Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَعَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ الأَوْدِيِّ، قَالاَ كَانَ سَعْدٌ يُعَلِّمُ بَنِيهِ هَؤُلاَءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ " .. Having reported to me [Hilal Ibnul 'Ala] he said; has told us [my father] he said; has told us [Ubaidullah] from [Isra'il] from [Abdul Malik bin Umair] from [Mush'ab bin Sa'd] and ['Amru bin Maimun Al Audi] both said; [Sa'd] once taught these sentences to his children as a master teaches his slaves, he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam always took refuge with the sentences made after every prayer: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL BUKHLI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL JUBNI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN AN URADDA ILAA ARDALIL 'UMURI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN FITNATID DUNYA WA ADZABIL QABRI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from falsehood, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, I seek refuge in You from senility, and I seek refuge in You from the slander of the world and the torment of the grave) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5479.) 2nd hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عليه وسلم كَانَ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنَ الْجُبْنْ الْعُمُرِ وَفِتْنَةِ الصَّدْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ .. Has reported to us [Ahmad bin Fadlalah] from ['Ubaidullah] he said; has preached to us [Isra'il] from [Abu Ishaq] from ['Amru bin Maimun] from [Umar] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam took refuge from cowardice, stinginess, a bad life, death before repenting and the torment of the grave (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5480.) 3rd Hadith. God willing دَاوُدَ الْمَصَاحِفِيُّ - قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا النَّضْرُ، قَالَ Allah's blessings مَيْمُونٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ خَمْسٍ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ message الْقَبْرِ " .. Having informed us [Sulaiman bin Salm Al Balkhi namely Abu Dawud Al Mushahifi] he said; has preached to us [An Nadlr] he said; has reported to us [Yunus] from [Abu Ishaq] from ['Amru bin Maimun] he said; "I heard [Umar Ibnul Khaththab] say; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam takes refuge from five things: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL JUBNI WAL BUKHLI WA SUU`IL 'UMURI WA FITNATILSH SHADR WA 'ADZAABIL QABRI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, miserliness, a bad life, death before repentance and torture of the grave) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5481.) 4th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَفِتْنَةِ الصَّدْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ .. Having reported to me [Hilal Ibn Al 'Ala`] he said; has told us [Husain] he said; has told us [Zuhair] he said; has told us [Abu Ishaq] from ['Amru bin Maimun] he said; has told me [Muhammad's friends] shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam took refuge from stinginess, cowardice, death before repentance and the torment of the grave (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5482.) 5th Hadith. Allah's blessings Allah's blessings God bless you يَتَعَوَّذُ مُرْسَلٌ .. Having informed us [Ahmad bin Sulaiman] he said; has told us [Abu Dawud] from [Sufyan] from [Abu Ishaq] from ['Amru bin Maimun] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to ask for protection." This hadith is mursal (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5483.) 6th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ عَلِّمْنِي دُعَاءً أَنْتَفِعُ بِهِ . قَالَ " قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَلِسَانِي وَقَلْبِي وَشَرِّ مَنِيِّي " . يَعْنِي ذَكَرَهُ .. Having reported to me [Ubaidullah bin Waki'] he said; has told us [My father] from [Sa'd bin Abu Aus] from [Bilal bin Yahya] from [Syutair bin Syakal bin Humaid] from [His father] he said; "I said: "O Messenger of Allah, teach me a prayer from which I can benefit." He said: "Say: ALLAHUMMA 'AAFINI MIN SYARRI SAM'I WA BASHARI WA LISANI WA QALBI WA SYARRI MANIYYI (O Allah, save me from the evils of my hearing, sight, speech and heart. And from the evils of my manic thoughts - namely his lasciviousness) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5484.) 7th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرَ .” Having informed us [Ahmad bin 'Amru bin As Sarh] he said; has told us [Ibn Wahb] he said; has reported to me [Salim bin Ghailan] from [Darraj Abu As Samh] from [Abu Al Haitsam] from [Abu Sa'id Al khudri] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he prayed: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty." A man asked; "Is it the same? ' He answered: "Yes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5485.) 8th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا Allah's blessings God willing God bless you بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ أَزِلَِ أَوْ أَجْهَلَ أَوْ يُجْهَلَ عَلَىَّ " .. Having reported to me [Muhammad bin Qudamah] he said; has told us [Jarir] from [Mansur] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Ummu Salamah] said; "If the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam wanted to leave the house, he always said: "BISMILLAHI RABBI A'UUDZU BIKA MIN AN AZILLA AU ADILLA AU AZHLIMA AU UZHLAMA AU AJHALA AU YUJHALA 'ALAYYA (In the name of Allah! O Allah, I seek refuge in You from making mistakes, or going astray, or doing wrong, or being dizhalimi, being stupid or being fooled) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5486.) 9th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. بِهَؤُلاَءْ God willing الأَعْدَاءِ " .. Having informed us [Ahmad bin 'Amru bin As Sarh] he said; has told me [Ibn Wahb] he said; has informed me [Huyay bin Abdullah] he said; has told me [Abu 'Abdurrahman Al Hubuli] from [Abdullah bin Amru bin Al 'Ash] said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to pray with sentences like this: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MIN GHALABATID DAINI WA GHALABATID 'ADUWWI WA SYAMAATATIL A'DA (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from debt bondage, enemy oppression and enemy happiness) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5487.) 10th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. بِهَؤُلاَءْ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَشَمَاتَةِ الأَعْدَاءِ " .. Having informed us [Yunus bin Abdul A'la] he said; has reported to us [Ibn Wahb] he said; [Huyay] said; has narrated to me [Abu 'Abdurrahman Al Hubuli] from [Abdullah bin 'Amru] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to pray with these sentences: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MIN GHALABATID DAINI WA GHALABATID 'ADUWWI WA SYAMAATATIL A'DA (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from debt bondage, enemy oppression and enemy happiness) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5488.) 11th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing هَارُونَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ God willing يَدْعُو بِهَذِهِ الدَّعَوَاتِ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ God bless him وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ " .. Having informed us [Abdullah bin Muhammad bin 'Abdurrahman] he said; has told us [Hammad bin Mas'adah] from [Harun bin Ibrahim] from [Muhammad] from [Uthman bin Abu Al 'Ash] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to pray these prayers: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL KASALI WAL HARAMI WAL JUBNI WAL 'AJZI WA MIN FITNATIL MAHYAA WAL MAMAATI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness, senility, cowardice and weakness. As well as from the slander of life and death) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5489.) 12th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَالْمَغْرَمِ وَالْمَأْثَمِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الْقَبْرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ " .. Having reported to us [Muhammad bin Abdul Karim] from [Syu'aib] from [Al laits] from [Yazid Ibn Al Had] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said; "I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL KASALI WAL HARAMI WAL MAGHRAMI WA MA'TSAMI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN SYARRIL MASIIHID DAJJAL WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN ADZAABIL QABRI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN ADZAABIN NAAR (Yes Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness, senility, unpaid debts, causes that bring sin. I seek refuge in You from the Messiah Dajjal. And I also seek refuge in You from the torment of hell) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5490.) 13th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing وَجَهْدِ الْبَلاَءِ . قَالَ سُفْيَانُ هُوَ ثَلاَثَةٌ God willing لَيْسَ فِيهِ .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has reported to us [Sufyan] from [Sumay] from [Abu Shalih] God willing, from [Abu Hurairah] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam took refuge from these three things, namely; encountering difficulties (su`ul Khatimah), enemy happiness, bad qadla and terrible disasters." Sufyan said; "In the hadith there are three things, but I mentioned four things because I don't memorize one of them which is not included in it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5491.) 14th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing وَجَهْدِ الْبَلاَءِ .. Having reported to us [Qutaibah] he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Sumay] from [Abu Shalih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam took refuge from bad decisions, enemy happiness, su`ul khatimah and terrible disasters (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5492.) 15th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَالْبَرَصِ وَسَيِّيءِ الأَسْقَامِ " .. Having reported to us [Muhammad Ibn Al Mutsanna] he said; has told us [Abu Dawud] he said; has related to us [Hammam] from [Qatadah] from [Anas] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL JUNUUNI WAL JUDZAAMI WAL BARASHI WA SAYYI`IL ASQAAM (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from madness, leprosy, leprosy and malignant diseases) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5493.) 16th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ عَيْنِ الْجَانِِ God bless you .. Having informed us [Hillal bin Al 'Ala] he said; has told us [Sa'id bin Sulaiman] he said; has told us ['Abbad] from [Al Jurairi] from [Abu Nadlrah] from [Abu Sa'id] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to take refuge from the evil eyes of the jinn and humans. So when the Mu'awwidzatain letters came down (the Al falaq letter and the An Naas letter) he read both of them and left the other one behind (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5494.) 17th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing بِهَؤُلاَءْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings love وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ " .. Having informed us [Musa bin 'Abdurrahman] he said; has told us [Husain] from [Zaidah] from [Humaid] from [Anas] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to take refuge from sentences like this: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL KASALI WAL HARAMI WAL JUBNI WAL BUKHLI WA SUU`IL KIBRI WA FITNATID DAJJAL WA ADZAABIL QABRI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness, senility, cowardice, stinginess, ugliness arrogant, slander of the Dajjal and torture of the grave) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5495.) 18th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُصْعَبَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ كَانَ God bless you God bless you God willing مِنْ أَنْ أُرَدَّ إِلَى أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ وَأَعُوذُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ " .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la] he said; has told us [Khalid] from [Syu'bah] from [Abdul Malik bin Umair] he said; I heard [Mush'ab bin Sa'd] from [his father] he said; "(Rasulullah) taught us five things, and Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam used to pray with him: "ALLHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL BUKHLI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL JUBNI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN AN URADDA ILAA ARDZALIL UMURI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN ADZABIL QABRI (O Allah, I I seek refuge in You from evil. I seek refuge in You from cowardice. I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5496.) 19th hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing إِسْحَاقَ، - يَعْنِي أَبَاهُ - عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ، قَالَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبُخْلِ وَالْجُْ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ سُوءِ الْعُمُرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الصَّدْرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ "" .. Having informed us [Imran bin Bakar] he said; has told us [Ahmad bin Khalid] he said; has told us [Yunus] from [Abu Ishaq] - namely his father - from ['Amru bin Maimun] he said; "I once performed the Hajj with [Umar], then I heard him say to a group of people: "Know that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam always took refuge from five things; 'ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MINAL BUKHLI WAL JUBNI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN SUU`IL UMURI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN FITNATISH SHADRI WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN ADZABIL QABRI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from falsehood and cowardice. I seek refuge in You from a bad life. I seek refuge in You from death before repentance. And I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5497.) 20th hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God bless you أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ وَعْثَاءْ love الْمَنْظَرِ فِي الأَهْلِ وَالْمَالِ " .. Having informed us [Azhar bin Jamil] he said; has told us [Khalid Ibnul Harith] he said; has told us [Syu'bah] from [Ashim] from [Abdullah bin Sarjis] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, if he wanted to travel, said: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MIN WA'STAA`IS SAFAR WA KAABATIL MUNQALABI WAL HAURI BA'DAL KAURI WA DA'WATIL MALZHLUUMI WA SUU'IL MANZHARI FIL AHLI WAL MAALI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from fatigue on the journey, sadness during return, lack after sufficiency, prayers of the oppressed and a bad view of family and property) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5498.) 21st Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God God willing الْكَوْرْ الأَهْلِ وَالْمَالِ وَالْوَلَدِ " .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has told us [Jarir] from ['Ashim] from [Abdullah bin Sarjis] he said; "When Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam wanted to go on a journey, he said: "ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MIN WA'STAA`IS SAFAR WA KAABATIL MUNQALABI WAL HAURI BA'DAL KAURI WA DA'WATIL MALZHLUUMI WA SUU`IL MANZHARI FIL AHLI WAL MAALI WAL WALADI (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from fatigue on the journey, sadness when returning, lack after having enough, prayers of the wronged and bad views on family, property and children) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5499.) 22nd Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind سَافَرَ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ وَعْثَاءِ السَّفَرَ الْمُنْقَلَبِ وَالْحَوْرَ الْمَظْلُومِ وَسُوءِ الْمَنْظَرِ .. Has informed us [Yusuf bin Hammad] he said; has told us [Bisyr bin Manshur] from ['Ashim] from [Abdullah bin Sarjis] he said; "When the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam wanted to go on a journey, he took refuge from obstacles on the way, sadness when returning, shortages after enough, prayers of oppressed people and bad views (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5500.) 23rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مُقَدَّمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَالَ بِإِصْبَعِهِ - وَمَدَّ شَُةُ God willing God willing وَعْثَاءِ السَّفَرِ وَكَآبَةِ الْمُنْقَلَبِ " .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin 'Amru bin Umar bin Ali bin Miqdam] he said; has told us [Ibn Abu Adi] from [Syu'bah] from [Abdullah bin Bisyr Al Khasy'ami] from [Abu Zur'ah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; "When Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam wanted to go on a journey, he got into his vehicle. He then signaled with his finger -Syu'bah then spread his fingers-, he said: "ALLAHUMMA ANTA SHAHIBU FISSAFARI WAL KHALIFATU FIL AHLI WAL MAALI ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UUDZU BIKA MIN WA'TSAA`IS SAFARI WA KAABATIL MANZHARI (O Allah, You is a companion on the journey and who takes care of (my) family and wealth. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from fatigue on the journey and sad views (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5501.) 24th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهْ جَارَ الْبَادِيَةِ يَتَحَوَّلُ عَنْكَ " .. Having informed us [Amru bin Ali] he said; has told us [Yahya] he said; has told us [Muhammad bin 'Ajlan] from [Sa'id bin Abu Sa'id Al Maqburi] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Take refuge in Allah from evil neighbors where you live, because nomadic neighbors (Bedouins) will stay away from you (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5502.) 25th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing " الْتَمِسْ لِي غُلاَمًا مِنْ غِلْمَانِكُمْ يَخْدُمُنِي " . فَخَرَجَ بِي God bless you God willing God willing يُكْثِرُ أَنْ يَقُولَ " may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَضَلَعَ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ " .. Has informed us [Ali bin Hujr] he said; has told us [Isma'il] he said; has told us ['Amru bin Abu 'Amru] that he heard [Anas bin Malik] say; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to Abu Talha: "Find a slave from among your slaves to help me." So Abu Talhah took me on his back, so that I also helped Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam.
