Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: دَخَلَ رَمَضَانُ. إِنَّ هَذَا God willing شَهْرٍ مَنْ حُرِمَهَا فَقَدْ حُرِمَ الْخَيْرَ كُلَّهُ وَلاَ يُحْرَمُ خَيْرَهَا إِلاَّ مَحْرُومٌ " .. Has told us [Abu Badr Abbad bin Al Walid] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Bilal] said, has told us [Imran Al Qaththan] from [Qatadah] from [Anas bin Malik] he said, "When the month of Ramadlan came, the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed this month has come to you. In this month there is one night that is better than a thousand months. Whoever is forbidden from it, then he has been forbidden all goodness. And no good is forbidden except for those who are prevented from good (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1644.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you and your family بِشَاةٍ فَتَنَحَّى بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ فَقَالَ عَمَّارٌ مَنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عليه وسلم ـ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] from [Amru bin Qais] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Shillah bin Zufar] he said, "We were beside Ammar on the day of Syak (hesitant to fast). Then a goat was brought while some people stepped aside. [Ammar] shouted, "Whoever fasts on this day, he has disobeyed Abul Qasim shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1645.) 3rd Hadith. God willing حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الرُّؤْيَةِ .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Hafsh bin Ghiyats] from [Abdullah bin Sa'id] from [His grandfather] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade fasting the day before the ru`yah (visible crescent moon) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1646.) 4th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God bless you God willing مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنَ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ God willing الْمِنْبَرِ قَبْلَ شَهْرَ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَنَحْنُ مُتَقَدِّمُونَ فَمَنْ شَاءَ فَلْيَتَقَدَّمْ وَمَنْ شَاءَ فَلْيَتَأَخَّرْ " .. Has told us [Al Abbas bin Al Walid Ad Dimasyqi] from [Marwan bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Al Haitsam bin Humaid] said, has told us [Al 'Ala bin Al Harith] from [Al Qasim Abu Abdurrahman] that he once heard [Mu'awiyah bin Abu Sufyan] say on the pulpit, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once said on the pulpit before the month of Ramadlan arrives: "Fasting is a day like this and like this, and we prioritize it. Whoever wishes may put it first, and whoever wishes may terminate (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1647.) 5th Hadith. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Zaid Ibnul Hubab] from [Syu'bah] from [Mansur] from [Salim bin Abul Ja'd] from [Abu Salamah] from [Ummu Salamah] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam connected the month of Sha'ban with Ramadlan (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1648.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ الْغَازِ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing message: message: message بِرَمَضَانَ .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] said, has told us [Tsaur bin Yazid] from [Khalid bin Ma'dan] from [Rabi'ah Ibnul Ghaz] That he once asked ['Aisyah] about the fast of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then 'Aisyah answered, "He fasted in the month of Sha'ban completely until connecting it with Ramadlan (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1649.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing صَوْمًا فَيَصُومُهُ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Abdul Hamid bin Habib] and [Al Walid bin Muslim] from [Al Auza'i] from [Yahya bin Abu Katsir] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not precede Ramadlan by fasting for one or two days, except for a man who has fasted (before) then let him do it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1650.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing: God willing الْعَلاَءُ بْنُ عَبْدَ message: message: message: message " إِذَا كَانَ النِّصْفُ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ فَلاَ صَوْمَ حَتَّى يَجِيءَ رَمَضَانُ " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdah] said, has told us [Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad]. (in another line it is stated) Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Muslim bin Khalid] both said; has told us [Al 'Ala bin 'Abdurrahman] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "When the middle of Sha'ban arrives then there is no fasting until the month of Ramadlan comes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1651.) 9th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ أَبْصَرْتُ الْهِلاَلَ اللَّيْلَةَ ." Allah's blessings رَسُولُ اللَّهِ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ: " قُمْ يَا بِلاَلُ فَأَذِّنْ فِي النَّاسِ أَنْ يَصُومُوا غَدًا " .. It has been told to us that [Amru bin Abdullah Al Audi] and [Muhammad bin Isma'il] both said; has told us [Abu Usamah] said, has told us [Za`idah bin Qudamah] said, has told us [Simak bin Harb] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "A Bedouin Arab came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "Last night I saw the new moon. " The Prophet asked: "Do you testify that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah?" he answered, "Yes. " He said: "O Bilal, wake up and tell the people that tomorrow they will fast. " Abu Ali said, "This is the history of Al Walid bin Abu Tsaur and Al Hasan bin Ali. Hammad bin Salamah also narrated, but he did not mention Ibn Abbas, and said, "So he (Bilal) shouted, "So that they get up and fast (Degree: authentic. God willing God willing God bless you language: God willing. فَأَصْبَحْنَا صِيَامًا. فَجَاءَ رَكْبٌ مِنْ آخِرِ النَّهَارِ فَشَهِدُوا عِنْدَ God willing بِالأَمْسِ. فَأَمَرَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ يُفْطِرُوا وَأَنْ يَخْرُجُوا إِلَى عِيدِهِمْ مِنَ الْغَدِ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Husyaim] from [Abu Bisyr] from [Abu Umair bin Anas bin Malik] he said; I have told [my uncles] from among the Ansar - they are the companions of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - they said, "We could not see the new moon for the month of Shawwal, so in the morning we were still fasting, then a caravan came at the end of the afternoon, they testified with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam that yesterday they saw the new moon. So Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered them to break their fast and go out to celebrate the feast day is tomorrow (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1653.) 11th Hadith. God willing الْعُثْمَانِيُِ God willing عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " God willing فَأَفْطِرُوا ." .” .. Has told us [Abu Marwan Muhammad bin Uthman Al Uthmani] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Sa'd] from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim bin Abdullah] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If you see the new moon then fast, and if you see it then break the fast, and if it is not visible to you then fulfill it. " Salim said, "Ibn Umar fasted one day before seeing the crescent moon (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1654.) 12th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُم God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَصُومُوا وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ فَأَفْطِرُوا فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَصُومُوا ثَلاَثِينَ يَوْمًا " .. It has been told to us [Abu Marwan Al Utsmani] said, it has been told to us [Ibrahim bin Sa'd] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "If you see the new moon then fast, and if you see the new moon then fast. And if it is not visible to you then fast thirty days (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1655.) 13th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you message: message: message: message " كَمْ مَضَى مِنَ الشَّهْرِ؟ " . قَالَ: قُلْنَا: اثْنَانْ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَالشَّهْرُ هَكَذَا وَالشَّهْرُ هَكَذَا " . ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَأَمْسَكَ وَاحِدَةً .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "How many days are left of this month?" we answered, "There are twenty-eight days and eight days remain. " Then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "This month is like this, that month is like this, that month is like this. " three times and holding (one of his fingers) once (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1656.) 14th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الشَّهْرُ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا " ." تِسْعًا وَعِشْرِينَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Bisyr] from [Isma'il bin Abu Khalid] from [Muhammad bin Sa'd bin Abu Waqash] from [his father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The month is like this, like this and like this. " On the third time he counted twenty-nine (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1657.) 15th Hadith. God bless you God bless you message God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَعِشْرِينَ أَكْثَرُ مِمَّا صُمْنَا ثَلاَثِينَ .. It has been told to us [Mujahid bin Musa] said, it has been told to us [Al Qasim bin Malik Al Muzani] said, it has been told to us [Al Jurairi] from [Abu Nadlrah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "In the time of the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, we fasted more for twenty-nine days than we fasted for thirty days (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1658.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ: " شَهْرَا عِيدٍ لاَ يَنْقُصَانِ رَمَضَانُ وَذُو الْحِجَّةِ " .. It has been told to us [Humaid bin Mas'adah] said, it has been told to us [Yazid bin Zurai'] said, it has been told to us [Khalid Al Hadzdza] from ['Abdurrahman bin Abu Bakrah] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Two months of holidays do not diminish (their rewards); the month of Ramadlan and the month of Dhul Hijjah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1659.) 17th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَالأَضْحَى يَوْمَ تُضَحُّونَ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Umar bin Abu Umar Al Muqri] said, has told us [Ishaq bin Isa] said, has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Ayyub] from [Muhammad bin Sirin] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Eid al-Fitr is the day you break your fast and Eid al-Adh is your day sacrifice (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1660.) 18th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing السَّفَرِ وَأَفْطَرَ .. It has been told to us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, it has been told to us [Waki'] from [Sufyan] from [Mansur] from [Mujahid] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "In the journey, sometimes Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam fasted and sometimes broke the fast (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1661.) 19th hadith. God willing عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ Words: Words: Words: Words Allah's blessings: God willing, God willing, God willing فَقَالَ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِنْ شِئْتَ فَصُمْ وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَأَفْطِرْ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] from ['Aisyah] he said, "Hamzah Al Aslami asked Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, "In my journey, sometimes I break the fast and sometimes fast?" then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam answered: "If you want, you can fast and if you want you can break your fast (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1662.) 20th hadith. God bless you وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، message God bless you عُثْمَانَ بْنْ Words: God God willing بَعْضِ أَسْفَارِهِ فِي الْيَوْمِ الْحَاِّ. الْحَرِّ. وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَضَعُ يَدَهُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ مِنْ شِدَّةِ الْحَرِّ. وَمَا فِي الْقَوْمِ أَحَدٌ صَائِمٌ إِلاَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَوَاحَةَ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Abu Amir]. (in another way it is stated) It has been told to us that ['Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim] and [Harun bin Abdullah Al Hammal] both said; has told us [Ibn Abu Fudaik] everything from [Hisyam bin Sa'd] from [Uthman bin Hayyan Ad Dimasyqi] said, has told me [Ummu Ad Darda] from [Abu Ad Darda] that he said, "When we were with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on a journey on a very hot day, I saw a man put his hands on his head because of the heat. And in that group there was no one who was fasting except Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam and Abdullah bin Rawahah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1663.) 21st Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace الصِّيَامُ فِي السَّفَرِ " .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] both said; [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Shafwan bin Abdullah] from [Ummu Ad Darda] from [Ka'b bin Ashim] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not from the goodness of fasting on a journey (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1664.) 22nd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you Words: God may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الصِّيَامُ فِي السَّفَرِ " .. Has narrated to us [Muhammad bin Al Mushaffa Al Himshi] said, has narrated to us [Muhammad bin Harb] from [Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not from goodness to fast on a journey (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1665.) 23rd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَوْفٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind " .قالَ أَبُو إِسْحاقَ: هَذاالْحَديثُ لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ. It has been told to us [Ibrahim bin Al Mundzir Al Hizami] said, it has been told to us [Abdullah bin Musa At Taimi] from [Usamah bin Zaid] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Abu Salamah bin 'Abdurrahman] from his father ['Abdurrahman bin Auf] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "A person who fasts during Ramadan while on a journey, like someone who breaks his fast (fasting) during muqim (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1666.) 24th Hadith. God willing message: message: message: message - رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الأَشْهَلِ وَقَالَ: عَم مُحَمَّدٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ - قَالَ: God willing ـ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَهُوَ يَتَغَدَّى فَقَالَ: " ادْنُ فَكُلْ " . قُلْتُ: إِنِّي صَائِمٌ . قَالَ: " اجْلِسْ أُحَدِّثْكَ عَنِ الصَّوْمِ أَوِ God bless you. God bless you God willing وَالْحَامِلِ وَالْمُرْضِعِ الصَّوْمَ أَوِ الصِّيَامَ " . وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ قَالَهُمَا النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كِلْتَاهُمَا أَوْ إِحْدَاهُمَا فَيَا لَهْفَ نَفْسِي فَهَلاَّ God willing وسلم ـ .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Ali bin Muhammad] both said; has told us [Waki'] from [Abu Hilal] from [Abdullah bin Sawadah] from [Anas bin Malik] - a man from the tribe of Abdul Asyhal, while Ali bin Muhammad said, 'from the tribe of Abdullah bin Ka'n' - he said, "The horsemen of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam attacked our people suddenly, then I went to Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam who was at that time lunch, he said: "Come and eat," I answered, "I am fasting. " He said: "Sit down, I will tell you a hadith about fasting. Indeed, Allah Azza Wa Jalla has waived half the obligation of prayer for travelers, and the obligation of fasting for travelers, pregnant women and breastfeeding women. "By Allah, those two sentences were said by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, both or one of them. So how pitiful my soul would be if I did not join in eating with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1667.) 25th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing الله عليه وسلم ـ لِلْحُبْلَى الَّتِي تَخَافُ عَم God willing .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar Ad Dimasyqi] said, has told us [Ar Rabi' bin Badr] from [Al Jurairi] from [Al Hasan] from [Anas bin Malik] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam gave pregnant women relief from breaking their fast if they were worried about the safety of their souls, and for breastfeeding women if they were worried about the safety of their children (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1668.) 26th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing, God willing: God: God: God تَقُولُ: إِنْ كَانَ لَيَكُونُ عَلَىَّ الصِّيَامُ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَمَا أَقْضِيهِ حَتَّى يَجِيءَ شَعْبَانُ .. Has told us [Ali Ibnul Mundzir] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Abu Salamah] said; I heard ['Aisyah] say, "If I have a responsibility to fast for Ramadlan then I will not make up for it until the month of Sha'ban comes (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1669.) 27th Hadith. God bless you God bless you Words: Words: Words: Words God willing الصَّوْمِ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Ubaidah] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad] from ['Aisyah] he said, "We once experienced menstruation at the side of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he ordered us to make up for fasting (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1670.) 28th Hadith.
