Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing .. Has told us [Yahya bin Al Fadhl Al Khurqi] said, has told us [Abu Amir] said, has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from ['Ashim] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah], said; An Ansar man sent someone to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, so that he would say; "visit and arrange for me a mosque in my house, so that I can pray there." And that was when he was blind. Then he came and did it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 755.) 2nd hadith. God willing عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ صَنَعَ بَعْضُ عُمُومَتِي لِلنَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ طَعَامًا فَقَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِنِّي أُحِبُّ أَنْ تَأْكُلَ فِي بَيْتِي وَتُصَلِّيَ فِيهِ . قَالَ فَأَتَاهُ وَفِي الْبَيْتِ فَحْلٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْفُحُولِ فَأَمَرَ بِنَاحِيَةٍ مِنْهُ فَكُنِسَ وَرُشَّ فَصَلَّى وَصَلَّيْنَا مَعَهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings اسْوَدَّ .. Has told us [Yahya bin Hakim] said, has told us [Ibn Abu 'Adi] from [Ibnu 'Aun] from [Anas bin Sirin] from [Abdul Hamid bin Al Mundzir bin Al Jarud] from [Anas bin Malik] he said; Some of my aunts made food for the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then she said to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam; "I like it if you eat and pray at my house." Anas said; "Then he came to him, while there was a mat in the house, he ordered him to hold the edge so that it was cleaned and sprinkled with water. Then he prayed and we prayed with him." Abu Abdullah Ibnu Majah said; "Al Fahlu is a shabby blackened mat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 756.) 3rd Hadith. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] said, has told us [Abdurrahman bin Sulaiman bin Abul Jaun] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Salih Al Madani] said, has told us [Muslim bin Abu Maryam] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever removes dirt from inside the mosque, Allah will make for him a house in heaven (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 757.) 4th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أَمَرَ بِالْمَسَاجِدِ أَنْ تُبْنَى فِي الدُّورِ وَأَنْ تُطَهَّرَ وَتُطَيَّبَ .. Has told us [Abdurrahman bin Bisyr bin Al Hakam] and [Ahmad bin Al Azhar] both said; has told us [Malik bin Su'air] said, has told us [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] from [his father] from [Aisyah] said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered that mosques be built in villages, cleaned and perfumed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 758.) 5th Hadith. God willing God bless you قُدَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace ـ أَنْ تُتَّخَذَ الْمَسَاجِدُ فِي الدُّورِ وَأَنْ تُطَهَّرَ وَتُطَيَّبَ .. Has told us [Rizqullah bin Musa] said, has told us [Ya'qub bin Ishaq Al Hadlrami] said, has told us [Za`idah bin Qudamah] from [Hisham bin 'Urwah] from [his father] from [Aisyah] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered that mosques be built in villages, cleaned and perfumed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 759.) 6th Hadith. Allah's blessings مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ إِيَاسٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنْ God willing تَمِيمٌ الدَّارِيُّ .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Sinan] said, has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Khalid bin 'Iyas] from [Yahya bin Abdurrahman bin Hathib] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] he said; "The first person to provide light in a mosque was Tamim Ad Daari (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 760.) 7th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind مَرْوَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم ـ رَأَى نُخَامَةً فِي جِدَارِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَتَنَاوَلَ "" إِذَا تَنَخَّمَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلاَ يَتَنَخَّمَنَّ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ وَلاَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَلْيَبْزُقْ عَنْ شِمَالِهِ أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمِهِ الْيُسْرَى " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Uthman Al Utsmani Abu Marwan] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Sa'd] from [Ibnu Shihab] from [Humaid bin Abdurrahman bin Auf] from [Abu Hurairah] and [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] that both of them have reported to him, that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam saw phlegm on the walls of the mosque, he then took a pebble while cleaning it. After that he said: "If one of you throws up phlegm, then don't do it to the front or the right side. But let it go to the left side or under the left leg (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 761.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَغَضِبَ حَتَّى احْمَرَّ وَجْهُهُ فَجَاءَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ مِنَ God willing فَحَكَّتْهَا وَجَعَلَتْ مَكَانَهَا خَلُوقًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَا أَحْسَنَ هَذَا " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Tharif] said, has told us ['Aidz bin Habib] from [Humaid] from [Anas] said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam saw phlegm in the Qibla of the mosque until he became angry and his face turned red. Then an Ansar woman came to him and scraped him off and put perfume on his scar. So Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "How good is this (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 762.) 9th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing love يَدَىِ النَّاسِ فَحَتَّهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ حِينَ انْصَرَفَ مِنَ God bless you God bless you قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ فِي الصَّلاَةِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh Al Mishri] said, has told us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] he said; When Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was praying, he saw phlegm in the Qibla of the mosque and he scraped it off. After completing the prayer, he then said: "If one of you is praying, Allah is actually in front of him, so when praying, do not throw his phlegm forward (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 763.) 10th Hadith. God bless you هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ God willing الْمَسْجِدِ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] from [His father] from [Aisyah] said; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam cleaned the spittle in the Qibla of the mosque (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 764.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you بُنِيَتِ الْمَسَاجِدُ لِمَا بُنِيَتْ لَهُ " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Abu Sinan Sa'id bin Sinan] from [Alqamah bin Martsad] from [Sulaiman bin Buraidah] from [his father] he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was praying, then a man said; "Who discovered the red camel?" then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "You will not get it, the mosque was built for prostration (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 765.) 12th Hadith. God willing لَهِيعَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فِي الْمَسْجِدِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Lahi'ah]. And according to another line; Has told us [Abu Kuraib] said, has told us [Hatim bin Isma'il] everything from [Ibn 'Ajlan] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade announcing lost items in mosques (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 766.) 13th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing God willing God willing مَنْ سَمِعَ رَجُلاً يَنْشُدُ ضَالَّةً فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَلْيَقُلْ لاَ رَدَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ فَإِنَّ الْمَسَاجِدَ لَمْ تُبْنَ لِهَذَا " .. Has told us [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] said, has told me [Haiwah bin Syuraih] from [Muhammad bin Abdurrahman Al Asadi Abu Al Aswad] from [Abu Abdullah] a former slave of Syaddad Ibnul Had, that he heard [Abu Hurairah] say; I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Whoever hears someone announcing that an item has been lost in a mosque, let him say; 'May Allah not return it to you,' because the mosque was not built for this (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 767.) 14th Hadith. God willing يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ، بَكْرُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings Allah's blessings الْغَنَمِ وَلاَ تُصَلُّوا فِي أَعْطَانِ الإِبِلِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Yazid bin Harun]. And according to another line; Has told us [Abu Bisyr Bakr bin Khalaf] said, has told us [Yazid bin Zurai'] both said; has told us [Hisyam bin Hassan] from [Muhammad bin Sirin] from [Abu Hurairah], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If you do not find a place except a goat pen and a camel pen, then pray in the goat pen, and do not pray in the camel pen (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 768.) 15th Hadith. God willing God willing God bless you God willing God willing الشَّيَاطِينِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Husyaim] from [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] from [Abdullah bin Mughaffal Al Muzani] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Pray in the goat pen and do not pray in the camel pen, because it was created from Satan (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 769.) 16th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ قَالَ " لاَ يُصَلَّى فِي أَعْطَانِ الإِبِلِ وَيُصَلَّى فِي مُرَاحِ الْغَنَمِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Zaid Ibnul Hubab] said, has told us [Abdul Malik bin Ar Rafi' bin Sabrah bin Ma'bad Al Juhani] said, has told me [my father] from [his father], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not permissible to pray in a camel pen, but it is permissible to pray in the goat pen (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 770.) 17th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ، عَنْ God willing قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِذَا God willing الْمَسْجِدَ يَقُولُ " God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَافْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ " . وَإِذَا خَرَجَ قَالَ " بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَالسَّلاَمُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ God willing فَضْلِكَ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Isma'il bin Ibrahim] and [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Laits] from [Abdullah Ibnul Hasan] from [His mother] from [Fatimah bint Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam], he said; If Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam entered the mosque, then he said: "BISMILLAH WAS SALAMU 'ALA RASUULILLAH ALLAHUMMAGHFIRLI DZUNUUBI WAFTAHLI ABWAABA RAHMATIK (In the name of Allah and greetings - may - be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, forgive my sins and open for me the door of Your mercy)." And when he came out he said; "BISMILLAH WAS SALAMU 'ALA RASUULILLAH ALLAHUMMAGHFIRLI DZUNUUBI WAFTAHLI ABWAABA FADLLIKA (In the name of Allah and greetings -may- be bestowed upon Rasulullah. O Allah, forgive my sins and open for me the doors of Your bounty) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 771.) 18th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ثُمَّ لْيَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي God willing. God willing. God willing. God willing إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ " .. It has been told to us ['Amru bin Uthman bin Sa'id bin Katsir bin Dinar Al Himshi] and [Abdul Wahhab bin Adl Dlahhak] both said; has told us [Isma'il bin 'Ayyasy] from [Umarah bin Ghaziah] from [Rabi'ah bin Abu Abdurrahman] from [Abdul Malik bin Sa'id bin Suwaid Al Anshari] from [Abu Humaid As Sa'idi] he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "When one of you enters the mosque, let him greet the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then let him say: ALLAHUMMAF TAHLI ABWAABA RAHMATIK (O Allah, open for me the door of Your mercy), and when he comes out say: ALLAHUMMA INNI AS`ALUKA MIN FADLLIKA (O Allah, verily I ask for Your mercy) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 772.) 19th hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَلْيَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي Allah's blessings God willing الرَّجِيمِ " .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, it has been told to us [Abu Bakr Al Hanafi] said, it has been told to us [Adl Dlahhak bin Uthman] said, it has been told to me [Sa'id Al Maqburi] from [Abu Hurairah], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "When one of you enters the mosque, then say greetings to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, and say; 'ALLAHUMMAF TAHLII ABWAABA RAHMATIK (O Allah, open for me the door of Your mercy).' And when you go out, you should say hello to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, and say; 'ALLAHUMMA'SHIMNII MINASY SYAITHANIR RAJIIM (O Allah, protect me from the cursed devil) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 773.) 20th hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God bless you كَانَتِ الصَّلاَةُ تَحْبِسُهُ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If one of you performs ablution and makes it good, then comes to the mosque, and nothing moves him to walk towards the mosque except prayer, then he will not step foot except with it Allah will elevate his rank and erase his sins until he enters the mosque. And if he enters the mosque, then he will remain in the prayer count as long as the prayer is what keeps him (from wanting to go home) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 774.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِذَا أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَلاَ تَأْتُوهَا وَأَنْتُما God willing فَأَتِمُّوا " .. It has been told to us [Abu Marwan Al Utsmani Muhammad bin Uthman] said, it has been told to us [Ibrahim bin Sa'd] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Ibnul Musayyab] and [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah], that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "When prayer is established then do not approach it hastily, but approach it walking and calmly. What you find then pray and what you leave behind then perfect it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 775.) 22nd Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " أَلاَ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى مَا يُكَفِّرُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing . قَالُوا بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ . قَالَ "" God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Yahya bin Abu Bukair] said, has told us [Zuhair bin Muhammad] from [Abdullah bin Muhammad bin 'Aqil] from [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri], that he heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Would you like me to show you something with which Allah erases mistakes and add goodness?" the friends answered; "Of course, O Rasulullah," he said: "Performing ablution at an undesirable time, taking more steps to the mosque and waiting for prayer after prayer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 776.) 23rd Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing قَالَ مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَلْقَى اللَّهَ غَدًا مُسْلِمًا God bless you يُنَادَى بِهِنَّ فَإِنَّهُنَّ مِنْ سُنَنِ الْهُدَى وَإِنَّ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing سُنَّةَ نَبِيِّكُمْ وَلَوْ تَرَكْتُمْ سُنَّةَ نَبِيِّكُمْ لَضَلَلْتُمْ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنَا وَمَا يَتَخَلَّفُ عَنْهَا إِلاَّ مُنَافِقٌ مَعْلُومَ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ الرَّجُلَ يُهَادَى بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ God bless you God bless you فِيهِ فَمَا يَخْطُو خَطْوَةً إِلاَّ رَفَعَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِهَا دَرَجَةً وَحَطَّ عَنْهُ بِهَا خَطِيئَةً .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] said, has told us [Syu'bah] from [Ibrahim Al Hajari] from [Abu Al Ahwash] from [Abdullah] he said; "Whoever likes to meet Allah in a state of muslim, then let him keep praying five times every time he is called to do it. Because that is the path to guidance. And Allah has commanded your Prophet to follow the path of guidance. For the sake of my life, if you all pray in your own homes, you will indeed have abandoned the Sunnah of your Prophet. And if you abandon the Sunnah of your Prophet then you will go astray. We note that those who abandon congregational prayers are hypocrites whose hypocrisy is clearly visible. Indeed, I have seen a man who moves between two people until he enters the prayer line. It is not a man who purifies himself and makes himself beautiful, then goes to the mosque to pray, so he does not take a step unless with that step Allah will raise his rank and erase his sins (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 777.) 24th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing مَرْزُوقٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ خَرَجَ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing Allah's blessings God willing God willing لاَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ - أَقْبَلَ اللَّهُ God willing مَلَكٍ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Sa'id bin Yazid bin Ibrahim At Tustari] said, has told us [Al Fadhlu Ibnul Muwaffaq Abu Al Jahm] said, has told us [Fudlail bin Marzuq] from [Athiyyah] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudzri], he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever walks to the mosque and says: ALAHUMMA INNI AS`ALUKA BI HAQQIS SA`ILIIN 'ALAIKA WA AS`ALUKA BI HAQQI MAMSYAAYA HADZA FA INNI LAM AKHRUJ ASYARAN WA LAA BATHARAN WA LAA RIYA`AN WA LAA SUM'ATAN WA KHARAJTU ITTIQA`A SUKHTHIKA WABTIGHA`A MARDLATIKA FA AS`ALUKA AN TU'IDZANI MINANNAR WA AN TAGHFIRALI DZUNUBI INNAHU LAA YAGHFIRUDZ DZUNUBA ILLA ANTA (O Allah, I ask You with the right of asking You, and I also ask with the right of my way.
