Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Having informed us [Ar Rabi' bin Sulaiman] he said; has told us [Asad bin Musa] he said; have told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Thabit] from [Anas]? Radliallahu 'anhu, he said, "[Um Sulaim] had a glass made from 'Aidan (date palm tree trunk), he said, "I once gave the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam a drink with that glass, either water, honey, milk or the juice of the Prophet (Degree: authentic. God willing وَاشْرَبِ السَّوِيقَ وَاشْرَبِ اللَّبَنَ الَّذِي نُجِعَتْ God bless you. تُرِيدُ .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; had told us [Abdullah] from [Sufyan] from [Salamah bin Kuhail] from [Dzar bin Abdullah] from [Sa'id bin 'Abdurrahman bin Abza] from [his father] he said, "I once asked [Ubay bin Ka'b] about the Prophet's juice, then he answered, "Drink water, honey, millet juice, or milk which is more useful for you." I kept repeating the question to him until he said, "Do you want wine, do you want wine (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5754.) 3rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace love God willing God bless him God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing النَّبِيذَ .. Having reported to me [Ahmad bin Ali bin Sa'id bin Ibrahim] he said; has told us [Al Qawariri] he said; has told us [Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] from [his father] from [Muhammad] from [Abidah] from [Ibn Mas'ud] he said, "Many people make various kinds of drinks, I don't know what drinks they are. And I haven't known drinks for twenty years, or he said, 'forty years, apart from water and millet juice." It's just that Ibn Mas'ud didn't mention the Prophet's feelings (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5755.) 4th Hadith. God willing ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنْ قَالَ أَحْدَثَ النَّاسُ أَشْرِبَةً مَا أَدْرِي مَا هِيَ وَمَا لِي شَرَابٌ مُنْذُ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً إِلاَّ الْمَاءُ وَاللَّبَنُ وَالْعَسَلُ .. Having informed us [Suwaid] he said; has reported to us [Abdullah] from [Ibn Aun] from [Muhammad bin Sirin] from [Abidah] he said, "Many people make various kinds of drinks, I don't know what drinks they are. Meanwhile, I myself have not known drinks since twenty years ago other than water, milk and honey (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5756.) 5th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ ابْنْ God willing وَيَهْرَمُ فِيهَا الْكَبِيرُ قَالَ وَكَِمَ God bless you وَالْعَسَلَ . فَقِيلَ لِطَلْحَةَ أَلاَ تَسْقِيهِمُ God willing سَبَبِي .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; had reported to us [Jarir] from [Ibn Syubrumah] he said, "[Thalhah] said to the people of Kufa, "In the words of the Prophet there is slander; he will make young people look old, and make old people look old." Ibn Syubrumah said, "If any of them held a wedding party, then Talha and Zubaid would only pour milk and honey. Then he said to Talha, "Why don't you pour out the Prophet's juice for them?" he replied, "I don't want a muslim to get drunk because of me (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5757.) 6th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God bless you الْمَاءَ وَاللَّبَنَ .. Has informed us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] he said; has reported to us [Jarir] he said, "[Ibn Syubrumah] does not drink except water or milk (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 5758.) 7th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الأَعْمَشْ هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ or Words: «مَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِهِ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا». It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said; has related to us [Sharik] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "What I command, take it, and what I forbid, leave it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1.) 8th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَإِنَّمَا هَلَكَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ بِسُؤَالِهِمْ وَاخْتِلاَفِهِمْ or بِشَىْءٍ فَخُذُوا مِنْهُ مَا اسْتَطَْتُمْ وَإِذَا نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ شَىْءٍ فَانْتَهُوا " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] he said; has reported to us [Jarir] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Let what I have left you. Indeed, people before you perished because of their questions and disputes with their Prophets. If I order you to do something then carry it out to the best of your ability, and if I forbid you from something then stay away from it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2.) 9th Hadith. Allah's blessings مُعَاوِيَةَ، وَوَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، God willing God willing عَصَانِي فَقَدْ عَصَى اللَّهَ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah], and [Waki'] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever obeys me has obeyed Allah and whoever disobeys me has disobeyed Allah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3.) 10th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم ـ حَدِيثًا لَمْ يَعْدُهُ وَلَمْ يُقَصِّرْ دُونَهُ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [Zakaria bin 'Adi] from [Ibn Mubarak] from [Muhammad bin Suqah] from [Abu Ja'far] he said; " [Ibnu Umar] If he heard a hadith from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he did not miss it nor was he busy with anything else (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 4.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَنَتَخَوَّفُهُ فَقَالَ " آلْفَقْرَ تَخَافُونَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتُصَبَّنَّ عَلَيْكُمُ الدُّنْيَا صَبًّا may Allah bless him and give him peace هِيَهْ وَايْمُ اللَّهِ لَقَدْ تَرَكْتُكُمْ عَلَى مِثْلِ الْبَيْضَاءِ لَيْلُهَا وَنَهَارُهَا سَوَاءٌ " . قَالَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءْ God willing لَيْلُهَا وَنَهَارُهَا سَوَاءٌ .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar Ad Dimasyqi] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Isa bin Sumai'] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Sulaiman Al Afthas] from [Al Walid bin Abdurrahman Al Jurasyi] from [Jubair bin Nufair] from [Abu Darda`] he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came out to meet us, while we were discussing the issue of poverty and we felt afraid of him. Then he said: "Are you afraid of poverty? By the One in Whose hand my soul is, the world will indeed be given to you, so that the heart of one of you cannot turn except to meet it. Indeed, I have left for you things that are brightly lit, night and day are the same." Abu Darda` said; "By Allah, it is true, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam has left us things that are brightly lit, night and day are the same (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 5.) 12th Hadith. God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind " لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] said, has told us [Syu'bah] from [Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah] from [his father] he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There will always be a group of my Ummah who will receive help. Those who insult them will not harm them until the Day of Resurrection (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 6.) 13th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing خَالَفَهَا " .. Abu Abdullah told us he said; has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] he said; has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] said; has told us [Abu Alqamah Nashr bin Alqamah] from [Umair Al Aswad] and [Katsir bin Murrah Al Hadlrami] from [Abu Hurairah] said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There will always be a group of my people who stand firmly on the commands of Allah, will not harm those who disagree with him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 7.) 14th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God bless you God willing God willing اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ "" يَغْرِسُ فِي هَذَا الدِّينِ غَرْسًا يَسْتَعْمِلُهُمْ فِي طَاعَتِهِ " .. Abu Abdullah told us he said; has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] said, has told us [Al Jarrah bin Malih] said, has told us [Bakr bin Zur'ah] he said; I heard [Abu 'Inabah Al Khaulani] and he was a friend who was praying facing the two Qiblas with Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said; I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Allah will always plant plants (reformers) in this religion, which He will direct to obedience to Him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 8.) 15th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing " لاَ يَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ مَنْصُورِينَ لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَْتِيْ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Syu'aib] said, has told us [Sa'id bin Basyir] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Qilabah] from [Abu Asma` Ar Rahabi] from [Tsauban] said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There will always be a group of my people who will be helped by the truth, not harming those who disagree with it until Allah's decision comes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 10.) 16th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing مُجَالِدًا، يَذْكُرُ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم ـ فَخَطَّ خَطًّا وَخَطَّ خَطَّيْنِ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَخَطَّ خَطَّيْنْ God willing تَلاَ هَذِهِ الآيَةَ {وَأَنَّ هَذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا love عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ} .. Has told us [Abu Sa'id Abdullah bin Sa'id] said, has told us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] he said; I heard [Mujalid] mention from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said; "We were on the side of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he then made one line, then made two lines on his right side and two more lines on his left side. Then he put his hand on the middle line and said: "This is the way of Allah." Then he read this verse: "And that (what We have commanded) is My straight path, so follow it; and do not follow (other) paths, for they scatter you from His path (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 11.) 17th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God bless you God willing God willing وَجَدْنَا فِيهِ مِنْ حَلاَلٍ اسْتَحْلَلْنَاهُ وَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهِ مِنْ حَرَامٍ حَرَّمْنَاهُ . أَلاَ وَإِنَّ مَا حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهْ اللَّهُ " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, he said; has told us [Zaid Ibnu Al Hubab] from [Mu'awiyah bin Salih] said, has told me [Al Hasan bin Jabir] from [Al Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib Al Kindi] said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is feared that someone leaned back in his seat, he was told a hadith from me, but he said; 'Between you and us is the Book of Allah 'azza wajalla. What we find that is halal from it, we make halal, and what we find from it that is haram, we make it haram.' Know, indeed, what was forbidden by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam is what Allah has forbidden (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 12.) 18th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَم God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing " لاَ أُلْفِيَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ مُتَّكِئًا عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ God willing فَيَقُولُ لاَ أَدْرِي مَا وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ اتَّبَعْنَاهُ " .. Has told us [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdlami] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] -I asked him at his house- from [Salim Abu Al Nadlr] -then he read a hadith-, he said; or [Zaid bin Aslam] from [Ubaidullah bin Abu Rafi'] from [his father] said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, one of you will be found sitting back in his seat, then he will come to me for my orders and prohibitions, but he will say: 'I do not know what we found in the Book of Allah, so we follow it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 13.) 19th hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ "" فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ " .. Has told us [Abu Marwan Muhammad bin Uthman Al Utsmani] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Sa'd bin Ibrahim bin Abdurrahman bin Auf] from [his father] from [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] from [Aisyah] said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever creates a new matter in our affairs that is not part of it, he is rejected (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 14.) 20th hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing ـ فِي شِرَاجِ الْحَرَّةِ الَّتِي يَسْقُونَ بِهَا النَّخْلَ فَقَالَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ سَرِّحِ الْمَاءَ يَمُرُّ . فَأَبَى may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " اسْقِ يَا زُبَيْرُ ثُمَّ أَرْسِلِ الْمَاءَ إِلَى جَارِكَ " . فَغَضِبَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنْ كَانَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind الْمَاءَ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الْجَدْرِ " . قَالَ فَقَالَ الزُّبَيْرُ وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لأَحْسَبُ هَذِهِ الآيَةَ نَزَلَتْ فِي ذَلِكَ {فَلاَ وَرَبِّكَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لاَ يَجِدُوا فِي Allah's blessings تَسْلِيمًا} .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh bin Al Muhajir Al Mishri] said, has told us [Al Laist bin Sa'd] from [Ibnu Shihab] from [Urwah bin Az Zubair] that [Abdullah bin Az Zubair] told him, that an Ansar man argued with Az Zubair next to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about the problem of the water they used to water the date palm trees. The Ansar said; "Let the water pass," but Az Zubair paid no heed. So there was a debate between the two of them in front of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. So Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Water (your garden), O Zubair, after that flow the water to your neighbors." But the Ansar became angry and said; "O Messenger of Allah, is it because he is your uncle's son?" Then the face of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam changed, then he said: "O Zubair, water (your garden), after that hold back the water so that it returns to its origin." Abdullah bin Zubair said; So Zubair said: "By Allah, I think that this verse was revealed in that incident: "So by your Rabb, they (in essence) do not believe until they make you hakim in the matter they are disputing, then they have no objection in their hearts to the decision you give, and they accept it completely (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 15.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind اللَّهِ أَنْ يُصَلِّينَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ "" لَهُ إِنَّا لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ . فَقَالَ فَغَضِبَ غَضَبًا God willing الله عليه وسلم ـ وَإِنَّكَ تَقُولُ إِنَّا لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya An Naisaburi] said, has told us [Abdurrazaq] said, has told us [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [Ibn Umar] said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not forbid the female servants of Allah to pray in the mosque." Then a child said; "Really, we will ban them." So Ibnu Umar became very angry and rebuked; "I recited to you the hadith of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, but you said: 'Indeed, we will forbid them (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 16.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you عُمَرَ حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَْدُ God willing God willing كَانَ جَالِسًا إِلَى جَنْبِهِ ابْنُ أَخٍ لَهُ فَخَذَفَ فَنَهَاهُ وَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَهَى عَنْهَا وَقَالَ " إِنَّهَا لاَ تَصِيدُ صَيْدًا وَلاَ God willing الْعَيْنَ " ." فَقَالَ أُحَدِّثُكَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَهَى عَنْهَا ثُمَّ عُدْتَ تَخْذِفُ لاَ أُكَلِّمُكَ أَبَدًا .. Has told us [Ahmad binTsabit Al Jadari] and [Abu 'Amru Hafsh bin Umar] both said; has told us [Abdul Wahhab Ats Tsaqafi] said, has told us [Ayyub] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Abdullah bin Mughaffal], that one of his nephews sat beside him, then he slingshotted. So he stopped him and said; Indeed, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has forbidden it. He said: "That action cannot hunt prey, nor destroy the enemy. It only breaks teeth and gouges eyes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 17.) 23rd Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَبِيصَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ God willing God willing God bless you God willing يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّكُمْ تَأْكُلُونَ الرِّبَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " لاَ Allah's blessings زِيَادَةَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلاَ نَظِرَةَ " . فَقَالَ لَهُ love God bless you. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَتُحَدِّثُنِي عَنْ رَأْيِكَ لَئِنْ أَخْرَجَنِي اللَّهُ لاَ أُسَاكِنْكَ بِأَرْضٍ لَكَ عَلَىَّ فِيهَا إِمْرَةٌ . فَلَمَّا قَفَلَ لَحِقَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ بْنُ God willing God willing ارْجِعْ يَا أَبَا الْوَلِيدْ God willing مُعَاوِيَةَ لاَ إِمْرَةَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِ وَاحْمِلِ النَّاسَ عَلَى مَا قَالَ فَإِنَّهُ هُوَ الأَمْرُ .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] said, has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] said, has told me [Burd bin Sinan] from [Ishaq bin Qabishah] from [his father] said; [Ubadah bin Shamit Al Ansari] was a commander and friend of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam who fought with Mu'awiyah in the Roman world. He noticed people who were buying and selling gold pieces for dinars and silver pieces for dirhams. Then he exclaimed; "O people, indeed you have consumed usury, I have heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Do not sell gold for gold unless it is equal, there is no excess and there is no delay between the two." Mu'awiyah said to him; "O Abul Walid I do not see usury in this transaction, except in its suspension! " Ubadah replied; "I conveyed to you the hadith from the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, but you think with your own views. Indeed, if Allah takes me out, then I will not stay in your territory even though I am under your orders." When he returned to Medina he met Umar bin Khaththab, then Umar said to him, "O Abul Walid, what made you come here? Then he told the story to Umar, and he did not tell him about where he lived. Umar said: "O Abul Walid, go back to your country. Indeed, Allah will make a country despised without your existence and people like you." Then Umar wrote a letter to Mu'awiyah; "You have no right to order him, and invite people to follow what he says, because he is above the truth (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Ali Ibnul Mundzir] said, has told us [Muhammmad bin Fudlail] said, has told us [Al Maqburi] from [His grandfather] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Truly I will tell you, there is one of you who does not want to convey my hadith. Has told us [Muhammad bin 'Abbad bin Adam] said, has told us [my father] from [Syu'bah] from [Muhammad bin 'Amru] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah]. According to another line; Has told us [Hannad bin As Sari] said, has told us [Abdah bin Sulaiman] said, has told us [Muhammad bin 'Amru] from [Abu Salamah] that [Abu Hurairah] once said to someone; "O my nephew, if I read to you a hadith from the Messenger of Allah, then do not make parables other than it." Abul Hasan said; has told us Yahya bin Abdullah Al Karabisi said, has told us Ali bin Al Ja'd from Syu'bah from 'Amru bin Murrah as per the hadith of Ali Radliallahu Ta'ala 'anhu (Degree: authentic. God willing مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ God willing God willing مَسْعُودٍ عَشِيَّةَ خَمِيسٍ إِلاَّ أَتَيْتُهُ فِيهِ قَالَ فَمَا سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ لِشَىْءٍ قَطُِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَلَمَّا كَانَ ذَاتَ عَشِيَّةٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ - قَالَ فَنَكَسَ . قَالَ فَنَظَرْتُ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ قَائِمٌ مُحَلَّلَةً God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَانْتَفَخَتْ أَوْدَاجُهُ قَالَ أَوْ دُونَ ذَلِكَ أَوْ فَوْقَ ذَلِكَ أَوْ قَرِيبًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ أَوْ شَبِيهًا بِذَلِكَ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Mu'adz bin Mu'adz] from [Ibn 'Aun] said, has told us [Muslim Al Bathin] from [Ibrahim At Taimi] from [his father] from ['Amru bin Maimun] he said; [Ibnu Mas'ud] did not blame me on Thursday night, but I went to him. -'Amru bin Maimun said; - I didn't hear him say anything from the hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then one night he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said, so he bowed his head. -'Amru bin Maimun said; - I then looked at him, he was standing while buttoning the buttons on his robe, his tears were streaming down and the veins in his neck were rising and falling. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ghundar] dari [Syu'bah]. Dan dari jalur lain; Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Basysyar] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrahman bin Mahdiy] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari ['Amru bin Murrah] dari [Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila] ia berkata; Kami berkata kepada [Zaid bin Arqam]; "ceritakanlah kepada kami hadits dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, " ia berkata; " Kami telah menjadi tua dan pelupa, sedangkan hadits Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam itu sangat keras (berat) (Derajat: shahih. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu An Nadhr] dari [Syu'bah] dari [Abdullah bin Abu As Safar] ia berkata; "Aku mendengar [Asy Sya'bi] berkata; " Aku berguru kepada [Ibnu Umar] selama satu tahun, namun aku tidak pernah mendengar ia membacakan satu hadits pun dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا كُنَّا نَحْفَظُ الْحَدِيثَ وَالْحَدِيثُ يُحْفَظُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَمَّا إِذَا رَكِبْتُمُ الصَّعْبَ وَالذَّلُولَ فَهَيْهَاتَ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Abbas bin Abdul Azhim Al 'Anbari] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurazaq] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ma'mar] dari [Ibnu Thawus] dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata; Aku mendengar [Ibnu Abbas] berkata; "Dahulu kami menghafal hadits, sedangkan hadits dihafal langsung dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Maka jika kalian melakukan kesulitan dan bermanja-manja maka sekali-kali tidak mungkin bisa (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 27.) Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ قَرَظَةَ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، قَالَ بَعَثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ إِلَى الْكُوفَةِ وَشَيَّعَنَا فَمَشَى مَعَنَا إِلَى مَوْضِعٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ صِرَارٌ . فَقَالَ أَتَدْرُونَ لِمَ مَشَيْتُ مَعَكُمْ قَالَ قُلْنَا لِحَقِّ صُحْبَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَلِحَقِّ الأَنْصَارِ . قَالَ لَكِنِّي مَشَيْتُ مَعَكُمْ لِحَدِيثٍ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أُحَدِّثَكُمْ بِهِ فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ تَحْفَظُوهُ لِمَمْشَاىَ مَعَكُمْ إِنَّكُمْ تَقْدُمُونَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ لِلْقُرْآنِ فِي صُدُورِهِمْ هَزِيزٌ كَهَزِيزِ الْمِرْجَلِ فَإِذَا رَأَوْكُمْ مَدُّوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَعْنَاقَهُمْ وَقَالُوا أَصْحَابُ مُحَمَّدٍ . فَأَقِلُّوا الرِّوَايَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ثُمَّ أَنَا شَرِيكُكُمْ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Abdah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad bin Zaid] dari [Mujalid] dari [Asy Sya'bi] dari [Qarazhah bin Ka'ab] ia berkata; Umar bin Khaththab mengutus dan mengantar kami ke Kufah. Ia berjalan bersama kami hingga sampai di suatu tempat yang disebut Shirar. Ia lalu berkata; "Apakah kalian tahu kenapa aku berjalan bersama kalian?" Qarazhah bin Ka'ab berkata; Kami menjawab, "Karena hak menemani Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan hak sahabat Anshar." [Umar berkata]; "Aku berjalan bersama kalian karena ada satu hadits yang ingin aku sampaikan kepada kalian, dan aku ingin kalian menghafalnya karena perjalananku bersama kalian, beliau bersabda; "Sesungguhnya kalian datang kepada satu kaum karena Al Qur'an di dalam dada mereka mendidih seperti periuk yang mendidih. Jika mereka melihat kalian mereka akan menjulurkan leher-lehernya kepada kalian seraya berkata; 'Hai para sahabat Muhammad, riwayatkan sedikit saja hadits dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan aku adalah rekan kalian (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ صَحِبْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ إِلَى مَكَّةَ فَمَا سَمِعْتُهُ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِحَدِيثٍ وَاحِدٍ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Basysyar] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrahman] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad bin Zaid] dari [Yahya bin Sa'id] dari [As Sa`ib bin Yazid] ia berkata; " Aku menemani [Sa'd bin Malik] dari Madinah ke Makkah, dan aku tidak mendengar ia membacakan satu hadits pun dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَسُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَامِرِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَىَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] dan [Suwaid bin Sa'id] dan [Abdullah bin 'Amir bin Zurarah] dan [Isma'il bin Musa] mereka berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syarik] dari [Simak] dari [Abdurrahman bin Abdullah bin Mas'ud] dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: " Barangsiapa berdusta atas namaku dengan sengaja, maka hendaklah ia menyiapkan tempat duduknya di neraka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَامِرِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ تَكْذِبُوا عَلَىَّ فَإِنَّ الْكَذِبَ عَلَىَّ يُولِجُ النَّارَ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin 'Amir bin Zurarah] dan [Isma'il bin Musa] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syarik] dari [Manshur] dari [Rib'i bin Hirasy] dari [Ali] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: " Janganlah kalian berdusta atas namaku, karena sesungguhnya dusta atas namaku akan memasukkan ke dalam neraka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَىَّ - حَسِبْتُهُ قَالَ مُتَعَمِّدًا - فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Rumh Al Mishri] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Laits bin Sa'd] dari [Ibnu Syihab] dari [Anas bin Malik] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: " Barangsiapa berdusta atas namaku, -aku mengira beliau bersabda: - dengan sengaja, maka hendaklah ia menyiapkan tempat duduknya di neraka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَىَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Khaitsamah Zuhair bin Harb] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Husyaim] dari [Abu Az Zubair] dari [Jabir] ia berkata; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berkata: " Barangsiapa berdusta atas namaku dengan sengaja, maka hendaklah ia menyiapkan tempat duduknya di neraka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَىَّ مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Bisyr] dari [Muhammad bin 'Amru] dari [Abu Salamah] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: " Barangsiapa berbicara atas namaku dengan sesuatu yang aku tidak mengatakannya, maka hendaklah ia menyiapkan tempat duduknya di neraka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-39. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْلَى التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ عَلَى هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ " إِيَّاكُمْ وَكَثْرَةَ الْحَدِيثِ عَنِّي فَمَنْ قَالَ عَلَىَّ فَلْيَقُلْ حَقًّا أَوْ صِدْقًا وَمَنْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَىَّ مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Ya'la At Taimi] dari [Muhammad bin Ishaq] dari [Ma'bad bin Ka'b] dari [Abu Qatadah] ia berkata; Aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda di atas mimbar ini: " Janganlah kalian banyak-banyak membacakan hadits dariku, maka barangsiapa berkata atas namaku, hendaklah ia berkata dengan benar atau jujur. Barangsiapa berkata atas namaku dengan sesuatu yang aku tidak mengatakannya, maka hendaklah ia menyiapkan tempat duduknya di neraka (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 35.) Hadits ke-40. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ جَامِعِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ أَبِي صَخْرَةَ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لِلزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ مَا لِيَ لاَ أَسْمَعُكَ تُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كَمَا أَسْمَعُ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ وَفُلاَنًا وَفُلاَنًا قَالَ أَمَا إِنِّي لَمْ أُفَارِقْهُ مُنْذُ أَسْلَمْتُ وَلَكِنِّي سَمِعْتُ مِنْهُ كَلِمَةً يَقُولُ " مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَىَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " ..
