حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ نِسَاءَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ كُنَّ يَخْتَضِبْنَ وَهُنَّ حُيَّضٌ
Hajjaj narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Nafi’, that Ibn Umar’s wives used to get their hair while they were menstruating.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كُنَّ نِسَاؤُنَا إِذَا صَلَّيْنَ الْعِشَاءَ الْآخِرَةَ اخْتَضَبْنَ فَإِذَا أَصْبَحْنَ أَطْلَقْنَهُ وَتَوَضَّأْنَ وَصَلَّيْنَ وَإِذَا صَلَّيْنَ الظُّهْرَ اخْتَضَبْنَ فَإِذَا أَرَدْنَ أَنْ يُصَلِّينَ الْعَصْرَ أَطْلَقْنَهُ فَأَحْسَنَّ خِضَابَهُ وَلَا يَحْبِسُ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ
Muslim bin Ibrahim narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, Qatada narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Majliz, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said, “Be our women when they pray.” The last evening prayer, they dyed their hair, and in the morning they let it go, performed ablution, and prayed, and when they prayed the noon prayer, they dyed their hair when they wanted to pray. He released the afternoon prayer, so his color became beautiful, and he did not stop praying.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا مُغِيرَةُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ح و أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ فِيمَنْ أَتَى أَهْلَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَا ذَنْبٌ أَتَاهُ يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَيَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ وَلَا يَعُودُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ الْمُثَنَّى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ مِثْلَهُ
Muhammad ibn Isa informed us, Hushaym informed us, Mugheerah informed us, on the authority of Ibrahim H, and Ismail ibn Abi Khaled informed us, on the authority of Amir, regarding those who came His family while she was menstruating, they said: A sin came upon him. He seeks forgiveness from God and repents to it and does not do it again. Muhammad ibn Isa informed us. Yahya ibn Ubai told us. in excess of the reward for a similar bid
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى وَأَبُو النُّعْمَانِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ ذَنْبٌ أَتَاهُ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ

Muhammad bin Isa told us, Yahya bin Saeed told us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Omar, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Al-Qasim, on the authority of his father, that he was asked about He who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating says he should apologize to God and repent to God.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ تَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ شَيْءٌ يَعْنِي إِذَا وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ

أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ الْعَنْبِرِيِّ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ سُئِلَ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ
Othman ibn Muhammad informed us, Bishr ibn al-Mufaddal informed us, on the authority of Malik ibn al-Khattab al-Anbari, on the authority of Ibn Abi Mulaika, he said, “I was asked” I heard about a man having intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating, saying, “He asks God for forgiveness.”
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ رَأَيْتُ فِي الْمَنَامِ كَأَنِّي أَبُولُ دَمًا قَالَ تَأْتِي امْرَأَتَكَ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ اتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَلَا تَعُدْ
Suleiman bin Harb narrated to us, Hammad bin Zaid narrated to us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, that a man came to Abu Bakr and said, “I saw in a dream as if I urinate blood. He said, “Your wife has intercourse while she is menstruating.” He said, “Yes.” He said, “Fear God and do not repeat it.”
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ
Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, Sufyan informed us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Sirin, regarding the one who had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating. He said, “He seeks forgiveness from God.”
أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ فِي الَّذِي يُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ أَوْ بَدَنَةٌ أَوْ عِشْرِينَ صَاعًا لِأَرْبَعِينَ مِسْكِينًا وَفِي الَّذِي يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ
Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Yazid bin Ibrahim told us, he said: I heard Al-Hasan say about the one who breaks the fast on a day of Ramadan, he must be freed. A slave or a camel or twenty saa’s for forty needy persons. And in the case of one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, the same applies to that.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
Abu Al-Walid told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Khasif, on the authority of Miqsam, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, about someone who has intercourse with his wife. While she was menstruating, he said he would give half a dinar in charity.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ شَكَّ الْحَكَمُ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ إِذَا أَتَاهَا فِي دَمٍ فَدِينَارٌ وَإِذَا أَتَاهَا وَقَدْ انْقَطَعَ الدَّمُ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Abdul Karim, on the authority of a man, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, who said, “If he gives her in blood, a dinar.” And if he comes to her and the blood has stopped, then half a dinar.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Khasif, on the authority of Miqsam, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said about what is located on He gives his wife half a dinar in charity while she is menstruating.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ كَانَ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ امْرَأَةٌ تَكْرَهُ الْجِمَاعَ فَكَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهَا اعْتَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِ بِالْحَيْضِ فَوَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ صَادِقَةٌ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِخُمُسَيْ دِينَارٍ
Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, Al-Awza’i informed us, on the authority of Yazid ibn Abi Malik, on the authority of Abd al-Hamid ibn Zayd ibn al-Khattab, he said: It was for Omar Ibn al-Khattab had a woman who hated intercourse, so when he wanted to have intercourse with her, she would come to him during her menstruation, and he would have intercourse with her. She was telling the truth. So he came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and ordered him to give five dinars in charity.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ هُوَ ابْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ و قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ
Abdullah bin Muhammad told us: Hafs, he is Ibn Ghayath, told us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Miqsam, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that he was asked about He who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating said, “He should give in charity a dinar or half a dinar.” And Abraham said, “I ask God for forgiveness.”
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ إِذَا وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ
Amr ibn Aoun informed us, on the authority of Khalid ibn Abdullah, on the authority of Ibn Abi Laila, on the authority of Ata, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, who said: “When he had intercourse with his wife She is menstruating, so he must give a dinar in charity.
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي رَجُلٍ جَامَعَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ
Ya'la bin Ubaid told us: Abdul Malik told us about a gift regarding a man who had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating. He said, "He gives a dinar in charity."
أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ إِسْحَقَ عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ فِي رَجُلٍ يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ أَوْ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ قَالَ يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَيَتَصَدَّقُ بِخُمُسَيْ دِينَارٍ
Wahb bin Saeed informed us, on the authority of Shuaib bin Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Awza’i, about a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, or she has seen the state of purity and has not She took a bath, he said, he asked God for forgiveness, and he gave five dinars in charity.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ سَابِطٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ قُلْتُ لَهَا إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَسْأَلَكِ عَنْ شَيْءٍ وَأَنَا أَسْتَحْيِي أَنْ أَسْأَلَكِ عَنْهُ قَالَتْ سَلْ يَا ابْنَ أَخِي عَمَّا بَدَا لَكَ قَالَ أَسْأَلُكِ عَنْ إِتْيَانِ النِّسَاءِ فِي أَدْبَارِهِنَّ فَقَالَتْ حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَتْ الْأَنْصَارُ لَا تُجَبِّي وَكَانَتْ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ تُجَبِّي فَتَزَوَّجَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ فَجَبَّاهَا فَأَبَتْ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةُ فَأَتَتْ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهَا فَلَمَّا أَنْ جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَحْيَتْ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةُ وَخَرَجَتْ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ ادْعُوهَا لِي فَدُعِيَتْ لَهُ فَقَالَ لَهَا { نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكَمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ } سِمَامًا وَاحِدًا وَالسِّمَامُ السَّبِيلُ الْوَاحِدُ
Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Wahib told us, Abdullah bin Uthman bin Khathim told us, on the authority of Ibn Sabit, who said: I asked Hafsa bint Abdul Rahman is Ibn Abi Bakr. She said, “Ask, oh.” My nephew, from what appears to you, said, “I ask you about intercourse with women in their private parts.” She said, “Umm Salamah told me. She said, “The Ansar did not answer.” The immigrants were collecting, and a man from among the immigrants married a woman from the Ansar, and he collected for her, but the Ansari woman refused, so she came to Umm Salamah. So I mentioned that to her, and when the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came, the Ansari woman became ashamed and went out, so Umm Salamah mentioned that to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
