Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing God willing قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ بَيْعٌ فِيمَا لاَ يَمْلِكُ " .. Having informed us [Uthman bin Abdullah], he said; has told us [Sa'id bin Sulaiman] from ['Abbad bin Al 'Awwam] from [Sa'id bin Abu 'Arubah] from [Abu Raja`], Uthman said he was Muhammad bin Saif from [Mathar] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "No one should sell something that he does not own (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4612.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَأْتِينِي الرَّجُلُ فَيَسْأَلُنِي الْبَيْعَ لَيْسَ عِنْدِي أَبِيعُهُ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ أَبْتَاعُهُ لَهُ مِنَ السُّوقِ . قَالَ " لاَ تَبِعْ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ " .. Having informed us [Ziyad bin Ayyub], he said; has told us [Husyaim], he said; has told us [Abu Bisyr] from [Yusuf bin Mahak] from [Hakim bin Hizam], he said; I asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, I said; O Messenger of Allah, a man came to me and asked me to sell him what I didn't have, I sold it to him then I bought it for him from the market. He said: "Do not sell what you do not have (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4613.) 3rd Hadith. Allah's blessings يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَالشَّعِيرِ وَالتَّمْرِ إِلَى قَوْمٍ لاَ أَدْرِي God willing. God willing .. Having informed us ['Ubaidullah bin Sa'id], he said; has told us [Yahya] from [Syu'bah] from [Abdullah bin Abu Al Mujalid], he said; I asked [Ibn Abu Aufa] about buying and selling in the salaf. He said; We used to perform Salaf at the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, Abu Bakr and Umar in wheat and barley and dates to a people who I don't know whether they had or not. And [Ibn Abzaa] said like that (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4614.) 4th Hadith. God bless you God willing أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ، - وَقَالَ مَرَّةً عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَقَالَ language God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وَالزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرَ . وَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ أَبْزَى فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ .. Having informed us [Mahmud bin Ghailan], he said; has told us [Abu Daud], he said; has preached to us [Shu'bah], he said; has told us [Ibn Abu Al Mujalid] and he said sometimes Abdullah and sometimes Muhammad, he said; Abu Burdah Abdullah bin Syaddad had a dispute regarding the sale of young children by way of greeting. Then they sent me to [Ibn Abu Aufa] then I asked him. Then he said; In the past, we bought and sold using loans at the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, and the time of Abu Bakr and Umar for wheat and millet, raisins and dates to several people we saw who had these goods. And I asked [Ibn Abza] then he said like that (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4615.) 5th Hadith. God willing God willing كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ God willing God willing وَالثَّلاَثَ فَنَهَاهُمْ وَقَالَ " مَنْ أَسْلَفَ سَلَفًا فَلْيُسْلِفْ فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَوَزْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ " .. Having informed us [Qutaibah bin Sa'id], he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Ibnu Abu Najih] from [Abdullah bin Kathir] from [Abu Al Minhal], he said; I heard [Ibn Abbas] say; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came to Medina and they carried out salaf buying and selling of dates for a period of two years and three years. Then he forbade them and said: "Whoever gives a debt, he should give a debt in a known measure, a known scale for a known period (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4616.) 6th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بَكْرًا فَأَتَاهُ يَتَقَاضَاهُ بَكْرَهُ فَقَالَ لِرَجُلٍ " انْطَلِقْ فَابْتَعْ لَهُ بَكْرًا " . فَأَتَاهُ فَقَالَ مَا أَصَبْتُ إِلاَّ بَكْرًا رَبَاعِيًّا خِيَارًا . فَقَالَ " أَعْطِهِ فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَحْسَنُهُمْ قَضَاءً " .. Having informed us ['Amru bin Ali], he said; has told us [Abdur Rahman], he said; has told us [Malik] from [Zaid bin Aslam] from ['Atho` bin Yasar] from [Abu Rafi'] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam owed someone a young camel, then the person came to him demanding his young camel, then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to someone: "Go and buy him a young camel." Then the person came to him and said; I did not get anything except a young camel that was four years old. Then he said: "Give him indeed the best person muslim is the person who is best at paying (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4617.) 7th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ لِرَجُلٍ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم سِنٌّ مِنَ الإِبِلِ فَجَاءَ يَتَقَاضَاهُ فَقَالَ " أَعْطُوهُ " . فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا إِلاَّ سِنًّا فَوْقَ سِنِّهِ قَالَ " God may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَضَاءً " .. Having informed us ['Amru bin Mansur], he said; has told us [Abu Nu'aim], he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Salamah bin Kuhail] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah], he said; There used to be someone who had the right to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in the form of a camel for one year, then he came to him demanding it, then he said: "Give it to him." Then they did not get anything except those who were older than the age of the camel. He said: "Give it to him." The person said; you have fulfilled my rights. Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, the best of you are those who pay it best (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4618.) 8th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنْ God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you نَجِيبَةً " . فَقَضَانِي فَأَحْسَنَ قَضَائِي وَجَاءَهُ أَعْرَابِيٌّ يَتَقَاضَاهُ سِنَّهُ or God willing يَوْمَئِذٍ جَمَلاً فَقَالَ هَذَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ سِنِّي . فَقَالَ " خَيْرُكُمْ خَيْرُكُمْ قَضَاءً " .. Having informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim], he said; has reported to us [Abdur Rahman bin Mahdi], he said; has told us [Mu'awiyah bin Salih] he said; I heard [Sa'id bin Hani'] say; I heard ['Irbadh bin Sariyah] say; I sold the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam a young camel. Then I went to him demanding the camel, he said: "Okay, I will not pay you except a valuable camel," then he paid me the best payment, then a Bedouin came to him demanding an old camel from him, then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "give him the camel," then they gave him the camel that day, then he said; this is better than my camel, then he said: "the best of you are those who pay it best (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4619.) 9th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْن7 God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْن may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعَ .. Having informed us ['Amru bin Ali], he said; has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] and [Yazid bin Zurai'] and [Khalid bin Al Harith] they said; has told us [Syu'bah] and has informed me [Ahmad bin Fadhalah bin Ibrahim], he said; has told us ['Ubaidullah bin Musa], he said; has told us [Al Hasan bin Salih] from [Ibn Abu 'Arubah] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade selling animals on credit (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4620.) 10th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَشْعُرُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ عَبْدٌ فَجَاءَ سَيِّدُهُ يُرِيدُهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " بِعْنِيهِ " ." فَاشْتَرَاهُ بِعَبْدَيْنِ أَسْوَدَيْنِ God bless you هُوَ. Having informed us [Qutaibah], he said; has related to us [Al Laits] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir], he said; A slave came and persuaded the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam to make the hijrah, and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did not feel that he was a slave. Then his master came wanting him. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Sell him to me." Then he bought him with two black slaves, then he didn't pay allegiance to someone until he asked him if he was a slave? (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4621.) 11th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَي God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings رِبًا " .. Having informed us [Yahya bin Hakim], he said; has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far], he said; has told us [Syu'bah] from [Ayyub] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas] from the Prophet he said: "salaf (giving priority to payment and ending the purchase of goods) in hablil hablah (selling fetuses which will later exist in camel fetuses) is riba (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4622.) 12th Hadith. God bless him God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Mansur], he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Ayyub] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Umar] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade selling fetuses in camel fetuses (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4623.) 13th Hadith. God willing God willing نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ .. Having informed us [Qutaibah], he said; has told us [Al Laits] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade selling fetuses in camel fetuses (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4624.) 14th Hadith. God willing مِسْكِينٍ، قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ God willing نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ وَكَانَ بَيْعًا يَتَبَايَعُهُ أَهْلُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ كَانَ الَّجُلُ يَبْتَاعُ جَزُورًا إِلَى أَنْ تُنْتَجَ النَّاقَةُ ثُمَّ تُنْتَجَ الَّتِي فِي بَطْنِهَا .. Has informed us [Muhammad bin Salamah] and [Al Harith bin Miskin] by reading the history and I heard, the wording is Al Harith wording, from [Ibn Al Qasim], he said; has told me [Malik] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade the sale of hablul hablah, and that this is a sale and purchase carried out by people who are experts in Jahiliyah, namely someone buys a slaughtered camel until the time the camel gives birth and the child in its stomach gives birth (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4625.) 15th Hadith. God bless him God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Mansur], he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited it from selling for several years (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4626.) 16th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God willing may Allah bless you - may Allah bless you عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ .. Having informed us [Ishaq bin Mansur], he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Humaid Al A'raj] from [Sulaiman i.e. Ibn 'Atiq] from [Jabir] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited selling for several years (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4627.) 17th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قِطْرِيَّيْنِ وَكَانَ إِذَا جَلَسَ فَعَرِقَ فِيهِمَا ثَقُلاَ God willing God willing مِنْهُ ثَوْبَيْنِ إِلَى الْمَيْسَرَةِ . فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ قَدْ عَلِمْتُ مَا يُرِيدُ مُحَمَّدٌ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind أَنِّي مِنْ أَتْقَاهُمْ لِلَّهِ وَآدَاهُمْ لِلأَمَانَةِ " .. Having informed us ['Amru bin Ali], he said; has told us [Yazid bin Zurai'], he said; has told us ['Umarah bin Abu Hafshah], he said; has reported to us ['Ikrimah] from ['Aisha] he said; In the past the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) wore two thick burdah cloths, if he sat down and sweated then the cloth weighed him down, and there came to a Jew a type of silk garment, then I said; If you send someone and then buy two clothes from him then you will find it easy. Then he sent someone to him, then the Jew said; I know what Muhammad wants, he just wants to leave with my property or he wants to leave with both. Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "he is lying, in fact he already knows that I am the most fearful of Allah of them and the most guarding of the trust (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4628.) 18th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ .. It has been reported to us [Isma'il bin Mas'ud] from [Khalid] from [Husain Al Mu'allim] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade buying and selling on condition of being given a debt, two conditions in buying and selling and profits from something that has not been covered (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4629.) 19th hadith. Having informed us [Ziyad bin Ayyub], he said; has told us [Ibn 'Ulayyah], he said; has told us [Ayyub], he said; has told us ['Amru bin Syu'aib], he said; had told me [my father] from [his father] until he mentioned [Abdullah bin 'Amru], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not halal to buy and sell with the condition that you are given a debt, two conditions in buying and selling and profits from something that has not been covered (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4630.) 20th hadith. God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing عِنْدَكَ وَعَنْ رِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Rafi'], he said; has told us [Abdur Razzaq], he said; has told us [Ma'mar] from [Ayyub] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather], he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade buying and selling with the condition of being given a debt, two conditions in one sale and purchase contract, and selling something that you do not own (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4631.) 21st Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you, God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ .. It has been reported to us ['Amru bin Ali] and [Ya'qub bin Ibrahim] and [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] they said; has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id], he said; has told us [Muhammad bin 'Amru], he said; has told us [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited two sales and purchases in one sale and purchase contract (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4632.) 22nd Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ God willing وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ وَعَنِ الثُّنْيَا إِلاَّ أَنْ تُعْلَمَ .. Having informed us [Ziyad bin Ayyub], he said; has told us ['Abbad bin Al Awwam], he said; has told us [Sufyan bin Husain], he said; has told us [Yunus] from ['Atho`] from [Jabir] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited muhaqalah, muzabanah and mukhabarah as well as exceptions unless known (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4633.) 23rd Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ God willing وَالْمُعَاوَمَةِ وَالثُّنْيَا وَرَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا .. Having informed us [Ali bin Hujr], he said; has told us [Isma'il bin Ibrahim] from [Ayyub] and has informed us [Ziyad bin Ayyub], he said; has told us [Ibn 'Ulayyah], he said; has preached to us [Ayyub] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited muhaqalah, muzabanah and mukhabarah and mu'awamah (selling fruit that is on the tree several years before the fruit appears) as well as exceptions and he gave relief in terms of 'araya (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4634.) 24th Hadith. God willing God willing قَالَ " أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ أَبَّرَ نَخْلاً ثُمَّ بَاعَ God willing يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ " .. Having informed us [Qutaibah], he said; has narrated to us [Al Laits] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever marries a date palm tree and then sells the principal, the person who marries it will get the fruit of the date palm tree unless the person who bought it requires the fruit for him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4635.) 25th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God willing God bless you " مَنِ ابْتَاعَ نَخْلاً God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ وَمَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًو فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعَ .. Having informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim], he said; has reported to us [Sufyan] from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever buys a date palm tree after marriage, the fruit belongs to the person who buys unless the person who buys requires the fruit to be for him, and whoever buys a slave and he has property then the property belongs to the person who sells unless the person who buys requires it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4636.) 26th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فِي or فَلَحِقَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَدَعَا لَهُ فَضَرَبَهُ فَسَارَ سَيْرًا لَمْ يَسِرْ مِثْلَهُ فَقَالَ "" بِعْنِيهِ بِوُقِيَّةٍ " . قُلْتُ لاَ . قَالَ " بِعْنِيهِ " . فَبِعْتُهُ بِوُقِيَّةٍ وَاسْتَثْنَيْتُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God bless you God willing وَدَرَاهِمَكَ " .. Having informed us [Ali bin Hujr], he said; has reported to us [Sa'dan bin Yahya] from [Zakariya] from ['Amir] from [Jabir bin Abdullah], he said; I was once with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on a journey then my camel was unable to walk, so I was about to leave it then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam followed me and called and hit the camel so that it walked where it had not walked like that before. Then he said: 'Sell the camel to me for one uqiyah." So I said; no. He said: 'Sell the camel to me." Then I sold him for one uqiyah and I required him to take me to Medina. After we reached Medina, I went to him with the camel, and I took the price, then went back. Then he sent a messenger to me and he said: "Do you think that I am offering you to take your camel? Take your camel and your dirhams (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4637.) 27th Hadith. God bless you وَلَكِنِّي اسْتَحْيَيْتُ مِنْهُ فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا غَزَاتَنَا وَدَنَوْنَا اسْتَأْذَنْتُهُ بِالتَّعْجِيلِ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي حَدِيثُ عَهْدٍ بِعُرْسٍ ." أَبِكْرًا تَزَوَّجْتَ أَمْ ثَيِّبًا " ." God willing Allah's blessings آتِيَهُنَِ تُعَلِّمُهُنَّ وَتُؤَدِّبُهُنَّ فَأَذِنَ لِي وَقَالَ لِي " ائْتِ أَهْلَكَ عِشَاءً " ." God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَأَعْطَانِي ثَمَنَ الْجَمَلِ وَالْجَمَلَ وَسَهْمًا مَعَ النَّاسِ .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Yahya bin Abdullah], he said; has told us [Muhammad bin Isa bin Ath Thabba'], he said; has told us [Abu 'Awanah] from [Mughirah] from [Ash Sha'bi] from [Jabir], he said; I fought with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on our camels, then I mentioned that incident. Then the camel became tired and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam rebuked him so that he became enthusiastic again until he was in front of the troops. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "O Jabir, I do not see unless I have become enthusiastic again." So I say; because of your blessings, O Messenger of Allah! He said: "Sell to me, and you will get a ride until you reach Medina." Then I sold it even though I really needed it, but I was embarrassed by him. Then when we had finished our war and we were close to Medina, I asked permission to go ahead. I say; O Messenger of Allah, I am a newly married person. He said: "Are you marrying a girl or a widow?" I said; widow, O Messenger of Allah, indeed Abdullah bin 'Amru was killed and he left behind several daughters who were still girls, and I did not like to come to them with women like them, so I married a widow who would teach and educate them. Then he allowed me, and said: "Come to your family at the time of Isha`." Then when I arrived, I told my aunt about the sale of the ont, then she criticized me. When Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam had arrived, I came to him carrying a camel. Then he gave me the price of the camel and the camel itself, and my share with the people (Degree: authentic. Hadits ke-28. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سَفَرٍ وَكُنْتُ عَلَى جَمَلٍ فَقَالَ " مَا لَكَ فِي آخِرِ النَّاسِ " . قُلْتُ أَعْيَا بَعِيرِي فَأَخَذَ بِذَنَبِهِ ثُمَّ زَجَرَهُ فَإِنْ كُنْتُ إِنَّمَا أَنَا فِي أَوَّلِ النَّاسِ يُهِمُّنِي رَأْسُهُ فَلَمَّا دَنَوْنَا مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ " مَا فَعَلَ الْجَمَلُ بِعْنِيهِ " . قُلْتُ لاَ بَلْ هُوَ لَكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ " لاَ بَلْ بِعْنِيهِ " . قُلْتُ لاَ بَلْ هُوَ لَكَ . قَالَ " لاَ بَلْ بِعْنِيهِ قَدْ أَخَذْتُهُ بِوُقِيَّةٍ ارْكَبْهُ فَإِذَا قَدِمْتَ الْمَدِينَةَ فَائْتِنَا بِهِ " . فَلَمَّا قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ جِئْتُهُ بِهِ فَقَالَ لِبِلاَلٍ " يَا بِلاَلُ زِنْ لَهُ أُوقِيَّةً وَزِدْهُ قِيرَاطًا " . قُلْتُ هَذَا شَىْءٌ زَادَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمْ يُفَارِقْنِي فَجَعَلْتُهُ فِي كِيسٍ فَلَمْ يَزَلْ عِنْدِي حَتَّى جَاءَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ يَوْمَ الْحَرَّةِ فَأَخَذُوا مِنَّا مَا أَخَذُوا .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Al 'Ala`], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Mu'awiyah] dari [Al A'masy] dari [Salim bin Abu Al Ja'd] dari [Jabir bin Abdullah], ia berkata; kami pernah bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dalam suatu safar, dan saya berada di atas unta. Kemudian beliau bersabda: "Kenapa engkau berada di bagian belakang?" Saya katakan; untaku keletihan. Kemudian beliau memegang ekornya dan menghardiknya, lalu saya berada di depan orang-orang dan kepala unta tersebut membuatkan merasa khawatir. Kemudian tatkala kami telah mendekati Madinah beliau bersabda: "Apa yang dilakukan unta tersebut? Juallah kepadaku." Saya mengatakan; tidak, melainkan unta tersebut untukmu wahai Rasulullah. Beliau bersabda: "Tidak, juallah kepadaku." Saya mengatakan; tidak, melainkan unta tersebut untukmu. Beliau bersabda: "Tidak, julallah kepadaku, saya beli dengan satu uqiyah, naiklah kemudian apabila engkau telah sampai Madinah maka datanglah kepada kami membawa unta tersebut." Tatkala saya telah sampai Madinah maka saya mendatanginya membawa unta tersebut. Kemudian beliau bersabda kepada Bilal: "Wahai Bilal, timbanglah untuknya satu uqiyah dan tambahlah satu qirath." Ini adalah sesuatu yang dilebihkan Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam untukku, dan beliau tidak meninggalkanku. Kemudian saya meletakkannya di sebuah kantong, dan tetap ada padaku hingga penduduk Syam datang menyerang pada saat perang Harrah, dan mereka mengambil dari kami apa yang telah mereka ambil (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4639.) Hadits ke-29. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ أَدْرَكَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكُنْتُ عَلَى نَاضِحٍ لَنَا سَوْءٍ فَقُلْتُ لاَ يَزَالُ لَنَا نَاضِحُ سَوْءٍ يَا لَهْفَاهُ . فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " تَبِيعُنِيهِ يَا جَابِرُ " . قُلْتُ بَلْ هُوَ لَكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ . قَالَ " اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ قَدْ أَخَذْتُهُ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا وَقَدْ أَعَرْتُكَ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ " . فَلَمَّا قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ هَيَّأْتُهُ فَذَهَبْتُ بِهِ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ " يَا بِلاَلُ أَعْطِهِ ثَمَنَهُ " . فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرْتُ دَعَانِي فَخِفْتُ أَنْ يَرُدَّهُ فَقَالَ " هُوَ لَكَ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Manshur], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Abu Az Zubair] dari [Jabir], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menemuiku dan saya berada di atas unta kami yang lemah. Kemudian saya katakan; aduh, kami senantiasa memiliki unta yang lemah. Kemudian Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Apakah engkau akan menjualnya kepadaku wahai Jabir?" Maka saya katakan; unta itu untukmu wahai Rasulullah! Beliau bersabda: "Ya Allah, ampunilah dia. Ya Allah, rahmatilah dia, sungguh saya telah membelinya dengan sekian dan sekian. Dan saya telah meminjamkan punggungnya hingga sampai Madinah." Kemudian setelah saya sampai Madinah, saya mempersiapkan unta tersebut dan pergi membawanya kepada beliau. Kemudian beliau bersabda: "Wahai Bilal, berikan hartanya kepadanya." Kemudian setelah saya pergi maka beliau memanggilku, maka saya khawatir beliau mengembalikannya. Beliau bersabda: "Unta itu untukmu (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4640.) Hadits ke-30. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كُنَّا نَسِيرُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَنَا عَلَى نَاضِحٍ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَتَبِيعُنِيهِ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا وَاللَّهُ يَغْفِرُ لَكَ " . قُلْتُ نَعَمْ هُوَ لَكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ قَالَ " أَتَبِيعُنِيهِ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا وَاللَّهُ يَغْفِرُ لَكَ " . قُلْتُ نَعَمْ هُوَ لَكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ . قَالَ " أَتَبِيعُنِيهِ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا وَاللَّهُ يَغْفِرُ لَكَ " . قُلْتُ نَعَمْ هُوَ لَكَ . قَالَ أَبُو نَضْرَةَ وَكَانَتْ كَلِمَةً يَقُولُهَا الْمُسْلِمُونَ افْعَلْ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَاللَّهُ يَغْفِرُ لَكَ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Mu'tamir], ia berkata; saya mendengar [ayahku] berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Nadhrah] dari [Jabir bin Abdullah], ia berkata; kami pernah berjalan bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan saya berada di atas unta. Kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: 'Apakah engkau menjualnya kepadaku dengan sekian serta sekian dan Allah mengampuni dosamu?" Maka saya katakan; ya, unta itu untukmu wahai Nabi Allah. Beliau bersabda: 'Apakah engkau menjualnya kepadaku dengan sekian serta sekian dan Allah mengampuni dosamu?" Maka saya katakan; ya, unta itu untukmu wahai Nabi Allah. 'Apakah engkau menjualnya kepadaku dengan sekian serta sekian dan Allah mengampuni dosamu?" Maka saya katakan; ya, unta itu untukmu wahai Nabi Allah. Abu Nadhrah mengatakan; dan hal itu menjadi perkataan yang dikatakan oleh orang-orang muslim; lakukanlah demikian dan demikian dan semoga Allah mengampunimu (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4641.) Hadits ke-31. أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتِ اشْتَرَيْتُ بَرِيرَةَ فَاشْتَرَطَ أَهْلُهَا وَلاَءَهَا فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " أَعْتِقِيهَا فَإِنَّ الْوَلاَءَ لِمَنْ أَعْطَى الْوَرِقَ " . قَالَتْ فَأَعْتَقْتُهَا - قَالَتْ - فَدَعَاهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَخَيَّرَهَا مِنْ زَوْجِهَا فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا وَكَانَ زَوْجُهَا حُرًّا .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Qutaibah bin Sa'id], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Jarir] dari [Manshur] dari [Ibrahim] dari [Al Aswad] dari [Aisyah], ia berkata; saya membeli Barirah kemudian pemiliknya mensyaratkan perwaliannya. Lalu hal tersebut saya utarakan kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam kemudian beliau bersabda: "Bebaskan dia, sesungguhnya perwalian itu untuk orang yang memberikan perak (pembeli)." Aisyah berkata; kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memanggil Barirah dan memberikan pilihan kepadanya terhadap suaminya, maka ia memilih dirinya. Suaminya pada saat itu adalah orang merdeka (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4642.) Hadits ke-32. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ، بَرِيرَةَ لِلْعِتْقِ وَأَنَّهُمُ اشْتَرَطُوا وَلاَءَهَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اشْتَرِيهَا فَأَعْتِقِيهَا فَإِنَّ الْوَلاَءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ " . وَأُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِلَحْمٍ فَقِيلَ هَذَا تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَى بَرِيرَةَ فَقَالَ " هُوَ لَهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ " . وَخُيِّرَتْ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Basysyar], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdur Rahman bin Al Qasim], ia berkata; saya mendengar [Al Qasim] bercerita dari [Aisyah] bahwa ia ingin membeli Barirah untuk di merdekakan. Dan mereka mensyaratkan perwaliannya, lalu Aisyah mengutarakan hal tersebut kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Belilah dia dan merdekakan, sesungguhnya perwalian adalah untuk orang yang memerdekakan." Dan Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam telah diberi daging kemudian dikatakan; daging ini disedekahkan kepada Barirah. Kemudian beliau bersabda: "Itu sedekah baginya dan bagi kita sebagai hadiah." Kemudian Barirah diminta untuk memilih (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4643.) Hadits ke-33. أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ، جَارِيَةً تَعْتِقُهَا فَقَالَ أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ الْوَلاَءَ لَنَا . فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّ الْوَلاَءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Qutaibah bin Sa'id] dari [Malik] dari [Nafi'] dari [Abdullah bin Umar] bahwa Aisyah ingin membeli seorang budak wanita yang akan ia merdekakan, kemudian pemiliknya berkata; kami akan menjualnya kepadamu dengan syarat perwalian untuk kami. Kemudian Aisyah mengutarakan hal tersebut kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, lalu beliau bersabda: "Hal itu tidak menghalangimu, sesungguhnya perwalian adalah untuk orang yang memerdekakan (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4644.) Hadits ke-34. أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ وَعَنِ الْحَبَالَى أَنْ يُوطَأْنَ حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ وَعَنْ لَحْمِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Hafsh bin Abdullah], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [ayahku], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Ibrahim] dari [Yahya bin Sa'id] dari ['Amru bin Syu'aib] dari [Abdullah bin Abu Najih] dari [Mujahid] dari [Ibnu Abbas], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang dari menjual harta rampasan perang hingga dibagikan, dan dari wanita-wanita hamil untuk digauli hingga melahirkan kandungannya, dan dari daging setiap yang memiliki taring dari binatang buas (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4645.) Hadits ke-35. أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الشُّفْعَةُ فِي كُلِّ شِرْكٍ رَبْعَةٍ أَوْ حَائِطٍ لاَ يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَ شَرِيكَهُ فَإِنْ بَاعَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَهُ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami ['Amru bin Zurarah], ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Isma'il] dari [Ibnu Juraij], ia berkata; telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Abu Az Zubair] dari [Jabir], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Hak membeli terlebih dahulu ada dalam setiap rumah yang dimiliki bersama, atau kebun dan tidak boleh ia menjual hingga memberi tahu sekutunya, kemudian apabila ia menjual maka sekutunya tersebut lebih berhak terhadapnya hingga ia memberi izin untuk menjualnya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4646.) Hadits ke-36. أَخْبَرَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْهَيْثَمِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ حَمْزَةَ - عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ، أَنَّ الزُّهْرِيَّ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، أَنَّ عَمَّهُ، حَدَّثَهُ - وَهُوَ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم - أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ابْتَاعَ فَرَسًا مِنْ أَعْرَابِيٍّ وَاسْتَتْبَعَهُ لِيَقْبِضَ ثَمَنَ فَرَسِهِ فَأَسْرَعَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَبْطَأَ الأَعْرَابِيُّ وَطَفِقَ الرِّجَالُ يَتَعَرَّضُونَ لِلأَعْرَابِيِّ فَيَسُومُونَهُ بِالْفَرَسِ وَهُمْ لاَ يَشْعُرُونَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ابْتَاعَهُ حَتَّى زَادَ بَعْضُهُمْ فِي السَّوْمِ عَلَى مَا ابْتَاعَهُ بِهِ مِنْهُ فَنَادَى الأَعْرَابِيُّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ إِنْ كُنْتَ مُبْتَاعًا هَذَا الْفَرَسَ وَإِلاَّ بِعْتُهُ . فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِينَ سَمِعَ نِدَاءَهُ فَقَالَ " أَلَيْسَ قَدِ ابْتَعْتُهُ مِنْكَ " . قَالَ لاَ وَاللَّهِ مَا بِعْتُكَهُ . فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " قَدِ ابْتَعْتُهُ مِنْكَ " . فَطَفِقَ النَّاسُ يَلُوذُونَ بِالنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَبِالأَعْرَابِيِّ وَهُمَا يَتَرَاجَعَانِ وَطَفِقَ الأَعْرَابِيُّ يَقُولُ هَلُمَّ شَاهِدًا يَشْهَدُ أَنِّي قَدْ بِعْتُكَهُ . قَالَ خُزَيْمَةُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ أَنَا أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ قَدْ بِعْتَهُ . قَالَ فَأَقْبَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى خُزَيْمَةَ فَقَالَ " لِمَ تَشْهَدُ " . قَالَ بِتَصْدِيقِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ . قَالَ فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم شَهَادَةَ خُزَيْمَةَ شَهَادَةَ رَجُلَيْنِ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Al Haitsam bin Marwan bin Imran], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Bakkar], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya yaitu Ibnu Hamzah] dari [Az Zubaidi] bahwa [Az Zuhri] telah mengabarkan kepadanya dari ['Umarah bin Khuzaimah] bahwa [pamannya] berkata kepadanya yang termasuk seorang sahabat Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam telah menceritakan kepadanya bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membeli seekor kuda dari seorang badui dan ia mengikuti beliau untuk mengambil uangnya, lalu Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mempercepat jalannya sedangkan orang badui itu memperlambat jalannya, lalu orang-orang mulai mendatangi badui itu dan menawarnya, mereka tidak mengetahui jika Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam telah membelinya hingga salah seorang dari mereka menambah harganya melebihi harga yang telah dibeli beliau, lalu orang badui itu memanggil Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan berkata apakah engkau jadi membeli kudaku ini jika tidak maka aku akan menjualnya, Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berdiri begitu mendengar panggilan orang badui itu, beliau bersabda: "Bukankah aku telah membelinya darimu?" Ia menjawab tidak, demi Allah aku tidak menjualnya kepadamu, lalu Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Aku telah membelinya darimu, " lalu orang-orang mulai mengerumunin Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan orang badui itu, kemudian mereka berdua kembali, orang badui itu berkata datangkan seorang saksi bahwa aku telah menjualnya kepadamu, Khuzaimah bin Tasbit berkata aku bersaksi bahwa engkau telah menjualnya, lalu Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menerima persaksian Kuzaimah dan bersabda: "Karena apa engkau bersaksi, " ia berkata dengan mempercayaimu ya Rasulullah ia berkata lalu Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menjadikan persaksian Khuzaimah dengan dua orang saksi (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-37. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِي عُمَيْسٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الأَشْعَثِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الْبَيِّعَانِ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَهُوَ مَا يَقُولُ رَبُّ السِّلْعَةِ أَوْ يَتْرُكَا " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Idris], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Umar bin Hafsh bin Ghiyats], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [ayahku] dari [Abu 'Umais] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abdur Rahman bin Qais bin Muhammad bin Al Asy'ats] dari [ayahnya] dari [kakekknya], [Abdullah] berkata; aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Jika dua orang yang berjual beli berselisih dan tidak ada bukti diantara keduanya maka yang diambil adalah perkataan pemilik barang atau mereka berdua meninggalkannya (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-38. أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، وَيُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لإِبْرَاهِيمَ - قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ حَضَرْنَا أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَتَاهُ رَجُلاَنِ تَبَايَعَا سِلْعَةً فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَخَذْتُهَا بِكَذَا وَبِكَذَا . وَقَالَ هَذَا بِعْتُهَا بِكَذَا وَكَذَا . فَقَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ أُتِيَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فِي مِثْلِ هَذَا فَقَالَ حَضَرْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أُتِيَ بِمِثْلِ هَذَا فَأَمَرَ الْبَائِعَ أَنْ يَسْتَحْلِفَ ثُمَّ يَخْتَارَ الْمُبْتَاعُ فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ .. Telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Ibrahim bin Al Hasan] dan [Yusuf bin Sa'id] dan [Abdur Rahman bin Khalid], lafazhnya adalah lafazh Ibrahim, mereka berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hajjaj], ia berkata; telah berkata [Ibnu Juraij]; telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Isma'il bin Umayyah] dari [Abdul Malik bin 'Ubaid], ia berkata; kami bersama 'Ubaidah bin Abdullah bin Mas'ud, telah datang kepadanya dua orang yang berjual beli suatu barang. Kemudian salah seorang diantara mereka berkata; saya membelinya dengan sekian dan sekian. Dan yang lain berkata; saya menjualnya dengan sekian dan sekian. Lalu [Abu 'Ubaidah] berkata; [Ibnu Mas'ud] dihadapkan pada permasalahan seperti ini, kemudian ia berkata; saya bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan beliau dihadapkan pada permasalahan seperti ini kemudian beliau memerintahkan penjual agar bersumpah kemudian pembeli memilih, apabila mau maka ia mengambilnya dan apabila mau maka ia meninggalkannya (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-39. أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتِ اشْتَرَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ يَهُودِيٍّ طَعَامًا بِنَسِيئَةٍ وَأَعْطَاهُ دِرْعًا لَهُ رَهْنًا .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Harb], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Mu'awiyah] dari [Al A'masy] dari [Ibrahim] dari [Al Aswad] dari [Aisyah], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membeli makanan dengan kredit dari seorang Yahudi, dan beliau memberikan kepadanya baju zirah beliau sebagai gadaian (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-40. أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَدِرْعُهُ مَرْهُونَةٌ عِنْدَ يَهُودِيٍّ بِثَلاَثِينَ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ لأَهْلِهِ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Yusuf bin Hammad], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan bin Habib] dari [Hisyam] dari [Ikrimah] dari [Ibnu Abbas], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam meninggal dan baju zirahnya tergadaikan pada seorang Yahudi dengan tiga pulu sha' jewawut untuk keluarganya (Derajat: shahih.
