أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُصَافَحَةِ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ وَالْمَجُوسِيِّ وَالْحَائِضِ فَلَمْ يَرَ فِيهِ وُضُوءًا
Ja`far bin Aoun told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Hammad, he said: I asked Abraham about shaking hands with a Jew, a Christian, a Magian, and a menstruating woman. He did not see any ablution in it
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ السُّدِّيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَهِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ لِلْجَارِيَةِ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ قَالَتْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَبْسُطَهَا وَيُصَلِّيَ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَتْ إِنَّهَا حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّ حِيضَتَهَا لَيْسَ فِي يَدِهَا
Abu Al-Walid Al-Tayalisi told us, Zaida told us, Ismail Al-Suddi told us, on the authority of Abdullah Al-Bahi, he said, Aisha told me that The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was in the mosque and said to the servant girl, “Give me the wine.” She said, “He wanted to spread it out and pray over it.” She said that she was menstruating, and he said that her period was not in her hand.
أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ تُوَضِّئَ الْحَائِضُ الْمَرِيضَ
Al-Mu'alla bin Asad told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Mughirah, on the authority of Ibrahim, who saw no harm in a sick menstruating woman performing ablution.
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أَغْسِلُ رَأْسَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
Yazid bin Harun informed us, on the authority of Ja`far bin Al-Harith, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Al-Aswad, on the authority of Aisha, who said: I was washing The head of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, while I was menstruating
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ لَقَدْ كُنْتُ أَغْسِلُ رَأْسَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَهُوَ عَاكِفٌ
Ya'la bin Ubaid told us, Al-A'mash told us, on the authority of Tamim bin Salamah, on the authority of Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, who said: I was washing the head of the Messenger of God. God, may God bless him and grant him peace, while I was menstruating and he was single.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهَا نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ قَالَتْ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ
Abu Al-Walid told us, Shu’bah told us, Sulayman told me, on the authority of Thabit bin Ubaid, on the authority of Al-Qasim, on the authority of Aisha, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him He greeted her and said to her, “Give me the wine.” She said, “I am menstruating.” He said, “You do not have it.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُغِيرَةُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَيُونُسُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ وَعَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ وَحَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ فِي الْحَائِضِ إِذَا طَهُرَتْ مِنْ الدَّمِ لَا يَقْرَبُهَا زَوْجُهَا حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءً
Muhammad bin Issa told us, Hushaym told us, Mugheerah told us, on the authority of Ibrahim and Yunus, on the authority of Al-Hasan and Abd al-Malik, on the authority of Ata’. Muhammad said, he told me Yahya bin Saeed Al-Qattan, on the authority of Uthman bin Al-Aswad, on the authority of Mujahid: Concerning a menstruating woman, when she is cleansed of blood, her husband should not approach her until she has bathed Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us on the authority of Uthman ibn al-Aswad, on the authority of a Mujahid like him.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالَ سُئِلَ سُفْيَانُ أَيُجَامِعُ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ إِذَا انْقَطَعَ عَنْهَا الدَّمُ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ فَقَالَ لَا فَقِيلَ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ تَرَكَتْ الْغُسْلَ يَوْمَيْنِ أَوْ أَيَّامًا قَالَ تُسْتَتَابُ
Muhammad ibn Yusuf told us, he said: Sufyan was asked: Can a man have intercourse with his wife if the blood stops from her before she washes? He said: No, so it was said: Have you seen? If she neglects washing for two or more days, he said, she will be repented.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ { وَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّى يَطْهُرْنَ } قَالَ حَتَّى يَنْقَطِعَ الدَّمُ { فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ } قَالَ إِذَا اغْتَسَلْنَ
Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, Sufyan informed us, on the authority of a Mujahid, {And do not approach them until they are purified} He said, until the blood stops {then if Purify yourself, he said, when they bathe
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ { حَتَّى يَطْهُرْنَ } قَالَ إِذَا انْقَطَعَ الدَّمُ { فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ } قَالَ اغْتَسَلْنَ
Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Ibn Abi Najih, on the authority of Mujahid {until they become pure}. He said, “When the blood stops” {then they become pure} He said: Take a bath
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ مُجَاهِدًا عَنْ امْرَأَةٍ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ أَيَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا أَنْ يَأْتِيَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ قَالَ لَا حَتَّى تَحِلَّ لَهَا الصَّلَاةُ
Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us, Uthman ibn al-Aswad told us, he said: I asked a mujahid about a woman who decided to be pure. Is it permissible for her husband to He comes to her before she washes, he said, “No, until it is permissible for her to pray.”
أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ هُوَ ابْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً وَمَيْمُونَ بْنَ مِهْرَانَ وَحَدَّثَنِي حَمَّادٌ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالُوا لَا يَغْشَاهَا حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ
Al-Mu'alla bin Asad told us, Abd Al-Wahid told us, he is Ibn Ziyad, Al-Hajjaj bin Artat told us, he said, I asked Ata and Maymun bin Mahran. Hammad told me on the authority of Ibrahim. They said: He should not cover her until she has bathed.
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَطَأُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَقَدْ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ قَالَ هِيَ حَائِضٌ مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ وَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ وَلَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ
Yazid bin Harun told us on the authority of Hisham on the authority of Al-Hasan about a man having intercourse with his wife when she had deemed herself pure, before she took a bath. He said, “She is menstruating.” Unless she washes, he must make expiation, and he has the right to return it unless she washes.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَزِيدَ بْنَ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ يَقُولُ قَالَ أَبُو الْخَيْرِ مَرْثَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْيَزَنِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ يَقُولُ وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَا أُجَامِعُ امْرَأَتِي فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي تَطْهُرُ فِيهِ حَتَّى يَمُرَّ يَوْمٌ
Abdullah bin Yazid told us, Haywa bin Shurayh told us, he said: I heard Yazid bin Abi Habib saying, Abu Al-Khair Murthid bin Abd said: God is the one who commits adultery. He said, “I heard Uqba bin Amir Al-Juhani saying, By God, I will not have intercourse with my wife on the day she purifies herself until it has passed.” A day
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَرَى الطُّهْرَ أَيَأْتِيهَا زَوْجُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ قَالَ لَا حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ
Ya'la bin Ubaid told us: Abdul-Malik told us about Ata' regarding a woman who considers herself pure to have her husband come to her before she washes. He said: Not until you wash
أَخْبَرَنَا فَرْوَةُ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ شَرِيكًا وَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ الْمَرْأَةُ يَنْقَطِعُ عَنْهَا الدَّمُ أَيَأْتِيهَا زَوْجُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ فَقَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ فِي ذَلِكَ لِلشَّبِقِ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد أَخَافُ أَنْ يَكُونَ ذَا خَطَأً أَخَافُ أَنْ يَكُونَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ لَيْثٍ لَا أَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد الشَّبِقُ الَّذِي يَشْتَهِي
Farwah ibn Abi Al-Mughra told us, he said: I heard a partner, and a man asked him, and he said: A woman’s blood stops, if her husband comes to her before To wash, and he said: Abd al-Malik said, on the authority of Ataa, that he gave permission for that to be done to the greyhound. Abu Muhammad said: I am afraid that he will make a mistake, I am afraid that I will make a mistake. It may be from the hadith of Laith, which I do not know, from the hadith of Abd al-Malik. Abu Muhammad said: the lustful one who desires
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالَ زَعَمَ لَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ وَاصِلِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ نِسَاءً مِنْ نِسَاءِ الْمَدِينَةِ يُصَلِّينَ فِي الْخِضَابِ
Muhammad bin Issa told us, Hushaym claimed to us, on the authority of Abu Hurra Wasil bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Al Hassan, he said, I saw some of the women of Medina. They pray in the dark
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ سُئِلَتْ عَنْ الْمَرْأَةِ تَمْسَحُ عَلَى الْخِضَابِ فَقَالَتْ لَأَنْ تُقْطَعَ يَدِي بِالسَّكَاكِينِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ
Sa`id bin Amir told us on the authority of Shu`bah, on the authority of Ibn Abi Najih, on the authority of someone who heard Aisha was asked about a woman wiping on dye, and she said because My hand being cut off with knives is more beloved to me than that.
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةَ تُصَلِّي الْمَرْأَةُ فِي الْخِضَابِ قَالَتْ اسْلُتِيهِ وَرَغْمًا قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد أَبُو سَعِيدٍ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الْعَنَبْسِ وَاسْمُ أَبِي الْعَنَبْسِ سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ
Saeed bin Amir told us on the authority of Ibn Aoun on the authority of Abu Saeed that a woman asked Aisha whether a woman should pray in the oven. She said: Ask him. Although Abu Muhammad said, Abu Sa`id is Ibn Abi al-Anbas, and the name of Abu al-Anbas is Sa`id bin Kathir bin Ubaid.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كُنَّ نِسَاؤُنَا يَخْتَضِبْنَ بِاللَّيْلِ فَإِذَا أَصْبَحْنَ فَتَحْنَهُ فَتَوَضَّأْنَ وَصَلَّيْنَ ثُمَّ يَخْتَضِبْنَ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ فَإِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ الظُّهْرِ فَتَحْنَهُ فَتَوَضَّأْنَ وَصَلَّيْنَ فَأَحْسَنَّ خِضَابَهُ وَلَا يَمْنَعُ مِنْ الصَّلَاةِ
Affan told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Abu Majliz, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said, “Our women used to dye their hair at night.” So when it is morning, they open it, perform ablution and pray, then they put their hair on after the prayer. When it is noon, they open it, perform ablution and pray. So he dyed his hair well and was not prevented from praying.
