Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God bless you فَأَتَيْتُ بِهِمَا النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَمَرَنِي بِأَكْلِهِمَا .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Abu Al Ahwash] from ['Ashim] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Muhammad bin Shaifi] he said, "I slaughtered two rabbits using a sharp white stone, then I brought them both to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he ordered me to eat the results of the slaughter (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3175.) 2nd hadith. Allah's blessings God willing مُهَاجِرٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind فَذَبَحُوهَا بِمَرْوَةٍ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي أَكْلِهَا .. Has told us [Abu Bisyr Bakr bin Khalaf] has told us [Ghundar] has told us [Syu'bah] I heard [Hadlir bin Muhajir] heard from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] from [Zaid bin Thabit], that a wolf grabbed a goat and then they slaughtered the goat using a sharp white stone, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) gave them permission to eat the goat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3176.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you الرَّحْمَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنْ God willing نَصِيدُ الصَّيْدَ فَلاَ نَجِدُ سِكِّينًا إِلاَِ وَشِقَّةَ الْعَصَا . قَالَ " أَمْرِرِ الدَّمَ بِمَا شِئْتَ وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysrar] has told us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] has told us [Sufyan] from [Simak bin Harb] from [Murri bin Qathari] from ['Adi bin Hatim] he said, "I said, "O Messenger of Allah, we are hunting game and we have no knives except stones or the (sharp) side of a stick." He said: "Flow blood (slaughter) with anything and mention the name of Allah over the kill (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3177.) 4th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you, God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace " مَا أَنْهَرَ الدَّمَ وَذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ فَكُلْ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وَالظُّفْرَ مُدَى الْحَبَشَةِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] has told us [Umar bin 'Ubaid At Thanafisi] from [Sa'id bin Masruq] from ['Abayah bin Rifa'ah] from his grandfather [Rafi' bin Khadij] he said, "We were with Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on a journey, then I said, "O Rasulullah, when we were in a battle, did we not carry sharp knives?" So he said: "Whatever can flow blood (in slaughter) and is called the name of Allah, eat, apart from teeth and nails, because teeth are bones while nails are knives for the Habasyah people (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3178.) 5th Hadith. God willing God bless you عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ، - قَالَ عَطَاءٌ لاَ Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God bless you. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَدَحَسَ بِهَا حَتَّى تَوَارَتْ إِلَى الإِبْطِ وَقَالَ " يَا غُلاَمُ هَكَذَا فَاسْلُخْ " . ثُمَّ مَضَى وَصَلَّى لِلنَّاسِ وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ .. Has told us [Abu Kuraib] has told us [Marwan bin Mu'awiyah] has told us [Hilal bin Maimun Al Juhani] from ['Atha bin Yazid Al Laitsi] -'Atha said; I do not know apart from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam passed by a young man who was skinning a goat, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "Step aside so I can show you how." So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam put his hand between the skin and the flesh then peeled it back to the back of the armpit while saying: "O young man, that's the way to do it, so skin it." Then he left and prayed with the people without performing ablution first (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3179.) 6th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing أَتَى رَجُلاً مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فَأَخَذَ الشَّفْرَةَ لِيَذْبَحَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " وَالْحَلُوبَ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Khalaf bin Khalifah]. (in another way it is stated) It has been told to us that [Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim] has told us [Marwan bin Mu'awiyah] everything from [Yazid bin Kaisan] from [Abu Hazim] from [Abu Hurairah], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came to one of the friends of the Ansar, so the man took a knife to slaughter the animal prepared for the Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam then said to him: "Do not slaughter a goat that has milk (milk) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3180.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing " God إِلَى الْوَاقِفِيِّ " ." God willing وَأَهْلاً . ثُمَّ أَخَذَ الشَّفْرَةَ ثُمَّ جَالَ فِي God willing إِيَّاكَ وَالْحَلُوبَ " ." " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Abdurrahman bin Al Muharibi] from [Yahya bin 'Ubaidullah] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; has told me [Abu Bakr bin Abu Quhafah], that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him and to Umar: 'Go with us both of you to meet Al Waqifi (i.e. Abu Al Hitsam Al Ansari)." Abu Bakr said, "Then we went to meet him under the moonlight until we met him in a garden." So Al Waqifi said, "Welcome." Then he took a knife and slaughtered a goat. Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said: "Do not slaughter (goats) that have milk." Or he said: "Those that have a lot of milk (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3181.) 8th Hadith. God willing God willing لِكَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، ذَبَحَتْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عليه وسلم ـ فَلَمْ يَرَ بِهِ بَأْسًا .. It has been told to us that [Hannad bin As Sarri] has told us ['Abdah bin Sulaiman] from ['Ubaidullah] from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Ka'ab bin Malik] from [his father], that a woman slaughtered a goat with a stone, then the incident was reported to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, but he did not mind it (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3182.) 9th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing خَدِيجٍ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ـ فِي God bless you God willing - أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ - كَأَوَابِدِ الْوَحْشِ فَمَا غَلَبَكُمْ مِنْهَا فَاصْنَعُوا بِهِ هَكَذَا " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] has told us [Umar bin 'Ubaid] from [Sa'id bin Masruq] from ['Abayah bin Rifa'ah] from his grandfather [Rafi' bin Khadij] he said, "We were with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on a journey, suddenly a camel got loose until a man threw an arrow at it, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said: "Indeed, this camel has a wild character." I think he said "...like a wild animal, and if you can't catch it then treat it like this (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3183.) 10th Hadith. God willing وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعُشَرَاءِ، God bless you الذَّكَاةُ إِلاَّ فِي الْحَلْقِ وَاللَِ طَعَنْتَ فِي فَخِذِهَا لأَجْزَأَكَ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Waki'] from [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Abu Al 'Usyra] from [his father] he said, "I said, "O Messenger of Allah, isn't slaughtering (which is syar'i) only in the throat and lower neck?" He said: "If you stab in the thigh, then that is enough for you (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3184.) 11th Hadith. God willing God bless you مُوسَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Abdullah bin Sa'id] both said; has told us ['Uqbah bin Khalid] from [Musa bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim At Taimi] from [His father] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade mutilating livestock (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3185.) 12th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing الله عليه وسلم ـ عَنْ صَبْرِ الْبَهَائِمِ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] from [Syu'bah] from [Hisyam bin Zaid bin Anas bin Malik] from [Anas bin Malik] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade harming livestock (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3186.) 13th Hadith. Allah's blessings وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلاَّدٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم ـ " لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا شَيْئًا فِيهِ الرُّوحُ غَرَضًا " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki']. (in another way it is stated) Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Khallad Al Bahili] has told us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] both said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Simak] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not make animate things as targets (archery or shooting) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3187.) 14th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ شَىْءٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ صَبْرًا .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] has told us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] has told us [Ibn Juraij] has told us [Abu Az Zubair] that he heard [Jabir bin Abdullah] say, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade using caged animals as targets (archery or shooting) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3188.) 15th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ نَهَى may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْجَلاَّلَةِ وَأَلْبَانِهَا .. Has told us [Suwaid bin Sa'id] has told us [Ibn Abu Za`idah] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Ibn Abu Najih] from [Mujahid] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade eating the meat and milk of jalalah (dung-eating animals) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3189.) 16th Hadith. God willing وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ God willing نَحَرْنَا فَرَسًا فَأَكَلْنَا مِنْ لَحْمِهِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ .. Has told us [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Waki'] from [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] from [Fatimah bint Al Mundzir] from [Asma bint Abu Bakr] he said, "At the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam we once slaughtered horses and ate their meat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3190.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يَقُولُ أَكَلْنَا زَمَنَ خَيْبَرَ الْخَيْلَ وَحُمُرَ الْوَحْشِ .. Has told us [Bakr bin Khalaf Abu Bisyr] has told us [Abu 'Ashim] has told us [Ibn Juraij] has told me [Abu Az Zubair] that he heard [Jabir bin Abdullah] say, "At the time of the conquest of Khaibar we used to eat the meat of wild horses and donkeys (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3191.) 18th Hadith. God willing مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، قَالَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ وَنَحْنُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَقَدْ أَصَابَ الْقَوْمُ حُمُرًا خَارِجًا مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ prayer مُنَادِي النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنِ اكْفَئُوا God willing . فَأَكْفَأْنَاهَا . فَقُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهَا تَأْكُلُ الْعَذِرَةَ .. Has told us [Suwaid bin Sa'id] has told us [Ali bin Mushir] from [Abu Ishaq Asy Syaibani] he said, "I asked [Abdullah bin Abu Aufa] about the meat of domestic donkeys, he answered, "At the time of the conquest of Khaibar we once suffered from famine, at that time we were with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then a group of people caught a donkey outside the city of Medina and we slaughtered it. When our pots were boiling, suddenly a caller of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam shouted, 'Turn off (the fire in) your pots, don't eat any donkey meat.' So we put it to death." Then I asked Abdullah bin Abu Aufa, 'Did he forbid it?' 19th hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الإِنْسِيَّةَ .. Has told us [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Zaid bin Hubab] from [Mu'awiyah bin Salih] has told me [Al Hasan bin Jabir] from [Al Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib Al Kindi], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade several things, until he also mentioned tame donkey meat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3193.) 20th hadith. God willing God bless you God bless you وسلم ـ أَنْ نُلْقِيَ لُحُومَ الْحُمُرِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ نِيئَةً وَنَضِيجَةً ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْمُرْنَا بِهِ بَعْدُ .. Has told us [Suwaid bin Sa'id] has told us [Ali bin Mushir] from ['Ashim] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Al Barra` bin 'Azib] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered us to throw away the meat of tame donkeys, both raw and cooked, then he never ordered us (to eat it) again (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3194.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing ." أَهْرِيقُوا مَا فِيهَا وَاكْسِرُوهَا " ." مِنَ الْقَوْمِ أَوْ نُهَرِيقُ مَا فِيهَا وَنَغْسِلُهََ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَوْ ذَاكَ " .. Has told us [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib] has told us [Al Mughirah bin Abdurrahman] from [Yazid bin Abu 'Ubaid] from [Salamah bin Al Akwa'] he said, "We fought with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in the Khaibar War. When towards evening the people lit fires, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Why are you lighting fires?" They answered, "We want to (cook) the meat of a tamed donkey." So he said: "Spill out what is in it (the pot) and break it (the pot)." Then one of them said, "Wouldn't it be better if we threw it away and then washed it?" 22nd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing God willing God willing وَرَسُولَهُ يَم الأَهْلِيَّةِ فَإِنَّهَا رِجْسٌ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] has told us [Abdurrazaq] has told us [Ma'mar] from [Ayyub] from [Ibn Sirin] from [Anas bin Malik], that a caller of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam exclaimed, "Indeed, Allah and His Messenger have forbidden you (to eat) the meat of tame donkeys, indeed it is dirty (unclean) (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3196.) 23rd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing وَمَعْمَرٌ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing نَأْكُلُ لُحُومَ الْخَيْلِ . قُلْتُ فَالْبِغَالُ قَالَ لاَ .. Has told us ['Amru bin Abdullah] has told us [Waki'] from [Sufyan]. (in another line mentioned) Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] has told us [Abdurrazaq] has told us [Ats Tsauri] and [Ma'mar] everything from [Abdul Karim Al Jazari] from ['Atha] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said, "We used to eat horse meat." I asked, "What about bighal meat?" he answered, "No (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3197.) 24th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَالْحَمِيرِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mushaffa] has told us [Baqiyah] has told me [Tsaur bin Yazid] from [Salih bin Yahya bin Al Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] from [Khalid bin Walid] he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade (eating) horse meat, bighal meat and donkey meat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3198.) 25th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you ذَكَاةَ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ " ." may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فِي قَوْلِهِمْ فِي الذَّكَاةِ لَا يُقْضَى بِهَا مَذِمَّةٌ قَالَ مَذِمَّةٌ بِكَسْرِ الذَّالِ مِنْ الذِّمَامِ وَبِفَتْحِ الذَّالِ مِنْ الذَّمِّ. Has told us [Abu Kuraib] has told us [Abdullah bin Al Mubarak] and [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] and [Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Mujalid] from [Abu Waddak] from [Abu Sa'id] he said, "We asked the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about the fetus (animal). He said: "Eat if you want, because the slaughter is in slaughtering his mother." Abu Abdullah said, "I heard Al Kusaj Ishaq bin Mansur say regarding their words regarding slaughter, "It is not a reprehensible thing." The narrator said, "Madzimmah with the letter 'dzal' comes from the word 'Ad Dzimam' (disgrace), whereas if the letter 'dzal' is added to the fathah, it comes from the word 'Adz Dzammi (reproach) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3199.) 26th Hadith. God willing Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. مُغَفَّلٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَمَرَ God bless you " . ثُمَّ رَخَّصَ لَهُمْ فِي كَلْبِ الصَّيْدِ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Syababah] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Abu At Tayyah] he said; I heard [Mutharrif] tell from [Abdullah bin Mughaffal], that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered to kill dogs, then he said: 'What is the benefit of them keeping dogs.' Then he gave relief to hunting dogs (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3200.) 27th Hadith. God bless you God willing مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ God bless you اللَّهِ بْنْ وسلم ـ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلاَبِ ثُمَّ قَالَ " مَا لَهُمْ وَلِلْكِلاَبِ " . ثُمَّ رَخَّصَ لَهُمْ فِي كَلْبِ الزَّرْعِ وَكَلْبِ الْعِينِ . حِيطَانُ الْمَدِينَةِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] has told us [Uthman bin Umar]. (in another way it is stated) Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Walid] has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] both said; has told us [Syu'bah] from [Abu At Tayyah] he said; I heard [Mutharrif] from [Abdullah bin Mughaffal], that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered to kill dogs, then he said: 'What is the benefit of them keeping dogs.' Then he gave relief to them as crop guard dogs and livestock guard dogs." Bundar said, "Al 'Ain means city boundary wall (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3201.) 28th Hadith. God bless you God willing اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلاَبِ .. Has told us [Suwaid bin Sa'id] has told us [Malik bin Anas] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered the killing of dogs (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3202.) 29th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing الْكِلاَبُ تُقْتَلُ إِلاَّ كَلْبَ صَيْدٍ أَوْ مَاشِيَةٍ .. Kami juga tinggal di negeri yang (penduduknya) suka berburu, aku berburu dengan panah dan anjing yang terlatih yang belum terlatih." Abu Tsa'labah berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menjawab: "Adapun yang kamu katakan bahwa kalian tinggal di negeri Ahlul kitab, maka janganlah kalian makan dengan bejana-bejana mereka kecuali jika kalian tidak mendapatkan yang lain. Jika memang tidak ada yang lain maka cucilah tempat makanan tersebut terlebih dahulu kemudian gunakanlah ia untuk makan. Sedangkan yang kamu sebutkan tentang urusan berburu, maka buruan yang kamu dapat dengan panahmu, sebutlah nama Allah kemudian makanlah. Sedangkan binatang buruan yang kamu dapatkan dari hasil buruan anjing yang terlatih, maka sebutlah nama Allah lalu makanlah (buruan tersebut), sementara hasil buruanmu dengan anjingmu yang tidakterlatih dan kamu dapat menyembelihnya, maka makanlah (buruan tersebut) (Derajat: shahih. Dan jika anjing itu disertai dengan anjing lain ketika menangkapnya, maka janganlah kamu memakan (buruan tersebut)."Ibnu Majah berkata, "Saya mendengar Ali bin Mundzir berkata, "Saya berhaji lima puluh delapan kali dan kebanyakan haji yang saya laksanakan dengan berjalan kaki (Derajat: shahih.
