the fire of Hell.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِرَفَعَ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عُذِّبَ بِهِ وَمَنْ شَهِدَ عَلَى مُسْلِمٍ أَوْ قَالَ مُؤْمِنٍ بِكُفْرٍ فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ وَمَنْ لَعَنَهُ فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلَّةٍ غَيْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا فَهُوَ كَمَا حَلَفَ

Abdul Razzaq told us, Muammar told us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, on the authority of Thabit ibn al-Dahhakir. He conveyed the hadith to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said Whoever kills himself for something will be punished for it, and whoever bears witness against a Muslim or says a believer is a disbeliever, it is like killing him, and whoever curses him is like killing him, and whoever He swore to a religion other than Islam falsely, so it is as he swore.

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عَذَّبَهُ اللَّهُ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ

Ali bin Asim told us, on the authority of Khalid, on the authority of Abu Qalabah, on the authority of Thabit bin Al-Dahhak, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever swears by a sect He deliberately falsed Islam, so he is as he said. And whoever kills himself for anything, God will punish him in the fire of Hell.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ مِحْجَنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ مِحْجَنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَجَلَسْتُ فَلَمَّا صَلَّى قَالَ لِي أَلَسْتَ بِمُسْلِمٍ قُلْتُ بَلَى قَالَ فَمَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ مَعَ النَّاسِ قَالَ قُلْتُ صَلَّيْتُ فِي أَهْلِي قَالَ فَصَلِّ مَعَ النَّاسِ وَلَوْ كُنْتَ قَدْ صَلَّيْتَ فِي أَهْلِكَقَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ مِحْجَنٍ الدِّيلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ صَلَّيْتُ فِي أَهْلِي فَأُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ

Abdul Rahman told us, Sufyan told us, Zaid bin Aslam told us, on the authority of Busr bin Mihjan, on the authority of his father, and Abdul Razzaq said, Muammar told us On the authority of Zayd ibn Aslam, on the authority of Busr ibn Mihjan, on the authority of his father, I said: I came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the prayer was established, so I sat down, and when he prayed, he said to me Are you not a Muslim? I said, “Yes.” He said, “What prevented you from praying with the people?” He said, “I prayed among my family.” He said, “Pray with the people, even if you had prayed among your family.” He said Abu Nu`aym told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Zayd ibn Aslam, on the authority of Busr ibn Mihjan al-Dili, on the authority of his father. He said, “I came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.” I prayed among my family, and the prayer was established, so he mentioned the meaning of the hadith of Abd al-Rahman.

قَالَ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي الدِّيلِ يُقَالُ لَهُ بُسْرُ بْنُ مِحْجَنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ مِحْجَنٍأَنَّهُ كَانَ فِي مَجْلِسٍ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأُذِّنَ بِالصَّلَاةِ فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ رَجَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمِحْجَنٌ فِي مَجْلِسِهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ مَعَ النَّاسِ أَلَسْتَ بِرَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلَكِنِّي كُنْتُ قَدْ صَلَّيْتُ فِي أَهْلِي فَقَالَ لَهُ إِذَا جِئْتَ فَصَلِّ مَعَ النَّاسِ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ قَدْ صَلَّيْتَ

He said, he said, I read to Abd al-Rahman: Malik, on the authority of Zayd ibn Aslam, on the authority of a man from Banu Ad-Dail called Busr ibn Mihjan, on the authority of his father. It is noteworthy that he was sitting with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he called for prayer, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, stood up and prayed, then The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, returned and Muhjan was in his seat. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him: What prevented you from praying with the people? Are you not a Muslim man? He said, “Yes, O Messenger of God, but I had prayed among my family.” He said to him, “If you come, pray with the people, even if you have prayed.”

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ أَنَّهُصَلَّى خَلْفَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمِعَهُ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ وَيس وَالْقُرْآنِ الْحَكِيمِ

He said, Yunus told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Samak ibn Harb, on the authority of a man from the people of Medina that he prayed behind the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. So he heard him reciting in the Fajr prayer the Glorious Qur’an and the Wise Qur’an.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَأَنَّهُ قَالَ ثَلَاثٌ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ الْغُسْلُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالسِّوَاكُ وَيَمَسُّ مِنْ طِيبٍ إِنْ وَجَدَ

He said: Muhammad ibn Ja`far narrated to us: Shu`bah narrated to us, on the authority of Sa`d ibn Ibrahim, he said: I heard Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Thawban speaking about A man from the Ansar, on the authority of a man from the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: There are three obligations that every Muslim is required to do: washing on Friday. And the siwak and touch with perfume if any.
