Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you God willing مَيْمُونِ بْنِ أَبِي شَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ وَهَبَ لِي may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَبِعْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا فَقَالَ " مَا فَعَلَ الْغُلاَمَانِ " .” Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Affan] from [Hammad] said, has told us [Al Hajjaj] from [Al Hakam] from [Maimun bin Abu Syabib] from [Ali] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave me as a gift two slave brothers. Then I sold one of the two. He then asked: "What are the two slaves doing?" I replied, "I have sold one of the two." He said: "Give it back (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2249.) 2nd hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God وَبَيْنَ الأَخِ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Umar bin Hayyaj] said, has told us [Ubaidullah bin Musa] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Isma'il] from [Thaliq bin Imran] from [Abu Burdah] from [Abu Musa] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam cursed the person who separated between mother and child, and between brother and sister (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2250.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing هَوْذَةَ أَلاَ نُقْرِئُكَ كِتَابًا كَتَبَهُ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ . قَالَ قُلْتُ بَلَى . message God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings Allah's blessings and blessings الْمُسْلِمِ لِلْمُسْلِمِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basyar] said, has told us [Abbad bin Laits] friend Al Karabisi said, has told us [Abdul Majid bin Wahb] he said; [Al 'Adda bin Khalid bin Haudzah] said, "Would you like me to read a book written by Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam for me?" Abdul Majid bin Wahb said, "I answered, "Sure." Then he took out a book to me, and it turned out that in it was written: "This is what Al 'Adda bin Khalid bin Haudzah, from Muhammad Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, had bought. He had purchased from him a slave boy or slave girl who was free from disease, neither ugly nor ugly. Buying and selling muslim for muslim (Degree: authentic. It has been told to us [Abdullah bin Sa'id] said, it has been told to us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] from [Ibn 'Ajlan] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "When one of you buys a female slave, let him say; "ALLAHUMMA INNII AS`ALUKA KHAIRAHAA WA KHAIRA MAA JABALTAHAA 'ALAIHI WA A'UUDZUBIKA MIN SYARRIHAA WA SYARRI MAA JABALTAHAA 'ALAIHI (O Allah, verily I ask You for his good and the good that You have given him, and I seek refuge in You from his evil and the bad that You have given him). And let him pray for blessings. And If one of you buys a camel, let him hold the camel's hump and pray for blessings according to the prayer (Degree: authentic. God willing مُحَمَّدٍ، وَهِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، وَنَصْرُ or وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، قَالُوا حَدَِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ " الذَّهَبُ بِالذَّهَبِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ وَالْبُرُّ بِالْبُرِّ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ وَالشَّعِيرُ God willing بِالتَّمْرِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Ali bin Muhammad] and [Hisyam bin Ammar] and [Nashr bin Ali] and [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] they said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Malik bin Aus bin Al Hadatsani An Nasr] he said, "I heard [Umar Ibnul Khaththab] say, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Gold with gold usury except in cash, wheat grains with wheat seeds usury except in cash, wheat flour with wheat flour usury except in cash and dates with riba dates except with cash (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2253.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you عُبَادَةَ بْنْ God bless you فَقَالَ نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَالْبُرِّ بِالْبُرِّ وَالشَّعِيرِ بِْشَّعِيرِ وَالتَّمْرِ بِالتَّمْرِ - قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا وَالْمِلْحِ بِالْمِلْحِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْهُ الآخَرُ - وَأَمَرَنَا أَنْ نَبِيعَ الْبُرَّ God willing شِئْنَا .. Has told us [Humaid bin Mas'adah] said, has told us [Yazid bin Zurai']. (in another way it is stated) Has told us [Muhammad bin Khalid bin Khidasy] said, has told us [Isma'il bin Ulayyah] both said; has told us [Salamah bin Alqamah At Taimi] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Sirin] that [Muslim bin Yasar] and [Abdullah bin Ubaid] told him, both said; Ubadah bin Ash Shamit and Mu'awiyah gathered in a house, namely in a church, or synagogue. [Ubadah bin Ash Shamit] told them, he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade us to sell silver for silver, gold for gold, wheat grain for wheat grain, wheat flour for wheat flour, and dates for dates. One of the two said, "Salt for salt - this was not mentioned by the others - and he ordered us to buy wheat grains for wheat flour, or wheat flour for wheat grains in cash whatever we wanted (Degree: authentic. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Ya'la bin Ubaid] said, it has been told to us [Fudlail bin Ghazwan] from [Ibn Abu Nu'm] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Silver with silver, gold with gold, wheat with wheat, flour with flour in proportion (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2255.) 8th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُم سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ يَرْزُقُنَا تَمْرًا مِنْ تَمْرِ الْجَمْعِ فَنَسْتَبْدِلُ God bless you فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ يَصْلُحُ صَاعُ تَمْرٍ بِصَاعَيْنْ وَالدِّرْهَمُ بِالدِّرْهَمِ وَالدِّينَارُ بِام فَضْلَ بَيْنَهُمَا إِلاَّ وَزْنًا " .. It has been told to us [Abu Kuraib] said, it has been told to us by [Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Muhammad bin Amru] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Sa'id] he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave us dates from the zakat dates, then we replaced them with better ones by increasing the price. So the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam also said: "There is no exchange. dates are one sha' for two sha', and one dirham for two dirhams. Let one dirham be for one dirham, and one dinar for one dinar, there should be no addition between the two except in balance (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2256.) 9th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you God bless you ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ . قَالَ أَمَا إِنِّي لَقِيتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقُلْتُ أَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ هَذَا الَّذِي تَقُولُ فِي الصَّرْفَ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَمْ شَىْءٌ وَجَدْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِ God bless you. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِنَّمَا الرِّبَا فِي النَّسِيئَةِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah], he said, "I heard [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] say, "One dirham for one dirham and one dinar for one dinar." I (Abu Hurairah) said, "(However) I once heard Ibn Abbas say something that different! Abu Sa'id said, "I once met Ibn Abbas, then I said to him, "Tell me what you think about Sharf, is it something you heard from Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, or something you got from the book of Allah?" [Ibnu Abbas] then answered, "I did not get it from the book of Allah or the sunnah of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, but the one who informed me like that was [Usamah bin Zaid], that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam once said: "Only usury is in delay (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2257.) 10th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ - وَيُحَدَّثُ ذَلِكَ عَنْهُ ثُمَِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind. كَانَ ذَلِكَ رَأْيًا مِنِّي وَهَذَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهْ الصَّرْفِ .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdah] said, has reported to us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Sulaiman bin Ali Ar Rib'i] from [Abu Al Jauza] he said, "I heard him - meaning [Ibnu Abbas] - ordered Sharf. The news was narrated from him (Ibn Abbas), and news has reached me that he has withdrawn his opinion. So I met him in Makkah and asked him, "It has come to me that Have you withdrawn your opinion?" Ibn Abbas replied, "That's right, that's just my opinion. And here is [Abu Sa'id] who has narrated from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he prohibited Sharf (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2258.) 11th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الذَّهَبُ بِالْوَرِقِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ " . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرْ يَقُولُ الذَّهَبُ بِالْوَرِقِ احْفَظُوا .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] he heard [Malik bin Aus bin Al Hadatsan] said; I heard [Umar] say, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Gold with silver is riba except in cash." Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah said, "I heard Sufyan say, "Gold with silver, remember all of you (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2259.) 12th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing عِنْدَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ أَرِنَا ذَهَبَكَ ثُمَّ ائْتِنَا God willing كَلاَّ وَاللَّهِ لَتُعْطِيَنَّهُ وَرِقَهُ أَوْ لَتَرُدَّنَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ قَالَ " الْوَرِقُ بِالذَّهَبِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, has told us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Malik bin Aus bin Al Hadatsan] said, "I started asking, "Who wants to exchange dirhams?" So Talha bin Ubaidullah - at that time he was at Umar Ibnul Khaththab's side - said, "Show us and give us your gold. If your bodyguard comes, we will give you our silver." [Umar] then said, "No, by Allah, you give him his silver or give him back his gold! Indeed, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam once said: "Silver with gold is usury except in cash (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2260.) 13th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. بَيْنَهُمَا فَمَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ بِوَرِقٍ فَلْيَصْطَرِفْهَا بِذَهَبٍ وَمَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ God willing وَهَاءَ " .. Has told us [Abu Ishaq Asy Syafi'I Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Al Abbas] said, has told me [my father] from his father [Al Abbas bin Uthman bin Syafi'] from [Umar bin Muhammad bin Ali bin Abu Talib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Dinar with dinar, dirham with dirham there should not be more than between the two. Whoever needs silver, let him exchange it for gold. And whoever needs gold, let him exchange it for silver. And the exchange must be in cash (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2261.) 14th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing God bless you, God bless you أَوْ سِمَاكٌ - وَلاَ أَعْلَمُهُ إِلاَّ سِمَاكًا - عَنا God willing فَكُنْتُ آخُذُ الذَّهَبَ مِنَ الْفِضَّةِ وَالْفِضَّةَ مِنَ God willing God bless you وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " إِذَا أَخَذْتَ أَحَدَهُمَا وَأَعْطَيْتَ God willing لَبْسٌ " ." يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنْبَأَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، God willing God willing .. It has been told to us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim bin Habib] and [Sufyan bin Waki'] and [Muhammad bin Ubaid bin Tsa'labah Al Himmani] they said; has told us [Umar bin Ubaid Ath Thanafisi] said, has told us ['Atha bin As Sa`ib] or [Limak] -I don't know it except Listen- from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "I sold a camel, then I took gold worth silver, and silver worth gold, and dinars worth dirhams, and dirhams worth dinars. Then I asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi about this wasallam, he answered: "If you take one of them and give the other, then do not part with your brother, while between you and him there is still some left (a mixture of gold and silver)." The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam as in the hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2262.) 15th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing كَسْرِ سِكَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ الْجَائِزَةِ بَيْنَهُمْ إِلاَّ مِنْ بَأْسٍ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Suwaid bin Sa'id] and [Harun bin Ishaq] they said; has told us [Al Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] from [Muhammad bin Fadla] from [His father] from [Alqamah bin Abdullah] from [His father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade dividing the currency of the muslimin people which was available between them except because of danger (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2263.) 16th Hadith. God bless you love God willing God willing زُهْرَةَ - أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَأَلَ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنِ اشْتِرَاءِ الْبَيْضَاءِ، بِالسُّلْتِ فَقَالَ لَهُ سَعْدٌ أَيَّتُهُمَا أَفْضَلُ قَالَ الْبَيْضَاءُ . فَنَهَانِي عَنْهُ وَقَالَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings بِالتَّمْرِ فَقَالَ " أَيَنْقُصُ الرُّطَبُ إِذَا يَبِسَ " . قَالُوا نَعَمْ . فَنَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki'] and [Ishaq bin Sulaiman] both said; has told us [Malik bin Anas] from [Abdullah bin Yazid] - a former slave of Al Aswad bin Sufyan - that [Zaid Abu Ayyasy] - a former slave of the Banu Zuhrah - informed him that he asked [Sa'd bin Abu Waqash] about the law of buying Baidla (a type of wheat) in exchange for Sult (a type of wheat). Sa'd instead asked him, "Which is better of the two?" Zaid replied, "Better Baidla." So Sa'd forbade us from doing that. After that he said, "I once heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when asked about the law of buying young dates with ripe dates, he said: "Will young dates decrease if they are dry?" the companions answered, "Yes," so he forbade it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2264.) 17th Hadith. God willing سَعْدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله وسلم God bless you تَمْرَ حَائِطِهِ إِنْ كَانَتْ نَخْلاً بِتَمْرٍ كَيْلاً وَإِنْ كَانَتْ كَرْمًا أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ بِيبٍ كَيْلاً وَإِنْ كَانَتْ زَرْعًا أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ بِكَيْلِ طَعَامٍ نَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, has told us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade buying and selling using the Muzabanah system. Muzabanah is, someone sells fruit that is still in the garden if it is in the form of dates, with dates in measures. If it is in the form of grapes, then he sells it with dried grapes in measure. And if it is a plant, then he sells it with food in measure. And he forbids all that (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2265.) 18th Hadith. God bless you God willing مِينَاءَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَم وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ .. Has told us [Azhar bin Marwan] said, has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Ayyub] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Sa'id bin Mina] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited buying and selling using the Muhaqalah and Muzabanah system (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2266.) 19th hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ .. Has told us [Hannad bin As Sari] said, has told us [Abu Al Ahwash] from [Thariq bin 'Abdurrahman] from [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] from [Rafi' bin Khadij] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited buying and selling using the Muhaqalah and Muzabanah system (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2267.) 20th hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings ـ رَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا .. It has been told to us that [Hisyam bin Ammar] and [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] both said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [his father] he said, "[Zaid bin Thabit] told me that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave relief in buying and selling with young dates (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2268.) 21st Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا . قَالَ يَحْيَى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بِطَعَامِ أَهْلِهِ رُطَبًا بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, has told us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] That he said; has told me [Zaid bin Thabit] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave relief to the buying and selling of young dates that were still on the tree in exchange for ripe (ready to eat) dates. Yahya commented, "The meaning of 'Ariyah is, someone buys ripe (ready to eat) dates in exchange for raw dates that are still on the tree for the same amount, because dates are the daily food of his family (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2269.) 22nd Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، أَنَّ God bless you الْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ نَسِيئَةً .. Has told us [Abdullah bin Sa'id] said, has told us [Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Sa'id bin Abu Arubah] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah bin Jundab] said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade selling animals with animals with a tempo system (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2270.) 23rd Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God bless you وَاحِدًا بِاثْنَيْنِ يَدًا بِيَدٍ " . وَكَرِهَهُ نَسِيئَةً .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdlami] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Husain bin Urwah]. (dalam jalur lain disebutkan) Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Umar Hafsh bin Umar] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad bin Salamah] dari [Tsabit] dari [Anas] berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membeli Shafiah dengan menukar tujuh ekor hewan." 'Abdurrahman berkata, "Beliau membeli dari Dihyah Al Kalbi (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2272.) 25th Hadith. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Al Hasan bin Musa] from [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Ali bin Zaid] from [Abu Shalt] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "On the night of Isra Mi'raj I came to a people, their stomachs were like houses inhabited by snakes and could be seen from outside their stomachs. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Abbas bin Ja'far] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Amru bin Aun] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Abu Zaidah] dari [Isra'il] dari [Ar Rukain bin Ar Rabi' bin 'Umailah] dari [Bapaknya] dari [Ibnu Mas'ud] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Tidaklah seseorang yang memperbanyak riba, melainkan akhir perkaranya akan merugi (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَهُمْ يُسْلِفُونَ فِي التَّمْرِ السَّنَتَيْنِ وَالثَّلاَثَ فَقَالَ " مَنْ أَسْلَفَ فِي تَمْرٍ فَلْيُسْلِفْ فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَوَزْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam bin Ammar] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan bin Uyainah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Abu Najih] dari [Abdullah bin Katsir] dari [Abu Al Minhal] dari [Ibnu Abbas] ia berkata, "Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam datang sementara para sahabat meminjamkan kurma dalam jangka waktu dua atau tiga tahun. Beliau lalu bersabda: "Barangsiapa memberi pinjaman kurma hendaklah ia lakukan dalam takaran yang jelas, timbangan yang jelas, dan waktu yang jelas (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلاَمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلاَمٍ، قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ إِنَّ بَنِي فُلاَنٍ أَسْلَمُوا - لِقَوْمٍ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ - وَإِنَّهُمْ قَدْ جَاعُوا فَأَخَافُ أَنْ يَرْتَدُّوا . فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ عِنْدَهُ " . فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ عِنْدِي كَذَا وَكَذَا - لِشَىْءٍ قَدْ سَمَّاهُ أُرَاهُ قَالَ ثَلاَثُمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ بِسِعْرِ كَذَا وَكَذَا مِنْ حَائِطِ بَنِي فُلاَنٍ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " بِسِعْرِ كَذَا وَكَذَا إِلَى أَجَلِ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَلَيْسَ مِنْ حَائِطِ بَنِي فُلاَنٍ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Walid bin Muslim] dari [Muhammad bin Hamzah bin Yusuf bin Abdullah bin Salam] dari [Bapaknya] dari kakeknya [Abdullah bin Salam] ia berkata, "Seorang laki-laki datang menemui Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan bertanya; "Bani Fulan telah menyerah kepada orang-orang Yahudi, mereka dalam keadaan kelaparan hingga aku merasa khawatir mereka akan murtad." Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam lantas bersabda: "Siapa yang mempunyai sesuatu? Seorang yahudi lalu berkata, "Saya memiliki seperti ini dan seperti ini." menurutku ia mengatakan, "Tiga ratus dinar dengan harga seperti ini dan seperti ini dari kebun kurma Bani fulan." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menjawab: "Dengan harga seperti ini dan seperti ini sampai waktu seperti ini dan seperti ini, dan bukan dari kebun kurma Bani fulan (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2281.) Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، - قَالَ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ، - قَالَ امْتَرَى عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ وَأَبُو بُرْدَةَ فِي السَّلَمِ فَأَرْسَلُونِي إِلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ كُنَّا نُسْلِمُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَعَهْدِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ فِي الْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ وَالزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ عِنْدَ قَوْمٍ مَا عِنْدَهُمْ . فَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ أَبْزَى فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Basysyar] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Sa'id] dan ['Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah]. (dalam jalur lain disebutkan) [Yahya] berkata; dari [Abdullah bin Abu Al Mujalid]. (dalam jalur lain disebutkan) ['Abdurrahman] berkata dari [Ibnu Abu Al Mujalid] ia berkata, "Abdullah bin Syaddad dan Abu Burdah berselisih dalam masalah salam, maka mereka mengutusku menemui [Abdullah bin Abu Aufa]. Lantas aku menanyakan hal itu kepadanya, ia menjawab, "Kami pernah melakukan salam pada masa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, Abu Bakar dan Umar dalam tepung, gandum, anggur dan kurma kepada suatu kaum yang tidak memilikinya. Lalu hal itu aku tanyakan juga kepada [Ibnu Abza], dan ia menjawab dengan hal yang sama (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2282.) Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا أَسْلَفْتَ فِي شَىْءٍ فَلاَ تَصْرِفْهُ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ " . حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ سَعْدًا .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syuja' bin Al Walid] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ziyad bin Khaitsamah] dari [Sa'd] dari ['Atiyyah] dari [Abu Sa'id] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Apabila kamu meminjamkan sesuatu, maka jangan merubahnya kepada sesuatu yang lain." Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Sa'id] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syuja' bin Al Walid] dari [Ziyad bin Khaitsamah] dari ['Atiyyah] dari [Abu Sa'id] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda, lalu ia menyebutkan sebagaimana dalam hadits tersebut, hanya saja ia tidak menyebut nama Sa'd (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2283.) Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ النَّجْرَانِيِّ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أُسْلِمُ فِي نَخْلٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُطْلِعَ قَالَ لاَ . قُلْتُ لِمَ قَالَ إِنَّ رَجُلاً أَسْلَمَ فِي حَدِيقَةِ نَخْلٍ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُطْلِعَ النَّخْلُ فَلَمْ يُطْلِعِ النَّخْلُ شَيْئًا ذَلِكَ الْعَامَ فَقَالَ الْمُشْتَرِي هُوَ لِي حَتَّى يُطْلِعَ . وَقَالَ الْبَائِعُ إِنَّمَا بِعْتُكَ النَّخْلَ هَذِهِ السَّنَةَ . فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ لِلْبَائِعِ " أَخَذَ مِنْ نَخْلِكَ شَيْئًا " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَبِمَ تَسْتَحِلُّ مَالَهُ ارْدُدْ عَلَيْهِ مَا أَخَذْتَ مِنْهُ وَلاَ تُسْلِمُوا فِي نَخْلٍ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hannad bin As Sari] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abul Ahwash] dari [Abu Ishaq] dari [An Najrani] ia berkata; Aku berkata kepada [Abdullah Ibnu Umar], "Aku melelangkan pohon kurma dengan sistem salam sebelum muncul buahnya! " Ibnu Umar menjawab, "Tidak boleh." Aku bertanya kepadanya, "Kenapa?" ia menjawab, "Pernah seorang laki-laki melelang kebun kurmanya pada masa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam sebelum muncul buah kurmanya. Namun pada tahun itu buahnya tidak muncul sama sekali. Kemudian si pembeli berkata, "Dia tetap menjadi milikku hingga pohon itu berbuah. Tetapi si penjual berkata, "Aku hanya menjual pohon kurma ini setahun saja." Hingga keduanya cekcok dan mengadukannya kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Beliau lantas bertanya kepada si penjual: "Apakah dia mengambil sesuatu dari pohon kurmamu? ia menjawab, "Tidak." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Lalu dengan alasan apa kamu menghalalkan hartanya? Kembalikanlah barang yang telah kamu ambil darinya. Dan janganlah kalian melelang pohon kurma sehingga nampak kematangan buahnya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2284.) Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ اسْتَسْلَفَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ بَكْرًا وَقَالَ " إِذَا جَاءَتْ إِبِلُ الصَّدَقَةِ قَضَيْنَاكَ " . فَلَمَّا قَدِمَتْ قَالَ " يَا أَبَا رَافِعٍ اقْضِ هَذَا الرَّجُلَ بَكْرَهُ " . فَلَمْ أَجِدْ إِلاَّ رَبَاعِيًا فَصَاعِدًا فَأَخْبَرْتُ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " أَعْطِهِ فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ النَّاسِ أَحْسَنُهُمْ قَضَاءً " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam bin Ammar] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muslim bin Khalid] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zaid bin Aslam] dari ['Atha bin Yasar] dari [Abu Rafi'] berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam meminjam seekor unta muda dari seorang laki-laki. Beliau bersabda: "Jika unta zakat telah tiba maka akan kami ganti." Ketika unta zakat itu telah tiba, beliau bersabda: "Wahai Abu Rafi', bayarkanlah unta tersebut kepada laki-laki ini." Namun aku tidak mendapatkan kecuali unta yang umurnya di atas tujuh tahun lebih, lalu hal itu aku kabarkan kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Beliau bersabda: "Berikanlah. Sesungguhnya sebaik-baik orang adalah yang paling baik dalam memberikan pembayaran (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2285.) Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْعِرْبَاضَ بْنَ سَارِيَةَ، يَقُولُ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ اقْضِنِي بَكْرِي . فَأَعْطَاهُ بَعِيرًا مُسِنًّا فَقَالَ الأَعْرَابِيُّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا أَسَنُّ مِنْ بَعِيرِي . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " خَيْرُ النَّاسِ خَيْرُهُمْ قَضَاءً " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zaid bin Al Hubab] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Mu'awiyah bin Shalih] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Sa'id bin Hani] ia berkata; Aku mendengar [Al 'Irbadl bin Sariah] ia berkata, "Aku berada di sisi Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, lalu muncullah seorang arab badui dan berkata, "Bayarlah unta milikku! " beliau pun memberinya unta yang telah berumur (dewasa), hingga arab badui itu berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah, unta ini lebih tua dari unta milikku!
