Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing وَهْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بُكَيْرٌ، God willing Allah's blessings فِيهِ تَصَاوِيرُ فَدَخَلَ رَسُولُ وسلِ فَنَزَعَهُ فَقَطَعَتْهُ وِسَادَتَيْنِ ‏.‏ قَالَ رَجُلٌ فِي God willing أَنَا سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ - يَعْنِي الْقَاسِمَ - عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَِ يَرْتَفِقُ عَلَيْهِمَا ‏.‏. Having informed us [Wahb bin Bayan] he said; has told us [Ibn Wahb] he said; has told us [Amru] he said; has told us [Bukair] he said; has told me ['Abdurrahman Ibnul Qasim] that [his father] told him from ['Aisyah], that he once put up a cloth with a picture to make a satyr, when the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came in he immediately took it off, then 'Aisyah cut the cloth and made it into two pillows. A man named [Rabi'ah bin 'Atha] -at that time in a majlis- said, "I heard [Abu Muhammad] -namely Al Qasim-, telling from ['Aisyah], he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam used to lean on these two pillows (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5355.) 2nd hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing مِنْ سَفَرٍ وَقَدْ سَتَّرْتُ بِقِرَامٍ عَلَى سَهْوَةٍ لِي فِيهِ تَصَاوِيرُ فَنَزَعَهُ وَقَالَ ‏ "‏ أَشَدُّ النَّاسِ God willing اللَّهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having reported to us [Qutaibah] he said; has told us [Sufyan] from ['Abdurrahman Ibnul Qasim] from [his father] from ['Aisyah] he said, "When the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came from a journey, I had put a satyr cloth with a picture on my window, he then took off the cloth and said: "Indeed, the most painful punishment on the Day of Judgment will be those who resemble Allah's creation (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5356.) 3rd Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing الْقِيَامَةِ الَّذِينَ يُشَبِّهُونَ بِخَلْقِ اللَّهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] and [Qutaibah bin Sa'id] from [Sufyan] from [Az Zuhri] that he had heard [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] report from ['Aisyah] the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came to see me, while I had put on a thin cloth with a picture as a satyr. When he saw it, his face turned red as he took the cloth said, he then said: "Indeed, the most painful punishment on the Day of Judgment will be those who resemble Allah's creation (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5357.) 4th Hadith. - prayer God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَقَالَ إِنِّي أُصَوِّرُ هَذِهِ التَّصَاوِيرَ فَمَا تَقُولُ ادْنُهْ ادْنُهْ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدًا صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ مَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً فِي الدُّنْيَا كُلِّفَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَنْ يَنْفُخَ فِيهَا الرُّوحَ وَلَيْسَ بِنَافِخِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having informed us [Amru bin Ali] he said; has told us [Khalid] - namely Ibnul Harith - he said; has told us [Sa'id bin Abu Arubah] from [An Nadlr bin Anas] he said, "When I was sitting with [Ibn Abbas], a man from the people of Iraq came to him and said, "I painted these pictures, so what do you think?" Ibn Abbas said, "Come here, come here. I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Whoever makes an image in the world, then on the Day of Judgment he will be charged with breathing the soul into that image, even though he will not be able to (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5358.) 5th Hadith. God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings Allah's blessings فِيهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having reported to us [Qutaibah] he said; has told us [Hammad] from [Ayyub] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, 'Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever makes an image, then on the Day of Resurrection he will be tortured until he breathes his soul into the image, even though he will not be able to (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5359.) 6th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ مَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً كُلِّفَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَنْ يَنْفُخَ فِيهَا الرُّوحَ وَلَيْسَ بِنَافِخٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having informed us [Amru bin Ali] he said; has told us [Affan] he said; has narrated to us [Hammam] from [Qatadah] from [Ikrimah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever makes an image in the world, then on the Day of Resurrection it will be charged to breathe the soul into that image, even though he will not be able to (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5360.) 7th Hadith. God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing يُقَالُ لَهُمْ أَحْيُوا مَا خَلَقْتُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having reported to us [Qutaibah] he said; has narrated to us [Hammad] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed the owners of these images, namely those who have painted them, on the Day of Resurrection it will be said to them 'Bring to life what you have created (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5361.) 8th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنَّ أَصْحَابَ هَذِهِ الصُّوَرِ يُعَذَّبُونَ God bless you ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having reported to us [Qutaibah] he said; has narrated to us [Al Laits] from [Nafi'] from [Al Qasim] from ['Aisyah] the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed the owners of these images will be tortured on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them 'Bring to life what you have created (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5362.) 9th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing يُضَاهُونَ اللَّهَ فِي خَلْقِهِ ‏.‏. Having reported to us [Qutaibah] he said; has told us [Abu Awanah] from [Simak] from [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] from ['Aisyah] the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he said, "Indeed, the harshest punishment on the Day of Resurrection will be those who resemble Allah's creation (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5363.) 10th Hadith. Allah's blessings مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، ح وَأَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ‏"‏ إِنَّ مِنْ أَشَدِّ النَّاسِ عَذَابًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْمُصَوِّرُونَ ‏"‏ ‏." ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having informed us [Ahmad bin Harb] he said; has told us [Abu Awanah] from [Al A'masy] from [Muslim]. (in another way it is stated) Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Yahya bin Muhammad] he said; has told us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] he said; has told us [Isma'il bin Zakariya] he said; has told us [Hushain bin 'Abdurrahman] from [Muslim bin Shubaih] from [Masruq] from [Abdullah] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, those who will be punished the most severely on the Day of Resurrection will be the draftsmen." Ahmad stated, "Namely the draftsmen (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5364.) 11th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ ادْخُلْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ كَيْفَ أَدْخُلُ وَفِي بَيْتِكَ سِتْرٌ فِيهِ تَصَاوِيرُ فَإِمَّا أَنْ God willing مَعْشَرَ الْمَلاَئِكَةْ ‏.‏. Has reported to us [Hannad bin As Sari] from [Abu Bakr] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Mujahid] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "Jibril 'Alaihis Salam asked permission to enter to meet the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he then said: "Come in." Jibril instead said, "How am I going to enter, while in your house there is a satyr with a picture (animate creature)! You should cut off his head or make it a pillow to sit on. Indeed, we are angels who will not enter a house in which there is an image (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5365.) 12th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم لاَ يُصَلِّي فِي لُحُفِنَا ‏.‏ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَلاَحِفِنَا ‏.‏. It has been reported to us by [Al Hasan bin Qaza'ah] from [Sufyan bin Habib] and [Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] from [Ash'ath] from [Muhammad bin Sirin] from [Abdullah bin Syaqiq] from ['Aisyah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did not pray in our blankets." Sufyan said, "Our blankets (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5366.) 13th Hadith. God bless you Allah's blessings قَتَادَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسٌ، أَنَّ نَعْلَ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ لَهَا قِبَالاَنِ ‏.‏. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Ma'mir] he said; has told us [Habban] he said; has told us [Hammam] he said; has told us [Qatadah] he said; has told us [Anas] said, "The sandals of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam had two straps (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5367.) 14th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing الله عليه وسلم قِبَالاَنِ ‏.‏. Having informed us [Amru bin Ali] he said; has told us [Shafwan bin Isa] he said; has told us [Hisyam] from [Muhammad] from [Amru bin Aus] he said, "The sandals of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam had two straps (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5368.) 15th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you فَلاَ يَمْشِ فِي نَعْلٍ وَاحِدَةٍ حَتَّى يُصْلِحَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has told us [Muhammad bin Ubaid] he said; has narrated to us [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "If one of you breaks a sandal strap, then do not walk in one sandal until he repairs it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5369.) 16th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind "‏ الأُخْرَى حَتَّى يُصْلِحَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has informed us [Abu Mu'awiyah] he said; has told us [Al A'masy] from [Abu Razin] he said, "I once saw [Abu Hurairah] hit his forehead with his hand and said, "O people of Iraq, you claim that I have lied in the name of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Indeed, I testify that I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "If one of you breaks a sandal strap, do not walk with another until you have repaired it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5370.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God willing قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ or God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing فَجَعَلَتْهُ فِي قَارُورَةٍ فَرَآهَا النَّبِيُِ وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَا هَذَا الَّذِي تَصْنَعِينَ يَا أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَتْ أَجْعَلُ عَرَقَكَ فِي طِيبِي فَضَحِكَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏. Has informed us [Muhammad bin Ma'mar] he said; has told us [Muhammad bin Umar bin Abu Al Wazir Abu Mutharrif] he said; has told us [Muhammad bin Musa] from [Abdullah bin Abu Thalhah] from [Anas bin Malik] said, "Once the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam lay on a mat until he was sweating. Then Umm Sulaim got up and wiped his sweat from the mat and put it in a bottle. When the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam saw this, he asked: "O Umm Sulaim, what are you doing?" Umm Sulaim replied, "I want to make your sweat my perfume." The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam smiled (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5371.) 18th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing - رَجُلٌ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ - قَالَ نَزَلْتُ عَلَى أَبِي هَاشِمِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ وَهُوَ طَعِينٌ فَأَتَاهُ مُعََةُ فَبَكَى أَبُو هَاشِمٍ فَقَالَ مُِيَةُ Allah's blessings God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing قَالَ ‏ "‏ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind خَادِمٌ وَمَرْكَبٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ‏"‏ ‏." فَجَمَعْتُ ‏.‏. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Qudamah] from [Jarir] from [Mansur] from [Abu Wail] from [Samurah bin Sahm] a man from his people, he said, "I visited the house of Hasyim bin Utbah who at that time was injured by a stab. Then Mu'awiyah came to visit him, [Abu Hasyim] was crying. Mu'awiyah asked, "What made you cry? Is it because of pain? Or because of the world, even though there is nothing to cry about in it?" Abu Hasyim answered, "Not because of all that, but because the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once made a promise to me. I wish I could follow him. He said: "Perhaps you will have a lot of wealth enough to distribute among a number of people, but enough for you is a servant and a vehicle in the way of Allah." And now I have obtained and collected it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5372.) 19th hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ فِضَّةٍ ‏.‏. Having informed us [Imran bin Yazid] he said; has told us [Isa bin Yunus] he said; has told us [Uthman bin Hakim] from [Abu Umamah bin Sahl] he said, "The upper part of the hilt of the sword of the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was made of silver (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5373.) 20th hadith. God willing God willing God bless you God willing سَيْفِهِ فِضَّةٌ وَمَا بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ حِلَقُ فِضَّةٍ ‏.‏. Having informed us [Abu Dawud] he said; has told us [Amru bin Ashim] he said; has told us [Hammam] and [Jarir] both said; has narrated to us [Qatadah] from [Anas] he said, "The na'lu (bottom of the hilt) of the sword of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam was made of silver, the qabi'ah (top of the hilt) of his sword was of silver and between the two was also made of a coil of silver (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5374.) 21st Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، - وَهُوَ God willing God bless you اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ فِضَّةٍ ‏.‏. Having reported to us [Qutaibah] he said; has told us [Yazid] - namely Ibn Zurai' - from [Hisyam] from [Qatadah] from [Sa'id bin Abu Al Hasan] he said, "The Qabi'ah (top of the hilt) of the sword of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam was made of silver (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5375.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ سَدِّدْنِي وَاهْدِنِي ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَنَهَانِي عَنِ الْجُلُوسِ عَلَى الْمَيَاثِرِ وَالْمَيَاثِرُ قَسِّيٌّ كَانَتْ تَصْنَعُهُ النِّسَاءُ لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ عَلَى الرَّحْلِ كَالْقَطَائِفِ مِنَ الأُرْجُوَانِ ‏.‏. Having reported to us [Muhammad Ibnul 'Ala] he said; has told us [Ibn Idris] he said; I heard [Ashim bin Kulaib] from [Abu Burdah] from [Ali] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to me: "Say 'O Allah, make my words straight and give me guidance'. He also forbade me to sit on a saddle made of silk. What is meant by saddle mats is cloth embroidered with silk, usually made by women for their families which is placed on the vehicle, such as thick cloth mixed with red (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5376.) 23rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ رَجُلٌ غَرِيبٌ جَاءَ يَسْأَلُ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you فَقَعَدَ عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَجَعَلَ يُعَلِّمُنِي مِمَّا عَلَّمَهُ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ أَتَى خُطْبَتَهُ فَأَتَمَّهَا ‏.‏. Having reported to us [Ya'qub bin Ibrahim] from ['Abdurrahman] from [Sulaiman Ibnul Mughirah] from [Humaid bin Hilal] he said; [Abu Rifa'ah] said, "I found Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam giving a sermon, I then said, "O Rasulullah, there is a foreign man who has come to learn about his religion, he does not know what his religion is about!" Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam then turned away and stopped from his sermon, until he was facing me. A chair was then given to him, I thought that his legs were made of iron. Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then sat on the chair and began to teach me what Allah had taught him. After that he continued his sermon until it was finished (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5377.) 24th Hadith. God willing قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الأَزْرَقُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God willing God willing God willing God bless you فَاهُ هَا هُنَا وَهَا هُنَا ‏.‏. Having informed us ['Abdurrahman bin Muhammad bin Sallam] he said; has told us [Ishaq Al Azraq] he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Aun bin Abu Juhaifah] from [Abu Juhaifah] he said, "We were in Bathha (the area around Mecca) with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, at that time he was in his red tent, while at his side there were only a few people. Then Bilal came and gave the call to prayer, he followed the movement of his mouth this way and that (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5378.) 25th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing أَوْسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God bless you عِنْدَ اللَّهْ يَمِينِ الرَّحْمَنِ الَّذِينَ يَعْدِلُونَ فِي حُكْمِهِمْ وَأَهْلِيهِمْ وَمَا وَلُوا ‏"‏‏.‏ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ ‏"‏ وَكِلْتَا يَدَيْهِ يَمِينٌ ‏"‏‏.‏. Having informed us [Qutaibah bin Sa'id] he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Amru]. (in another way mentioned) Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Adam bin Sulaiman] from [Ibnul Mubarak] from [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [Amru bin Aus] from [Abdullah bin Amru bin Al 'Ash] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Indeed, those who act justly will be placed on the side of Allah Ta'ala above pulpits made of light, on the right side of 'Arrahman. Namely, people who are fair in their punishment, fair in their families and in carrying out their duties." Muhammad mentioned in his hadith, "and His two hands are right (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5379.) 26th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God bless you God bless you لاَ ظِلَّ إِلاَّ ظِلُّهُ إِمَامٌ عَادِلٌ وَشَابٌّ نَشَأَ فِي God willing خَلاَءٍ فَفَاضَتْ عَيْنَاهُ وَرَجُلٌ كَانَ قَلْبُم مُعَلَّقًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَرَجُلاَنِ تَحَابَّا فِي اللَّهِ God bless you God bless you وَجَلَّ وَرَجُلٌ تَصَدَّقَ بِصَدَقَةٍ فَأَخْفَاهَا حَتَّى لاَ تَعْلَمَ شِمَالُهُ مَا صَنَعَتْ يَمِينُهُ ‏"‏‏.‏. Having informed us [Suwaid bin Nash] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Ubaidullah] from [Khabib bin 'Abdurrahman] from [Hafsh bin Ashim] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There are seven groups that Allah will protect on the Day of Resurrection, on a day where there is no protection other than His protection; a just imam, a young man who grew up in the worship of Allah 'azza wajalla, a man who dhikr to Allah in silence then shed tears, a man whose heart is always attached to the mosque, two men who love for Allah 'azza wajalla, a man who was invited by a beautiful and well-placed woman to commit adultery, then he said 'indeed I fear Allah 'azza wajalla', and a man who gave alms in secret until his left hand did not know what his right hand was doing (Degrees: authentic. Having informed us [Amri bin Mansur] he said; has told us [Sulaiman bin Harb] he said; has told us [Umar bin Ali] from [Abu Umais] from [Sa'id bin Burdah] from [his father] from [Abu Musa] he said, "Some people from Al Asy'ari came to me, they said, "Come with us to go to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, because we have a need." So, I also went with them. They then said, "O Messenger of Allah, help us to do your work." Abu Musa said, "I apologized to the Messenger of Allah for what they said, and I also told him that I did not know what their needs were, he believed me and gave me forgiveness." Having informed us [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la] he said; has told us [Khalid] he said; has told us [Syu'bah] from [Qatadah] he said; I heard [Anas] tell from [Usaid bin Hudlair], that there was a man who came to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "Don't you employ me as you employ so and so?" he said: "Indeed, you will see atsarah (the quality of prioritizing yourself), so you should be patient until you meet me (Degree: authentic. Having informed us [Mujahid bin Musa] he said; has told us [Isma'il] from [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] from ['Abdurrahman bin Samurah]. (in another way it is stated) It has been reported to us [Amru bin Ali] said; has told us [Yahya] has told us [Ibn Aun] from [Al Hasan] from [Abdurrahman bin Samurah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not ask for power, because if you are given it because you ask, you will be left alone. Hadits ke-32. أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، قَدِمَ رَكْبٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَمِّرِ الْقَعْقَاعَ بْنَ مَعْبَدٍ‏.‏ وَقَالَ عُمَرُ رضى الله عنه بَلْ أَمِّرِ الأَقْرَعَ بْنَ حَابِسٍ‏.‏ فَتَمَارَيَا حَتَّى ارْتَفَعَتْ أَصْوَاتُهُمَا فَنَزَلَتْ فِي ذَلِكَ ‏{‏يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تُقَدِّمُوا بَيْنَ يَدَىِ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ‏}‏ حَتَّى انْقَضَتِ الآيَةُ ‏{‏وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ صَبَرُوا حَتَّى تَخْرُجَ إِلَيْهِمْ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ‏}‏‏.‏. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Al Hasan bin Muhammad] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hajjaj] dari [Ibnu Juraij] ia berkata; telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Ibnu Abu Mulaikah] dari [Abdullah bin Az Zubair] mengabarkan kepadanya, serombongan dari bani Tamim datang menemui Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, Abu Bakar lalu berkata, "Angkatlah Al Qa'qa' bin Ma'bad." Sedangkan Umar radliallahu 'anhu berkata, "Angkatlah Al Aqra' bin Habis." Hingga terjadilah perdebatan antara keduanya hingga suara mereka meninggi. Maka berkenaan dengan hal itu turunlah ayat: '(Hai orang-orang yang beriman, janganlah kamu mendahului Allah dan Rasul-Nya dan bertakwalah kepada Allah) ' hingga akhir ayat, '(Dan kalau sekiranya mereka bersabar sampai kamu keluar menemui mereka sesungguhnya itu lebih baik bagi mereka) (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-33. أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ ‏{‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ،‏}‏ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، هَانِئٍ أَنَّهُ لَمَّا وَفَدَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَمِعَهُ وَهُمْ يَكْنُونَ هَانِئًا أَبَا الْحَكَمِ فَدَعَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ لَهُ ‏"‏ إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْحَكَمُ وَإِلَيْهِ الْحُكْمُ فَلِمَ تُكَنَّى أَبَا الْحَكَمِ ‏"‏‏.‏ فَقَالَ إِنَّ قَوْمِي إِذَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِي شَىْءٍ أَتَوْنِي فَحَكَمْتُ بَيْنَهُمْ فَرَضِيَ كِلاَ الْفَرِيقَيْنِ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ مَا أَحْسَنَ مِنْ هَذَا فَمَا لَكَ مِنَ الْوُلْدِ ‏"‏‏.‏ قَالَ لِي شُرَيْحٌ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَمُسْلِمٌ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَمَنْ أَكْبَرُهُمْ ‏"‏‏.‏ قَالَ شُرَيْحٌ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَأَنْتَ أَبُو شُرَيْحٍ ‏"‏‏.‏ فَدَعَا لَهُ وَلِوَلَدِهِ‏.‏. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Qutaibah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid] -yaitu Ibnul Miqdam bin Syuraih- dari [Syuraih bin Hani] dari bapaknya [Hani] berkata, "Saat ia datang, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mendengar para sahabat menjuluki Hani dengan Abul Hakam. Maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memanggilnya dan bersabda kepadanya: "Sesungguhnya Allah adalah Al Hakam (pembuat hukum) dan kepada-Nya hukum dikembalikan. Lalu kenapa kamu dijuluki dengan Abul Hakam?" ia menjawab, "Jika kaumku berselisih dalam suatu masalah mereka mendatangiku untuk minta putusan, lalu aku memberi putusan kepada mereka, dan kedua kelompok dari mereka pun ridla dengan putusanku." Beliau bersabda: "Sungguh baik perbuatan itu! Apakah engkau mempunyai anak?" ia menjawab, "Aku mempunyai anak yang bernama Syuraih, Abdullah dan Muslim." Beliau bertanya: "Siapa yang paling tua?" ia menjawab, "Syuraih." Beliau bersabda: "Kamu dijuluki dengan Abu Syuraih." Beliau kemudian mendoakannya dan juga mendoakan anak-anaknya (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-34. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ عَصَمَنِي اللَّهُ بِشَىْءٍ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَمَّا هَلَكَ كِسْرَى قَالَ ‏"‏ مَنِ اسْتَخْلَفُوا ‏"‏‏.‏ قَالُوا بِنْتَهُ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ لَنْ يُفْلِحَ قَوْمٌ وَلَّوْا أَمْرَهُمُ امْرَأَةً ‏"‏‏.‏. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Khalid Ibnul Harits] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Humaid] dari [Al Hasan] dari [Abu Bakrah] ia berkata, "Allah telah memeliharaku dengan sesuatu yang aku dengar dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam saat Kisra hancur, beliau bertanya: "Siapa yang mereka angkat sebagai raja?" para sahabat menjawab, "Puterinya." Beliau lalu bersabda: "Tidak akan beruntung suatu kaum yang menyerahkan perkaranya kepada seorang wanita (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5388.) Hadits ke-35. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ رَدِيفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم غَدَاةَ النَّحْرِ فَأَتَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ خَثْعَمٍ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِي الْحَجِّ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ أَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَرْكَبَ إِلاَّ مُعْتَرِضًا أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ حُجِّي عَنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ قَضَيْتِيهِ ‏"‏‏.‏. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Hasyim] dari [Al Walid] dari [Al Auza'i] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Sulaiman bin Yasar] dari [Ibnu Abbas] dari [Al Fadll bin Abbas], bahwasanya ia pernah membonceng di belakang Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam di pagi hari pada hari Nahr (kurban). Lalu datanglah seorang wanita kepadanya dan berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah, sesungguhnya kewajiban haji yang Allah bebankan kepada hamba-hamba-Nya telah datang kepada bapakku di saat umurnya telah senja dan tidak mampu untuk naik kendaraan kecuali dengan digandeng, maka bolehkah aku menghajikan untuknya?" beliau menjawab: "Ya, berhajilah untuknya. Sebab jika ia mempunyai hutang kamu pun wajib membayarnya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5389.) Hadits ke-36. أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ خَثْعَمٍ اسْتَفْتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَالْفَضْلُ رَدِيفُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِي الْحَجِّ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ أَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَسْتَوِيَ عَلَى الرَّاحِلَةِ فَهَلْ يُجْزِئُ قَالَ مَحْمُودٌ فَهَلْ يَقْضِي - أَنْ أَحُجَّ عَنْهُ فَقَالَ لَهَا ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ ‏"‏‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَقَدْ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ فَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ مَا ذَكَرَ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ‏.‏. Telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Amru bin Utsman] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Walid] dari [Al Auza'i] ia berkata; telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Ibnu Syihab]. (dalam jalur lain disebutkan) Telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Mahmud bin Khalid] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Umar] dari [Al Auza'i] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Az Zuhri] dari [Sulaiman bin Yasar] bahwa [Ibnu Abbas] mengabarkan kepadanya, bahwa seorang wanita dari Khats'am meminta fatwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, sementara Al Fadll sedang membonceng di belakang Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Wanita itu berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah, sesungguhnya kewajiban haji yang Allah bebankan kepada hamba-hamba-Nya telah datang kepada bapakku di saat umurnya sudah tua dan tidak lagi tegak saat duduk di atas kendaraan, maka apakah mencukupi?" Mahmud berkata, "Maksudnya adalah, apakah sah jika aku menghajikannya?" lalu beliau berkata kepadanya: "Ya." 'Abdurrahman berkata, "Hadits ini diriwayatkan dari Az Zuhri tidak hanya oleh seorang saja, namun ia tidak menyebutkan dalam hadits tersebut nama Al Walid bin Muslim (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5390.) Hadits ke-37. قَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَدِيفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَجَاءَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ خَثْعَمٍ تَسْتَفْتِيهِ فَجَعَلَ الْفَضْلُ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا وَتَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ وَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَصْرِفُ وَجْهَ الْفَضْلِ إِلَى الشِّقِّ الآخَرِ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ فِي الْحَجِّ أَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَثْبُتَ عَلَى الرَّاحِلَةِ أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ ‏"‏‏.‏ وَذَلِكَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ‏.‏. [Al Harits bin Miskin] meriwayatkan dengan jalan membacakan di hadapannya, sementara aku mendengar dari [Ibnul Qasim] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Malik] dari [Ibnu Syihab] dari [Sulaiman bin Yasar] dari [Abdullah bin Abbas] ia berkata, "Al Fadll bin Abbas membonceng di belakang Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, lalu datanglah seorang wanita dari Khats'am kepada beliau untuk meminta fatwa. Al Fadll memandangi wanita itu dan juga sebaliknya hingga Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memalingkan wajah Al Fadll ke arah lain, wanita itu lalu berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah, sesungguhnya kewajiban haji yang Allah bebankan kepada hamba-hamba-Nya telah datang kepada bapakku di saat umurnya sudah tua dan tidak lagi sanggup berkendaraan. Maka apakah boleh aku menghajikan untuknya?" beliau menjawab: "Ya." Kisah itu terjadi saat haji Wada (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5391.) Hadits ke-38. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ خَثْعَمٍ قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِي الْحَجِّ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ أَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا لاَ يَسْتَوِي عَلَى الرَّاحِلَةِ فَهَلْ يَقْضِي عَنْهُ أَنْ أَحُجَّ عَنْهُ قَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ ‏"‏‏.‏ فَأَخَذَ الْفَضْلُ يَلْتَفِتُ إِلَيْهَا - وَكَانَتِ امْرَأَةً حَسْنَاءَ - وَأَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْفَضْلَ فَحَوَّلَ وَجْهَهُ مِنَ الشِّقِّ الآخَرِ‏.‏. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abu Dawud] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ya'qub bin Ibrahim] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [bapakku] dari [Shalih bin Kaisan] dari [Ibnu Syihab] bahwa [Sulaiman bin Yasar] mengabarkan kepadanya, bahwa [Ibnu Abbas] mengabarkan kepadanya, bahwa ada seorang wanita dari Khats'am berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah, sesungguhnya kewajiban haji yang Allah bebankan kepada hamba-hamba-Nya telah datang kepada bapakku di saat umurnya sudah tua dan tidak lagi sanggup berkendaraan.
