Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بِالشَّعِيرِ لِلْبَيْتِ لاَ لِلْبَيْعِ " .. Has told us [Al Hasan bin Ali Al Khallal] said, has told us [Bisyr bin Thabit Al Bazzar] said, has told us [Nashr bin Al Qasim] from ['Abdurrahman bin Dawud] from [Salih bin Shuhaib] from [his father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Three things in which there is blessing; buying and selling which provides time, borrowing, and mixing wheat with barley for consumption by people at home, not for sale (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2289.) 2nd hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind مِنْ كَسْبِكُمْ وَإِنَّ أَوْلاَدَكُمْ مِنْ كَسْبِكُمْ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Ibn Abu Za`idah] from [Al A'masy] from [Umarah bin Umair] from [His uncle] from ['Aisha] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, the best thing for you to eat is from the results of your efforts, and your children are the results of your efforts (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2290.) 3rd Hadith. God willing يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you وَإِنَّ أَبِي يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَجْتَاحَ مَالِي فَقَالَ " أَنْتَ وَمَالُكَ لأَبِيكَ " .. It has been told to us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, it has been told to us [Isa bin Yunus] said, it has been told to us [Yusuf bin Ishaq] from [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] said, "A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have wealth and children, while my father also needs my wealth." So he said: "You and your wealth belong to your father (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2291.) 4th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَبِي اجْتَاحَ مَالِي . فَقَالَ "" أَنْتَ وَمَالُكَ لأَبِيكَ " . وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings كَسْبِكُمْ فَكُلُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ " .. It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Yahya] and [Yahya bin Hakim] both said; has told us [Yazid bin Harun] said, has told us [Hajjaj] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "A man came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "My father asked for my wealth! " he said: "You and your wealth belong to your father." Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam continued: "Indeed your children are the results of your best efforts, so eat from the results of their efforts (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2292.) 5th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدٍ، وَأَبُو عُمَرَ الضَّرِيرُ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ Allah's blessings God willing God bless you إِلاَّ مَا أَخَذْتُ مِنْ مَالِهِ وَهُوَ لاَ يَعْلَمُ . فَقَالَ "" .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Ali bin Muhammad] and [Abu Umar Adl Dlarir] they said; has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] from ['Aisha] he said, "Hindun came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "O Rasulullah, Abu Sufyan is a stingy man, he does not provide a living that can provide for me and my child, except with something that I took from his wealth without his knowledge! " he then said: "Take his money which can provide a living for you and your children with ma'ruf (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2293.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ "" الْمَرْأَةُ - وَقَالَ أَبِي فِي حَدِيثِهِ إِذَا أَطْعَمَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ - مِنْ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا غَيْرَ مُفْسِدَةٍ كَانَ لَهَا أَجْرُهَا وَلَهُ مِثْلُهُ بِمَا اكْتَسَبَ وَلَهَا بِمَا God willing يَنْقُصَ مِنْ أُجُوِرِهِمْ شَيْئًا " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [my father] and [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Wail] from [Masruq] from ['Aisyah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If a woman gives infaq, -my father mentioned in his hadith-, "If a woman gives food (subsistence) in her husband's house by not causing madlarat, then she gets a reward just as her husband also gets a reward from his efforts. His wife will get a reward from what she gives, and the guardians (of wealth) will also get a reward without reducing their reward (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2294.) 7th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you بَيْتِهَا شَيْئًا إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا " . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلاَ الطَّعَامَ قَالَ "" أَمْوَالِنَا " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Isma'il bin Ayyasy] said, has told me [Syurahbil bin Muslim Al Khaulani] he said; I heard [Abu Umamah Al Bahili] say, "I heard Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "A woman cannot give charity in her house except with her husband's permission." The companions said, "O Messenger of Allah, even if it is food?" he replied: "That is our main treasure (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2295.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God bless you مُسْلِمٍ الْمُلاَئِيِّ، سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ God willing الْمَمْلُوكِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] said, has told us [Sufyan]. (In another line it is mentioned) Has told us [Amru bin Rafi'] said, has told us [Jarir] from [Muslim Al Mullai] he heard [Anas bin Malik] said, "The Messenger of Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam always fulfills the invitations of his servants (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2296.) 9th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عُمَيْرٍ، - مَوْلَى آبِي اللَّحْمِ - قَالَ كَانَ مَوْلاَىَ يُعْطِينِي الشَّىْءَ فَأُطْعِمُ مِنْهُ فَمَنَعَنِي - أَوْ قَالَ فَضَرَبَنِي - فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَوْ God willing " الأَجْرُ بَيْنَكُمَا " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Hafsh bin Ghiyats] from [Muhammad bin Zaid] from [Umair] - Abu Lahm's former slave - he said, "My master gave me something, then I fed other people from that gift, but he forbade me, or he said; but he hit me. Then I asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about it, or he asked it. I said, "I will not stop or leave it." So he said: "You will both be rewarded (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2297.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بَشَّارٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing شُرَحْبِيلَ، - رَجُلاً مِنْ بَنِي غُبَرَ - قَالَ أَصَابَنَا عَامُ God bless you God willing love God bless you عليه وسلم ـ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَقَالَ لِلرَّجُلِ " مَا God bless you God bless you " . فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَرَدَّ إِلَيْهِ ثَوْبَهُ وَأَمَرَ لَهُ بِوَسْقٍ مِنْ طَعَامٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ وَسْقٍ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Syababah bin Sawwar]. (In another way it is stated) It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Basysyar] and [Muhammad Ibnul Walid] both said; has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] said, has told us [Syu'bah] from [Abu Biysr Ja'far bin Abu Iyas] he said; I heard [Abbad bin Syurahbil] - a man from Banu Ghubar - say, "We had a lean year, I went to one of our gardens (the people of Madinah), I took a stalk and took out the seeds. Then I ate it and put it in my pocket. But the owner of the garden came, he hit me and grabbed my clothes. So, I went to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and I told him about this. He then said to the owner the garden: "You don't feed him when he's hungry, and you don't tell him when he's stupid! "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam also ordered him, until the owner of the garden returned the man's cloth. And he also ordered him to give food one wasaq or half of it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2298.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God bless you God willing وَأَنَا غُلاَمٌ، أَرْمِي نَخْلَنَا - أَوْ قَالَ نَخْلَ الأَنْصَارِ - فَأُتِيَ بِيَ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " يَا غُلاَمُ - وَقَالَ ابْنُ كَاسِبٍ فَقَالَ يَا بُنَىَّ - لِمَ تَرْمِي النَّخْلَ " . قَالَ قُلْتُ آكُلُ . قَالَ " فَلاَ تَرْمِي النَّخْلَ وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَسْقُطُ فِي أَسَافِلِهَا " ." اللَّهُمَّ أَشْبِعْ بَطْنَهُ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] and [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib] both said: has told us [Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] he said; I heard [Ibnu Abul Hakam Al Ghifari] he said; He told me [my grandmother] that his father's uncle [Rafi' bin Amru Al Ghifari] said, "When I was little I threw our date palm tree, or he said, "The date palm tree of the Ansar. Then I took it to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "O little child, Ibn Kasib said, "O my son, why did you throw the date palm tree?" Rafi' bin Amru Al Ghifari said, "I answered, "For me to eat." He said: "Do not throw what is on the tree, but eat from what falls below it." Rafi' bin Amru Al Ghifari said, "Then he rubbed my head and said: "O Allah, fill my stomach (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2299.) 12th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، God willing " إِذَا أَتَيْتَ عَلَى رَاعٍ فَنَادِهِ ثَلاَثَ مِرَارٍ فَإِنْ أَجَابَكَ وَإِلاَّ فَاشْرَبْ فِي غَيْرِ أَنْ تُفْسِدَ وَإِذَا أَتَيْتَ عَلَى حَائِطِ بُسْتَانٍ فَنَادِ صَاحِبَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَكُلْ فِي أَنْ لاَ تُفْسِدَ " .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, it has been told to us [Yazid bin Harun] said, it has been reported to us [Al Jurairi] from [Abu Nadlrah] from [Abu Sa'id] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "If you go to the shepherd, call on him three times, if he answers then ask permission. But if not, you should drink (the milk of his livestock) without damaging it. And if you come to a garden then call to the owner three times, if he answers then ask permission, but if not then eat without causing damage (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2300.) 13th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا هَدِيَّةُ بْنُ عَبْدْ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing اللَّهِ بْنْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " God bless you " .. It has been told to us [Hadiyyah bin Abdul Wahhab] and [Ayyub bin Hassan Al Wasithi] and [Ali bin Salamah] they said; has told us [Yahya bin Sulaim At Thaifi] from [Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If one of you passes by a garden then eat, but do not take it for provisions (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2301.) 14th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهْ فَقَالَ " لاَ يَحْتَلِبَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَاشِيَةَ رَجُلٍ God willing مَشْرُبَتُهَ طَعَامُهُ فَإِنَّمَا تَخْزُنُ لَهُمْ or God bless you امْرِئٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh] he said; has reported to us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he stood up and said: "Never one of you milk another person's livestock without his permission. Would you like it if the door of your food storage room was broken open and all its contents taken out? In fact, the milk of their livestock is their food storage warehouse, so don't let any of you milking another person's livestock without his permission (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2302.) 15th Hadith. God bless you, God bless you حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَم God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you وسلم ـ فِي سَفَرٍ إِذْ رَأَيْنَا إِبِلاً مَصْرُورَةً بِعِضَاهِ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you قُوتُهُمْ وَيُمْنُهُمْ بَعْدَ اللَّهِ أَيَسُرُّكُمْ لَوْ رَجَعْتُمْ إِلَى مَزَاوِدِكُمْ فَوَجَدْتُمْ مَْ ذُهِبَ بِهِ أَتُرَوْنَ ذَلِكَ عَدْلاً " . قَالُوا لاَ . قَالَ " فَإِنَّ هَذَا كَذَلِكَ " . قُلْنَا أَفَرَأَيْتَ God willing كُلْ وَلاَ تَحْمِلْ وَاشْرَبْ وَلاَ تَحْمِلْ " .. Has told us [Isma'il bin Bisyr bin Manshur] said, has told us [Umar bin Ali] from [Hajjaj] from [Salith bin Abdullah Ath Thuhawi] from [Dzuhail bin 'Auf bin Syammakh Ath Thuhawi] said, has told us [Abu Hurairah] he said, "When we were with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on a journey, suddenly we saw a tied camel on a large thorn tree. Then we approached it, but the Messenger of Allah called us until we returned to him. He said: "Indeed, this camel belongs to the people of the muslimin area, it is their staple food and their blessing after Allah. Would you be happy if you returned to your supply area, only to find that what you put there was gone? Do you think this is fair?" They answered, "No." He said: "So it is the same with this." We then asked, "What do you think if we need to eat and drink?" He answered: "Eat and drink, but don't take it as provisions (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2303.) 16th Hadith. God willing God willing هَانِئٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ لَهَا " اتَّخِذِي غَنَمًا فَإِنَّ فِيهَا بَرَكَةً " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Waki'] from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] from [Ummu Hani] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "Take a goat, for in it there is blessing (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2304.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ الْبَارِقِيِّ، يَرْفَعُهُ قَالَ " God willing مَعْقُودٌ فِي نَوَاصِي الْخَيْلِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Idris] from [Hushain] from [Amir] from [Urwah Al Bariqi] and he interpreted it, he said: "The camel, for its owner is glory, the goat is a blessing, and on the head of the horse is written goodness until the Day of Resurrection (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2305.) 18th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرَمِيُّ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَرْبِيٌّ، إِمَامُ مَسْجِدْ God willing قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " دَوَابِّ الْجَنَّةِ " .. Has told us ['Ishmah bin Fadll An Naisaburi] and [Muhammad bin Firas Abu Hurairah Ash Shairafi] both said: has told us [Harami bin Umarah] said, has told us [Zarbi] -Imam of the Mosque Hisham bin Hassan- said, has told us [Muhammad bin Sirin] from [Ibn Umar radliallahu 'anhu] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Goats are among the animals of heaven (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2306.) 19th hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing الدَّجَاجَ يَأْذَنُ اللَّهُ بِهَلاَكِ الْقُرَى " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isma'il] said, has told us [Uthman bin 'Abdurrahman] said, has told us [Ali bin Urwah] from [Al Maqburi] from [Abu Hurairah radliallahu 'anhu] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered the rich to bring out goats (as zakat) and ordered the poor to bring out chickens. When he saw the rich people took out their chickens and said: "Allah has permitted the destruction of that land (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2307.) 20th hadith. God willing God willing عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنْ هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Mu'alla bin Manshur] from [Abdullah bin Ja'far] from [Uthman bin Muhammad] from [Al Maqburi] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever was made hakim among humans, indeed he was slaughtered without using a knife (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2308.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing مُوسَى، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing نَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ جُبِرَ عَلَيْهِ نَزَلَ إِلَيْهِ مَلَكٌ فَسَدَّدَهُ " .. It has been told to us that [Ali bin Muhammad] and [Muhammad bin Isma'il] both said; has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Isra'il] from [Abdul A'la] from [Bilal bin Abu Musa] from [Anas bin Malik] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever asks to be appointed as hakim then he will be abandoned, and whoever is forced to become hakim then an angel will come down to help him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2309.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ God bless you God willing فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ تَبْعَثُنِي وَأَنَا شَابٌّ God willing God willing وَثَبِّتْ لِسَانَهُ " . قَالَ فَمَا شَكَكْتُ بَعْدُ فِي قَضَاءٍ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Ya'la] and [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Amru bin Murrah] from [Abu Al Bakhtari] from [Ali] he said, "Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam sent me to Yemen, so I said, "O Rasulullah, you sent me to be hakim among humans while I a young man and doesn't understand how to give a verdict! " Ali said, "He then put his hand on my chest and prayed: "O Allah, guide his heart and strengthen his tongue." Ali said, "After that I did not hesitate in deciding between two cases (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2310.) 23rd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you love قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا مِنْ حَاكِمٍ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ إِلاَّ جَاءَ يَوْمَ God willing God bless you أَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًا " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Khallad Al Bahili] said, has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id Al Qaththan] said, has told us [Mujalid] from [Amir] from [Masruq] from [Abdullah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There is no hakim who judges humans unless on the Day of Resurrection he will come with his neck down. held by an angel. Then his head will be lifted to the sky, if Allah says, 'Throw him' then the angels will throw him into hell which is as deep as a journey of seventy seasons (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2311.) 24th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing - God willing ابْنَ عِمْرَانَ - عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْن may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَجُرْ فَإِذَا جَارَ وَكَلَهُ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad Ad Darawardi] said, has told us [Yazid bin Abdullah Ibnul Had] from [Muhammad bin Ibrahim At Taimi] from [Busr bin Sa'id] from [Abu Qais] -former slave of Amru bin Al Ash- from [Amru bin Al Ash] That he heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "If a person hakim makes ijtihad and is right then he gets two rewards, and if he makes ijtihad and is wrong then he gets one reward." Has told us [Isma'il bin Taubah] said, has told us [Khalaf bin Khalifah] said, has told us [Abu Hasyim] he said: "If it were not for the hadith of [Ibn Buraidah] which comes from [his father], from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: 'Hakim there are three groups, two in hell and one in heaven; hakim who knows the truth then decides with his knowledge, then he is in heaven. Hakim who gives decisions to people based on ignorance, then he is in hell. And hakim who cheats when giving decisions will be in hell,' surely we will say, 'Indeed, a hakim person will be in heaven (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2315.) 28th Hadith. It has been told to us [Hisyam bin Ammar] and [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Yazid] and [Ahmad bin Thabit Al Jahdari] they said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Abdul Malik bin Umair] that he heard ['Abdurrahman bin Abu Bakrah] from [his father] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A person hakim should not give a verdict between two people in a state of anger." Hisyam stated in his hadith, "It is not appropriate for a person hakim to give a decision between two people in a state of anger (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2316.) 29th Hadith. God willing وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أُمِِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " تَخْتَصِمُونَ إِلَىَِ God willing وَإِنَّمَا أَقْضِي بَيْنَكُمْ عَلَى نَحْوٍ مِمَّا أَسْمَعُ مِنْكُمْ فَمَنْ قَضَيْتُ لَهُ مِنْ حَقِّ أَخِيهِ شَيْئًا فَلاَ love يَأْتِي بِهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] from [Zainab bint Umm Salamah] from [Ummu Salamah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "You have argued with me, even though I am only an ordinary human being. It may be that some of you are more able to express your opinions in explaining your opinions than others. I give you my decision as far as I hear from you, so whoever I win over his affairs by injuring his brother's rights, let him not take it, because I have made burning embers for him on the Day of Resurrection (Degree: authentic. Hadits ke-30. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ وَلَعَلَّ بَعْضَكُمْ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَلْحَنَ بِحُجَّتِهِ مِنْ بَعْضٍ فَمَنْ قَطَعْتُ لَهُ مِنْ حَقِّ أَخِيهِ قِطْعَةً فَإِنَّمَا أَقْطَعُ لَهُ قِطْعَةً مِنَ النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Biysr] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Amru] dari [Abu Salamah bin 'Abdurrahman] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Aku hanyalah manusia biasa, bisa jadi sebagian dari kalian lebih mampu bersilat lidah dalam menerangkan pendapatnya dari sebagian yang lain. Barangsiapa yang kuputuskan urusannya dengan mencederai hak saudaranya, maka aku hanya memutuskan bara api neraka (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2318.) Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ ذَكْوَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْمُرَ، أَنَّ أَبَا الأَسْوَدِ الدِّيلِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " مَنِ ادَّعَى مَا لَيْسَ لَهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا وَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdul Warits bin Abdush Shamad bin Abdul Warits bin Sa'id Abu Ubaidah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Bapakku] dari [Bapaknya] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Al Husain bin Dzakwan] dari [Abdullah bin Buraidah] ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Yahya bin Ya'mar] bahwa [Abu Al Aswad Ad Daili] ia menceritakan kepadanya dari [Abu Dzar] Bahwasanya ia mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa mengaku-ngaku sesuatu yang bukan miliknya maka ia bukan dari golongan kami, dan hendaklah ia menyiapkan tempat duduknya dalam neraka (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2319.) Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ سَوَاءٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَوَاءٍ عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أَعَانَ عَلَى خُصُومَةٍ بِظُلْمٍ - أَوْ يُعِينُ عَلَى ظُلْمٍ - لَمْ يَزَلْ فِي سَخَطِ اللَّهِ حَتَّى يَنْزِعَ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Tsa'labah bin Sawa] berkata, telah berkata kepadaku pamanku [Muhammad bin Sawa] dari [Husain Al Mu'allim] dari [Mathar Al Warraq] dari [Nafi'] dari [Ibnu Umar] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa membantu sengketa dengan cara zhalim, atau membantu kezhaliman, maka ia akan senantiasa dalam murka Allah hingga ia mencabut (bantuannya) (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2320.) Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْمِصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لَوْ يُعْطَى النَّاسُ بِدَعْوَاهُمُ ادَّعَى نَاسٌ دِمَاءَ رِجَالٍ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ وَلَكِنِ الْيَمِينُ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Harmalah bin Yahya Al Mishri] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Wahb] berkata, telah memberitakan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij] dari [Ibnu Abu Mulaikah] dari [Ibnu Abbas] bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Sekiranya manusia itu dibebaskan untuk mengklaim, maka mereka akan mengklaim darah dan harta manusia, akan tetapi orang yang diklaim cukuplah bersumpah (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2321.) Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، عَنِ الأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ أَرْضٌ فَجَحَدَنِي فَقَدَّمْتُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " هَلْ لَكَ بَيِّنَةٌ " . قُلْتُ لاَ . قَالَ لِلْيَهُودِيِّ " احْلِفْ " . قُلْتُ إِذًا يَحْلِفَ فَيَذْهَبَ بِمَالِي . فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً} إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَةِ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] dan [Ali bin Muhammad] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dan [Abu Mu'awiyah] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al A'masy] dari [Syaqiq] dari [Al Asy'ats bin Qais] ia berkata, "Antara aku dengan seorang laki-laki yahudi terjadi perselisihan atas sebidang tanah, dan ia ingin mengingkariku. Maka aku serahkan hal itu kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam lantas bersabda: "Apakah kamu mempunyai bukti?" aku menjawab, "Tidak." Beliau lalu bersabda kepada laki-laki yahudi itu, "Silahkan kamu bersumpah! " aku berkata, "Jika demikian, ia akan bersumpah dan hilanglah apa yang menjadi hakku! " maka Allah Subhaanahu menurunkan ayat: (Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang menukar janji (nya dengan) Allah dan sumpah-sumpah mereka dengan harga yang sedikit) hingga akhir ayat (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2322.) Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ وَهُوَ فِيهَا فَاجِرٌ يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dan [Abu Mu'awiyah] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al A'masy] dari [Syaqiq] dari [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa bersumpah palsu atas sesuatu, yang dengannya akan merusak harta seorang muslim, maka ia akan berjumpa dengan Allah sementara Ia murka kepadanya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2323.) Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَخَاهُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ كَعْبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ الْحَارِثِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ يَقْتَطِعُ رَجُلٌ حَقَّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينِهِ إِلاَّ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَوْجَبَ لَهُ النَّارَ " . فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ شَيْئًا يَسِيرًا قَالَ " وَإِنْ كَانَ سِوَاكًا مِنْ أَرَاكٍ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Usamah] dari [Al Walid bin Katsir] dari [Muhammad bin Ka'b] bahwa ia pernah mendengar saudaranya [Abdullah bin Ka'b] bahwa [Abu Umamah Al Haritsi] menceritakan kepadanya, bahwa ia mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tidaklah seorang laki-laki merusak hak orang lain dengan sumpahnya, kecuali Allah akan mengharamkan surga baginya dan memasukkannya ke dalam neraka." Seorang laki-laki lalu berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah, meskipun itu sesuatu yang remeh?" beliau menjawab: "Meskipun itu sebatang kayu siwak (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2324.) Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ حَلَفَ بِيَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ عِنْدَ مِنْبَرِي هَذَا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ أَخْضَرَ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Amru bin Rafi'] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Marwan bin Mu'awiyah]. (Dalam jalur lain disebutkan) Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Tsabit Al Jahdari] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Shafwah bin Isa] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hasyim bin Hasyim] dari [Abdullah bin Nisthas] dari [Jabir bin Abdullah] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa bersumpah palsu di samping mimbarku ini, maka hendaklah ia menyiapkan tempat duduknya di neraka meskipun itu untuk sebatang kayu siwak hijau (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2325.) Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَزَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ فَرُّوخَ، - قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى وَهُوَ أَبُو يُونُسَ الْقَوِيُّ - قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَحْلِفُ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ عَبْدٌ وَلاَ أَمَةٌ عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ رَطْبٍ إِلاَّ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Yahya] dan [Zaid bin Akhzam] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Adl Dlahhak bin Makhlad] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Hasan bin Yazid bin Farukh] -Muhammad bin Yahya berkata; dia adalah Abu Yunus Al Qawi-; Aku mendengar [Abu Salamah] berkata; aku mendengar [Abu Hurairah] berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tidaklah seorang budak laki-laki atau perempuan yang bersumpah palsu di sisi mimbar ini meskipun untuk sebuah siwak, kecuali telah wajib baginya masuk neraka (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2326.) Hadits ke-39. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَعَا رَجُلاً مِنْ عُلَمَاءِ الْيَهُودِ فَقَالَ " أَنْشُدُكَ بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ التَّوْرَاةَ عَلَى مُوسَى " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Muhammad] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Mu'awiyah] dari [Al A'masy] dari [Abdullah bin Murrah] dari [Al Bara bin 'Azib] berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memanggil seorang ulama yahudi, beliau mengucapkan: "Aku bersumpah atas kamu dengan Dzat yang menurunkan Taurat kepada Musa (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-40. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا عَامِرٌ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لِيَهُودِيَّيْنِ " نَشَدْتُكُمَا بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ التَّوْرَاةَ عَلَى مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ " ..
