Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنْ prayer قَالَ " الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ " .. Has told us [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Ma'n] from [his father] from [Abdullah bin Abdullah Al Amawi] from [Ma'n bin Muhammad] from [Hanzhalah bin Ali Al Aslami] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "A person who eats and is grateful is like a person who fasts and is patient. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ " الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ " .. Has told us [Isma'il bin Abdullah Ar Raqqi] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Ja'far] said, has told us [Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad] from [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Abu Hurrah] from his uncle [Hakim bin Abu Hurrah] from [Sinan bin Sannah Al Aslami] -a friend of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam- Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A person who eats and is grateful will receive a reward like a person who fasts and is patient (Degree: authentic. God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَ " إِنِّي أُرِيتُ لَيْلَةِ فَأُنْسِيتُهَا فَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ فِي الْوَتْرِ " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us by [Isma'il bin Ulayyah] from [Hisyam Ad Dustuwa`i] from [Yahya bin Abu Katsir] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] he said, "We once performed I'tikaf with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on the second ten days of the month of Ramadlan, he said: "Verily I was shown the night of Lailatul Qadar but I forgot, so get it on the last ten odd days (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1766.) 4th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing يَجْتَهِدُ فِي الْعَشْرْ غَيْرِهِ .. It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Abdul Malik bin Abu Asy Syawarib] and [Abu Ishaq Al Harawi Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Hatim] both said; has told us [Abdul Wahid bin Ziyad] said, has told us [Al Hasan bin Ubaidullah] from [Ibrahim An Nakha'i] from [Al Aswad] from [Aisyah] he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in the last ten days was very serious, something he did not do on other days (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1767.) 5th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنَ God bless you God willing God willing .. It has been told to us [Abdullah bin Muhammad Az Zuhri] said, it has been told to us [Sufyan] from [Ibnu Ubaid bin Nisthas] from [Abu Adl Duha] from [Masruq] from [Aisyah] he said, "When the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam had entered the final ten, he tightened his sarong and woke up his family (Degree: authentic. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَعْتَكِفُ كُلَّ عَامٍ عَشْرَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَلَمَِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَكَانَ يُعْرَضُ عَلَيْهِ الْقُرْآنُ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ مَرَّةً God bless you مَرَّتَيْنِ .. Has told us [Hannad bin As Sari] said, has told us [Abu Bakr bin Ayyasy] from [Abu Hushain] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "Every year the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam performed 'tikaf for ten days. Whereas in the year of his death, he did twenty days (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1769.) 7th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ الرَّحْمَنْ God willing God willing God willing مِنَ الْعَامِ الْمُقْبِلِ اعْتَكَفَ عِشْرِينَ يَوْمًا .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, it has been told to us ['Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] from [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Tsabit] from [Abu Rafi'] from [Ubai bin Ka'b] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did I'tikaf on the last ten days of the month of Ramadlan, then he went on a pilgrimage for one year. So in the following year he did I'tikaf for twenty years (Degrees: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1770.) 8th Hadith. God willing يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ God willing God willing God willing فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَعْتَكِفَ الْعَشْرَ الأَوَاخِرَ مِنْ God willing God bless you فَضُرِبَ لَهَا فَلَمَّا رَأَتْ زَيْنَبُ خِبَاءَهُمَا أَمَرَتْ God bless you "" . فَلَمْ يَعْتَكِفْ فِي رَمَضَانَ وَاعْتَكَفَ عَشْرًا مِنْ شَوَّالٍ .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Ya'la bin Ubaid] said, it has been told to us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Amrah] from [Aisyah] he said, "If the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam wanted to do 'tikaf, he prayed the morning prayer first and then entered the place where he wanted to do 'tikaf in it. He wanted to do I'tikaf in the last ten days of the month of Ramadlan, so he ordered a tent to be made, so a tent was made for him. Aisyah also asked for a tent to be made, so a tent was made for her. Hafshah also asked for a tent to be made, so he made a tent for him. When Zainab saw their second tent, she asked for a tent to be made, so a tent was made for her. So when Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam saw this he said: "What goodness are you asking for?" Finally, he did not perform i'tikaf in the month of Ramadlan, and replaced it with ten days in the month of Shawwal (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1771.) 9th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you لَيْلَةٍ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَعْتَكِفُهَا فَسَأَلَ God willing .. It has been told to us [Ishaq bin Musa Al Khathmi] said, it has been told to us by [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] from [Umar] that he once made a vow to do ik'tikaf for one night during the time of ignorance. Then he asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, and he ordered him to perform 'tikaf (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1772.) 10th Hadith. God bless you عَبْدُ اللَّهْ God willing God willing God bless you. God bless you God willing يَعْتَكِفُ فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Amru bin As Sarh] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] said, has told us [Yunus] that [Nafi'] told him from [Abdullah bin Umar] said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam performed I'tikaf on the last ten days of the month of Ramadlan." Nafi' said, "Abdullah bin Umar showed me the place that was once used by Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam to give'tikaf (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1773.) 11th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَِ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing طُرِحَ لَهُ فِرَاشُهُ - أَوْ يُوضَعُ لَهُ سَرِيرُهُ وَرَاءَ أُصْطُوَانَةِ التَّوْبَةِ .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, it has been told to us [Nu'aim bin Hammad] said, it has been told to us [Ibnul Mubarak] from [Isa bin Umar bin Musa] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam performed i'tikaf his mattress was spread out, or his bed was placed behind the At taubah pillars (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la Ash Shan'ani] said, has told us [Al Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] said, has told me [Umarah bin Ghaziyyah] he said; I heard [Muhammad bin Ibrahim] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudlri] say, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam performed i'tikaf in the Turkish dome where there was a piece of mat above the door." Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1775.) 13th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَعَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ إِنْ كُنْتُ لأَدْخُلُ الْبَيْتَ لِلْحَاجَةِ وَالْمَرِيضُ فِيهِ فَمَا أَسْأَلُ عَنْهُ إِلاَّ وَأَنَا مَارَّةٌ. قَالَتْ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْبَيْتَ إِلاَّ لِحَاجَةٍ إِذَا كَانُوا مُعْتَكِفِينَ .. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, it has been reported to us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Urwah Ibn Az Zubair] and [Amrah bint 'Abdurrahman] that [Aisyah] said, "I do not enter the house except for a need, there is a sick person inside, and I just leave without asking anything. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, when they were doing 'tikaf, he did not enter the house unless there was a need (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1776.) 14th Hadith. God bless you يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيَّاجُ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " God bless you .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Manshur Abu Bakr] said, has told us [Yunus bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Al Hayyaj Al Khurasani] said, has told us ['Anbasah bin 'Abdurrahman] from [Abdul Khaliq] from [Anas bin Malik] he said, Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "One who performs 'tikaf may accompany the corpse and visiting the sick (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1777.) 15th Hadith. God bless you هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يُدْنِى رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُجَاوِرٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأُرَجِّلُهُ وَأَنَا فِي حُجْرَتِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ .. It has been told to us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, it has been told to us [Waki'] from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] from [Aisyah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam brought his head closer to me, while he was in i'tikaf. I was menstruating, from my room, I washed and combed the hair of the Messenger of Allah who was in the mosque (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1778.) 16th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. بِنْتِ حُيَىٍّ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ God willing God bless you God willing God willing مَعَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقْلِبُهَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مَسْكَنِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مَرَّ بِهِمَا رَجُلاَنِ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فَسَلَّمَا عَلَى God willing لَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " عَلَى رِسْلِكُمَا إِنَّهَا صَفِيَّةُ بِنْتُ حُيَىٍّ " ." God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing خَشِيتُ أَنْ يَقْذِفَ فِي قُلُوبِكُمَا شَيْئًا " .. Has told us [Ibrahim Ibnul Mundzir Al Hizami] said, has told us [Umar bin Uthman bin Umar bin Musa bin Ubaidullah bin Ma'mar] from [his father] from [Ibn Shihab] said, has told me [Ali Ibnul Husain] from [Shafiah bint Huyai] - the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - that he once came to meet the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. He visited him at the mosque where he was performing I'tikaf at the end of the tenth month of Ramadlan. Then he spoke with him shortly after Isha, then got up and left. Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then got up and went with him. Until when he arrived at the door of the mosque near the place (tent) of Umm Salamah - the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam -, two Ansar friends passed him together, they greeted the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam as they left. Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to both of them: "Stay where you are, in fact she is Shafiah bint Huyai." So both of them said, "Glory to Allah, O Messenger of Allah!" until both of them felt uncomfortable with the situation. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam also said: "Indeed, Satan enters the children of Adam like blood flows in the body, I am afraid that he will put something in the hearts of both of you (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1779.) 17th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ God willing وَالصُّفْرَةَ فَرُبَّمَا وَضَعَتْ تَحْتَهَا الطَّسْتَ .. It has been told to us [Al Hasan bin Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] said, it has been told to us [Affan] said, it has been told to us [Yazid bin Zurai'] from [Khalid Al Hadzdza] from [Ikrimah] he said ['Aisyah] said, "One of the wives of the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was joining in i'tikaf, she saw that there were red and yellow (the color of istihadlah blood). Then she put a vessel under it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1780.) 18th Hadith. God willing God bless you God bless you God willing God willing God willing مِنَ الْحَسَنَاتِ كَعَامِلِ الْحَسَنَاتِ كُلِّهَا " .. It has been told to us [Ubaidullah bin Abdul Karim] said, it has been told to us [Muhammad bin Umayyah] said, it has been told to us [Isa bin Musa Al Bukhari] from [Ubaidah Al 'Ami] from [Farqad As Sabakhi] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam relates to the person who does I'tikaf: "He remains silent from his sins and good deeds flow to him like those who do all good deeds (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1781.) 19th hadith. God willing God bless you بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنْ God bless you God bless you لِلَّهِ مُحْتَسِبًا لَمْ يَمُتْ قَلْبُهُ يَوْمَ تَمُوتُ الْقُلُوبُ " .. Has told us [Abu Ahmad Al Marrar bin Hammuyah] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mushaffa] said, has told us [Baqiyyah bin Al Walid] from [Tsaur bin Yazid] from [Khalid bin Ma'dan] from [Abu Umamah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever lives (with worship) on the nights of two holidays because hope for Allah's reward, then his heart will not die on the day all hearts die (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1782.) 20th hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing مُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ " إِنَّكَ تَأْتِي قَوْمًا أَهْلَ كِتَابٍ فَادْعُهُمْ إِلَى شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لِذَلِكَ فَأَعْلِمْهُمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ افْتَرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ God willing Allah's blessings God willing أَغْنِيَائِهِمْ فَتُرَدُّ فِي فُقَرَاِمْ Allah's blessings وَاتَّقِ دَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّهَا لَيْسَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ اللَّهِ حِجَابٌ " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki' Ibnul Jarrah] said, has told us [Zakaria bin Ishaq Al Makki] from [Yahya bin Abdullah bin Shaifi] from [Abu Ma'bad] a former slave of Ibn Abbas, from [Ibn Abbas] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam sent Mu'adz to Yemen, he said: "You will come to the people people of the book, then call them to testify that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah and I am His messenger. If they obey this, then tell them that Allah has obliged them to pay zakat on their wealth, taken from those who are rich and given to those who are poor from them. If they obey that, then be careful of taking their best possessions, be afraid of the prayers of those who are wronged, because between him and Allah there is nothing that can stop him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1783.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ "" أَحَدٍ لاَ يُؤَدِّي زَكَاةَ مَالِهِ إِلْمّ God bless you .” ـ مِصْدَاقَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى (وَلاَ God bless you فَضْلِهِ} الآيَةَ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abu Umar Al 'Adani] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Abdul Malik bin A'yun] and [Jami' bin Abu Rasyid] both heard [Syaqiq bin Salamah] preach from [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "There is no one who is reluctant to pay zakat on his wealth but his wealth will be likened to a vicious snake wrapped around his neck." Sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1784.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَا مِنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you كَانَتْ وَأَسْمَنَهُ تَنْطَحُهُ بِقُرُونِهَا وَتَطَؤُهُ God willing أُولاَهَا . حَتَّى يُقْضَى بَيْنَ النَّاسِ " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Al A'masy] from [Al Ma'ruri bin Suwaid] from [Abu Dharr] he said, Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There is no owner of a camel, goat or cow who does not pay zakat, unless he will come on the Day of Resurrection with a body that is bigger and fatter. Then he will gore with his horns and trample with his hooves Every time the skin is damaged, it will be replaced with new skin until all human judgment has been processed (Degree: authentic. God bless you God willing مِنْهُ صَاحِبُهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ يَسْتَقْبِلُهُ فَيَفِرُّ God bless you. كَنْزُكَ أَنَا كَنْزُكَ . فَيَتَّقِيهِ بِيَدِهِ فَيَلْقَمُهَا .. Has told us [Abu Marwan Muhammad bin Uthman Al Uthmani] said, has told us [Abdul Aziz bin Abu Hazim] from [Al 'Ala bin 'Abdurrahman] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A camel for which the zakat has not been paid will come and trample its owner with its hooves. Cows and goats will trample their owners with their hooves and gore them with their horns. The treasure will come in the form of a vicious snake, on the Day of Resurrection it will meet its owner so that he will run away from him twice. Then he saw him again and he ran back, he asked, "What business do I have with you?" he answered, "I am your mistress, I am your mistress," he took cover with his hands, but then the snake swallowed him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1786.) 24th Hadith. Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing أَسْلَمَ، مَوْلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ لَهُ قَوْلُ اللَّهِ {وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلاَ يُنْفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ} قَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ مَنْ كَنَزَهَا فَلَمْ يُؤَدِّ زَكَاتَهَا فَوَيْلٌ لَهُ إِنَّمَا كَانَ هَذَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تُنْزَلَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing لِلأَمْوَالِ . ثُمَّ الْتَفَتَ فَقَالَ مَا أُبَالِي لَوْ God bless you وَأَعْمَلُ فِيهِ بِطَاعَةِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ .. Has told us [Amru bin Sawwad Al Mishri] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] from [Ibn Lahi'ah] from ['Uqail] from [Ibn Shihab] said, has told me [Khalid bin Aslam] - Umar bin Khaththab's former slave - he said, "I came out with Abdullah bin Umar, then a Bedouin Arab followed him and asked him about the word of Allah 'azza wajalla;" (And those who hoard gold and silver, and they do not spend it in the way of Allah)?" Then [Ibn Umar] said to him: "Whoever hoards and does not pay his zakat, it will be a disaster for him. It's just that this verse was revealed before the command of zakat, so when this verse was revealed, Allah made it a cleanser for wealth. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Bakr bin Khalaf] dan [Muhammad bin Yahya] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ubaidullah bin Musa] berkata, telah memberitakan kepada kami [Ibrahim bin Isma'il] dari [Abdullah bin Waqid] dari [Ibnu Umar] dan [Aisyah] berkata, "Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengambil zakat dari setiap dua puluh dinar lebih sebanyak setengah dinar, dan dari empat puluh dinar sebanyak satu dinar (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-30. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي صَعْصَعَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، وَعَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " لاَ صَدَقَةَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسَاقٍ مِنَ التَّمْرِ وَلاَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ وَلاَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الإِبِلِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Usamah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Al Walid bin Katsir] dari [Muhammad bin 'Abdurrahman bin Abu Sha'sha'ah] dari [Yahya bin Umarah] dan [Abbad bin Tamim] dari [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] bahwasanya ia mendengar Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Kurma yang kurang dari lima wasaq tidak ada zakatnya, atau apa-apa yang kurang dari lima uqiah, atau unta yang kurang dari lima ekor (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Muhammad] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dari [Muhammad bin Muslim] dari [Amru bin Dinar] dari [Jabir bin Abdullah] ia berkata, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Apa-apa yang kurang dari lima dzaud tidak ada zakatnya, atau apa-apa yang kurang dari lima wasaq, atau apa-apa yang kurang dari uqiah (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ حُجَيَّةَ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنَّ الْعَبَّاسَ، سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي تَعْجِيلِ صَدَقَتِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحِلَّ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Yahya] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sa'id bin Manshur] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Isma'il bin Zakaria] dari [Hajjaj bin Dinar] dari [Al Hakam] dari [Hujjiah bin Adi] dari [Ali bin Abu Thalib] berkata, "Al Abbas radliallahu 'anhu meminta Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam untuk menyegerakan dalam mengeluarkan zakat sebelum tiba waktunya, lalu beliau memberi keringanan kepadanya untuk melakukannya (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى، يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِذَا أَتَاهُ الرَّجُلُ بِصَدَقَةِ مَالِهِ صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِصَدَقَةِ مَالِي فَقَالَ " اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ أَبِي أَوْفَى " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Muhammad] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dari [Syu'bah] dari [Amru bin Murrah] ia berkata, "Aku mendengar Abdullah [Ibnu Abu Aufa] berkata, "Jika ada seseorang datang dengan membawa harta zakatnya kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau selalu bershalawat kepadanya. Maka aku pun datang dengan membawa harta zakatku, beliau lalu mengucapkan: "Ya Allah bershalawatlah atas keluarga Abu Aufa (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1796.) Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا أَعْطَيْتُمُ الزَّكَاةَ فَلاَ تَنْسَوْا ثَوَابَهَا أَنْ تَقُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا مَغْنَمًا وَلاَ تَجْعَلْهَا مَغْرَمًا " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Suwaid bin Sa'id] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Walid bin Muslim] dari [Al Bakhtari bin Ubaid] dari [Bapaknya] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Apabila kalian memberikan zakat, maka jangan lupa pahalanya. Hendaknya kalian mengucapkan: "ALLAHUMMAJ 'ALHAA MAGHNAMAN WALAA TAJ'ALHAA MAGHRAMAN (Ya Allah, jadikan ia sebagai ghanimah dan jangan Engkau jadikan ia sebagai kerugian) (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ، بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ أَقْرَأَنِي سَالِمٌ كِتَابًا كَتَبَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَوَفَّاهُ اللَّهُ فَوَجَدْتُ فِيهِ " فِي خَمْسٍ مِنَ الإِبِلِ شَاةٌ وَفِي عَشْرٍ شَاتَانِ وَفِي خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ ثَلاَثُ شِيَاهٍ وَفِي عِشْرِينَ أَرْبَعُ شِيَاهٍ وَفِي خَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَثَلاَثِينَ فَإِنْ لَمْ تُوجَدْ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ فَابْنُ لَبُونٍ ذَكَرٌ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ عَلَى خَمْسٍ وَثَلاَثِينَ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ إِلَى خَمْسَةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ عَلَى خَمْسٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا حِقَّةٌ إِلَى سِتِّينَ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ عَلَى سِتِّينَ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا جَذَعَةٌ إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَسَبْعِينَ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ عَلَى خَمْسٍ وَسَبْعِينَ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا ابْنَتَا لَبُونٍ إِلَى تِسْعِينَ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ عَلَى تِسْعِينَ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا حِقَّتَانِ إِلَى عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةٍ فَإِذَا كَثُرَتْ فَفِي كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ حِقَّةٌ وَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bisyr Bakr bin Khalaf] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sulaiman bin Katsir] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Syihab] dari [Salim bin Abdullah] dari [Bapaknya] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, ia berkata, "Salim membacakan aku sebuah kitab yang ditulis oleh Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam tentang sedekah sebelum Allah mewafatkannya. Lalu aku mendapati di dalamnya bahwa pada setiap lima ekor unta zakatnya adalah satu kambing, setiap sepuluh ekor zakatnya dua kambing, setiap lima belas ekor zakatnya tiga ekor kambing, setiap dua puluh ekor zakatnya empat kambing, setiap dua puluh lima hingga tiga puluh lima ekor zakatnya satu Bintu Mahkadl. Jika tidak didapatkan Bintu Makhadl, maka boleh Ibnu Labun laki-laki. Jika telah lebih dari tiga puluh lima hingga empat puluh ekor, maka zakatnya adalah Bintu Labun. Jika telah lebih dari empat puluh hingga enam puluh ekor, maka zakatnya adalah satu ekor Hiqqah. Jika telah lebih dari enam puluh hingga tujuh puluh lima, maka zakatnya adalah satu ekor Jadz'ah. Jika telah lebih dari tujuh puluh lima hingga sembilan puluh ekor, dua ekor bintu labun. Jika telah lebih dari sembilan puluh hingga seratus dua puluh ekor, maka zakatnya adalah dua ekor Hiqqah. Dan jika terus bertambah banyak, maka setiap kelebihan lima puluh ekor zakatnya adalah satu hiqqah, dan setiap kelebihan empat puluh ekor zakatnya adalah Bintu Labun (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَقِيلِ بْنِ خُوَيْلِدٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ السُّلَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الإِبِلِ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِي الأَرْبَعِ شَىْءٌ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسًا فَفِيهَا شَاةٌ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ تِسْعًا فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ عَشْرًا فَفِيهَا شَاتَانِ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ أَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ فَفِيهَا ثَلاَثُ شِيَاهٍ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ عِشْرِينَ فَفِيهَا أَرْبَعُ شِيَاهٍ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ أَرْبَعًا وَعِشْرِينَ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ فَفِيهَا بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَثَلاَثِينَ فَإِذَا لَمْ تَكُنْ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ فَابْنُ لَبُونٍ ذَكَرٌ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ بَعِيرًا فَفِيهَا بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ خَمْسًا وَأَرْبَعِينَ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ بَعِيرًا فَفِيهَا حِقَّةٌ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ سِتِّينَ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ بَعِيرًا فَفِيهَا جَذَعَةٌ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ خَمْسًا وَسَبْعِينَ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ بَعِيرًا فَفِيهَا بِنْتَا لَبُونٍ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ تِسْعِينَ فَإِنْ زَادَتْ بَعِيرًا فَفِيهَا حِقَّتَانِ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةً ثُمَّ فِي كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ حِقَّةٌ وَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Aqil bin Khuwailid An Naisaburi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hafsh bin Abdullah As Sulami] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibrahim bin Thahwan] dari [Amru bin Yahya bin Umarah] dari [Bapaknya] dari [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] ia berkata, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Unta yang kurang dari lima ekor tidak ada zakatnya, dan jumlah empat ekor tidak ada kewajibannya. Jika telah sampai lima hingga sembilan ekor maka zakatnya adalah satu ekor kambing. Jika telah sampai sepuluh hingga empat belas ekor maka zakatnya adalah dua ekor kambing. Jika telah sampai lima belas hingga sembilan belas ekor maka zakatnya adalah tiga ekor kambing. Jika telah sampai dua puluh hingga dua puluh empat ekor maka zakatnya adalah empat ekor kambing. Jika telah sampai dua puluh lima hingga tiga puluh lima ekor maka zakatnya adalah bintu makhadl. Jika tidak mempunyai bintu makhadl maka boleh dengan bintu labun laki-laki. Jika bertambah lagi satu ekor hingga sejumlah empat puluh lima ekor, maka zakatnya adalah bintu labun. Jika bertambah lagi satu ekor hingga enam puluh ekor, maka zakatnya adalah hiqqah. Jika bertambah lagi satu hingga tujuh puluh lima, maka zakatnya adalah jadz'ah. Jika bertambah lagi satu hingga sembilan puluh ekor, maka zakatnya adalah dua bintu labun. Jika bertambah lagi satu hingga seratus dua puluh ekor, maka zakatnya adalah dua hiqqah. Setelah itu setiap kelipatan lima puluh ekor, zakatnya adalah hiqqah, dan setiap kelipatan empat puluh ekor adalah bintu labun (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1799.) Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ ثُمَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ، كَتَبَ لَهُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ . هَذِهِ فَرِيضَةُ الصَّدَقَةِ الَّتِي فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ الَّتِي أَمَرَ اللَّهُ بِهَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَإِنَّ مِنْ أَسْنَانِ الإِبِلِ فِي فَرَائِضِ الْغَنَمِ مَنْ بَلَغَتْ عِنْدَهُ مِنَ الإِبِلِ صَدَقَةُ الْجَذَعَةِ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ جَذَعَةٌ وَعِنْدَهُ حِقَّةٌ فَإِنَّهَا تُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ الْحِقَّةُ وَيَجْعَلُ مَكَانَهَا شَاتَيْنِ إِنِ اسْتَيْسَرَتَا أَوْ عِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا وَمَنْ بَلَغَتْ عِنْدَهُ صَدَقَةُ الْحِقَّةِ وَلَيْسَتْ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ فَإِنَّهَا تُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ وَيُعْطِي مَعَهَا شَاتَيْنِ أَوْ عِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا وَمَنْ بَلَغَتْ صَدَقَتُهُ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ وَلَيْسَتْ عِنْدَهُ وَعِنْدَهُ حِقَّةٌ فَإِنَّهَا تُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ الْحِقَّةُ وَيُعْطِيهِ الْمُصَدِّقُ عِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا أَوْ شَاتَيْنِ وَمَنْ بَلَغَتْ صَدَقَتُهُ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ وَلَيْسَتْ عِنْدَهُ وَعِنْدَهُ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ فَإِنَّهَا تُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ ابْنَةُ مَخَاضٍ وَيُعْطِي مَعَهَا عِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا أَوْ شَاتَيْنِ . وَمَنْ بَلَغَتْ صَدَقَتُهُ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ وَلَيْسَتْ عِنْدَهُ وَعِنْدَهُ ابْنَةُ لَبُونٍ فَإِنَّهَا تُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ وَيُعْطِيهِ الْمُصَدِّقُ عِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا أَوْ شَاتَيْنِ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ عِنْدَهُ ابْنَةُ مَخَاضٍ عَلَى وَجْهِهَا وَعِنْدَهُ ابْنُ لَبُونٍ ذَكَرٌ فَإِنَّهُ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ وَلَيْسَ مَعَهُ شَىْءٌ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Basysyar] dan [Muhammad bin Yahya] dan [Muhammad bin Marzuq] mereka berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah Ibnul Mutsanna] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Bapakku] dari [Tsumamah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Anas bin Malik] bahwa [Abu Bakar Ash Shiddiq] menulis surat kepadanya; "Bismillahir Rahmaanir Rahiim. Ini adalah kewajiban zakat yang telah Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam wajibkan kepada kaum muslimin, Allah 'azza wajalla telah memerintahkannya kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Sesungguhnya umur unta menentukan jumlah kambing yang harus dibayarkan. Siapa yang mempunyai unta sampai batas berkewajiban membayar aljadz'ah, namun ia tidak mempunyai aljadz'ah dan mempunyai alhiqqah, diterima pembayarannya dengan alhiqqah. Alhiqqah bisa digantikan dengan dua kambing, jika dua kambing ini mudah didapatkan. Atau boleh juga dibayarkan dengan uang seukuran dua puluh dirham. Siapa yang mempunyai unta sampai batas berkewajiban membayar alhiqqah, namun ia tidak mempunyai selain bintu labun, ia diterima pembayarannya dengan bintu labun, dan ia menambahi dua kambing atau uang seukuran dua puluh dirham. Siapa yang mempunyai unta sampai batas berkewajiban membayar bintu labun dan tidak mempunyainya selain alhiqqah, ia diterima pembayarannya dengan alhiqqah, dan penarik zakat memberinya dua puluh dirham atau dua kambing. Siapa saja yang mempunyai unta sampai batas kewajiban membayar bintu labun dan tidak mempunyai selain bintu makhadl, ia diterima pembayarannya dengan bintu makhadl, dengan memberikan tambahan dua puluh dirham atau dua kambing. Siapa yang mempunyai unta sampai batas kewajiban membayar bintu makhadl dan tidak mempunyai selain bintu labun, ia diterima pembayarannya dengan bintu labun, dan penarik zakat memberikan kepadanya dua puluh dirham atau dua kambing. Maka barangsiapa tidak mempunyai bintu makhadl sebagaimana mestinya, dan ia hanya mempunyai bintu labun laki-laki, ia diterima pembayarannya dan tidak mendapat dosa (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى الْكِنْدِيِّ، عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ، قَالَ جَاءَنَا مُصَدِّقُ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَخَذْتُ بِيَدِهِ وَقَرَأْتُ فِي عَهْدِهِ لاَ يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ وَلاَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ . فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِنَاقَةٍ عَظِيمَةٍ مُلَمْلَمَةٍ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَأْخُذَهَا فَأَتَاهُ بِأُخْرَى دُونَهَا فَأَخَذَهَا وَقَالَ أَىُّ أَرْضٍ تُقِلُّنِي وَأَىُّ سَمَاءٍ تُظِلُّنِي إِذَا أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَقَدْ أَخَذْتُ خِيَارَ إِبِلِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Muhammad] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syarik] dari [Utsman Ats Tsaqafi] dari [Abu Laila Al Kindi] dari [Suwaid bin Ghaflah] ia berkata, " [Penarik zakat] Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam datang kepada kami, lalu aku pegang tangannya dan aku bacakan di hadapannya; 'tidak boleh memisahkan perserikatan antara dua orang (hingga dengan jumlah kambing yang sedikit tidak terkena zakat) atau mengumpulkan zakat dari dua orang yang berserikat (hingga jumlah yang dikeluarkan setiap orang menjadi lebih sedikit) karena takut zakat'. Lalu datanglah seorang laki-laki kepadanya dengan membawa seekor unta besar yang banyak dagingnya, namun ia enggan menerimanya. Setelah itu, laki-laki tersebut datang lagi dengan membawa unta yang lebih kecil, lalu ia pun menerimanya. Ia berkata, "Bumi mana yang akan aku pijak, langit mana yang aku menaungiku, jika aku mendatangi Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dengan membawa unta terbaik seorang laki-laki muslim (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-39. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ يَرْجِعُ الْمُصَدِّقُ إِلاَّ عَنْ رِضًا " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Muhammad] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dari [Isra'il] dari [Jabir] dari [Amir] dari [Jarir bin Abdullah] ia berkata, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Janganlah seorang penarik zakat kembali kecuali dengan keridlaan (Derajat: shahih.
