Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ غَيْرَ مَنْ هُوَ أَفْقَهُ مِنْهُ " . حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِي، يَعْلَى ح وَحَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ God bless you God bless you مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِنَحْوِهِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [my father] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Abdullah Salam] from [Az Zuhri] from [Muhammad bin Jubair bin Muth'im] from [his father] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam stood (khutbah) in Khaif Mina, he said: "Allah will make beautiful someone who hears my words and then conveys them. How many people convey fiqh but do not understand (that) fiqh. And how many people convey fiqh to other people who understand more about (that) fiqh." Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us my uncle [Ya'la]. And according to another line; Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Sa'id bin Yahya] both said; has told us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Az Zuhri] from [Muhammad bin Jubair bin Muth'im] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam as in the above hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 231.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God willing Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you " .. It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Basyar] and [Muhammad bin Al Walid] both said; has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] said, has told us [Syu'bah] from [Listen] from [Abdurrahman bin Abdullah] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Allah will make beautiful someone who hears a hadith from us and then conveys it. How many people have the hadith conveyed to him more memorized than the person who heard it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 232.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you الرَّحْمَنْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم ـ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَقَالَ " لِيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ God willing مِنْ سَامِعٍ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id Al Qaththan] he dictated it to us; has told us [Qurrah bin Khalid] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Sirin] from [Abdurrahman bin Abu Bakrah] from [his father] and from another man -and he is better than Abdurrahman- from Abu Bakrah he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam delivered a sermon on the day of Nahar (iedul adlha), he said: "Let those who are present inform those who are not present. In fact, how many people are told to him (the hadith) understand more than those who hear it (directly) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 233.) 4th Hadith. Allah's blessings Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَلاَ لِيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abu Usamah]. And according to another line; Has told us [Ishaq bin Manshur] said, has told us [An Nadlr bin Syumail] from [Bahz bin Hakim] from [his father] from his grandfather [Mu'awiyah Al Qusyairi] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Know, let those who are present inform those who are not present (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 234.) 5th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing عَنْ يَسَارٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " " شَاهِدُكُمْ غَائِبَكُمْ " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin 'Abdah] said, has told us [Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad Ad Darawardi] said, has told me [Qudamah bin Musa] from [Muhammad Ibnul Hushain At Tamimah] from [Abu Alqamah] the former slave of Ibn Abbas, from [Yasar] the former slave of Ibn Umar, from [Ibnu Umar] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Let those who are present from you convey it to those who are not present from you (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 235.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God bless you مُعَانِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ بُخْتٍ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings سَمِعَ مَقَالَتِي فَوَعَاهَا ثُمَّ بَلَّغَهَا عَنِّي فَرُبَّ حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ غَيْرَ مَنْ هُوَ أَفْقَهُ مِنْهُ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasyqi] said, has told us [Mubasysyir Al Halabi] from [Mu'an bin Rifa'ah] from [Abdul Wahhab bin Bukht Al Makki] from [Anas bin Malik] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Allah will beautify the face of a servant, he hears my words and records them with his heart, then conveys them in my name. How many carriers (transmit) fiqh but do not understand fiqh, and how many people bring (convey) fiqh to other people who understand fiqh better than them (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 236.) 7th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you اللَّهِ بْنْ God bless you مَفَاتِيحَ لِلْخَيْرِ مَغَالِيقَ لِلشَّرِّ وَإِنَّ مِنَ God willing لِمَنْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ مَفَاتِيحَ الْخَيْرِ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ وَوَيْلٌ لِمَنْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ مَفَاتِيحَ الشَّرِّ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ " .. Has told us [Al Husain bin Al Hasan Al Marwazi] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Abu 'Adi] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Abu Humaid] said, has told us [Hafsh bin Ubaidullah bin Anas] from [Anas bin Malik] he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, among humans there are those who are the keys to opening good and closing evil. And among humans there are also those who are the keys to opening evil and closing good. So lucky is the person whom Allah has made as the keys to opening goodness through His hands, and woe to the person whom Allah has made as the keys to opening evil through His hands (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 237.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِنَّ هَذَا الْخَيْرَ خَزَائِنُ وَلِتِلْكَ God willing مِفْتَاحًا لِلْخَيْرِ مِغْلاَق٩ God bless you " .. Has told us [Harun bin Sa'id Al Aili Abu Ja'far] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] said, has told me [Abdurrahman bin Zaid bin Aslam] from [Abu Hazim] from [Sahl bin Sa'd] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, this goodness is a barn, while the barn has keys. So fortunate is the servant who has Allah made it the key to open good and cover evil. And what is the woe of a servant whom Allah made the key to open evil and cover good (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 238.) 9th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " إِنَّهُ لَيَسْتَغْفِرُ لِلْعَالِمِ مَنْ فِي السَّمَوَاتِ وَمَنْ فِي الأَرْضْ الْبَحْرِ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Hafsh bin Umar] from [Uthman bin 'Atho`] from [his father] from [Abu Ad Darda`] he said; "I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: "Indeed, he will ask forgiveness for an alim from creatures in the heavens and on earth, up to sharks at the bottom of the sea (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 239.) 10th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind عَبْدُ اللَّهْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ "" God bless you الْعَامِلِ " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Isa Al Mishri] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] from [Yahya bin Ayyub] from [Sahl bin Mu'adz bin Anas] from [his father] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever teaches a knowledge, then he will get the reward of those who practice it, without reducing the reward of those who practice it in the slightest (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 240.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله God bless you God bless you يَبْلُغُهُ أَجْرُهَا وَعِلْمٌ يُعْمَلُ بِهِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ، God bless you حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، - يَعْنِي أَبَاهُ - حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ، عَنْ فُلَيْحِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، God willing أَبِيهِ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ .. Has told us [Ismail bin Abu Karimah Al Harrani] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Salamah] from [Abu Abdurrahim] said, has told me [Zaid bin Abu Unaisah] from [Zaid bin Aslam] from [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] from [His father] he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The best things that a man leaves behind after he dies are three: pious children who pray for him, almsgiving whose reward reaches him and knowledge that is put into practice by those who die." Abul Hasan said; has told me Abu Hatim said, has told me Muhammad bin Yazid bin Sinan Ar Rahawi said, has told us Yazid bin Sinan -namely his father- said, has told me Zaid bin Abu Unaisah from Fulaih bin Sulaiman from Zaid bin Aslam from Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah from his father said; I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he mentioned the above hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 241.) 12th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God bless you God willing God bless you وسلم ـ " إِنَّ مِمَّا يَلْحَقُ الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ وَحَسَنَاتِهِ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ عِلْمًا عَلَّمَهُ وَنَشَرَهُ وَوَلَدًا صَالِحًا تَرَكَهُ وَمُصْحَفًا وَرَّثَهُ أَوْ مَسْجِدًا بَنَاهُ أَوْ بَيْتًا لاِبْنِ السَِ نَهْرًا أَجْرَاهُ أَوْ صَدَقَةً أَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ مَالِهِ فِي صِحَّتِهِ وَحَيَاتِهِ يَلْحَقُهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Wahb bin 'Athiyyah] said, has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] said, has told us [Marzuq bin Abu Hudzail] said, has told me [Az Zuhri] said, has told me [Abu Abdullah Al Aghar] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, the good that will accompany a believer after he dies is the knowledge he taught and spread, the pious children he left behind and the Qur'an he inherited, or the mosque he built, or the house he built for Ibn Sabil, or the river he channeled (for others), or the alms he gave from his possessions during his health and life, all will be accompanied him after his death (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 242.) 13th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَتَعَلَّمَ الْمَرْءُ الْمُسْلِمُ عِلْمًا ثُمَِ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ " .. It has been told to us [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib Al Madani] said, it has been told to me [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] from [Shafwan Sulaim] from [Thalhah] from [Al Hasan Al Bashri] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The most important charity is a person muslim who studies a discipline and then teaches it to his brother muslim (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 243.) 14th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing يَأْكُلُ مُتَّكِئًا قَطُّ وَلاَ يَطَأُ عَقِبَيْهِ رَجُلاَنِ .” حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَجَِ God bless you وَحَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، صَاحِبُ الْقَفِيزْ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Suwaid bin 'Amru] from [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Thabit] from [Syu'aib bin Abdullah bin 'Amru] from [his father] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was never seen eating while leaning back and never had two people step on his heels (the Prophet never walked in front until someone else stepped on his heels from behind, pent)." Abu Al Hasan said; Has told us Hazim bin Yahya said, has told us Ibrahim Ibnul Hajjaj As Sami. Abu Al Hasan said; Has told us Ibrahim bin Nashr Al Hamdani -owner of the measure- said, has told us Musa bin Isma'il said, has told us Hammad bin Salamah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 244.) 15th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing نَحْوَ بَقِيعِ الْغَرْقَدِ وَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَمْشُونَ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind نَفْسِهِ فَجَلَسَ حَتَّى قَدَّمَهُمْ أَمَامَهُ لِئَلاَّ يَقَعَ فِي نَفْسِهِ شَىْءٌ مِنَ الْكِبْرِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Abul Mughirah] said, has told us [Mu'an bin Rifa'ah] said, has told me [Ali bin Yazid] he said; I heard [Al Qasim bin Abdurrahman] tell from [Abu Umamah] he said; "On a very hot day, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam passed by the Baqi' Al Gharqad cemetery, while his companions were walking behind him. When he heard the sound of sandals, his soul was touched, then he sat down and ordered them to walk in front of him so that there would not arise in his soul a feeling of arrogance (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 245.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing أَمَامَهُ وَتَرَكُوا ظَهْرَهُ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] from [Sufyan] from [Al Aswad bin Qais] from [Nubaih al 'Anazi] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was when he walked, his companions walked in front of him, and they left his back to the angels (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 246.) 17th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " Allah's blessings فَقُولُوا لَهُمْ مَرْحَبًا مَرْحَبًا بِوَصِيَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَاقْنُوهُمْ " ." لِلْحَكَمِ مَا اقْنُوهُمْ قَالَ عَلِّمُوهُمْ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Harith bin Rasyid Al Mishri] said, has told us [Al Hakam bin 'Abdah] from [Abu Harun Al 'Abdi] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudlri] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "There will come to you people who seek knowledge. If you see them then say; 'welcome, welcome with the will of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam' and suffice them." I asked Al Hakam; "What does it mean to be enough?" he answered; "Teach (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 247.) 18th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind Allah's blessings God bless you love God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لِجَنْبِهِ فَلَمَّا رَآنَا قَبَضَ رِجْلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ " God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. " . قَالَ فَأَدْرَكْنَا وَاللَّهِ أَقْوَامًا مَا رَحَّبُوا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing كُنَّا نَذْهَبُ إِلَيْهِمْ فَيَجْفُونَا .. Has told us [Abdullah bin Amir bin Zurarah] said, has told us [Al Mu'alla bin Hilal] from [Isma'il] he said; We visited [Al Hasan] to see him, so we crowded his house, so he folded his legs and said; We visited [Abu Hurairah] to see him until we filled his house, so he folded his legs and said; We visited Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam until we filled his house, while he lay on his back. So when he saw us, he folded his legs and then said: "Indeed, after my death people will come to you who will seek knowledge, so welcome them, say hello to them and teach them." Al Hasan said; "By Allah, we met a group of people, they did not welcome us, did not greet us and did not teach us, except after we had gone to them and they turned away from us (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 248.) 19th hadith. God willing God bless you هَارُونَ الْعَبْدِيِّ، قَالَ كُنَّا إِذَا أَتَيْنَا أَبَا may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you. God bless you. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings سَيَأْتُونَكُمْ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ الأَرْضِ love بِهِمْ خَيْرًا " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us ['Amru bin Muhammad Al 'Anqazi] said, has told us [Sufyan] from [Abu Harun Al 'Abdi] he said; If we went to [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri], he said; Welcome to the testament of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, indeed Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to us: "Indeed, people follow you, they will come to you from all corners of the world to deepen their religion. So if they come to you, give them good advice (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 249.) 20th hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing God willing وَمَنْ قَلْبٍ لاَ يَخْشَعُ وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لاَ تَشْبَعُ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] from [Ibn 'Ajlan] from [Sa'id bin Abu Sa'id] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; One of the prayers of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that is not useful, from prayers that are not heard and from a heart that is not humble and from a soul that never feels satisfied (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 250.) 21st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " God willing يَنْفَعُنِي وَزِدْنِي عِلْمًا وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Musa bin Ubaidah] from [Muhammad bin Thabit] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed: "O Allah, give me benefits with the knowledge that You taught me, teach me something that is useful for me, and increase my knowledge, praise be to Allah for every condition (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 251.) 22nd Hadith. God willing يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَسُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ، قَالاَ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مِمَّا يُبْتَغَى بِهِ وَجْهُ اللَّهِ لاَ يَتَعَلَّمُهُ إِلاَّ لِيُصِيبَ بِهِ عَرَضًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا لَمْ يَجِدْ عَرْفَ الْجَنَّةِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " . يَعْنِي رِيحَهَا . God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Yunus bin Muhammad] and [Suraij bin An Nu'man] both said; has told us [Fulaih bin Sulaiman] from [Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Ma'mar Abu Thuwalah] from [Sa'id bin Yasar] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever seeks knowledge that is supposed to be for Allah, but he does not demand it except to seek the world, then on the Day of Resurrection he will not get the smell of heaven." Abu Al Hasan said; has told us Abu Hatim said, has told us Sa'id bin Manshur said, has told us Fulaih bin Sulaim then he mentioned the above hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 252.) 23rd Hadith. God bless you God bless you, God bless you, God bless you نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " مَنْ طَلَبَ الْعِلْمَ لِيُمَارِيَ بِهِ God willing لِيَصْرِفَ وُجُوهَ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهْ .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] said, has told us [Hammad bin Abdurrahman] said, has told us [Abu Kuraib Al 'Azdi] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever seeks knowledge to belittle the ignorant, or to argue with the scholars, or to attract the attention of people, then he will go to hell (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 253.) 24th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ ابَْأَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ God willing God willing God bless you لِتُمَارُوا بِهِ السُّفَهَاءَ وَلاَ تَخَيَّرُوا بِهِ الْمَجَالِسَ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَالنَّارُ النَّارُ" .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, it has been told to us [Ibn Abu Maryam] said, it has been reported to us [Yahya bin Ayyub] from [Ibn Juraij] from [Abu Zubair] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not study knowledge to argue with the scholars, belittle the ignorant and decorate the assembly. Whoever does that, then for him is hell, for him is hell (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 254.) 25th Hadith. God willing God willing " إِنَّ أُنَاسًا مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَيَتَفَقَّهُونَ فِي الدِّينِ love فَنُصِيبُ مِنْ دُنْيَاهُمْ وَنَعْتَزِلُهُمْ بِدِينِنَا . وَلاَ يَكُونُ ذَلِكَ كَمَا لاَ يُجْتَنَى مِنَ الْقَتَادِ God bless you " ." الْخَطَايَا .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] said, has reported to us [Al Walid bin Muslim] from [Yahya bin Abdurrahman Al Kindi] from [Ubaidullah bin Abu Burdah] from [Ibn Abbas] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, among my Ummah there will be a group of people who study religion and read the Qur'an, saying; 'Let us go to the rulers to obtain their possessions and then we stay away from them by taking our religion with us.' And it is useless as a thorn tree produces nothing but thorns. Likewise, being close to them does not result in anything other than, Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah said; "sins (Degree: authentic. God bless you وسلم ـ " تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ جُبِّ الْحُزْنِ " . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا جُبُّ الْحُزْنِ قَالَ "" وَادٍ فِي جَهَنَّمَ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْهُ جَهَنَّمُ كُلَِ أَرْبَعَمِائَةِ مَرَّةٍ " . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَنْ يَدْخُلُهُ قَالَ " أُعِدَّ لِلْقُرَّاءِ God bless you God willing " . قَالَ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ الْجَوَرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ حَدَّثَا بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَا Allah's blessings وَكَانَ ثِقَةً ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ نَحْوَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ . on the internet God bless you God bless you God willing بْنُ سِيرِينَ .. It has been told to us that [Ali bin Muhammad] and [Muhammad bin Ismail] both said; has told us [Abdurrahman bin Muhammad Al Muharibi] said, has told us [Ammar bin Saif] from [Abu Mu'adz Al Bashri]. And according to another line; Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Ishaq bin Manshur] from [Ammar bin Saif] from [Abu Mu'adz Al Bashri] from [Ibn Sirin] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Take refuge in Allah from Jubbul Huzn." The companions asked: "O Messenger of Allah, what is meant by Jubbul Huzn?" He answered: "A valley in hell. And hell takes refuge from it four hundred times every day." He was asked; "O Messenger of Allah, who will enter it?" he answered: "He was prepared for the Qori' who act riya` with their deeds. And the Qori' who are most angry with Allah are those who visit the rulers." Al Muharibi Al Jaurah said; Abul Hasan said; has told us Hazim bin Yahya said, has told us Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah and Muhammad bin Numair both said; Ibn Numair has told us from Mu'awiyah An Nashri and he is a trusted person, then he mentioned a similar hadith with his sanad; has told us Ibrahim bin Nashr said, has told us Abu Ghassan Malik bin Ismail said, has told us 'Ammar bin Saif from Abu Mu'adz he said; Malik bin Isma'il said; 'Ammar said; "I don't know whether he is Muhammad or Anas bin Sirin (Degree: authentic. Hadits ke-27. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ النَّصْرِيِّ، عَنْ نَهْشَلٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْعِلْمِ، صَانُوا الْعِلْمَ وَوَضَعُوهُ عِنْدَ أَهْلِهِ لَسَادُوا بِهِ أَهْلَ زَمَانِهِمْ وَلَكِنَّهُمْ بَذَلُوهُ لأَهْلِ الدُّنْيَا لِيَنَالُوا بِهِ مِنْ دُنْيَاهُمْ فَهَانُوا عَلَيْهِمْ سَمِعْتُ نَبِيَّكُمْ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " مَنْ جَعَلَ الْهُمُومَ هَمًّا وَاحِدًا هَمَّ آخِرَتِهِ كَفَاهُ اللَّهُ هَمَّ دُنْيَاهُ وَمَنْ تَشَعَّبَتْ بِهِ الْهُمُومُ فِي أَحْوَالِ الدُّنْيَا لَمْ يُبَالِ اللَّهُ فِي أَىِّ أَوْدِيَتِهَا هَلَكَ " . قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ حَدَّثَنَا خَازِمُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ النَّصْرِيِّ، - وَكَانَ ثِقَةً - ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ نَحْوَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Muhammad] dan [Al Hussain bin Abdurrahman] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Numair] dari [Mu'awiyah An Nashri] dari [Nahsyal] dari [Adl Dlahak] dari [Al Aswad bin Yazid] dari [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] ia berkata; "Seandainya ahlul ilmu menjaga ilmu dan meletakkannya pada ahlinya, niscaya akan memelihara penduduk zamannya. Akan tetapi mereka mencurahkannya kepada ahli dunia untuk memperoleh harta-harta mereka, sehingga mereka merendahkan diri di hadapan ahli dunia. Aku mendengar Nabi kalian shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa menjadikan cita-citanya untuk menggapai akhirat, maka Allah akan mencukupkan baginya dunianya. Dan barangsiapa cita-citanya hanya untuk mencari dunia, maka Allah tidak peduli di lembah mana dia binasa (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 257.) Hadits ke-28. حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ، وَأَبُو بَدْرٍ عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْهُنَائِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الْهُنَائِيُّ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ دُرَيْكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " مَنْ طَلَبَ الْعِلْمَ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ أَوْ أَرَادَ بِهِ غَيْرَ اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zaid bin Ahzam] dan [Abu Badr Abbad Ibnul Walid] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin 'Abbad Al Huna`i] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali Ibnul Mubarak Al Huna`i] dari [Ayub As Sikhtiyani] dari [Khalid bin Duraik] dari [Ibnu Umar] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa mencari ilmu untuk selain Allah, atau dengannya ia ingin mencari selain (ridla) Allah, maka hendaklah ia menyiapkan tempat duduknya di neraka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-29. حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ الْعَبَّادَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا بَشِيرُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَشْعَثَ بْنَ سَوَّارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " لاَ تَعَلَّمُوا الْعِلْمَ لِتُبَاهُوا بِهِ الْعُلَمَاءَ أَوْ لِتُمَارُوا بِهِ السُّفَهَاءَ أَوْ لِتَصْرِفُوا وُجُوهَ النَّاسِ إِلَيْكُمْ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin 'Ashim Al 'Abbadani] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Basyir bin Maimun] ia berkata; aku mendengar [Asy'ats bin Sawwar] dari [Ibnu Sirin] dari [Hudzaifah] ia berkata; Aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Janganlah kalian mempelajari ilmu untuk mendebat ulama, merendahkan orang-orang bodoh dan menarik perhatian manusia. Maka barangsiapa melakukannya ia akan berada di neraka (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 259.) Hadits ke-30. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، أَنْبَأَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الأَسَدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْعِلْمَ لِيُبَاهِيَ بِهِ الْعُلَمَاءَ وَيُمَارِيَ بِهِ السُّفَهَاءَ وَيَصْرِفَ بِهِ وُجُوهَ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ جَهَنَّمَ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Isma'il] berkata, telah memberitakan kepada kami [Wahb bin Isma'il Al Asadi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Sa'id Al Maqburi] dari [Kakeknya] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa mempelajari ilmu untuk mendebat ulama, merendahkan orang-orang bodoh serta memalingkan perhatian manusia kepadanya, maka Allah akan memasukkannya ke dalam jahannam (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 260.) Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عِمَارَةُ بْنُ زَاذَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءٌ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ يَحْفَظُ عِلْمًا فَيَكْتُمُهُ إِلاَّ أُتِيَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلْجَمًا بِلِجَامٍ مِنَ النَّارِ " . قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ - أَىِ الْقَطَّانُ - وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عِمَارَةُ بْنُ زَاذَانَ، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ . قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَيْضًا وَحَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِمَارَةُ بْنُ زَاذَانَ، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Aswad bin Amir] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Imarah bin Zadzan] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Al Hakam] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Atho`] dari [Abu Hurairah] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tidaklah seorang lelaki menghapal suatu ilmu kemudian menyembunyikannya, kecuali pada hari kiamat ia akan didatangkan dalam kondisi dicambuk dengan cambuk api neraka." Abul Hasan -yaitu Al Qaththan- berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami Abu Hatim berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami Abul Walid berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami 'Imarah bin Zadzan lalu ia menyebutkan hadits yang serupa (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 261.) Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَرْوَانَ الْعُثْمَانِيُّ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ الأَعْرَجِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ وَاللَّهِ لَوْلاَ آيَتَانِ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى مَا حَدَّثْتُ عَنْهُ - يَعْنِي عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ - شَيْئًا أَبَدًا لَوْلاَ قَوْلُ اللَّهِ {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْتُمُونَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ} إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَتَيْنِ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Marwan Al Utsmani Muhammad bin Utsman] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibrahim bin Sa'd] dari [Al Maqburi] dari [Abdurrahman bin Hurmuz Al A'raj] bahwasanya ia mendengar [Abu Hurairah] berkata; "Demi Allah, kalau bukan karena dua ayat dalam kitabullah aku tidak akan meriwayatkan sesuatu pun darinya, yakni dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam selamanya. Kalau bukan karena firman Allah: "Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang menyembunyikan apa yang telah diturunkan Allah, yaitu Al Kitab.." hingga akhir dua ayat (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ الْعَسْقَلاَنِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا لَعَنَ آخِرُ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ أَوَّلَهَا فَمَنْ كَتَمَ حَدِيثًا فَقَدْ كَتَمَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Husain bin Abu Sarri Al Asqalani] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Khalaf bin Tamim] dari [Abdullah bin Sarri] dari [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] dari [Jabir] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Apabila penghujung umat ini telah melaknat pendahulunya, maka barangsiapa menyembunyikan satu hadits, berarti dia telah menyembunyikan apa yang telah diturunkan Allah (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الأَزْهَرِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " مَنْ سُئِلَ عَنْ عِلْمٍ فَكَتَمَهُ أُلْجِمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِلِجَامٍ مِنْ نَارٍ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Al Azhar] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Haitsam bin Jamil] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Umar bin Sulaim] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yusuf bin Ibrahim] ia berkata; Aku mendengar [Anas bin Malik] berkata; Aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa ditanya tetang sutau ilmu lalu menyembunyikannya, maka pada hari kiamat ia akan dicambuk dengan cambuk dari neraka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ حِبَّانَ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَابٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ كَتَمَ عِلْمًا مِمَّا يَنْفَعُ اللَّهُ بِهِ فِي أَمْرِ النَّاسِ فِي الدِّينِ أَلْجَمَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِلِجَامٍ مِنَ النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Isma'il bin Hibban bin Waqid Tsaqafi Abu Ishaq Al Wasithi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin 'Ashim] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Dab] dari [Shafwan bin Sulaim] dari [Abdurrahman bin Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] dari [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa menyembunyikan suatu ilmu yang Allah berikan kemanfaatan dengannya bagi urusan manusia dan dien, maka pada hari kiamat Allah akan mencambuknya dengan cambuk dari neraka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ هِشَامِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْكَرَابِيسِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ سُئِلَ عَنْ عِلْمٍ يَعْلَمُهُ فَكَتَمَهُ أُلْجِمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِلِجَامٍ مِنْ نَارٍ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Hafsh bin Hisyam bin Zaid bin Anas bin Malik] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Ibrahim Isma'il bin Ibrahim Al Karasibi] dari [Ibnu 'Aun] dari [Muhammad bin Sirin] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa ditanya tentang suatu ilmu kemudian ia menyembunyikannya, maka pada hari kiamat ia akan dicambuk dengan cambuk dari neraka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ، عَنْ سَفِينَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَتَوَضَّأُ بِالْمُدِّ وَيَغْتَسِلُ بِالصَّاعِ ..
