Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing فَأَمَرَهُمَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَسْتَهِمَا عَلَى الْيَمِينِ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Khalid bin Al Harith] said, has told us [Sa'id bin Abu Arubah] from [Qatadah] from [Khilas] from [Abu Rafi'] from [Abu Hurairah] he mentioned that there were two men who claimed to have a riding animal, while between them there was no evidence. So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered the two of them to draw lots on the basis of an oath (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2329.) 2nd hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind مَعْمَرٍ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مُوسَى، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم اخْتَصَمَ إِلَيْهِ رَجُلاَنْ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَجَعَلَهَا بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ .. It has been told to us [Ishaq bin Mansur] and [Muhammad bin Ma'mar] and [Zuhair bin Muhammad] they said; has told us [Rauh bin Ubadah] said, has told us [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Sa'id bin Abu Burdah] from [his father] from [Abu Musa] said, "There were two men who complained to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about the ownership of an animal while neither of them had any proof. So he divided the animal into two parts (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2330.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ God willing جُنْدُبٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " Allah's blessings God bless you وَيَرْجِعُ الْمُشْتَرِي عَلَى الْبَائِعِ بِالثَّمَنِ " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] said, has told us [Hajjaj] from [Sa'id bin Ubaid bin Zaid bin Uqbah] from [his father] from [Samurah bin Jundab] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If someone's goods are lost or stolen, then he finds them in someone's hands and sells them, then he (who loss) is more entitled to the item. And the buyer may return it to the seller at a price (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2331.) 4th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you لِلْبَرَاءِ كَانَتْ ضَارِيَةً دَخَلَتْ فِي حَائِطِ قَوْمٍ God bless you God willing God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Rumh Al Mishri] said, it has been reported to us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Ibnu Shihab] that [Ibnu Muhayyishah Al Anshari] told him that Al Barra's camel got loose and entered someone else's garden and caused damage. This incident was then reported to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. He then made a decision that during the day the garden owner would be the one looking after the plants, while the animal owner would be obliged to compensate for the damage if it happened at night." It has been told to us [Al Hasan bin Ali bin Affan] said, it has been told to us by [Mu'awiyah bin Hisham] from [Sufyan] from [Abdullah bin Isa] from [Az Zuhri] from [Haram bin Mahayyishah] from [Al Barra bin 'Azib] that the camel belonging to the Al Barra family damaged something, then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam gave the verdict as in the hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2332.) 5th Hadith. God willing شَرِيكُ بْنُ عَبْدْ God willing God willing .” God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم مَعَ أَصْحَابِهِ فَصَنَعْتُ لَهُ طَعَامًا وَصَنَعَتْ may Allah bless him and give him peace فَقُلْتُ لِلْجَارِيَةِ انْطَلِقِي فَأَكْفِئِي قَصْعَتَهَا فَلَحِقَتْهَا وَقَدْ هَوَتْ أَنْ تَضَعَ بَيْنَ يَدَىْ رَسُولِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَدَفَعَهَا إِلَى حَفْصَةَ فَقَالَ " خُذُوا ظَرْفًا مَكَانَ ظَرْفِكُمْ " . قَالَتْ فَمَا رَأَيْتُ ذَلِكَ فِي وَجْهِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Syarik bin Abdullah] from [Qais bin Wahb] from [a man] from Bani Su`ah, he said, "I said to ['Aisyah] tell me what the morals of the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam were. 'Aishah said, "Don't you read the Qur'an? (And verily you are truly of great morals)." 'Aisyah again said, "When Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam was with his companions, I made food for him, and apparently Hafshah also made food for him." 'Aisyah continued, "It turned out that Hafshah was first in making food, so I said to my slave girl, "Go and spill the dishes!" Hafshah, while Hafshah was ready to place the food in front of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then the slave girl spilled it until the bowl broke and the food scattered." 'Aishah said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then collected the broken pieces of the bowl and the spilled food on a leather mat, so that the companions could eat it. After that the Messenger of Allah took my bowl and gave it to Hafshah, saying: "Take this container instead of yours and eat the food that is in it." 'Aishah said, "I did not see any sign of that emotion on the face of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2333.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God bless you مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عِنْدَ إِحْدَى أُمَّهَاتْ God bless you الْقَصْعَةُ فَانْكَسَرَتْ فَأَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الأُخْرَى فَجَعَلَ يَجْمَعُ فِيهَا الطَّعَامَ وَيَقُولُ " غَارَتْ أُمُّكُمْ كُلُوا " . فَأَكَلُوا حَتَّى جَاءَتْ God willing God willing بَيْتِ الَّتِي كَسَرَتْهَا .. It has been told to us [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] said, it has been told to us [Khalid Ibnul Warits] said, it has been told to us [Humaid] from [Anas bin Malik] he said, "Once the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was with one of the Ummahatul Mukminin. Then another of his wives sent him a bowl filled with food. Then she (the wife who was with him) hit the Messenger of Allah's hand until the bowl fell and broke. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam then picked up the two halves of the bowl and put them together, then he put the food back on the bowl. After that he said: "Eat, your mother was jealous." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2334.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind يَغْرِزَ خَشَبَةً فِي جِدَارِهِ فَلاَ يَمْنَعْهُ " . فَلَمَّا حَدَّثَهُمْ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ طَأْطَئُوا رُءُوسَهُمْ God bless you وَاللَّهِ لأَرْمِيَنَّ بِهَا بَيْنَ أَكْتَافِكُمْ .. It has been told to us that [Hisyam bin Ammar] and [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] both said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from ['Abdurrahman Al A'raj] he said; I heard [Abu Hurairah] and came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "If the neighbor of one of you asks permission to lean wood against his wall, then let him not forbid it." When Abu Hurairah conveyed this hadith, the people nodded their heads, when Abu Hurairah saw them, he said, "Why do I see you turning away from him! By Allah, I will really put the wood between your shoulders (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2335.) 8th Hadith. Allah's blessings عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. Allah's blessings فَأَقْبَلَ مُجَمِّعُ بْنَ God willing God bless you يَغْرِزَ خَشَبَةً فِي جِدَارِهِ " . فَقَالَ يَا أَخِي God bless you God willing خَشَبَكَ .. It has been told to us [Abu Bisyr Bakr bin Khalaf] said, it has been told to us [Abu Ashim] from [Ibn Juraij] from [Amru bin Dinar] that [Hisham bin Yahya] told him, that [Ikrimah bin Salamah] told him, that one of the two brothers of the Bani Mughirah swore to one of them not to stick a stick (pole) in his wall. Then came [Mujamma' bin Yazid] accompanied by several people from the Ansar, saying; We testify that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Don't let one of you forbid his neighbor from sticking a stick in his wall, saying: O my friend, truly I know that the decision falls in your hands, and I have sworn an oath, so make a stick in something other than my wall and stick your stick on it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2336.) 9th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing God bless you أَحَدُكُمْ جَارَهُ أَنْ يَضَعَ خَشَبَةً عَم .. It has been told to us [Harmalah bin Yahya] said, it has been told to us [Abdullah bin Wahb] said, it has been reported to me [Ibn Lahi'ah] from [Abul Aswad] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Let none of you prevent his neighbor from leaning wood against his wall (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2337.) 10th Hadith. God willing وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُثَنَّى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الضُّبَعِيُّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اجْعَلُوا الطَّرِيقَ سَبْعَةَ أَذْرُعٍ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Mutsanna bin Sa'id Adl Dluba'i] from [Qatadah] from [Busyair bin Ka'b] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Make seven cubits for the road (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2338.) 11th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا God willing " .. It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Yahya] and [Muhammad bin Umar bin Hayyaj] both said; has narrated to us [Qabishah] said, has narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Simak] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If you disagree on the border of the road, then make it seven cubits (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2339.) 12th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God bless you God willing God bless you وَلاَ ضِرَارَ " .. Has told us [Abdu Rabbih bin Khalid An Numairi Abu Al Mughallis] said, has told us [Fudlail bin Sulaiman] said, has told us [Musa bin Uqbah] said, has told us [Ishaq bin Yahya bin Al Walid] from [Ubadah bin Ash Shamith] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam decided that it is not permissible to do evil and things that cause evil (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2340.) 13th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God bless you عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ ضَرَرَ وَلاَ ضِرَارَ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Abdurrazaq] said, has told us [Ma'mar] from [Jabir Al Ju'fi] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "You are not allowed to commit madlarat and things that cause madlarat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2341.) 14th Hadith. God willing God willing God bless you رَسُولّ God bless you .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, has reported to us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Muhammad bin Yahya bin Habban] from [Lulu'ah] from [Abu Shirmah] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever does evil then Allah will give him evil, and whoever causes trouble to others then Allah will give him distress (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2342.) 15th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing Allah's blessings God willing فَبَعَثَ حُذَيْفَةَ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمْ فَقَضَى لِلَّذِينَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عليه وسلم أَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ " أَصَبْتَ وَأَحْسَنْتَ " .. It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] and [Ammar bin Khalid Al Wasithi] both said; has told us [Abu Bakr bin Ayyasy] from [Dahtsam bin Qurran] from [Nimran bin Jariyah] from [his father] said; "A people complained to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about their dispute over a hut that was in their midst. Then he sent Hudzaifah to give a verdict between them. Hudzaifah then gave the verdict that the hut belonged to the person around the rope. When Hudzaifah returned to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and informed him of the results of the verdict he had given, he then said: "You are right and true (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2343.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ " إِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَالْبَيْعُ لِلأَوَّلِ " . قَالَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ إِبْطَالُ الْخَلاَصِ .. Has told us [Yahya bin Hakim] said, has told us [Abu Al Walid] said, has told us [Hammam] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah bin Jundab] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "If an item is sold by two different people, then the valid one is the first (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2344.) 17th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you غَيْرُهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَهُمْ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَأَرَقَّ أَرْبَعَةً .. It has been told to us that [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdlami] and [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] both said; has told us [Abdul A'la] said, has told us [Khalid Al Hadzdza] from [Abu Qilabah] from [Abu Al Muhallib] from [Imran bin Hushain] said, "There was a man who had six slaves, and he did not have any property apart from them. When he was about to die he freed them all, but the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam divided them. Until finally he only freed two people and left four slaves (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2345.) 18th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا جَمِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنْ God bless you God willing God willing God willing God willing .. It has been told to us [Jamil bin Al Hasan Al 'Ataki] said, it has been told to us [Abdul A'la] said, it has been told to us [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Khilas] from [Abu Rafi'] from [Abu Hurairah] said, "There were two people disagreeing in the matter of buying and selling, and neither of them had any evidence. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) ordered both of them to draw lots on an oath, whether they were willing or not. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2346.) 19th hadith. God willing يَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing كَانَ إِذَا سَافَرَ أَقْرَعَ بَيْنَ نِسَائِهِ .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Yahya bin Yaman] from [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Urwah] from ['Aisyah] said, "When the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was going on a pilgrimage, he drew lots between his wives (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2347.) 20th hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَدْ وَقَعُوا عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ فِي طُهْرٍ وَاحِدٍ فَسَأَلَ اثْنَيْنْ لاَ . ثُمَّ سَأَلَ اثْنَيْنِ فَقَالَ أَتُقِرَّانِ لِهَذَا God bless you اثْنَيْنِ أَتُقِرَّانِ لِهَذَا بِالْوَلَدِ قَالاَ لاَ. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَضَحِكَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ نَوَاجِذُهُ .. It has been told to us [Ishaq bin Manshur] said, it has been reported to us ['Abdurrazaq] said, it has been reported to us [Ats Tsauri] from [Salih Al Hamdani] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Khair Al Hadlrami] from [Zaid bin Arqam] he said, "When Ali bin Abu Talib was in Yemen, three people who had had sexual intercourse with a woman were brought to him. Ali then asked two people, "Do you both recognize this baby as your child?" Both of them answered, "No." Then he asked both of them again, "Do you both recognize this baby as your child?" and both answered, "No." So he drew lots among them and assigned the child to the person who was drawn, and charged him two-thirds of it. Then this was told to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, until the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam laughed and his molars were visible (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2348.) 21st Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace عَائِشَةُ أَلَمْ or God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَطِيفَةٌ قَدْ غَطَّيَا رُءُوسَهُمَا وَقَدْ بَدَتْ God bless you مِنْ بَعْضٍ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Hisham bin Ammar] and [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] they said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Urwah] from ['Aisyah] he said, "A The day Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam met me in a blooming state, he said: "O 'Aisyah, don't you know, once Mujaziz Al Mudliji came to see me, then he saw Usamah and Zaid wearing a cloth covering their heads while the soles of their feet were visible, then he said, "Indeed, the soles of these feet are part of the soles of the other feet (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2349.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing Allah's blessings God willing Allah's blessings مَشَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهَا أَنْبَأْتُكُمْ . قَالَ فَجَرُّوا كِسَاءً ثُمَّ مَشَى النَّاسُ عَلَيْهَا فَأَبْصَرَتْ أَثَرَ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind. God bless you. God bless you ذَلِكَ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً أَوْ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ بَعَثَ اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدًا صلى الله عليه وسلم .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, it has been told to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] said, it has been told to us [Isra'il] from [Simak bin Harb] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] said, "The Quraysh came to a woman shaman, they asked the woman, "Tell us, which of us has the most similar traces to the owner of this maqam (Ibrahim)?" The woman then said, "If you want to spread a cloth on this sand, then walk on it, then I will inform you." Ibn Abbas said, "They also spread the cloth and walked on it, until the woman could see the resemblance of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." The woman then said; "This person is the most similar to him among all of you." After that, they then remained silent for twenty years, or as Allah willed. Then Allah sent Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2350.) 23rd Hadith. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Ziyad bin Sa'd] from [Hilal bin Abu Maimunah] from [Abu Maimunah] from [Abu Hurairah] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave a boy a choice between his father and his mother, he said: "O little child, this is your mother and this is your father (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2351.) 24th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَخَيَّرَهُ فَتَوَجَّهَ إِلَى الْكَافِرِ فَقَالَ " اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِهِ " ." فَقَضَى لَهُ بِهِ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Isma'il bin Ulayyah] from [Uthman Al Batti] from [Abdul Hamid bin Salamah] from [his father] from [his grandfather] said, "Both his parents complained to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, one of them was an infidel and the other muslim. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then gave him a choice. (Son) that) facing those who were still disbelievers, he then prayed, "O Allah, guide him (the child)." Then (the child) faced the muslim, until finally he decided that the child would follow his parents who were muslim (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2352.) 25th Hadith. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Khalid bin Makhlad] said, has told us [Katsir bin Abdullah bin Amru bin Auf] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Making peace between the people of muslimin is permissible, except for peace to forbid what is halal or what makes lawful. haram (Degree: authentic. " إِذَا بَايَعْتَ فَقُلْ هَا وَلاَ خِلاَبَةَ " .. It has been told to us [Azhar bin Marwan] said, it has been told to us [Abdul A'la] said, it has been told to us [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Anas bin Malik] said, "At the time of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam there was a man whose promises he could not keep, while he was a trader. His family then came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "O Messenger of Allah, prevent him." Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam called the man and forbade him from doing this. But he said, "O Messenger of Allah, I cannot refrain from buying and selling." He said: "When you buy and sell, then tell it as it is and do not deceive (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2354.) 27th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانٍ، قَالَ هُوَ جَدِّي مُنْقِذُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو وَكَانَ رَجُلاً قَدْ أَصَابَتْهُ آمَّةٌ فِي رَأْسِهِ فَكَسَرَتْ لِسَانَهُ وَكَانَ لاَ يَدَعُ عَلَى God bless you God willing " إِذَا أَنْتَ بَايَعْتَ فَقُلْ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ . ثُمَّ Allah's blessings and blessings لَيَالٍ فَإِنْ رَضِيتَ فَأَمْسِكْ وَإِنْ سَخِطْتَ فَارْدُدْهَا عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us by [Abdul A'la] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Muhammad bin Yahya bin Hibban] he said, "My grandfather, Munqid bin Amru was a man who was stricken in the head and his mouth was broken. He didn't want to leave his business even in such conditions, in fact he was often lied to. So he came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and told him about his condition, he then said to him: "When you sell then say it honestly and do not cheat. If you buy something then you have choice for three days, if you are willing then take it, but if not then return it to the owner (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2355.) Hadits ke-28. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ أُصِيبَ رَجُلٌ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي ثِمَارٍ ابْتَاعَهَا فَكَثُرَ دَيْنُهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " تَصَدَّقُوا عَلَيْهِ " . فَتَصَدَّقَ النَّاسُ عَلَيْهِ فَلَمْ يَبْلُغْ ذَلِكَ وَفَاءَ دَيْنِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " خُذُوا مَا وَجَدْتُمْ وَلَيْسَ لَكُمْ إِلاَّ ذَلِكَ " . يَعْنِي الْغُرَمَاءَ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syababah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Laits bin Sa'd] dari [Bukair bin Abdullah Al Asyaj] dari [Iyadl bin Abdullah bin Sa'd] dari [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] ia berkata, "Pada masa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ada seorang laki-laki yang bangkrut karena buah-buahan yang ia jual rusak hingga hutangnya menumpuk. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam lalu bersabda: "Bersedekahlah kalian kepadanya." Orang-orang pun bersedekah kepadanya, namun itu semua belum cukup untuk menutup semua hutangnya. Maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: 'Ambillah apa yang kalian dapatkan, dan kalian tidak punya hak apapun selain itu.' (Yakni kepada para pemilik modal) (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-29. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ هُرْمُزٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ الْمَكِّيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَلَعَ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ مِنْ غُرَمَائِهِ ثُمَّ اسْتَعْمَلَهُ عَلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم اسْتَخْلَصَنِي بِمَالِي ثُمَّ اسْتَعْمَلَنِي .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Basysyar] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu 'Ashim] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Muslim bin Hurmuz] dari [Salamah Al Makki] dari [Jabir bin Abdullah] berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membebaskan Mu'adz bin Jabal dari orang-orang yang menghutanginya, kemudian beliau memperkerjakannya di Yaman. [Mu'adz] berkata, "Sesungguhnya Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membebaskanku dengan hartaku, kemudian beliau memperkerjakanku (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2357.) Hadits ke-30. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ " .. telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan bin Uyainah]. (Dalam jalur lain disebutkan) Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Rumh] berkata, telah memberitakan kepada kami [Al Laits bin Sa'd] semuanya dari [Yahya bin Sa'id] dari [Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin Amru bin Hazm] dari [Umar bin Abdul Aziz] dari [Abu Bakr bin 'Abdurrahman Ibnul Harits dari Hisyam] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa mendapatkan hartanya ada pada seorang laki-laki yang jatuh bangkrut, maka ia (pemilik modal) yang paling berhak atas harta tersebut dari selainnya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2358.) Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ سِلْعَةً فَأَدْرَكَ سِلْعَتَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ وَقَدْ أَفْلَسَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ قَبَضَ مِنْ ثَمَنِهَا شَيْئًا فَهِيَ لَهُ . وَإِنْ كَانَ قَبَضَ مِنْ ثَمَنِهَا شَيْئًا فَهُوَ أُسْوَةُ الْغُرَمَاءِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam bin Ammar] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Isma'il bin Ayyasy] dari [Musa bin Uqbah] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Abu Bakr bin 'Abdurrahman Ibnul Harits bin Hisyam] dari [Abu Hurairah] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Lelaki mana saja yang menjual barang kemudian ia mendapati barangnya masih ada pada seseorang yang bangkrut, sementara ia belum menerima uang pembayarannya, maka barang tersebut menjadi haknya. Jika ia telah memegang uang pembayarannya maka ia seperti pemilik hutang (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2359.) Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُعْتَمِرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ خَلْدَةَ الزُّرَقِيِّ، وَكَانَ، قَاضِيًا بِالْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ جِئْنَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ فِي صَاحِبٍ لَنَا قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَقَالَ هَذَا الَّذِي قَضَى فِيهِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ مَاتَ أَوْ أَفْلَسَ فَصَاحِبُ الْمَتَاعِ أَحَقُّ بِمَتَاعِهِ إِذَا وَجَدَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibrahim Ibnul Mundzir Al Hizami] dan ['Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasyqi] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Abu Fudaik] dari [Ibnu Abu Dzi`b] dari [Abu Al Mu'tamir bin Amru bin Rafi'] dari [Ibnu Khaldah Az Zuraqi] -ia adalah seorang hakim di Madinah- ia berkata, "Kami mendatangi [Abu Hurairah] untuk mengadukan pengelola harta kami yang bangkrut, maka ia berkata, "Inilah yang pernah diberi putuskan oleh Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, bahwa laki-laki mana saja yang meninggal atau bangkrut, maka pemilik barang lebih berhak dengan barang miliknya jika ia mendapatinya masih ada (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2360.) Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْيَمَانُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنِي الزَّبِيدِيُّ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ مَاتَ وَعِنْدَهُ مَالُ امْرِئٍ بِعَيْنِهِ اقْتَضَى مِنْهُ شَيْئًا أَوْ لَمْ يَقْتَضِ فَهُوَ أُسْوَةُ الْغُرَمَاءِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Amru bin Utsman bin Sa'id bin Katsir bin Dinar Al Himshi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Yaman bin Adi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Az Zubaidi Muhammad Ibnul Walid] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Abu Salamah] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Siapa pun orangnya yang meninggal sementara ia memegang harta milik orang lain, baik ia telah memberikan sesuatu darinya atau belum, maka dia (pemilik harta) seperti pemilik hutang (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2361.) Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ السَّلْمَانِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَىُّ النَّاسِ خَيْرٌ قَالَ " قَرْنِي ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَجِيءُ قَوْمٌ تَبْدُرُ شَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ يَمِينَهُ وَيَمِينُهُ شَهَادَتَهُ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Utsman bin Abu Syaibah] dan [Amru bin Rafi'] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Jarir] dari [Manshur] dari [Ibrahim] dari [Abidah As Salmani] berkata; [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah ditanya, "Siapa manusia yang paling baik?" beliau menjawab: "Orang yang hidup dimasaku, kemudian orang-orang setelahnya, kemudian orang-orang setelahnya, kemudian akan datang suatu kaum yang persaksian salah seorang dari mereka mendahului sumpahnya, dan sumpahnya mendahului persaksiannya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2362.) Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ خَطَبَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ بِالْجَابِيَةِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَامَ فِينَا مِثْلَ مُقَامِي فِيكُمْ فَقَالَ " احْفَظُونِي فِي أَصْحَابِي ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَفْشُو الْكَذِبُ حَتَّى يَشْهَدَ الرَّجُلُ وَمَا يُسْتَشْهَدُ وَيَحْلِفَ وَمَا يُسْتَحْلَفُ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah Ibnul Jarrah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Jarir] dari [Abdul Malik bin Umair] dari [Jabir bin Samurah] ia berkata; [Umar Ibnul Khtaththab] berkhutbah di Jabiah, ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah berdiri di hadapan kami sebagaimana aku berdiri di hadapan kalian, lalu beliau bersabda: "Jagalah (hak) sahabatku, kemudian orang-orang setelah mereka, kemudian orang-orang setelah mereka. Setelah itu akan menyebar kedustaan, hingga seorang laki-laki bersaksi tanpa diminta untuk bersaksi, dan bersumpah tanpa diminta untuk bersumpah (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2363.) Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُعْفِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْعُكْلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أُبَىُّ بْنُ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، حَدَّثَنِي خَارِجَةُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زَيْدَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ، يَقُولُ إِنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " خَيْرُ الشُّهُودِ مَنْ أَدَّى شَهَادَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْأَلَهَا " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Muhammad] dan [Muhammad bin 'Abdurrahman Al Ju'fi] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zaid Ibnul Hubab Al 'Ukli] berkata, telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Ubai bin Abbas bin Sahl bin Sa'd As Sa'idi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abu Bakr bin Amru bin Hazm] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Amru bin Utsman bin Affan] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Kharijah bin Zaid bin Tsabit] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku ['Abdurrahman bin Abu Amrah Al Anshari] bahwasanya ia mendengar [Zaid bin Khalid Al Juhani] ia berkata, "Bahwasanya ia mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Sebaik-baik pemberi saksi adalah orang yang memberikan persaksiannya sebelum diminta (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2364.) Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْجُبَيْرِيُّ، وَجَمِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْعَتَكِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ الْعِجْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ تَلاَ هَذِهِ الآيَةَ {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى } حَتَّى بَلَغَ {فَإِنْ أَمِنَ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا} فَقَالَ هَذِهِ نَسَخَتْ مَا قَبْلَهَا .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ubaidullah bin Yusuf Al Jubairi] dan [Jamil bin Al Hasan Al Atiki] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Marwan Al Ijli] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdul Malik bin An Nadlrah] dari [Bapaknya] dari [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] ia berkata ketika dia membaca ayat ini: ' Wahai orang-orang yang beriman, apabila kalian berhutang piutang untuk waktu tertentu, hendaklah kalian menuliskannya, hingga ayat: ' Akan tetapi jika sebagian kalian percaya kepada sebagian yang lain', ia mengatakan, "Ayat ini menghapus ayat yang sebelumnya (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلاَ خَائِنَةٍ وَلاَ مَحْدُودٍ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَلاَ ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ayyub bin Muhammad Ar Raqqi] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ma'mar bin Sulaiman].
