Authentic Hadith — HR. Bukhari no. 6018 & Muslim no. 47
On the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent." Grade: shahih. Source: HR. Bukhari no. 6018 & Muslim no. 47. May Allah grant us the ability to live by the meaning of this noble hadith.
