God bless you God willing God willing قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Abdul Wahhab] said, has told us [Ja'far bin Muhammad] from [his father] from [Jabir] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam decided that an oath must have witnesses (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2369.) 2nd hadith. God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Ishaq Al Harawi Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Hatim] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Al Harith Al Makhzumi] said, has told us [Saif bin Sulaiman Al Makki] said, has told me [Qais bin Sa'd] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam decided (in resolving a problem) with witnesses and an oath (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2370.) 3rd Hadith. God willing يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ God willing الْمُنْبَعِثِ - عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ أَهْلِ مِصْرَ عَنْ سُرَّقٍ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الرَّجُلِ وَيَمِينَ الطَّالِبِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Yazid bin Harun] said, has told us [Juwairiyah bin Asma] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Yazid] - a former slave of Al Munba'its - from [an Egyptian resident] from [Surraq] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam permitted the testimony of a man and the oath of a person who demands (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2371.) 4th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَقَالَ ‏"‏ عُدِلَتْ شَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ بِالإِشْرَاكِ بِاللَّهِ ‏"‏ ‏." ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ تَلاَ هَذِهِ الآيَةَ ‏{‏وَاجْتَنِبُوا قَوْلَ الزُّورِ حُنَفَاءَ لِلَّهِ غَيْرَ مُشْرِكِينَ بِه‏}‏‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Ubaid] said, has told us [Sufyan Al 'Ushfuri] from [his father] from [Habib An Nu'mani Al Asadi] from [Khuraim bin Fatik Al Asadi] he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam performed the morning prayer, after he had finished he stood up and said: "That is false testimony is the same as shirk towards Allah." He said this three times, after that he read the verse: 'So stay away from unclean idols and stay away from lying words. sincerely towards Allah, not associating anything with Him'. QS. Allah's blessings God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏{‏لَنْ تَزُولَ قَدَمُ شَاهِدِ الزُّورِ حَتَّى يُوجِبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ النَّارَ‏}‏‏.‏. Has told us [Suwaid bin Sa'id] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Al Furat] from [Muharib bin Ditsar] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Never the two feet of a person who swears falsely will not move until Allah puts him in hell (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2373.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ‏.‏ ‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Tharif] said, has told us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] from [Mujalid] from [Amir] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam permitted the testimony of some of the people of the book over others (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2374.) 7th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَقَالَ اشْهَدْ أَنِّي قَدْ نَحَلْتُ النُّعْمَانَ مِنْ مَالِي كَذَا وَكَذَا ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَكُلَّ بَنِيكَ نَحَلْتَ مِثْلَ الَّذِي نَحَلْتَ النُّعْمَانَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَأَشْهِدْ عَلَى هَذَا غَيْرِي ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ أَلَيْسَ يَسُرُّكَ أَنْ يَكُونُوا لَكَ فِي الْبِرِّ سَوَاءً ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ بَلَى ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَلاَ إِذًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bisyr Bakr bin Khalaf] said, has told us [Yazid bin Zurai'] from [Dawud bin Abu Hind] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [An Nu'man bin Basyir] said that his father once took him to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "Behold, indeed I have given An Nu'man from my money so and so!" he said: "Did you also do this for your other son, as you did to Nu'man?" he answered, "No." He said: "Look for someone else to be a witness." Then he continued: "Wouldn't you like it if their goodness for you was the same?" he answered, "Sure." He said: "So do not do that (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2375.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God willing وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَاهُ عَنِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَأَنَّهُ جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُشْهِدُهُ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ أَكُلَّ وَلَدِكَ نَحَلْتَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَارْدُدْهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Sufyan] from [Az Zuhri] from [Humaid bin 'Abdurrahman] and [Muhammad bin An Nu'man bin Basyir] both of them have told him from [An Nu'man bin Basyir] that his father gave him a slave, then his father asked him to meet the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam to be a witness. He then said: "Did you give all your children?" he answered, "No." He said: "Return the slave (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2376.) 9th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يُعْطِيَ الْعَطِيَّةَ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعَ فِيهَا إِلاَّ الْوَالِدَ فِيمَا يُعْطِي وَلَدَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Basysyar] and [Abu Bakr bin Khallad Al Bahili] both said; has told us [Ibn Abu Adi] from [Husain Al Mu'allim] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [Thawus] from [Ibn Abbas] and [Ibn Umar] both of them related this hadith to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "It is not permissible for a man to give a gift and then ask for it back, except for a parent regarding something he gave to his child (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2377.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ يَرْجِعْ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي هِبَتِهِ إِلاَّ الْوَالِدَ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Jamil bin Al Hasan] said, has told us [Abdul A'la] Has told us [Sa'id] from [Amir Al Ahwal] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Prophet of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Let none of you take back what he has given, except parents to their children (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2378.) 11th Hadith. God willing يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لاَ عُمْرَى فَمَنْ أُعْمِرَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Yahya bin Zakaria bin Abu Za`idah] from [Muhammad bin Amru] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "There is no umra, so whoever is given an umra for something then (something) becomes his (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2379.) 12th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ مَنْ أَعْمَرَ رَجُلاً عُمْرَى لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ فَقَدْ قَطَعَ قَوْلُهُ حَقَّهُ فِيهَا فَهِيَ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَ وَلِعَقِبِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, it has been reported to us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Abu Salamah] from [Jabir] he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: "Whoever gives an Umra to someone and his descendants, indeed his words sever his right to get that Umra back. Then the umra will belong to the person who has been entrusted to it and his descendants (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2380.) 13th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing جَعَلَ الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Sufyan] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [Thawus] from [Hujr Al Madari] from [Zaid bin Tsabit] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam determined that umra can be owned by heirs (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2381.) 14th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind أُرْقِبَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ حَيَاتَهُ وَمَمَاتَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَالرُّقْبَى أَنْ يَقُولَ هُوَ لِلآخَرِ مِنِّي وَمِنْكَ مَوْتًا ‏.‏. Has told us [Ishaq bin Manshur] said, has told us [Abdurrazaq] said, has told us [Ibn Juraij] from ['Atha] from [Habib bin Abu Thabit] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There is no ruqba, whoever is given a ruqba has the right to have it both in life and after death." Ibn Umar explained: "Ruqba is someone saying, 'It will belong to another person who has died between me and you (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2382.) 15th Hadith. God bless you وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ، عَنْ أَبِي God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهْ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Amru bin Rafi'] said, has told us [Husyaim]. (In another line it is stated) Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] both said; has told us [Dawud] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said, "Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Umra is permissible for those who are given it, and ruqba is permissible for those who are given it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2383.) 16th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ إِنَّ مَثَلَ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abu Usamah] from [Auf] from [Khilas] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "For example, a person who asks for something back that he has given is like a dog that eats, when it is full it spits it out and then goes back to eating it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2384.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you God willing God bless you كَالْعَائِدِ فِي قَيْئِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Basysyar] and [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] both said; has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] said, has told us [Syu'bah] he said; I heard [Qatadah] narrate from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The person who returns to ask for his gift is like the person who eats back his vomit (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2385.) 18th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ "" الْعَائِدُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَالْكَلْبِ يَعُودُ فِي قَيْئِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdullah bin Yusuf Al 'Ar'ari] said, has told us [Yazid bin Abu Hakim] said, has told us [Al 'Umari] from [Zaid bin Aslam] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A person who asks for his gift back is like a dog that takes back its vomit (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2386.) 19th hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing "‏ الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِهِبَتِهِ مَا لَمْ يُثَبْ مِنْهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us that [Ali bin Muhammad] and [Muhammad bin Ismai] both said; has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Isma'il bin Mujammi' bin Jariyah Al Anshar] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A person is more entitled to his gift as long as he controls it (has not given it to another) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2387.) 20th hadith. Allah's blessings الصَّيْدَلاَنِيُِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ فِي خُطْبَةٍ خَطَبَهَا ‏ "‏ لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ فِي مَالِهَا إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا إِذَا هُوَ مَلَكَ عِصْمَتَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Yusuf Ar Raqqi Muhammad bin Ahmad Ash Shaidalani] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Salamah] from [Al Mutsanna bin Ash Shabbah] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said in his sermon: "A woman cannot use her money without her husband's permission, if her husband is legal marry her (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2388.) 21st Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing اللَّهِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، - رَجُلٌ مِنْ وَلَدِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ - God willing - God willing - God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ لاَ يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ فِي مَالِهَا إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا فَهَلِ اسْتَأْذَنْتِ كَعْبًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ ‏.‏ God willing مَالِكٍ زَوْجِهَا فَقَالَ ‏"‏ هَلْ أَذِنْتَ لِخَيْرَةَ أَنْ تَتَصَدَّقَ بِحُلِيِّهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ ‏.‏ فَقَبِلَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْهَا ‏. Has told us [Harmalah bi Yahya] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] said, has told me [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Abdullah bin Yahya] -a son of Ka'b bin Malik- from [his father] from [his grandfather] that his grandmother Khairah -the wife of Ka'b bin Malik- came to meet Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam bringing jewelry, then he said, "I want to give this jewelry to charity." Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said to him: "A wife cannot give charity except with her husband's permission. Have you asked Ka'b's permission?" he answered: "Yes." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam then sent someone to Ka'b bin Malik her husband to ask: "Have you allowed Khairah to give alms with her jewelry?" Ka'b answered, "Yes." Finally, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam received his alms (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2389.) 22nd Hadith. God willing وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing صَدَقَتِكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Hisyam bin Sa'd] from [Zaid bin Aslam] from [his father] from [Umar bin Al Khaththab] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not ask for your alms back (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2390.) 23rd Hadith. God willing God willing God willing مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْن؏ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فَيَأْكُلُ قَيْئَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us ['Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasyqi] said, has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] said, has told us [Al Auza'i] said, has told me [Abu Ja'far Muhammad bin Ali] said, has told me [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] said, has told me [Abdullah bin Al Abbas] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Permislah a person who gives charity then asks for it back is like a dog that vomits and then eats it again (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2391.) 24th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَعْنِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ تَصَدَّقَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَأَبْصَرَ صَاحِبَهَا يَبِيعُهَا بِكَسْرٍ فَأَتَي صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ ذَلْ تَبْتَعْ صَدَقَتَكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Tamim bin Al Muntashir Al Wasithi] said, it has been told to us [Ishaq bin Yusuf] from [Sharik] from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [Umar bin Abdullah bin Umar] namely from [his father] from his grandfather [Umar] that during the time of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he once gave alms to a horse (to someone), then the owner sold it back at a cheap price. So he went to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and asked about it, he then answered: "Don't buy back your alms (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2392.) 25th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing يُقَالُ لَهُ غَمْرٌ أَوْ غَمْرَةٌ فَرَأَى مُهْرًا أَوْ love فَنَهَى عَنْهَا ‏.‏. Has told us [Yahya bin Hakim] said, has told us [Yazid bin Harun] said, has told us [Sulaiman At Taimi] from [Abu Uthman An Nahdi] from [Abdullah bin Amir] from [Zubair bin Awwam] that he rode a horse named Ghamrun or Ghamrah, then he saw a male or female foal from several foals being sold and attributed it to his horse, so he forbade it. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki'] from [Sufyan] from [Abdullah bin 'Atha] from [Abdullah bin Buraidah] from [his father] he said, "A woman came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "O Rasulullah, I gave alms to my mother by giving a female slave, but my mother died?" he replied: "May Allah reward you, and Allah will return it. to you as an inheritance (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2394.) 27th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَعْطَيْتُ أُمِّي حَدِيقَةً لِي وَإِنَّهَا مَاتَتْ وَلَمْ تَتْرُكْ وَارِثًا غَيْرِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings إِلَيْكَ حَدِيقَتُكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Ja'far Ar Raqqi] said, has told us [Ubaidullah] from [Abdul Karim] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "A man came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and asked, "I gave my garden to my mother, but she died. And my mother left no heirs except me?" then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Your alms have been accepted, and the garden will return to you (as an inheritance) (Degree: authentic. God willing فَاسْتَأْمَرَهُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مَالاً بِخَيْبَرَ لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالاً قَطُّ هُوَ أَنْفَسُ God bless you حَبَسْتَ أَصْلَهَا وَتَصَدَّقْتَ بِهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَعَمِلَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَلاَ يُورَثَ تَصَدَّقَ بِهَا لِلْفُقَرَاِ وَفِي الْقُرْبَى وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنّ وَالضَّيْفِ لاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ وَلِيَهَا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْهَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَوْ يُطْعِمَ صَدِيقًا غَيْرَ مُتَمَوِّلٍ ‏.‏. Has told us [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdlami] said, has told us [Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] from [Ibn Aun] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said; Umar bin Al Khaththab received a piece of land in Khaibar, then he came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam asking for a solution. He then said, "O Messenger of Allah, I got property in the form of a plot of land in Khaibar, and I don't have anything that I like more than that, so what do you order me to do?" he said: "If you want, keep holding the land and please give alms from it." Ibn Umar said, "Then Umar did that, he did not sell, did not give away, and did not bequeath the land. He gave alms of the property to the poor, relatives, fi sabilillah, Ibn Sabil, and guests. And for the people who took care of it, he could eat it with goodness, or entertain his friends without commercializing it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2396.) 29th Hadith. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan bin Uyainah] dari [Syabib bin Gharqadah] dari [Urwah Al Bariqi] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah memberikan uang satu dinar kepadanya agar ia gunakan untuk membeli seekor kambing. Lalu ia memberi dua ekor kambing, kemudian menjual salah satunya dengan harga satu dinar. Setelah itu ia datang menemui Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dengan membawa uang satu dinar dan seekor kambing. Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam lalu mendoakannya dengan keberkahan." Beliau bersabda: "Sungguh, sekiranya ia membeli tanah, ia akan tetap beruntung." Lalu ia (peminjam) berkata, "Aku tidak memiliki sesuatu untuk aku berikan kepadamu." Ia (pemilik uang) berkata, "Tidak, demi Allah. Aku tidak akan meninggalkanmu hingga kamu membayarku, atau kamu mendatangkan kepadaku seorang jaminan." Lalu ia membawanya kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam lantas bertanya: "Berapa lama waktu yang kamu berikan untuknya?" ia menjawab, "Satu bulan." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam kemudian bersabda: "Aku yang akan menjadi penjamin." Maka dia datang di waktu yang telah dikatakan Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam lalu bertanya kepadanya: "Dari mana kamu dapatkan ini?" Ia menjawab, "Dari harta temuan (harta karun)." Beliau bersabda: "Tidak ada kebaikan di sana." Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Basysyar] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Amir] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Utsman bin Abdullah bin Mauhab] ia berkata; aku mendengar [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] dari [Bapaknya] berkata, "Pernah didatangkan jenazah kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam agar dishalati, namun beliau bersabda: "Shalatlah untuk sahabat kalian. Sesungguhnya ia masih mempunyai hutang." Abu Qatadah lalu berkata, "Aku yang akan menaggungnya." Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Dengan sempurna?" ia menjawab, "Dengan sempurna."
