Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing مَاذَا أَقُولُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَسَكَتَ عَنِّي ثُمَّ قَالَ " يَا عُقْبَةُ قُلْ " . قُلْتُ مَاذَا أَقُولُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهْ عَلَىَّ فَقَالَ " يَا عُقْبَةُ قُلْ " . قُلْتُ مَاذَا أَقُولُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ " { قُلْ أَعُوذُ God bless you آخِرِهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ " قُلْ " . قُلْتُ مَاذَا أَقُولُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ " { قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ } " ." God willing God bless you مُسْتَعِيذٌ بِمِثْلِهِمَا " .. Has told us [Qutaibah] he said; has told us [Al Laits] from [Ibn 'Ajlan] from [Sa'id Al Maqburi] from ['Uqbah bin Amir] he said, "I once walked with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he then said: "O 'Uqbah, say it." I asked, "What should I say, O Messenger of Allah?" he was silent. Then he said: "O 'Uqbah, say it." I asked, "What should I say, O Messenger of Allah?" he was silent. Then I said, "O Allah, move him until he answers me." He then said: "O 'Uqbah, say it." I asked, "What should I say, O Messenger of Allah?" He then said: 'QUL A'UUDZU BIRABBIL FALAQ (Say: "I take refuge in God Who is the Master of the dawn)' so I read it until the end of the verse. Then he said again: "Say it." I asked, "What should I say O Messenger of Allah?" He said: 'QUL A'UUDZU BIRABBINNAAS (Say: "I take refuge in God (who protects and controls) human)' so I read it until the end of the letter. After that, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There is no one who asks for the equivalent of that. And there is no protection from a requester that is equivalent to that (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5438.) 2nd hadith. God willing يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا may Allah bless him and give him peace may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind مِثْلُهُنَِ آخِرِ السُّورَةِ وَ { قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ } " . إِلَى آخِرِ السُّورَةِ .. Having informed us [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] he said; has told us [Yahya] he said; has told us [Isma'il] he said; has narrated to us [Qais] from ['Uqbah bin Amir] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "There have been revealed to me several verses which will not be found in comparison; 'QUL A'UUDZU BIRABBIL FALAQ (Say: "I seek refuge in God Who is the Master of the dawn)' until the end of the letter and QUL A'UUDZU BIRABBINNAAS (Say: "I seek refuge in God (who maintains and controls) humans) ' until the end of the letter (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5440.) 3rd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَدَّادُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ، قَالَ God bless you نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ لِي God bless you . قُلْتُ وَمَاذَا أَقْرَأُ بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهْ } وَ { قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ } " . فَقَرَأْتُهُمَا فَقَالَ " اقْرَأْ بِهِمَا وَلَنْ تَقْرَأَ بِمِثْلِهِمَا " .. Having informed us [Amru bin Ali] he said; has told us [Badal] he said; has told us [Syaddad bin Sa'id Abu Talhah] he said; has told us [Sa'id Al Jurairi] he said; has narrated to us [Abu Nadlrah] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to me: "O Jabir, read." I answered, "O Messenger of Allah, for the sake of my father and mother as your ransom, what should I read?" He answered: "Read: 'QUL A'UUDZU BIRABBIL FALAQ (Say: "I seek refuge in Allah Who is the Master dawn) ' and QUL A'UUDZU BIRABBINNAAS (Say: "I take refuge in God (who preserves and controls) humans) '." So I read the two letters. After that he said: "Read both of them, you will never be able to read anything better than the two (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5441.) 4th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ اللَّهِ بْنْ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ أَرْبَعٍ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لاَ يَنْفَعُ وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لاَ يَخْشَعُ وَدُعَاءٍ لاَ يُسْمَعُ وَنَفْسٍ لاَ تَشْبَعُ .. Having informed us [Yazid bin Sinan] he said; has told us ['Abdurrahman] he said; has reported to us [Sufyan] from [Abu Sinan] from [Abdullah bin Abu Al Hudzail] from [Abdullah bin Amru] saying; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam always took refuge from four things, namely; knowledge that is not useful, a heart that is not humble, prayers that are not heard and a soul that is never satisfied (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5442.) 5th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing وَالْبُخْلِ وَفِتْنَةِ الصَّدْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has reported to us [Ubaidullah] he said; has told us [Isra'il] from [Abu Ishaq] from ['Amru bin Maimun] from [Umar] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam took refuge from cowardice, stinginess, death before repentance and the torment of the grave (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5443.) 6th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing قَالَ " قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِي وَشَرِّ بَصَرِي وَشَرِّ لِسَانِي وَشَرِّ قَلْبِي وَشَرِّ مَنِيِّي " . قَالَ حَتَّى حَفِظْتُهَا قَالَ سَعْدٌ وَالْمَنِيُّ مَاؤُهُ .. Having reported to us [Al Hasan bin Ishaq] he said; has told us [Abu Nu'aim] he said; has told us [Sa'd bin Aus] he said; has told me [Bilal bin Yahya] that [Syutair bin Syakal] reported to him from his father [Syakal bin Humaid] he said, "I came to see the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then I said; "O Prophet of Allah, teach me a protection that I can use for protection." He then took my hand and said: "Say: A'UUDZU BIKA MIN SYARRI SAM'I WA SYARRI BASHARI, WA SYARRI LISANI, WA SYARRI QALBI, WA SYARRI MANIYYI (I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, from the evil of my sight, from the evil of my speech, from the evil of my heart and from the evil of my maniku)' he always said it until I memorized it." Sa'd said; "What is meant by semen is the water (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5444.) 7th Hadith. God bless you, God bless you Allah's blessings God willing قَالَ كَانَ يُعَلِّمُنَا خَمْسًا كَانَ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. مِنَ الْجُبْنْ الْعُمُرْ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ " .. Having informed us [Isma'il bin Mas'ud] he said; has told us [Khalid] he said; has told us [Syu'bah] from [Abdul Malik bin Umair] he said; I heard [Mush'ab bin Sa'd] from [his father] saying, "He taught us five things, he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to say and pray with him, namely; "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL BUKHLI, WA A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL JUBNI, WA A'UUDZU BIKA AN URADDA ILAA ARDZALIL 'UMUR WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN FITNATID DUNYA WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN ADZAABIL QABRI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from stinginess, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, I seek refuge in You from senility, I seek refuge in You from the slander of the world and I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5445.) 8th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace God bless you God willing قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَسُوءِ الْعُمُرِ وَفِتْنَةِ الصَّدْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Abdul Aziz] he said; has told us [Al Fadll bin Musa] from [Zakariya] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Amru bin Maimun] from [Ibn Mas'ud] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to take refuge from five things; namely; from stinginess, cowardice, senility, death before repenting and from the torment of the grave (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5446.) 9th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing God bless you God willing God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing الْقَبْرِ " . فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهَا مُصْعَبًا فَصَدَّقَهُ .. Having informed us [Yahya bin Muhammad] he said; has told us [Habban bin Hilal] he said; has told us [Abu 'Awanah] from [Abdul Malik bin 'Umair] from ['Amru bin Maimun Al Audi] he said; [Sa'd] used to teach his children these five things as a teacher teaches his students. He says; "Indeed, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam used to take refuge with him after every prayer; "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL BUKHLI, WA A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL JUBNI, WA A'UUDZU BIKA AN URADDA ILAA ARDZALIL 'UMUR WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN FITNATID DUNYA WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN ADZAABIL QABRI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from stinginess, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, I seek refuge in You from senility, I seek refuge in You from the slander of the world and I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave)." I told this to [Mush'ab] and he confirmed it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5447.) 10th Hadith. God bless you هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْهَرَمّ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ " .. Has reported to us [Muhammad Ibn Al Mutsanna] from [Mu'adz bin Hisham] he said; has told us [my father] from [Qatadah] from [Anas] that the Prophet Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL 'AJZI WAL KASALI WAL BUKHLI WAL HARAMI WA 'ADZAABIL QABRI WA FITNATIL MAHYAA WAL MAMAATI (O Allah, indeed I seek refuge in You from weakness, laziness, stinginess, senility, torment in the grave and slander in the world and after death) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5448.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing God willing يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ message وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ " .. Having reported to us [Ali Ibnul Mundzir] from [Ibn Fudlail] he said; has told us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Al Minhal bin 'Amru] from [Anas bin Malik] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam had prayers that he never forgot to read, he always read: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL HAMMI WAL HAZNI WAL 'AJZI WAL KASALI WA BUKHLI, WAL JUBNI WA GHALABATIR RIJAL (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety, sadness, weakness, laziness, selfishness, cowardice and oppression of the rulers) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5449.) 12th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا الصَّوَابُ وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ فُضَيْلٍ خَطَأٌ .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has reported to us [Jarir] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Amru bin Abu Amru] from [Anas bin Malik] he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam had prayers that he never neglected to read; "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL HAMMI WAL HAZNI WAL 'AJZI WAl KASALI WA BUKHLI, WAL JUBNI WAD DAINI WA GHALABATIR RIJAL (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety, sadness, weakness, laziness, selfishness, greed, cowardice, debt and oppression of rulers) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5450.) 13th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing الدَّجَّالِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ " .. Having informed us [Humaid bin Mas'adah] he said; has related to us [Bisyr] from [Humaid] he said; [Anas] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to pray with the prayer: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDU BIKA MINAL KASALI WAL HARAMI WAL BUKHLI WA FITNATID DAJALI WA 'ADZAABIL QABRI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness, from senility, cowardice, piety, the slander of the Dajjal and the torment of the grave) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5451.) 14th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَقُولُ " God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَالْهَرَمِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَأَعُوذ؏ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ " .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la Ash Shan'ani] he said; has told us [Al Mu'tamir] from [His father] from [Anas] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to pray: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL 'AJZI WAL KASALI WAL HARAMI WAL BUKHLI WAL JUBNI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN 'ADZAABIL QABRI WA MIN FITNAIL MAHYA WAL MAMAATI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from weakness, from laziness, from senility, from piety. And I seek refuge from the torment of the grave and the slander of life and the slander after death) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5452.) 15th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing " God God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَضَلَعَ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لِلزِّيَادَةِ فِي الْحَدِيثِ .. Having informed us [Abu Hatim As Sijistani] he said; has told us [Abdullah bin Raja] he said; has told me [Sa'id bin Salamah] he said; has told me ['Amru bin Abu 'Amru] -former slave of Al Muthallib- from [Abdullah Al Muthallib] from [Anas bin Malik] he said; "When Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed, he said: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU MINAL HAMMI WAL HAZANI WAL KASALI WAL BUKHLI WAL JUBNI WA DLALA'ID DAINI WA GHALABATIR RIJALI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sadness, weakness and laziness, piety and cowardice, as well as from the crush of debt and oppression of the ruler)'." Abu Abdurrahman said; "Sa'di bin Salamah was a weak person, we presented him only to complete the hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5453.) 16th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing - وَكَانَ خَيْرَ أَهْلِ زَمَانِهِ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing love God willing " إِنَّهُ مَنْ غَرِمَ حَدَّثَ فَكَذَبَ وَوَعَدَ فَأَخْلَفَ " .. Having reported to me [Muhammad bin Uthman bin Abu Shafwan] he said; has told me [Salamah bin Sa'id bin 'Athiah] - he was the best person of his time - he said; has told us [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from ['Urwah] from ['Aisyah] he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam most often took refuge from unpaid debts and things that caused sin. I once asked; "O Rasulullah, why do you often take refuge from unpaid debts?" He answered: "Because a person who is in debt, he will talk a lot and then lie, promise and then break it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5454.) 17th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing قَالَ " قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِي وَشَرِّ بَصَرِي وَشَرِّ لِسَانِي وَشَرِّ قَلْبِي وَشَرِّ مَنِيِّي " . قَالَ حَتَّى حَفِظْتُهَا قَالَ سَعْدٌ وَالْمَنِيُّ مَاؤُهُ . خَالَفَهُ وَكِيعٌ فِي لَفْظِهِ .. Having reported to us [Al Hasan bin Ishaq] he said; has reported to us [Abu Nu'aim] he said; has told us [Sa'd bin Aus] he said; has told me [Bilal bin Yahya] that [Syutair bin Syakal] told him from his father [Syakal bin Humaid] he said; "I came to see the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then I said; "O Nabiyullah, teach me a protection that I can use for protection." He then took my hand and said: "Say: A'UUDZU BIKA MIN SYARRI SAM'I WA SYARRI BASHARI, WA SYARRI LISANI, WA SYARRI QALBI, WA SYARRI MANIYYI (I take refuge to You from the evil of my hearing, from the evil of my sight, from the evil of my speech, from the evil of my heart and from the evil of my semen)' he said until I memorized it." Sa'd said; 'What is meant by semen is the water.' However, Waki' differs in his pronunciation (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5455.) 18th Hadith. Allah's blessings Allah's blessings يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُتَيْرِ بْنِ شَكَلِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ God bless you أَنْتَفِعُ بِهِ ." God bless you مَنِيِّي " . يَعْنِي ذَكَرَهُ .. Having informed us ['Ubaid bin Waki' bin Al Jarrah] he said; has told us [My father] from [Sa'd bin Aus] from [Bilal bin Yahya] from [Syutair bin Syakal bin Humaid] from [His father] he said; "I said: "O Messenger of Allah, teach me a prayer from which I can benefit." He said: 'ALLAHUMMA 'AAFINII MIN SYARRI SAM'I WA BASHARI, WA LISAANI, WA QALBI, WA MIN SYARRI MANIYYI (O Allah, save me from the evils of my hearing, sight, speech, heart and manhood)'. Namely his genitals (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5456.) 19th hadith. God bless you حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، قَالَ سُئِلَ أَنَسٌ - وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَالِكٍ - God willing نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَالْبُخْلِ وَفِتْنَةْ .. Having reported to us [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] from [Khalid] he said; has told us [Humaid] he said; [Anas] - namely Ibnu Malik - was once asked about the torment of the grave and the slander of the Dajjal, he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL KASALI WAL HARAMI WAL BUKHLI WA JUBNI WA FITNAID DAJJALI WA 'ADZAABIL QABRI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness, senility, cowardice, stinginess, slander of the Dajjal and torment of the grave) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5457.) 20th hadith. Allah's blessings مُحَاضِرٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الأَحْوَلُ, عَنْ عَبْدِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم يُعَلِّمُنَا يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ اللَّهُمَّ آتِ نَفْسِي God willing وَلِيُّهَا وَمَوْلاَهَا اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذ7 قَلْبٍ لاَ يَخْشَعُ وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لاَ تَشْبَعُ وَعِلْمٍ لاَ يَنْفَعُ وَدَعْوَةٍ لاَ يُسْتَجَابُ لَهَا " .. Having informed us [Ahmad bin Sulaiman] he said; has told us [Muhadlir] he said; has told us ['Ashim Al Ahwal] from [Abdullah bin Al Harith] from [Zaid bin Arqam] he said; "I will not teach you except something that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam taught us. He said: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL 'AJZI WAL KASALI WAL BUKHLI WAL JUBNI WAL HARAMI WA 'ADZAABIL QABRI. ALLAHUMMA AATI NAFSII TAQWAAHAA WA ZAKKIHAA ANTA KHAIRU MAN ZAKKAHAA ANTA WALIYYUHAA WA MAULAAHAA. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الشَّحَّامَ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ - أَنَّهُ كَانَ سَمِعَ وَالِدَهُ، يَقُولُ فِي دُبُرِ God bless you وَالْفَقْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ " . فَجَعَلْتُ أَدْعُو God willing God willing God willing فَالْزَمْهُنَّ يَا بُنَىَِ عليه وسلم كَانَ يَدْعُو بِهِنَّ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلاَةِ .. Having informed us [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] he said; has told us [Ibn Abu Adi] he said; has told us [Uthman namely Ash Syahham] he said; has told us [Muslim namely Ibn Abu Bakrah] that he once heard [his father] say after completing the prayer; "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL KUFRI WAL FAQRI WA 'ADZAABIL QABRI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief, poverty and the torment of the grave)'. Then I prayed that prayer. My father then asked; "O my son, where did you learn those sayings?" I answered; "O my father, every time after prayer I hear you recite it, so I practice it from you!" Hadits ke-28. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَثِيرًا مَا يَدْعُو بِهَؤُلاَءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ النَّارِ وَعَذَابِ النَّارِ وَفِتْنَةِ الْقَبْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَشَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ وَشَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْفَقْرِ وَشَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْغِنَى اللَّهُمَّ اغْسِلْ خَطَايَاىَ بِمَاءِ الثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ وَأَنْقِ قَلْبِي مِنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا أَنْقَيْتَ الثَّوْبَ الأَبْيَضَ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ وَبَاعِدْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ خَطَايَاىَ كَمَا بَاعَدْتَ بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَالْمَأْثَمِ وَالْمَغْرَمِ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Usamah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam bin Urwah] dari [Ayahnya] dari ['Aisyah] ia berkata, "Doa yang sering dibaca oleh Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam adalah: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MIN FITNATINNARI WA FITNATIL QABRI WA SYARRI FITNATIL MASIIHID DAJJAL WA SYARRI FITNATIL FAQRI WA SYARRI FITNATIL GHINA ALLAHUMMA IGHSIL KHATHAAYAAYA BIMA`ITS TSALJI WA BARADI WA ANTIQI QALBI MINAL KHATHAAYAAYA KAMAA ANQAITA ATS TSAUBAL ABYADLA MINAD DANAS WA BAA'ID BAINII WA BAINA KHATHAAYAAYA KAMAA BAA'ATTA BAINAL MASYRIQI WAL MAGHRIBI ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL KASALI WAL HARAMI WAL MA`TSAMI WAL MAGHRAMI (Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari fitnah neraka dan siksa neraka, fitnah kubur dan siksa kubur, kejelekkan fitnah Al Masih dajjal, kejelekkan fitnah kafakiran dan kejelekkan fitnah kekayaan. Ya Allah, basuhlah kesalahanku dengan air es dan embun, bersihkan hatiku dari kesalahan sebagaimana Engkau bersihkan kain putih dari kotoran. Jauhkanlah antara aku dan kesalahanku sebagaimana Engkau jauhkan antara timur dan barat. Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari kemalasan, kepikunan, sebab yang mendatangkan dosa dan hutang yang tidak terbayar) (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5466.) Hadits ke-29. أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ، عَبَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الأَرْبَعِ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لاَ يَنْفَعُ وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لاَ يَخْشَعُ وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لاَ تَشْبَعُ وَمِنْ دُعَاءٍ لاَ يُسْمَعُ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Qutaibah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Laits] dari [Sa'id bin Abu Sa'id] dari saudaranya [Abbad bin Abu Sa'id] Bahwasanya ia mendengar [Abu Hurairah] berkata; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam selalu mengucapkan: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL ARBA'; MIN 'ILMIN LAA YANFA' WA MIN QALBIN LAA YAKHSYA' WA MIN NAFSIN LAA TASYBA' WA MIN DU'AA`IN LAA YUSMA' (Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari empat hal; ilmu yang tidak bermanfaat, hati yang tidak khusyu', jiwa yang tidak merasa puas dan dari doa yang tidak didengar) (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-30. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُوعِ فَإِنَّهُ بِئْسَ الضَّجِيعُ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخِيَانَةِ فَإِنَّهَا بِئْسَتِ الْبِطَانَةُ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad Ibnul 'Ala] ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Ibnu Idris] dari [Ibnu 'Ajlan] dari [Al Maqburi] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari kelaparan, sebab ia adalah seburuk-buruk teman tidur. Dan aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari berkhianat, sebab itu adalah seburuk-buruk perkara dalam hati (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5468.) Hadits ke-31. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَجْلاَنَ، وَذَكَرَ، آخَرَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُوعِ فَإِنَّهُ بِئْسَ الضَّجِيعُ وَمِنَ الْخِيَانَةِ فَإِنَّهَا بِئْسَتِ الْبِطَانَةُ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad Ibnu Al Mutsanna] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Idris] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu 'Ajlan] dan ia menyebutkan orang lain dari [Sa'id bin Abu Sa'id] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari kelaparan, sebab ia adalah seburuk-buruk teman tidur. Dan aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari sifat khianat, sebab itu adalah seburuk-buruk perkara dalam hati (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5469.) Hadits ke-32. أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفٌ، عَنْ حَفْصٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَدْعُو بِهَذِهِ الدَّعَوَاتِ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لاَ يَنْفَعُ وَقَلْبٍ لاَ يَخْشَعُ وَدُعَاءٍ لاَ يُسْمَعُ وَنَفْسٍ لاَ تَشْبَعُ " . ثُمَّ يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَؤُلاَءِ الأَرْبَعِ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Qutaibah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Khalaf] dari [Hafsh] dari [Anas] ia berkata; "Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam biasa berdoa dengan doa-doa berikut: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MIN 'ILMIN LAA YANFA' WA QALBIN LAA YAKHSYA' WA DU'A`IN LAA YUSMA' WA NAFSIN LAA TASYBA' (Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari ilmu yang tidak bermanfaat, hati yang tidak khusyu', doa yang tidak didengar dan jiwa yang tidak merasa puas) '. Kemudian beliau mengucapkan: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MIN HAULAA`IL ARBA' (Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari empat perkara tersebut) (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5470.) Hadits ke-33. أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ضُبَارَةُ، عَنْ دُوَيْدِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو صَالِحٍ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَدْعُو " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشِّقَاقِ وَالنِّفَاقِ وَسُوءِ الأَخْلاَقِ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Amru bin Utsman] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Baqiyyah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Dlubarah] dari [Duwaid bin Nafi'] ia berkata; [Abu Shalih] berkata; [Abu Hurairah] berkata; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengucapkan doa: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINSY SYIQAAQI WAN NIFAAQI WA SUU`IL AKHLAAQI (Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari perpecahan, kenifakan dan akhlak yang buruk) (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-34. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، - هُوَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ - عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُكْثِرُ التَّعَوُّذَ مِنَ الْمَغْرَمِ وَالْمَأْثَمِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّكَ تُكْثِرُ التَّعَوُّذَ مِنَ الْمَغْرَمِ وَالْمَأْثَمِ فَقَالَ " إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا غَرِمَ حَدَّثَ فَكَذَبَ وَوَعَدَ فَأَخْلَفَ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Baqiyyah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abu Salamah Sulaiman bin Abu Sulaim Al 'Himshi] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Az Zuhri] dari ['Urwah yakni Ibnu Az Zubair] dari ['Aisyah] ia berkata; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memperbanyak minta perlindungan dari hutang yang tidak terbayar dan sebab yang menimbulkan dosa." Lalu dikatakan kepada beliau; "Wahai Rasulullah, kenapa engkau memperbanyak minta perlindungan dari hutang yang tidak terbayar dan sebab yang menimbulkan dosa?" beliau menjawab: "Sebab jika seseorang berhutang, ia akan banyak berbicara lalu dusta, dan berjanji lalu mengingkari (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-35. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ، وَذَكَرَ، آخَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ التُّجِيبِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ دَرَّاجًا أَبَا السَّمْحِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا الْهَيْثَمِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالدَّيْنِ " . قَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَتَعْدِلُ الدَّيْنَ بِالْكُفْرِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " نَعَمْ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Yazid] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ayahku] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Haiwah]. Dan ia menyebutkan orang lain; ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Salim bin Ghailan At Tujibi] bahwa ia mendengar [Darraj Abu As Samh] bahwa ia mendengar [Abu Al Haitsam] bahwa ia mendengar [Abu Sa'id] berkata; "Aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengucapkan: "A'UUDZU BILLAHI MINAL KUFRI WAD DAINI (Aku berlindung kepada Allah dari kekufuran dan hutang)." Seorang laki-laki lalu bertanya; "Wahai Rasulullah, apakah ada hubungannya antara hutang dengan kekufuran?" Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menjawab: "Ya (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-36. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ، عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ أَبِي السَّمْحِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالدَّيْنِ " . فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ تَعْدِلُ الدَّيْنَ بِالْكُفْرِ قَالَ " نَعَمْ " .. Hadits ke-39. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَفِتْنَةِ النَّارِ وَفِتْنَةِ الْقَبْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَشَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ وَشَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْغِنَى وَشَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْفَقْرِ اللَّهُمَّ اغْسِلْ خَطَايَاىَ بِمَاءِ الثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ وَنَقِّ قَلْبِي مِنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا نَقَّيْتَ الثَّوْبَ الأَبْيَضَ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَالْمَغْرَمِ وَالْمَأْثَمِ " .. Ya Allah, basuhlah kesalahanku dengan air es dan embun, bersihkan hatiku dari kesalahan sebagaimana Engkau bersihkan kain putih dari kotoran. Hadits ke-40. أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُصْعَبَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ كَانَ سَعْدٌ يُعَلِّمُهُ هَؤُلاَءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ وَيَرْوِيهِنَّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبُخْلِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ أُرَدَّ إِلَى أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ " ..
