Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing God willing God willing كَسْبِهِ وَإِنَّ وَلَدَ الرَّجُلِ مِنْ كَسْبِهِ " .. Having reported to us ['Ubaidullah bin Sa'id Abu Qudamah As Sarkhasi], he said; has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Sufyan] from [Mansur] from [Ibrahim] from ['Umarah bin 'Umair] from [his aunt] from [Aisyah], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, the best thing a person eats is that which comes from his efforts, and indeed a person's children come from his efforts (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4449.) 2nd hadith. God bless him God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you مِنْ أَطْيَبِ كَسْبِكُمْ فَكُلُوا مِنْ كَسْبِ أَوْلاَدِكُمْ " .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Mansur], he said; has told us [Sufyan], he said; has told us [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from ['Umarah bin 'Umair] from [his aunt] from [Aisha] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, your children are the best of your efforts. So eat from your children's efforts (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4450.) 3rd Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings كَسْبِهِ وَوَلَدُهُ مِنْ كَسْبِهِ " .. Having informed us [Yusuf bin Isa], he said; has reported to us [Al Fadhl bin Musa], he said; has preached to us [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad] from [Aisyah], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, the best thing a person eats is that which comes from his efforts, and his children come from his efforts (Degree: authentic. God willing " إِنَّ أَطْيَبَ مَا أَكَلَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ كَسْبِهِ وَإِنَّ وَلَدَهُ مِنْ كَسْبِهِ " .. Having informed us [Ahmad bin Hafsh bin Abdullah An Naisaburi], he said; had told me [my father], he said; has told me [Ibrahim bin Thahman] from [Umar bin Sa'id] from [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad] from [Aisyah], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, the best thing a person eats is that which comes from his efforts and his children come from his efforts (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4452.) 5th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْحَارِثِ - قَالَ God willing God willing God willing يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم - يَقُولُ " may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وَإِنَّ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ أُمُورًا مُشْتَبِهَاتٍ " . وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ " وَإِنَّ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ أُمُورًا مُشْتَبِهَةً " . قَالَ " وَسَأَضْرِبُ لَكُمْ فِي ذَلِكَ God bless you God willing حَوْلَ الْحِمَى يُوشِكْ أَنْ يُخَالِطَ الْحِمَى " . وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ " إِنَّهُ مَنْ يَرْعَى حَوْلَ الْحِمَى يُوشِكْ أَنْ يَرْتَعَ فِيهِ وَإِنَّ مَنْ يُخَالِطِ الرِّيبَةَ يُوشِكْ أَنْ يَجْسُرَ " .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la Ash Shan'ani], he said; has told us [Khalid, namely Ibn Al Harith], he said; has told us [Ibn 'Aun] from [Ash Sya'bi], he said; I heard [An Nu'man bin Basyir], he said; I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, by Allah I did not hear anyone after him, he said; I heard Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Indeed, what is halal is clear and what is haram is clear. And among these things there are things that are not clear and I will give you an example in this regard; verily, Alla 'azza wajalla has created a prohibited area and indeed, Allah 'azza wajalla's prohibited area is what He has prohibited. In fact, people who herd around the prohibited area will enter the prohibited area." And sometimes he said: "Whoever grazes around a prohibited area will graze in it, and whoever enters something that is doubtful will cross it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4453.) 6th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ God bless you وسلم " يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ مَا يُبَالِي الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أَيْنَ أَصَابَ الْمَالَ مِنْ حَلاَلٍ أَوْ حَرَامٍ "" .. Having informed us [Al Qasim bin Zakariya bin Dinar], he said; has told us [Abu Daud Al Hafari] from [Sufyan] from [Muhammad bin Abdurrahman] from [Al Maqburi] from [Abu Hurairah], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A time will come to mankind where a person does not care where he gets his wealth, from what is halal or what is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4454.) 7th Hadith. God willing Allah's blessings خَيْرَةَ، عَنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you مِنْ غُبَارِهِ " .. Having informed us [Qutaibah], he said; has told us [Ibn Abu 'Adi] from [Daud bin Abu Hindun] from [Sa'id bin Abu Khubairah] from [Al Hasan] from [Abu Hurairah], he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There will come to people a time, when they eat usury, and whoever does not eat it will get its dust (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4455.) 8th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you وَيَظْهَرَ الْعِلْمُ وَيَبِيعَ الرَّجُلُ الْبَيْعَ فَيَقُولَ لاَ حَتَّى أَسْتَأْمِرَ تَاجِرَ بَنِي فُلاَنٍ وَيُلْتَمَسَ فِي الْحَىِّ الْعَظِيمِ الْكَاتِبُ فَلاَ يُوجَدُ " .. Having informed us ['Amr bin Ali], he said; has reported to us [Wahb bin Jarir], he said; has told me [my father] from [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] from ['Amr bin Taghlib], he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, among the signs of the Day of Judgment are the increasing abundance of wealth and the spread of trade, the emergence of knowledge, someone selling goods and saying; don't sell until I ask for advice from the seller from Bani Fulan and a writer is searched for in a large village but is not found (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4456.) 9th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا فَإِنْ God willing وَكَتَمَا مُحِقَ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا " .. Has reported to us ['Amr bin Ali] from [Yahya], he said; has told us [the Shu'bah], he said; has told me [Qatadah] from [Abu Al Khalil] from [Abdullah bin Al Harith] from [Hakim bin Hizam], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Two people who are buying and selling have the right to choose as long as they have not separated, if both of them are honest and provide an explanation then their buying and selling will be blessed, and if they lie and hide their disgrace then the blessing of their buying and selling will be wiped out (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4457.) 10th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing قَالَ " ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ God willing وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ " . فَقَرَأَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ خَابُوا وَخَسِرُوا . قَالَ " الْمُسْبِلُ إِزَارَهُ وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِالْحَلِفِ الْكَاذِبِ وَالْمَنَّانُ عَطَاءَهُ " .. Having reported to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] from [Muhammad], he said; has narrated to us [Syu'bah] from [Ali bin Mudrik] from [Abu Zur'ah bin 'Amr bin Jarir] from [Kharasyah bin Al Hurr] from [Abu Dharr] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "Three people Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection and Allah will not see them and purify them and they will suffer a painful punishment then the Messenger of Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam read it. Abu Dzar said; they have perished and suffered losses. Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "People who extend their cloths beyond their ankles, people who sell their goods under false oaths, and people who talk about their gifts (Degree: shahihi wasalh. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4458.) 11th Hadith. Allah's blessings قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ God willing God willing قَالَ " ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ God willing God willing إِزَارَهُ وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِالْكَذِبِ " .. Having informed us ['Amr bin Ali], he said; has told us [Yahya], he said; has told us [Sufyan], he said; has told me [Sulaiman Al A'masy] from [Sulaiman bin Mushir] from [Kharasyah bin Al Hurr] from [Abu Dzar] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: Three people whom Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection and Allah will not see them and purify them and they will suffer a painful punishment, namely; the person who does not give something but instead he brings it up, the person who extends his cloth beyond his ankles, and the person who sells his goods under false oath (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4459.) 12th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing كَثِيرٍ - عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى God willing " إِيَّاكُمْ وَكَثْرَةَ الْحَلِفِ فِي الْبَيْعِ فَإِنَّهُ يُنَفِّقُ ثُمَّ يَمْحَقُ " .. Having informed us [Harun bin Abdullah], he said; has told us [Abu Usamah], he said; has reported to me [Al Walid i.e. Ibn Katsir] from [Ma'bad bin Ka'b bin Malik] from [Abu Qatadah Al Ansari] that he heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Be careful of swearing frequently in buying and selling, because in fact it may happen that he sells and then loses his blessings (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4460.) 13th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لِلسِّلْعَةِ مَمْحَقَةٌ لِلْكَسْبِ " .. Having informed us [Ahmad bin 'Amr bin As Sarh], he said; has told us [Ibn Wahb] from [Yunus] from [Ibnu Shihab] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "An oath will sell merchandise and eliminate its popularity in the opinion of the person who swears (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4461.) 14th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God willing هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " God willing يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ عَلَى فَضْلِ مَاءٍ God bless you God willing لَهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُعْطِهِ لَمْ يَفِ لَهُ وَرَجُلٌ سَاوَمَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بِاللَّهْ الآخَرُ " .. Having informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim], he said; has reported to us [Jarir] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "Three people whom Allah 'azza wajalla will not speak to and Allah will not see them on the Day of Resurrection nor will he purify them and for them there will be a painful punishment, namely; the person who has excess water on the road and he forbids people on the way to take it, someone who pays allegiance to the imam because of worldly affairs, if he gives what he wants then he will fulfill his right and if he does not give it then he does not fulfill his right, and someone who bids for other people's goods after Asr and swears to him in the name of Allah, indeed he has been given such and such a price, then other people believe it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4462.) 15th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي God willing وَنَبْتَاعُهَا وَنُسَمِّي أَنْفُسَنَا السَّمَاسِرَةَ God bless you God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَشُوبُوهُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ " .. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Qudamah] from [Jarir] from [Mansur] from [Abu Wail] from [Qais bin Abu Gharazah], he said; Previously we were in Medina selling some wasaq food and also buying it, we and the people called ourselves brokers, then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came to us and named us a name that was better for us than what we had named ourselves with. He said: "O traders, indeed your buying and selling is witnessed by people swearing and something is in vain, so mix it with alms (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4463.) 16th Hadith. Allah's blessings سَعِيدٌ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ - عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم قَالَ " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا فَإِنْ بَيَّنَا وَصَدَقَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي God willing بَيْعِهِمَا " .. Having reported to us [Abu Al Asy'ats] from [Khalid], he said; has told us [Sa'id i.e. Ibn Abu 'Arubah] from [Qatadah] from [Salih Abu Al Khalil] from [Abdullah bin Al Harith] from [Hakim bin Hizam] that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Two people who buy and sell have the right to choose as long as they have not separated, if both of them are honest and give explanations then their buying and selling will be blessed, and if they lie and hide disgrace then their blessings of buying and selling will be abolished (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4464.) 17th Hadith. God willing مِسْكِينٍ، قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا إِلاَّ بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ " .. Has informed us [Muhammad bin Salamah] and [Al Harith bin Miskin] by reading the history and I heard, the wording of this hadith is the wording of Al Harith, from [Al Qasim], he said; has told me [Malik] from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Two people who buy and sell each of them have the right to choose over their friend as long as they have not separated, except for buying and selling with the condition that there is a right to choose (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4465.) 18th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارَ خِيَارًا " .. Having informed us ['Amr bin Ali], he said; has told us [Yahya] from ['Ubaidullah], he said; has told me [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Two people who buy and sell have the right to choose as long as they have not separated, or it is a sale and purchase with the condition of having the right to choose (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4466.) 19th hadith. God willing God bless you نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنْ God willing يَفْتَرِقَا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ الْبَيْعُ كَانَ عَنْ خِيَارٍ فَإِنْ كَانَ الْبَيْعُ عَنْ خِيَارٍ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ " .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Ali Al Marwazi], he said; has told us [Muhriz bin Al Wadhdhah] from [Isma'il] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Two people buying and selling have the right to choose as long as they have not separated, unless the sale and purchase is conditional on the right to choose, if the sale and purchase is conditional on the right to choose then the sale and purchase is fixed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4467.) 20th hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم " إِذَا تَبَايَعَ الْبَيِّعَانِ فَكُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ مِنْ بَيْعِهِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعُهُمَا عَنْ خِيَارٍ فَإِنْ كَانَ عَنْ خِيَارٍ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ " .. Having informed us [Ali bin Maimun], he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Ibn Juraij], he said; Ali dictated to [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If two people who are buying and selling have made a sale and purchase then each of them has the right to choose in the sale and purchase as long as they have not separated, or their sale and purchase is conditional on the right to choose, if the condition is that there is a right to choose then the sale and purchase is fixed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4468.) 21st Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنْ وسلم قَالَ " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَقُولَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِلآخَرِ اخْتَرْ "" .. Having informed us ['Amr bin Ali], he said; has told us [Abdul A'la], he said; has told us [Syu'bah] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The seller and the buyer have the right to choose as long as they have not separated, or one of them has said to the other; choose (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4469.) 22nd Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ " . وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ نَافِعٌ " أَوْ يَقُولَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِلآخَرِ اخْتَرْ " .. Having informed us [Ziyad bin Ayyub], he said; has told us [Ibn Ulayyah], he said; has preached to us [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Traders and buyers have the right to choose until they choose, or the sale and purchase is a sale and purchase with the condition of the right to choose (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4470.) 23rd Hadith. God willing نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ " . وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ نَافِعٌ " أَوْ يَقُولَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِلآخَرِ اخْتَرْ " .. Having informed us [Qutaibah], he said; has told us [Al Laits] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Traders and buyers have the right to choose or it is a sale and purchase conditional on the right to choose." And sometimes Nafi' says; or one of them said to another; choose (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4471.) 24th Hadith. God willing نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا تَبَايَعَ الرَّجُلاَنِ فَكُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَفْتَرِقَا " . وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى " مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا وَكَانَا جَمِيعًا God willing Allah's blessings فَإِنْ تَفَرَّقَا بَعْدَ أَنْ تَبَايَعَا وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمَا الْبَيْعَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ " .. Having informed us [Qutaibah], he said; has told us [Al Laits] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "If two people agree to buy each other then each of them has the right to choose until they separate" and said once again; as long as they have not separated or one of them has given the right to choose to the other, then if one of them gives the right to choose to the other and then they buy and sell based on this, then their sale and purchase is fixed, then if they separate after making the sale and purchase and one of them does not abandon the sale and purchase, then the sale and purchase is fixed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4472.) 25th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing يَكُونَ الْبَيْعُ خِيَارًا " . قَالَ نَافِعٌ فَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهْ صَاحِبَهُ .. Having informed us ['Amr bin Ali], he said; has told us [Abdul Wahhab], he said; I heard [Yahya bin Sa'id] say; I heard [Nafi'] tell it from [Ibn Umar] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam; In fact, two people buying and selling have the right to choose in the buying and selling as long as they have not separated unless the buying and selling is based on the right to choose. Hadits ke-36. أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، ذَكَرَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ يُخْدَعُ فِي الْبَيْعِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا بِعْتَ فَقُلْ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ " . فَكَانَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا بَاعَ يَقُولُ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ .. Kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda kepadanya: "Apabila engkau menjual maka katakanlah; tidak boleh ada penipuan." Hadits ke-37. أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، كَانَ فِي عُقْدَتِهِ ضَعْفٌ كَانَ يُبَايِعُ وَأَنَّ أَهْلَهُ أَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالُوا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ احْجُرْ عَلَيْهِ . فَدَعَاهُ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَنَهَاهُ فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لاَ أَصْبِرُ عَنِ الْبَيْعِ . قَالَ " إِذَا بِعْتَ فَقُلْ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Yusuf bin Hammad], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdul A'la] dari [Sa'id] dari [Qatadah] dari [Anas] bahwa ada seseorang yang memiliki kelemahan pada lisannya, keluarganya mendatangi Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan berkata; wahai Nabi Allah, laranglah ia berjualan, lalu Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memanggilnya dan melarangnya, ia berkata; wahai Rasulullah, sesungguhnya saya tidak sabar untuk berjual beli. Hadits ke-38. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كَثِيرٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا بَاعَ أَحَدُكُمُ الشَّاةَ أَوِ اللَّقْحَةَ فَلاَ يُحَفِّلْهَا " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Manshur], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Abu Az Zinad] dari [Al A'raj] dari [Abu Hurairah] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam beliau bersabda: "Janganlah kalian menyambut orang-orang yang membawa barang dagangan ke kota untuk berjual beli, dan jangan kalian menahan air susu unta dan kambing dalam kantongnya. Barang siapa yang membeli sesuatu dari hal tersebut maka ia berhak memilih yang terbaik dari dua pendapatnya, apabila ia mau maka ia bisa menahannya dan apabila ia mau ingin mengembalikannya maka ia mengembalikannya disertai dengan satu sha' kurma (Derajat: shahih.
