Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بِنْتِ صُلَيْعٍ، عَنْ or قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الصَّدَقَةُ عَم الْقَرَابَةِ اثْنَتَانِ صَدَقَةٌ وَصِلَةٌ " .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Ali bin Muhammad] both said; has told us [Waki'] from [Ibn Aun] from [Hafshah bint Sirin] from [Ar Rabab Ummu Ar Ra`ih bint Shulai'] from [Salman bin Amir Adl Dlabbi] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Giving charity to the poor is worth one charity, while giving charity to a relative is worth two; alms and continuing kinship relations (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1844.) 2nd hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ فَجَلَسْتُ قَرِيبًا مِنْهَ God willing God bless you لَيْسَ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ سِوَى هَذَا أَشَارَ إِلَىَِ love رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ "" God willing فَلْيَتَزَوَّجْ فَإِنَّهُ أَغَضُّ لِلْبَصَرِ وَأَحْصَنُ لِلْفَرْجِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَيْهِ بِالصَّوْمِ فَإِنَّهُ لَهُ وِجَاءٌ " .. Has told us [Abdullah bin Amir bin Zurarah] said, has told us [Ali bin Mushir] from [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Qamah bin Qais] he said, "I was with [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] in Mina, then he retired with Uthman bin Affan, so I sat close to him. Uthman said to Abdullah bin Mas'ud, "Will you marry you to a slave who If you are still a girl, will she remind you of what you have forgotten?" When Abdullah bin Mas'ud saw that he had no reason but to accept it, he beckoned me with his hand, so that I came closer. He said, "If that is what you say, indeed the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has said: "O young men, whoever among you has ba'ah (capacity) should marry, because it is better for him to protect his eyes and genitals. Whoever is not yet able should fast, because he can become a shield for him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1845.) 3rd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing " مِنْ سُنَّتِي فَمَنْ لَمْ يَعْمَلْ بِسُنَّتِي فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَتَزَوَّجُوا فَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ God bless you love " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Al Azhar] said, has told us [Adam] said, has told us [Isa bin Maimun] from [Al Qasim] from ['Aisyah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Marriage is my sunnah, whoever does not practice my sunnah is not from my group. Let you marry, indeed with your number I will multiply the people. Whoever has wealth should marry, and whoever does not should fast, because fasting is a shield (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1846.) 4th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهْ " لَمْ نَرَ لِلْمُتَحَابَّيْنِ مِثْلَ النِّكَاحِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Sa'id bin Sulaiman] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Muslim] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Maisarah] from [Thawus] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "We have never seen two people who are in love like people who are married (Degree: Sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1847.) 5th Hadith. God willing الْعُثْمَانِيُِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ لَقَدْ رَدَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَم عُثْمَانَ بْنْ لاَخْتَصَيْنَا .. Has told us [Abu Marwan Muhammad bin Uthman Al Utsmani] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Sa'd] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] from [Sa'd] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam has disproved Uthman bin Mazh'un's opinion for At Tabattul (staying away from women like priests), if it is possible then we will do it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1848.) 6th Hadith. God willing God bless you قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، . أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَهَى عَنِ التَّبَتُّلِ . زَادَ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ وَقَرَأَ قَتَادَةُ {وَلَقَدْ God bless you أَزْوَاجًا وَذُرِّيَّةً} .. It has been told to us that [Bisyr bin Adam] and [Zaid bin Akhzam] both said; has told us [Mu'adz bin Hisham] said, has told us [my father] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade At Tabattul (living celibate)." Zaid bin Akhzam added, "Qatadah read the verse: "And We sent messengers before you, and We made for them wives and offspring." QS. Ar Ra'ad: (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1849.) 7th Hadith. God willing يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي قَزَعَةَ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you يَكْسُوَهَا إِذَا اكْتَسَى وَلاَ يَضْرِبِ الْوَجْهَ وَلاَ يُقَبِّحْ وَلاَ يَهْجُرْ إِلاَّ فِي الْبَيْتِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Yazid bin Harun] from [Syu'bah] from [Abu Qaz'ah] from [Hakim bin Mu'awiyah] from [his father] said, "A man asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, "What right does a woman have over her husband?" He answered: "To feed him when he eats, to clothe him when he is dressed, not to hit him in the face, do not speak ill of him and must not keep him quiet except in the house (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1850.) 8th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing God willing اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ وَذَكَّرَ وَوَعَظَ ثُمَّ قَالَ "" God willing God bless you. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَعَلْنَ فَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ ضَرْبًا غَيْرَ مُبَرِّحٍ فَإِنْ أَطَعْنَكُما God willing وَلِنِسَائِكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَقًّا فَأَمَّا حَقُّكُمْ عَلَى love God bless you وَحَقُّهُنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ تُحْسِنُوا إِلَيْهِنَّ فِي كِسْوَتِهِنَّ وَطَعَامِهِنَّ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Al Husain bin Ali] from [Za`idah] from [Syabib bin Gharqadah Al Bariqi] from [Sulaiman bin Amru bin Al Ahwash] said, has told me [my father] that he once attended the hajj wada' with Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. He praised Allah and glorified Him, reminded and gave advice. After that he said: "Treat your wives well, because they are your friends. You don't have anything from them other than that. Unless they commit adultery openly. If they do so then leave them in bed and hit them with blows that don't hurt. If they obey you then don't do anything to them. Indeed, you have rights from your wives and your wives have from you. As for your rights towards your wives, don't set foot on your bed those you hate and do not allow people you hate to enter your homes. And it is their right to treat you well in matters of clothing and food (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1851.) 9th Hadith. God willing God willing زَيْدِ بْنِ جُدْعَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ God willing " لَوْ أَمَرْتُ أَحَدًا أَنْ يَسْجُدَ لأَحَدٍ لأَمَرْتُ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing - لَكَانَ نَوْلُهَا أَنْ تَفْعَلَ " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Affan] said, it has been told to us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Ali bin Zaid bin Jud'an] from [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] from ['Aisyah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If I could order someone to prostrate to another person, I would order a wife prostrate to her husband. If a husband orders his wife to move from Mount Ahmar to Mount Aswad, or from Mount Aswad to Mount Ahmar, then he is obliged to do so (Degree: Sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1852.) 10th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing " مَا هَذَا يَا مُعَاذُ " . قَالَ أَتَيْتُ الشَّامَ فَوَافَقْتُهُمْ يَسْجُدُونَ لأَسَاقِفَتِهِمْ love بِكَ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ "" God willing يَسْجُدَ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ لأَمَرْتُ الْمَرْأَةَ أَنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِهَا وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لاَ تُؤَدِّي God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَلَوْ سَأَلَهَا نَفْسَهَا وَهِيَ عَلَى قَتَبٍ لَمْ تَمْنَعْهُ " .. Has told us [Azhar bin Marwan] he said; has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Ayyub] from [Al Qasim Asy Syaibani] from [Abdullah bin Abu Aufa] he said, "When Mu'adz came from Syria, he prostrated to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam until he said: "What is this, Mu'adz! Mu'adz replied, "I once visited Syria, I found them bowing down to their bishops and commanders. So, I want to do it to you." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not do this, if I were allowed to order someone to prostrate to someone other than Allah, I would certainly order a wife to prostrate to her husband. By the One who has the soul of Muhammad in His Hands, it is true that a wife is not said to have fulfilled the rights of her Lord until she has fulfilled her husband's rights. If only the husband asks for her to be served, while he is in the saddle of a vehicle, then she should not refuse him. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1853.) 11th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَبْدَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ "" God willing الْجَنَّةَ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Muhammad bin Fudlail] from [Abu Nasr Abdullah bin 'Abdurrahman] from [Musawir Al Himyari] from [His mother] he said; I heard [Ummu Salamah] say, "I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam: "Any woman who dies while her husband is happy with her, then she will enter heaven (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1854.) 12th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِنَّمَا الدُّنْيَا مَتَاعٌ وَلَيْسَ مِنْ مَتَاعِ الدُّنْيَا شَىْءٌ أَفْضَلَ مِنَ الْمَرْأَةِ الصَّالِحَةِ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Isa bin Yunus] said, has told us ['Abdurrahman bin Ziyad bin An'am] from [Abdullah bin Yazid] from [Abdullah bin Amru] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The world is an ornament, and there is no decoration of the world more beautiful than a pious woman (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1855.) 13th Hadith. God bless you Allah's blessings God bless you God bless you نَزَلَ قَالُوا فَأَىَّ الْمَالِ نَتَّخِذُ قَالَ عُمَرُ فَأَنَا may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَأَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَأَنَا فِي Allah's blessings فَقَالَ " لِيَتَّخِذْ أَحَدُكُمْ قَلْبًا شَاكِرًا God bless you عَلَى أَمْرِ الآخِرَةِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isma'il bin Samurah] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Abdullah bin Amru bin Murrah] from [his father] from [Salim bin Abul Ja'd] from [Tsauban] he said, "When the verse related to the issue of silver and gold came down, the companions asked, "Then what treasure do we take?" Umar said, "I will tell you the matter." Umar then went up to on his camel and met the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, while I followed behind Umar asked; "O Messenger of Allah, what wealth can we take? He answered: "Let one of you make a grateful heart, a dhikr tongue and a believer's wife who helps one of you in his afterlife (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1856.) 14th Hadith. God bless you Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing " مَا اسْتَفَادَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بَعْدَ تَقْوَى اللَّهِ خَيْرًا لَهُ مِنْ زَوْجَةٍ صَالِحَةٍ إِنْ أَمَرَهَا أَطَاعَتْهُ وَإِنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace God bless you وَمَالِهِ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Shadaqah bin Khalid] said, has told us [Uthman bin Abu Al 'Atikah] from [Ali bin Yazid] from [Al Qasim] from [Abu Umamah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "There is nothing beneficial for a believer after fearing Allah except a pious wife. If the husband orders him he will be obedient, if it is seen as pleasing, if he divides (his turn) for him he accepts, and if the husband is not there he protects his honor and property (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1857.) 15th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ "" God bless you وَلِدِينِهَا . فَاظْفَرْ بِذَاتِ الدِّينِ تَرِبَتْ يَدَاكَ " .. Has told us [Yahya bin Hakim] said, has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Sa'id bin Abu Sa'id] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Women are married for four things; their wealth, their lineage, their beauty and their religion. Hold on to their religious matters and you will lucky (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1858.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing لاَ تَزَوَّجُوا النِّسَاءَ لِحُسْنِهِنَّ فَعَسَى حُسْنُهُنَّ God willing فَعَسَى أَمْوَالُهُنَّ أَنْ تُطْغِيَهُنَّ وَلَكِنْ تَزَوَّجُوهُنَّ عَلَّ ذَاتُ دِينٍ أَفْضَلُ " .. Has told us [Abu Kuraib] said, has told us ['Abdurrahman Al Muharibi] and [Ja'far bin Aun] from [Al Ifriqi] from [Abdullah bin Yazid] from [Abdullah bin Amru] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Do not marry women because of their beauty, their beauty may damage them. Don't marry them because of their wealth, it could be that their wealth can lead them astray. However, marry them based on their religion. A black female slave whose ears are torn but whose religion is superior (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1859.) 17th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings جَابِرُ " . قُلْتُ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " أَبِكْرًا أَوْ ثَيِّبًا " . قُلْتُ ثَيِّبًا . قَالَ " فَهَلاَّ بِكْرًا تُلاَعِبُهَا " ." فَخَشِيتُ أَنْ تَدْخُلَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُنَّ ." فَذَاكَ إِذًا " .. Has told us [Hannad bin As Sari] said, has told us [Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Abdul Malik] from ['Atha] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said, "I married a woman during the time of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, then I met Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "O Jabir, are you married?" I answered, "Yes, " he asked again: "Girl or widow?" I answered, "Widow." He said: "Why not just a girl, so you can play with her?" I answered, "I have many younger sisters, I'm afraid she will become an obstacle between me and them." He said: "Please do so (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1860.) 18th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَأَنْتَقُ أَرْحَامًا وَأَرْضَى بِالْيَسِيرِ " .. Has told us [Ibrahim bin Al Mundzir Al Hizami] said, has told us [Muhamamad bin Thalhah At Taimi] said, has told me ['Abdurrahman bin Salim bin Utbah bin Uwaim bin Sa'idah Al Ansari] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "You should choose the one who still virgin. Indeed, their mouths are fresher, their wombs are wider (many children), and they are more accepting of the few (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1861.) 19th hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you God willing مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَلْقَى اللَّهَ طَاهِرًا مُطَهَّرًا فَلْيَتَزَوَّجِ الْحَرَائِرَ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Sallam bin Sawwar] said, has told us [Katsir bin Sulaim] from [Adl Dlahhak bin Muzahim] he said; I heard [Anas bin Malik] say, "I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Whoever wants to meet Allah in a pure and purified state, then marry free women (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1862.) 20th hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God bless you مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمْ " .. Has told us [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Al Harith Al Makhzumi] from [Thalhah] from ['Atha] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "You should marry! Because I will multiply the Ummah with (the presence of) you (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1863.) 21st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ، قَالَ خَطَبْتُ امْرَأَةً فَجَعَلْتُ أَتَخَبَّأُ لَهَا حَتَّى نَظَرْتَ نَخْلٍ لَهَا فَقِيلَ لَهُ أَتَفْعَلُ هَذَا وَأَنْتَ صَاحِبُ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَيْهَا " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Hafsh bin Ghiyats] from [Hajjaj] from [Muhammad bin Sulaiman] from his uncle [Sahl bin Abu Hatsmah] from [Muhammad bin Maslamah] he said, "I proposed to a woman, then I hid in her date palm garden until I could see her." So it was said to him, "Why are you doing this, even though you are a friend of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam!" He answered, "I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "If Allah has determined in someone's heart to propose marriage, then it is okay for him to see it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1864.) 22nd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أَرَادَ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ، امْرَأَةً فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ـ God willing أَحْرَى أَنْ يُؤْدَمَ بَيْنَكُمَا " . فَفَعَلَ فَتَزَوَّجَهَا فَذَكَرَ مِنْ مُوَافَقَتِهَا .. It has been told to us [Al Hasan bin Ali Al Khallal] and [Zuhair bin Muhammad] and [Muhammad bin Abdul Malik] they said; has told us ['Abdurrazaq] from [Ma'mar] from [Tsabit] from [Anas bin Malik] that Mughirah bin Syu'bah wanted to marry a woman, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "Go and see her, because that can make your household permanent." He did so and married her, and expressed his consent (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1865.) 23rd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَقَالَ " اذْهَبْ فَانْظُرْ إِلَيْهَا فَإِنَّهُ أَجْدَرُ أَنْ يُؤْدَمَ بَيْنَكُمَا " ." Allah's blessings وَأَخْبَرْتُهُمَا بِقَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ . فَكَأَنَّهُمَا كَرِهَا ذَلِكَ . قَالَ فَسَمِعَتْ ذَلِكَ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings . وَإِلاَّ فَإِنِّي أَنْشُدُكَ كَأَنَّهََ .” مِنْ مُوَافَقَتِهَا .. Has told us [Al Hasan bin Abu Ar Rabi'] said, has told us [Abdurrazaq] from [Ma'mar] from [Tsabit Al Bunani] from [Bakr bin Abdullah Al Muzani] from [Al Mughirah bin Syu'bah] he said, "I met the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then I mentioned about the woman I would marry. He said: "Go and look at her, because it will make a house your ladder is eternal." After that I went to her and asked for her hand through her parents, and I told both of them about the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. But it seemed like they both didn't like it." Al Mughirah said, "The conversation was heard by his daughter who was behind the satyr, until she said, "If the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered you to look, then look. But if not, then I will curse you! " as if the woman really thought this matter was big. Al Mughirah said, "So I saw and married her." Al Mughirah then stated his agreement (Degree: authentic. God "" . قَالَتْ فَتَزَوَّجْتُهُ فَاغْتَبَطْتُ بِهِ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] both said; has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Sufyan] from [Abu Bakr bin Abu Al Jahm bin Shukhair Al 'Adawi] he said; I heard [Fatimah bint Qais] say, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to me: "If you are halal then give me the news," then Fatimah bin Qais informed him. After that, Mu'awiyah, Abul Jahm bin Shukhair and Usamah bin Zaid asked for her hand. So Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Mu'awiyah was a man who was poor and had no wealth, Abul Jahm bin Shukhair was a man who easily hit women, while Usamah, -Fatimah bin Qais- said with his hands like this, "Usamah again, Usamah again." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to Fatimah bin Qais: "Those who obey Allah and His Messenger are better for you." Hadits ke-30. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ وَمُجَمِّعَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ الأَنْصَارِيَّيْنِ أَخْبَرَاهُ أَنَّ رَجُلاً مِنْهُمْ يُدْعَى خِذَامًا أَنْكَحَ ابْنَةً لَهُ فَكَرِهَتْ نِكَاحَ أَبِيهَا فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَذَكَرَتْ لَهُ فَرَدَّ عَلَيْهَا نِكَاحَ أَبِيهَا فَنَكَحَتْ أَبَا لُبَابَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُنْذِرِ . وَذَكَرَ يَحْيَى أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ ثَيِّبًا .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid bin Harun] dari [Yahya bin Sa'id] bahwa [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] mengabarkan kepadanya, bahwa ['Abdurrahman bin Yazid] dan [Mujami' bin Yazid Al Anshari] mengabarkan kepadanya, bahwa seorang laki-laki dari kaumnya yang bernama Khidzam menikahkan anak wanitanya, namun anaknya tidak setuju dengan putusan bapaknya. Maka, ia mendatangi Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan menceritakan kepada beliau, hingga beliau membatalkan pilihan bapaknya. Akhirnya wanita itu menikah dengan Abu Lubabah bin Abdul Mundzir." Yahya menyebutkan bahwa wanita itu adalah seorang janda (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1873.) Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ كَهْمَسِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ جَاءَتْ فَتَاةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ أَبِي زَوَّجَنِي ابْنَ أَخِيهِ لِيَرْفَعَ بِي خَسِيسَتَهُ . قَالَ فَجَعَلَ الأَمْرَ إِلَيْهَا . فَقَالَتْ قَدْ أَجَزْتُ مَا صَنَعَ أَبِي وَلَكِنْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ تَعْلَمَ النِّسَاءُ أَنْ لَيْسَ إِلَى الآبَاءِ مِنَ الأَمْرِ شَىْءٌ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hannad bin As Sarri] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dari [Kahmas bin Al Hasan] dari [Ibnu Buraidah] dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata; "Ada seorang gadis datang kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan berkata, "Sesungguhnya ayahku menikahkan aku dengan keponakannya dengan tujuan agar mengangkatnya dari kehinaan." Buraidah berkata, "Maka Beliau menyerahkan urusan itu kepada gadis tersebut. Lalu ia berkata, "Aku telah menerima putusan bapakku, hanya saja aku ingin agar kaum wanita mengetahui, bahwa keputusan bukan ada pada bapak-bapak mereka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو السَّقْرِ، يَحْيَى بْنُ يَزْدَادَ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، . أَنَّ جَارِيَةً، بِكْرًا أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَذَكَرَتْ لَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ . فَخَيَّرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ . حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، أَنْبَأَنَا مُعَمَّرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ حِبَّانَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مِثْلَهُ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu As Saqr Yahya bin Yazdad Al Askari] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Husain bin Muhammad Al Marwarudzi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Jarir bin Hazim] dari [Ayyub] dari [Ikrimah] dari [Ibnu Abbas] berkata, "Seorang budak wanita yang masih gadis mendatangi Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, ia mengabarkan bahwa ayahnya telah menikahkannya dengan seseorang yang tidak ia sukai, hingga Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memberikan pilihan untuknya." Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] berkata, telah memberitakan kepada kami [Ma'mar bin Sulaiman Ar Raqqi] dari [Zaid bin Hibban] dari [Ayyub As Sakhtiyani] dari [Ikrimah] dari [Ibnu Abbas] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam sebagaimana dalam hadits (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَأَنَا بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ فَقَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ فَنَزَلْنَا فِي بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ فَوُعِكْتُ فَتَمَرَّقَ شَعَرِي حَتَّى وَفَى لَهُ جُمَيْمَةٌ فَأَتَتْنِي أُمِّي أُمُّ رُومَانَ وَإِنِّي لَفِي أُرْجُوحَةٍ وَمَعِي صَوَاحِبَاتٌ لِي فَصَرَخَتْ بِي فَأَتَيْتُهَا وَمَا أَدْرِي مَا تُرِيدُ فَأَخَذَتْ بِيَدِي فَأَوْقَفَتْنِي عَلَى بَابِ الدَّارِ وَإِنِّي لأَنْهَجُ حَتَّى سَكَنَ بَعْضُ نَفَسِي ثُمَّ أَخَذَتْ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَاءٍ فَمَسَحَتْ بِهِ عَلَى وَجْهِي وَرَأْسِي ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَتْنِي الدَّارَ فَإِذَا نِسْوَةٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فِي بَيْتٍ فَقُلْنَ عَلَى الْخَيْرِ وَالْبَرَكَةِ وَعَلَى خَيْرِ طَائِرٍ . فَأَسْلَمَتْنِي إِلَيْهِنَّ فَأَصْلَحْنَ مِنْ شَأْنِي فَلَمْ يَرُعْنِي إِلاَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ضُحًى . فَأَسْلَمَتْنِي إِلَيْهِ وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Suwaid bin Sa'id] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Mushir] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam bin Urwah] dari [Bapaknya] dari ['Aisyah] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menikahiku di saat umurku enam tahun. Lalu kami datang ke Madinah dan singgah di bani Al Harits Ibnul Khazraj. Namun aku terkena demam hingga rambutku berguguran. Ketika sembuh dan panjang rambutku telah sampai sepundak, ibuku yang bernama Ummu Rumman mendatangiku, waktu itu aku sedang bermain Urjuhah bersama dengan sahabat-sahabatku. Ia memanggilku hingga aku pun mendatanginya, namun aku tidak tahu ada apa. Ibuku memegang tanganku dan mengajakku pada pintu rumah, sementara nafasku masih terengah-engah. Lantas ibuku mengambil air dan membasuh muka dan rambutku. Setelah itu, ia memasukkan aku ke dalam rumah, dan ternyata di dalamnya telah berkumpul wanita-wanita Anshar, mereka mengatakan; "Semoga dalam kebaikan dan keberkahan atas keberuntungan yang besar." Ibuku menyerahkan aku kepada mereka, hingga mereka membenahi kondisiku (hingga menjadi segar dan cantik). Namun aku belum juga tersadar hingga Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mendatangiku di waktu dluha. Ibuku lantas menyerahkan aku kepada beliau, sementara umurku waktu itu masih sembilan tahun (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1876.) Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَائِشَةَ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ سَبْعٍ وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ وَتُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانِي عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Sinan] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Ahmad] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Isra`il] dari [Abu Ishaq] dari [Abu 'Ubaidah] dari [Abdullah] ia berkata, "Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menikahi 'Aisyah ketika ia masih berumur tujuh tahun. Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam tinggal bersamanya ketika usianya sembilan tahun, dan beliau meninggal disaat Aisyah berumur delapan belas tahun (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ الصَّائِغُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، . أَنَّهُ حِينَ هَلَكَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مَظْعُونٍ تَرَكَ ابْنَةً لَهُ . قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فَزَوَّجَنِيهَا خَالِي قُدَامَةُ وَهُوَ عَمُّهَا وَلَمْ يُشَاوِرْهَا وَذَلِكَ بَعْدَ مَا هَلَكَ أَبُوهَا فَكَرِهَتْ نِكَاحَهُ وَأَحَبَّتِ الْجَارِيَةُ أَنْ يُزَوِّجَهَا الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُعْبَةَ فَزَوَّجَهَا إِيَّاهُ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasyqi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Nafi' Ash Sha`igh] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abdullah bin Nafi'] dari [Bapaknya] dari [Ibnu Umar] bahwasanya ketika Utsman bin Mazh'un meninggal, ia meninggalkan seorang puteri. Ibnu Umar berkata, "Lalu pamanku, Qudamah, menikahkan aku dengannya tanpa bermusyawarah terlebih dahulu hingga ia tidak mau untuk menikah. Qudamah adalah paman gadis itu. Hal itu terjadi ketika bapaknya meninggal. Wanita itu ingin agar pamannya menikahkan dirinya dengan Al Mughirah bin Syu'bah, maka pamannya menikahkannya dengan Al Mughirah (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ لَمْ يُنْكِحْهَا الْوَلِيُّ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ فَإِنْ أَصَابَهَا فَلَهَا مَهْرُهَا بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْهَا فَإِنِ اشْتَجَرُوا فَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لاَ وَلِيَّ لَهُ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Mu'adz bin Mu'adz] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij] dari [Sulaiman bin Musa] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Urwah] dari ['Aisyah] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Wanita mana saja yang tidak dinikahkan oleh walinya, maka nikahnya adalah batil. Nikahnya adalah batil. Jika suaminya telah menyetubuhinya, ia berhak mendapatkan maharnya karena persetubuhan tersebut. Jika mereka berselisih, maka penguasa adalah wali bagi yang tidak mempunyai wali (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1879.) Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَعَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، . قَالاَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ نِكَاحَ إِلاَّ بِوَلِيٍّ " . وَفِي حَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ " وَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لاَ وَلِيَّ لَهُ " .. (dalam jalur lain) dari [Ikrimah] dari [Ibnu Abbas] keduanya berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tidak ada nikah tanpa adanya wali." Dalam hadits 'Aisyah disebutkan; "Penguasa adalah wali bagi orang yang tidak mempunyai wali (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1880.) Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ نِكَاحَ إِلاَّ بِوَلِيٍّ " ..
