Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God bless you الرَّسُولَ قُلْتُ بَلَى . قَالَ أَلَمْ يَقُلِ اللَّهُ { وَمَا كَانَ love God willing قُلْتُ بَلَى . قَالَ فَإِنِّي أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has told us [Abdullah] from [Sulaiman At Taimi] from [Asma bint Yazid] from his uncle's son who was called [Anas] he said; [Ibn Abbas] said, "Hasn't Allah said: '(What the Messenger gives you then accept it. And what he has forbidden you then leave...)'? (Qs. Al Hasyr: 7), I answered, "That's right." their (other) choices about their affairs..)? (Qs. Al Hasyr: 36), I answered, "That's right." Ibn Abbas then said, "Indeed I testify that the Prophet Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade An Naqir, Al Muqayyar, Ad Duba and Al Hantam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5644.) 2nd hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْن7 God bless you God willing عَبْدَ اللَّهْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَهِيَ النَّخْلَةُ يَنْقُرُونَهَا وَنَهَى عَتِ وَهُوَ الْمُقَيَّرُ .. Having informed us [Amru bin Yazid] he said; has told us [Bahz bin Asad] said, has told us [Syu'bah] he said; has informed me [Amru bin Murrah] he said; I heard [Zadzan] say; I asked [Abdullah bin Umar], I said, "Tell me and explain to me about something you have heard from Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam regarding utensils?! Abdullah bin Umar answered, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade Al hantam, namely the container you call Al Jarrah (an earthenware jar); prohibit Ad Duba, namely the container you call Al Qar'u (pumpkin container); prohibits An Naqir, namely date palm stems that you usually make a hole in the middle of. And he also prohibited Al Muzaffat, namely Al Muqayyar (vessels made from being painted with pitch) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5645.) 3rd Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا سَوَّارُ بْنُ عَبْدْ God willing هِشَامٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ نَهَى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you وَعَنِ الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالْمَزَادَةِ الْمَجْبُوبَةِ وَقَالَ " انْتَبِذْ فِي سِقَائِكَ وَأَوْكِهِ وَاشْرَبْهُ حُلْوًا " ." مِثْلِ هَذَا . قَالَ " إِذًا تَجْعَلَهَا مِثْلَ هَذِهِ " . وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ يَصِفُ ذَلِكَ .. Having informed us [Sawwar bin Abdullah bin Sawwar] he said; has told us [Abdul Wahhab bin Abdul Majid] from [Hisyam] from [Muhammad] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "When the messenger of Abdu Qais came to meet Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, he forbade them from Ad Duba, An Naqir, Al Muzaffat and Muzadah Al Majbubah (a kind of barrel that has no lid)." He said: "Make juice in your drinking water vessel, tie the top and drink it while it is still sweet." Some of the companions said, "O Messenger of Allah, allow us to make juice in a container like that!" he said: "Then make it like that," while gesturing to them (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5646.) 4th Hadith. God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم عَنِ الْجَرِّ الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالدُّبَّاِ God bless you يُنْبَذْ لَهُ فِيهِ نُبِذَ لَهُ فِي تَوْرٍ مِنْ حِجَارَةٍ .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Ibn Juraij] in reading, he said; [Abu Az Zubair] said; I heard [Jabir] say, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade Al Jarr (pottery jars), Al Muzaffat, Ad Duba and An Naqir. And if the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did not find a drinking water vessel that could be used to make juice, he made it in a stone vessel (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5647.) 5th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing إِسْحَاقُ، - يَعْنِي الأَزْرَقَ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing يُنْبَذُ لَهُ فِي سِقَاءٍ فَإِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ سِقَاءٌ نَنْبِذُ لَهُ فِي تَوْرِ بِرَامٍ . قَالَ وَنَهَى رَسُولُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَالْمُزَفَّتِ .. Having informed me [Ahmad bin Khalid] he said; has told us [Ishaq] - namely Al Azraq - he said; has told us [Abdul Malik bin Abu Sulaiman] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to make the Prophet's juice in a drinking water container, if we didn't get a drinking water container, we made it in a stone container." Jabir said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade Ad Duba, An Naqir and Al Muzaffat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5648.) 6th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا سَوَّارُ بْنُ عَبْدْ God willing God willing رضى الله عنه أَم الدُّبَّاءِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْجَرِّ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ .. Having informed us [Sawwar bin Abdullah bin Sawwar] he said; has told us [Khalid Ibnul Harith] he said; has told us [Abdul Malik] he said; has told us [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir? radliallahu 'anhu] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade Ad duba, An Naqir, Al Jarr and Al Muzaffat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5649.) 7th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you God willing مُزَفَّتٍ .. Has informed us [Ibrahim bin Sa'id] he said; has told us [Sufyan] he said; has told us [Sulaiman Al Ahwal] from [Mujahid] from [Abu Iyadl] from [Abdullah], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave relief to using Al Jarr (pottery jars), not Muzaffat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5650.) 8th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنْ God willing, God willing " إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ or وَادَّخِرُوا وَمَنْ أَرَادَ زِيَارَةَ الْقُبُورِ فَإِنَّهَا "" .. It has been reported to us from [Al Abbas bin Abdul Azhim] from [Al Ahwash bin Jawwab] from [Ammar bin Zuraiq] that he told them from [Ishaq] from [Az Zubair bin Adi] from [Ibnu Buraidah] from [his father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Previously I forbade you from eating meat of sebilahan (Adlha), now stock up and save it. Whoever wants to visit the grave, then it will remind him of the afterlife. Drink, and stay away from everything that is intoxicating (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5651.) 9th Hadith. God bless you God bless you عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing, God willing " إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ فَزُورُوهَا وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الأَضَاحِي فَوْقَ ثَلاَثَةِ God willing God willing كُلِّهَا وَلاَ تَشْرَبُوا مُسْكِرًا " .. Having reported to me [Muhammad bin Adam bin Sulaiman] from [Ibn Fudlail] from [Abu Sinan] from [Muharib bin Ditsar] from [Abdullah bin Buraidah] from [his father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Previously I forbade you from visiting graves, now make pilgrimages. I have also forbidden you from eating slaughtered meat (Adlha) for more than three days, so keep what you can see. I also forbade you from drinking the Prophet's juice except in drinking water containers, so drink from any container, and stay away from anything intoxicating (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5652.) 10th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا ما God bless you Allah's blessings God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ ثَلاَثٍ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ فَزُورُوهَا وَم وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الأَضَاحِي بَعْدَ ثَلاَثٍ فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا مَا شِئْتُمْ وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنِ God willing شِئْتُمْ وَلاَ تَشْرَبُوا مُسْكِرًا " .. Having informed us [Muhammad bin Ma'dan bin Isa bin Ma'dan Al Harrani] he said; has told us [Al Hasan bin A'yun] he said; has told us [Zuhair] he said; has told us [Zubaid] from [Muharib] from [Ibn Buraidah] from [his father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "I have forbidden you from three things; grave pilgrimage, now make a pilgrimage, hopefully the pilgrimage will increase goodness. I once forbade you from eating slaughtered meat (Adlha) for more than three days, now eat as you like. And I also forbade you from drinking in various vessels, now drink in any vessel you like, and do not drink anything intoxicating (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5653.) 11th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing اللَّهِ بْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing وَكُلَّ مُسْكِرٍ " .. Having informed us [Abu Bakr bin Ali] he said; has told us [Ibrahim bin Al Hajjaj] he said; has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Hammad bin Abu Sulaiman] from [Abdullah bin Buraidah] from [his father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "I have forbidden you from several vessels, now make a nabidz squeeze on the vessels that you have, and stay away from everything that is intoxicating (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5654.) 12th Hadith. God willing أَيُّوبَ - مَرْوَزِيٌّ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ God willing الْكِنْدِيُّ، - خُرَاسَانِيٌّ - قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing لَهُمْ لَغَطًا فَقَالَ " مَا هَذَا الصَّوْتُ " . قَالُوا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ لَهُمْ شَرَابٌ يَشْرَبُونَهُ . فَبَعَثَ إِلَى الْقَوْمِ فَدَعَاهُمْ فَقَالَ " فِي أَىِّ شَىْءٍ تَنْتَبِذُونَ " . قَالُوا نَنْتَبِذُ فِي النَّقِيرِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَلَيْسَ لَنَا ظُرُوفٌ . فَقَالَ " لاَ تَشْرَبُوا إِلاَّ فِيمَا أَوْكَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ " . قَالَ فَلَبِثَ بِذَلِكَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَلْبَثَ God bless you وَاصْفَرُّوا . قَالَ " مَا لِي أَرَاكُمْ قَدْ هَلَكْتُمْ " ." وَحَرَّمْتَ عَلَيْنَا إِلاَّ مَا أَوْكَيْنَا عَلَيْهِ . قَالَ " اشْرَبُوا وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .. Having informed us [Abu Ali Muhammad bin Yahya bin Ayyub Marwazi] he said; has told us [Abdullah bin Uthman] he said; has told us [Isa bin Ubaid Al Kindi Khurasani] he said; I heard [Abdullah bin Buraidah] from [his father] say, "When the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was walking and passed by a people, he heard their commotion. He asked: "What is that sound?" they answered, "O Prophet of Allah, they have a drink that they usually drink!" so he sent someone and called them, he then asked: "In what container do you make the nabidz juice?" they answered, "We make the nabidz juice in An Naqir and Ad Duba, because we have no other place." He said: "Do not drink except from a vessel with a lid tied on it." Buraidah said, "Then the use of the vessel was abandoned for quite a long time, and when he came again, they had contracted an infectious disease so that their faces looked pale. He said: "Why do I see that you have this misfortune?" they answered, "O Prophet of Allah, our land and environment, and you have also forbidden us except for containers with lids." He said: "Drink, and every intoxicating drink is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5655.) 13th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَمَِ God willing وِعَاءٌ . فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " فَلاَ إِذًا " .. Having informed us [Mahmud bin Ghailan] he said; has told us [Abu Dawud Al Hafari] and [Abu Ahmad Az Zubairi] from [Sufyan] from [Mansur] from [Salim] from [Jabir] he said, "When Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited the use of some vessels, the Ansar people complained. They said, "O Rasulullah, we have no vessels!" The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said: "Then it's okay (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5656.) 14th Hadith. God willing يُونُسَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing وَلَبَنٍ فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِمَا فَأَخَذَ اللَّبَنَ فَقَالَ لَهُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing هَدَاكَ لِلْفِطْرَةِ لَوْ أَخَذْتَ الْخَمْرَ غَوَتْ أُمَّتُكَ .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Yunus] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "On the night the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam made his isra', two vessels were served to him; wine and milk. Then he looked at them while taking the vessel containing milk. Jibril 'Alaihis Salam also said, "Praise be to Allah who has guided you to fitrah, if you take wine then you will mislead your people (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5657.) 15th Hadith. - prayer may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ أَصْحَابْ وسلم عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " يَشْرَبُ أُمَّتِي الْخَمْرَ يُسَمُّونَهَا بِغَيْرِ اسْمِهَا " .. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la] from [Khalid] - namely Ibnul Harith - from [Syu'bah] he said; I heard [Abu Bakr bin Hafsh] say; I heard [Ibnu Muhairiz] tell from [a male] friend of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "There will be people from my ummah who drink wine, they will call it something other than its name (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5658.) 16th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. " لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ شَارِبُهَا حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ love God bless you "" .. Having informed us [Isa bin Hammad] he said; has reported to us [Al Laits] from [Uqail] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Abu Bakr bin 'Abdurrahman Ibnul Harith] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A believer is not called a believer when he commits adultery, a believer is not called a believer when he drinks khamer, a believer is not called a believer when he steals, and a believer is not called a believer when he robs other people of their rights until people look at them when they steal (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5659.) 17th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنْ هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَسْرِقُ God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] from [Al Auza'i] from [Az Zuhri] he said; have told me [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] and [Abu Salamah bin 'Abdurrahman] and [Abu Bakr bin 'Abdurrahman] all told me from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "A believer is not called a believer when he commits adultery, a believer is not called a believer when he steals, a believer is not called a believer when he drinks wine, and a believer is not called a believer when he robs other people of their rights until people look at them when they rob (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5660.) 18th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا Allah's blessings نُعْمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَنَفَرٍ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ God bless you فَاقْتُلُوهُ " .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has reported to us [Jarir] from [Mughirah] from ['Abdurrahman bin Abu Nu'm] from [Ibn Umar] and a group of companions of Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, they said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever drinks wine then whip him, if he drinks again then whip him, if he drinks again then whip him, and if he drinks again then kill him. him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5661.) 19th hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing " إِذَا سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ " ." الرَّابِعَةِ " فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ " .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has told us [Shababah] he said; has told us [Ibn Abu Dzi`b] from his uncle [Al Harith bin 'Abdurrahman] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "If he is drunk then whip him, then if he is drunk again then whip him, then if he is drunk again then whip him." Then the fourth time he said: "Then kill him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5662.) 20th hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ وَائِلٍ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ God willing مَا أُبَالِي شَرِبْتُ الْخَمْرَ أَوْ عَبَدْتُ هَذِهِ السَّارِيَةَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ .. Has it informed us of [Washil bin Abdul A'la] from [Ibn Fudlail] from [Wail bin Bakr] from [Abu Burdah bin Abu Musa] from [his father]? radliallahu 'anhu, that he said, "I don't care whether I drink wine or I worship this pillar except Allah 'azza wajalla (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5663.) 21st Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God willing عَلَيْهِ فَقُلْتُ هَلْ سَمِعْتَ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهْ ذَكَرَ شَأْنَ الْخَمْرَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ "" God willing صَلاَةً أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا " .. Has informed us [Ali bin Hujr] he said; has reported to us [Uthman bin Hishn bin Allaq Dimasyqi] he said; has told us [Urwah bin Ruwaim] said, "Ibnu Ad Dailami went looking for Abdullah bin Amru bin Al Ash. [Ibnu Ad Dailami] said, "I went in to see [Abdullah bin Amru bin Ash], then I asked him, "O Abdullah bin Amru, did you hear the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam mention anything about wine?" he answered, "That's right. I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "There is not a man from my Ummah who drinks wine, then Allah accepts his prayers for forty days (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5664.) 22nd Hadith. God willing حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ خَلِيفَةَ - عَنْ مَنْصُورِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَائِلٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، قَالَ الْقَاضِي إِذَا أَكَلَ God willing God bless you. God bless you مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ وَكُفْرُهُ أَنْ لَيْسَ لَهُ صَلاَةٌ .. It has been reported to us that [Qutaibah] and [Ali bin Hujr] both said; has told us [Khalaf] - namely Ibn Khalifah - from [Mansur bin Zadzan] from [Al Hakam bin Utaibah] from [Abu Wail] from [Masruq] he said, "If a hakim eats a gift then he has eaten wrath, and if he accepts a bribe it will attract him to disbelief." [Masruq] said, "Whoever drinks khamer then he has disbelieved, and his disbelieving is not accepting his prayer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5665.) 23rd Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing God willing فَإِنَّهَا أُمُّ الْخَبَائِثِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ رَجُلٌ مِمَّنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing نَدْعُوكَ لِلشَّهَادَةِ فَانْطَلَقَ مَعَ جَارِيَتِهَا love God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَبَاطِيَةُ خَمْرٍ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي وَاللَّهَ لِلشَّهَادَةِ وَلَكِنْ دَعَوْتُكَ لِتَقَعَ عَلَىَّ أَوْ God willing God bless you. فَسَقَتْهُ كَأْسًا . قَالَ زِيدُونِي فَلَمْ يَرِمْ حَتَّى وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا وَقَتَلَ النَّفْسَ فَاجْتَنِبُوا الْخَمْرَ فَإِنَّهَا وَاللَّهَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings صَاحِبَهُ .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Bakr bin 'Abdurrahman bin Al Harith] from [his father] he said; I heard [Uthman? radiallahu 'anhu] said, "Avoid drinking wine because it is the source of all sins. There was a man before you who was obedient to worship and was liked by a prostitute. The woman then sent her female slave to say, 'Indeed, I call you to witness.' So the man and the female slave left, while he himself got ready so that when the man entered he locked the door of the house without anyone but him. So the man was faced with a beautiful woman who at her side had a small child and a bottle of khamer. The woman then said, "By Allah, I am not calling you to testify, but I am calling you to have sex with me, or drink a glass of wine, or kill this little child!" the man said, "Just give me a glass of wine." So the woman gave him a glass of wine. The man then said, "Add it for me." The man continued drinking until he committed adultery with the woman and killed a soul (a child). So stay away from drinking wine, because - by Allah - faith and the habit of drinking wine will never come together unless one of them brings out the other." Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] - namely Ibnul Mubarak - from [Yunus] from [Az Zuhri] he said; has told me [Abu Bakr bin 'Abdurrahman bin Al Harith] that [his father] said; I heard [Uthman] say, "Keep away from drinking wine because it is the source of all sins. There was once a man who withdrew from human life to worship.... then he mentioned as in the hadith. He said, "Away from drinking wine, because - by Allah - faith and the habit of drinking wine will never come together unless one of them brings out the other (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5666.) 24th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَلَمْ يَنْتَشِ لَمْ تُقْْ لَهُ فِي جَوْفِهِ أَوْ عُرُوقِهِ مِنْهَا شَىْءٌ وَإِنْ مَاتَ مَاتَ كَافِرًا وَإِنِ انْتَشَى لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلاَةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً وَإِنْ مَاتَ فِيهَا مَاتَ كَافِرًا . خَالَفَهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ .. Having informed us [Abu Bakr bin Ali] he said; has told us [Suraij bin Yunus] he said; has told us [Yahya bin Abdul Malik] from [Al 'Ala] - namely Ibnul Musayyab - from [Fudlail] from [Mujahid] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "Whoever drinks wine and is not yet drunk, then his prayer will not be accepted as long as there is still something in his stomach or veins. If he dies then he dies as an infidel. And whoever drinks wine until he is drunk, then his prayers will not be accepted for forty nights. And if he dies from drinking wine, he will die as an infidel." However, this history is contradicted by Yazid bin Abu Ziyad (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5668.) Hadits ke-25. أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، ح وَأَنْبَأَنَا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَجَعَلَهَا فِي بَطْنِهِ لَمْ يَقْبَلِ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَلاَةً سَبْعًا إِنْ مَاتَ فِيهَا " . وَقَالَ ابْنُ آدَمَ " فِيهِنَّ مَاتَ كَافِرًا فَإِنْ أَذْهَبَتْ عَقْلَهُ عَنْ شَىْءٍ مِنَ الْفَرَائِضِ " . وَقَالَ ابْنُ آدَمَ " الْقُرْآنِ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلاَةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا إِنْ مَاتَ فِيهَا " . وَقَالَ ابْنُ آدَمَ " فِيهِنَّ مَاتَ كَافِرًا " .. Telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Muhammad bin Adam bin Sulaiman] dari [Abdurrahim] dari [Yazid]. (dalam jalur lain disebutkan) Telah memberitakan kepada kami [Washil bin Abdul A'la] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Fudlail] dari [Yazid bin Abu Ziyad] dari [Mujahid] dari [Abdullah bin Amru] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, dan [Muhammad bin Adam] menyebutkan, "Dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Barangsiapa minum khamer hingga masuk ke dalam perutnya, maka shalatnya tidak akan diterima selama tujuh hari. Jika ia mati di dalamnya, Ibnu Adam menyebutkan, 'pada hari-hari itu, maka ia mati sebagai seorang kafir. Jika khamer itu menjadikan akalnya hilang dari sesuatu kewajiban, Ibnu Adam menyebutkan, 'Al-Qur'an, maka shalatnya tidak akan diterima selama empat puluh hari. Jika ia mati di dalamnya, Ibnu Adam menyebutkan, 'pada hari-hari itu, maka ia mati sebagai seorang kafir (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5669.) Hadits ke-26. أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ بَقِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، - وَهُوَ الأَوْزَاعِيُّ - عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ، قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ وَهُوَ فِي حَائِطٍ لَهُ بِالطَّائِفِ يُقَالُ لَهُ الْوَهْطُ وَهُوَ مُخَاصِرٌ فَتًى مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ يُزَنُّ ذَلِكَ الْفَتَى بِشُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ شَرْبَةً لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ تَوْبَةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنْ عَادَ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ تَوْبَتُهُ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنْ عَادَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ طِينَةِ الْخَبَالِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " . اللَّفْظُ لِعَمْرٍو .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Al Qasim bin Zakaria bin Dinar] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Mu'awiyah bin Amru] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Ishaq] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Auza'i] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Rabi'ah bin Yazid]. (dalam jalur lain disebutkan) Telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Amru bin Utsman bin Sa'id] dari [Baqiyyah] dari [Abu Amru] -yaitu Al Auza'i- dari [Rabi'ah bin Yazid] dari [Abdullah bin Ad Dailami] ia berkata, "Aku menemui [Abdullah bin Amru bin Al Ash] di kebun miliknya yang disebut Al Wahth, di wilayah Thaif. Pada waktu itu ia sedang menggandeng tangan seorang laki-laki Quraisy yang dituduh minum khamer. Lalu ia berkata, "Aku pernah mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa minum khamer sekali saja, maka tidak akan diterima taubatnya selama empat puluh hari. Jika ia bertaubat maka akan diterima oleh Allah, namun jika ia mengulanginya maka tidak akan diterima taubatnya selama empat puluh hari. Jika ia bertaubat maka akan Allah terima taubatnya, dan jika ia mengulanginya lagi maka telah menjadi hak bagi Allah untuk memberinya minum dari keringat kotor penduduk neraka pada hari kiamat." Lafadz ini dari Amru (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5670.) Hadits ke-27. أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ، قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا حُرِمَهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Qutaibah] dari [Malik] dan [Al Harits bin Miskin] dengan membaca di hadapannya -aku pun mendengarnya, dan ini adalah lafadz darinya- dari [Ibnul Qasim] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Malik] dari [Nafi'] dari [Ibnu Umar], bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa minum khamer di dunia dan belum sempat bertaubat darinya, maka Allah akan mengharamkannya di akhirat (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5671.) Hadits ke-28. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ نُبَيْطٍ، عَنْ جَابَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مَنَّانٌ وَلاَ عَاقٌّ وَلاَ مُدْمِنُ خَمْرٍ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Basysyar] dari [Muhammad] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Manshur] dari [Salim bin Abu Al Ju'd] dari [Nubaith] dari [Jaban] dari [Abdullah bin Amru] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Tidak akan masuk surga seorang yang mengungkit-ungkit pemberian, orang yang durhaka (kepada orang tua) dan pecandu khamer (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5672.) Hadits ke-29. أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَمَاتَ وَهُوَ يُدْمِنُهَا لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا لَمْ يَشْرَبْهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Suwaid] ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Abdullah] dari [Hammad bin Zaid] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ayyub] dari [Nafi'] dari [Ibnu Umar] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Barangsiapa minum khamer di dunia, lalu ia meninggal dalam keadaan mencandu dan belum bertaubat darinya, maka ia tidak akan meminumnya di akhirat (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5673.) Hadits ke-30. أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ دُرُسْتَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، رضى الله عنهما قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَمَاتَ وَهُوَ يُدْمِنُهَا لَمْ يَشْرَبْهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ " .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Yahya bin Durusta] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad] dari [Ayyub] dari [Nafi'] dari [Ibnu Umar? radliallahu 'anhuma] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa minum khamer di dunia, lalu ia meninggal dalam keadaan mencandunya maka ia tidak akan meminumnya di akhirat (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5674.) Hadits ke-31. أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، قَالَ مَنْ مَاتَ مُدْمِنًا لِلْخَمْرِ نُضِحَ فِي وَجْهِهِ بِالْحَمِيمِ حِينَ يُفَارِقُ الدُّنْيَا .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Suwaid] ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Abdullah] dari [Al Hasan bin Yahya] dari [Adl Dlahhak] ia berkata, "Barangsiapa kecanduan minum khamer, maka akan dipercikkan air panas pada mukanya saat ia meninggal dunia (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5675.) Hadits ke-32. أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، قَالَ غَرَّبَ عُمَرُ رضى الله عنه رَبِيعَةَ بْنَ أُمَيَّةَ فِي الْخَمْرِ إِلَى خَيْبَرَ فَلَحِقَ بِهِرَقْلَ فَتَنَصَّرَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ لاَ أُغَرِّبُ بَعْدَهُ مُسْلِمًا .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Zakaria bin Yahya] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdul A'la bin Hammad] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abdurrazaq] dari [Ma'mar] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] ia berkata, " [Umar]? radliallahu 'anhu mengasingkan Rabi'ah bin Umayyah ke Khaibar karena minum khamer, lalu Rabi'ah bertemu Hiraqlius dan masuk kristen. Maka Umar? radliallahu 'anhu pun berkata, "Demi Allah, aku tidak akan mengasingkan seorang muslim pun setelahnya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5676.) Hadits ke-33. أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ نِيَارٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اشْرَبُوا فِي الظُّرُوفِ وَلاَ تَسْكَرُوا " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ غَلِطَ فِيهِ أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ سَلاَّمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ لاَ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّ أَحَدًا تَابَعَهُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ وَسِمَاكٌ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ وَكَانَ يَقْبَلُ التَّلْقِينَ . قَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ كَانَ أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ يُخْطِئُ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . خَالَفَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ وَفِي لَفْظِهِ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Hannad bin As Sari] dari [Abu Al Ahwash] dari [Simak] dari [Al Qasim bin 'Abdurrahman] dari [Bapaknya] dari [Abu Burdah bin Niyar] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Minumlah kalian dalam wadah-wadah dari kulit dan janganlah kalian mabuk." 'Abdurrahman berkata, "Ini adalah hadits munkar, Abul Ahwash Salam bin Sulaim keliru dalam hadits tersebut, dan kami tidak mengetahui seorang pun dari sahabat-sahabat Simak bin Harb yang menguatkan haditsnya. Sementara Simak sendiri bukanlah seorang yang kuat (dalam hal hadits)." Ahmad bin Hanbal berkata, "Abul Ahwash salah dalam hadits ini, dan Syarik menyelisihinya dalam hal sanad dan lafadznya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5677.) Hadits ke-34. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ . خَالَفَهُ أَبُو عَوَانَةَ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Isma'il] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid] ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Syarik] dari [Simak bin Harb] dari [Ibnu Buraidah] dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang Ad Duba, Al Hantam, An Naqir dan Al Muzaffat." Abu Awanah menyelisihi riwayatnya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5678.) Hadits ke-35. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَجَّاجٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ قُرْصَافَةَ، - امْرَأَةٌ مِنْهُمْ - عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتِ اشْرَبُوا وَلاَ تَسْكَرُوا . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهَذَا أَيْضًا غَيْرُ ثَابِتٍ وَقُرْصَافَةُ هَذِهِ لاَ نَدْرِي مَنْ هِيَ وَالْمَشْهُورُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ خِلاَفُ مَا رَوَتْ عَنْهَا قُرْصَافَةُ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Ali] ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Ibrahim bin Hajjaj] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Awanah] dari [Simak] dari [Qirshafah] -isteri salah seorang dari mereka- dari ['Aisyah] ia berkata, "Minumlah kalian dan jangan mabuk." Abu 'Abdurrahman berkata, "Hadits ini juga tidak kuat, sementara Qirshafah sendiri kami juga tidak mengetahuinya. Namun yang masyhur dari 'Aisyah, riwayatnya bertentangan dengan apa yang diriwayatkan oleh Qirshafah darinya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5679.) Hadits ke-36. أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنَا كَرِيمَةُ بِنْتُ هَمَّامٍ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ عَائِشَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، تَقُولُ نُهِيتُمْ عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ، نُهِيتُمْ عَنِ الْحَنْتَمِ، نُهِيتُمْ عَنِ الْمُزَفَّتِ، . ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَتْ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَتْ إِيَّاكُنَّ وَالْجَرَّ الأَخْضَرَ وَإِنْ أَسْكَرَكُنَّ مَاءُ حُبِّكُنَّ فَلاَ تَشْرَبْنَهُ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Suwaid bin Nashr] ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Abdullah] dari [Ali Ibnul Mubarak] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Karimah binti Hamma] bahwasanya ia mendengar ['Aisyah Ummul Mukminin] berkata, "Kalian telah dilarang dari Ad Duba, Al Hantam, dan Al Muzaffat." Lalu ia menghadap ke arah para wanita dan berkata, "Jauhilah oleh kalian guci tembikar yang berwarna hijau, dan jika perasaan biji-biji kalian memabukkan kalian maka janganlah kalian minum (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-37. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ صَمْعَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي وَالِدَتِي، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا سُئِلَتْ عَنِ الأَشْرِبَةِ، فَقَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَنْهَى عَنْ كُلِّ مُسْكِرٍ . وَاعْتَلُّوا بِحَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Isma'il bin Mas'ud] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Khalid] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Aban bin Sham'ah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Ibuku] dari ['Aisyah], bahwasanya ia pernah ditanya tentang beberapa minuman. Lalu 'Aisyah menjawab, 'Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang dari setiap minuman yang memabukkan.' Hadits ke-38. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الثِّقَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ بِعَيْنِهَا قَلِيلُهَا وَكَثِيرُهَا وَالسُّكْرُ مِنْ كُلِّ شَرَابٍ . خَالَفَهُ أَبُو عَوْنٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ الثَّقَفِيُّ .. (dalam jalur lain disebutkan) Telah memberitakan kepada kami [Al Husain bin Manshur] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Hanbal] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ja'far] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Mis'ar] dari [Abu Aun] dari [Abdullah bin Syaddad] dari [Ibnu Abbas] ia berkata, "Khamer telah diharamkan karena dzatnya; sedikitnya atau banyaknya, dan yang memabukkan dari setiap minuman." Hadits ke-40. أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ ذَرِيحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ قَلِيلُهَا وَكَثِيرُهَا وَمَا أَسْكَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَرَابٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهَذَا أَوْلَى بِالصَّوَابِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ وَهُشَيْمُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ كَانَ يُدَلِّسُ وَلَيْسَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ ذِكْرُ السَّمَاعِ مِنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ وَرِوَايَةُ أَبِي عَوْنٍ أَشْبَهُ بِمَا رَوَاهُ الثِّقَاتُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Al Husain bin Manshur] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Hanbal] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibrahim bin Abul Abbas] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syarik] dari [Ibnu Abbas bin Dzarih] dari [Abu Aun] dari [Abdullah bin Syaddad] dari [Ibnu Abbas] ia berkata, "Khamer telah diharamkan; sedikitnya atau banyaknya, dan yang memabukkan dari setiap minuman." Abu 'Abdurrahman berkata, "Hadits ini lebih benar dari hadits Ibnu Syubrumah. Husyaim bin Basyir adalah seorang mudallis (penipu dalam hadits), dalam hadits riwayatnya tidak disebutkan bahwa ia mendengar dari Ibnu Syubrumah.
