Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind "" . قَالَتْ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ.. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Abdurrahim bin Sulaiman] from [Zakaria] from [Ash Sha'bi] from [Abu Salamah] that [Aisyah] has told him, that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "Indeed, Gabriel conveys greetings to you." Aisyah answered, "Wa 'alaihis salaam wa Rahmatullah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3696.) 2nd hadith. God willing God bless you قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ فَقُولُوا وَعَلَيْكُمْ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us ['Abdah bin Sulaiman] and [Muhammad bin Bisyr] from [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Anas bin Malik] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If one of you is greeted by a person of the book, then answer with, 'Wa 'alaikum (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3697.) 3rd Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing God willing . فَقَالَ " وَعَلَيْكُمْ " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Muslim] from [Masruq] from [Aisha], that a group of Jews came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then they said, "AS SAAMU ALAIKA YAA ABAL QASIM (Death be upon you, O Abu Qasim)." So he answered: "Wa 'alaikum (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3698.) 4th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you فَقُولُوا وَعَلَيْكُمْ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Ibnu Numair] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Yazid bin Abu Habib] from [Martsad bin Abdullah Al Yazani] from [Abu Abdurrahman Al Juhani] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, tomorrow I will come to meet the Jews, so do not precede them with greetings, and when they say greet you, then say, 'Wa 'alaikum (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Abu Bakar] has told us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] from [Humaid] from [Anas] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam met us who were still children at that time, he then greeted us (Degree: authentic. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَتْ مَرَّ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي نِسْوَةٍ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْنَا .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Ibn Abu Husain] he said; he heard from [Syahr bin Hausyab] saying; [Asma bint Yazid] reported to him, she said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam passed by us in a group of women, then he greeted us (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3701.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you God bless you " ." وَلَكِنْ تَصَافَحُوا " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] from [Jarir bin Hazim] from [Hanzhalah bin Abdurrahman As Sadusi] from [Anas bin Malik] he said, "We said, "O Messenger of Allah, should some of us bow to others?" He answered: "No." We asked again, "Can some of us hug others?" He answered: "No, but shake hands with each other. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3702.) 8th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing عَازِبٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ فَيَتَصَافَحَانِ إِلاَّ غُفِرَ لَهُمَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَفَرَّقَا " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] and [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Al Ajlah] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Al Barra bin 'Azib] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "There are no two muslim people who meet each other, then shake hands unless both are forgiven before they part. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3703.) 9th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنَ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنْ God bless you وسلم ـ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Muhammad bin Fudlail] has told us [Yazid bin Abu Ziyad] from [Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "We kissed the hand of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3704.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing عَمْرِو بْنّ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَبَّلُوا يَدَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَرِجْلَيْهِ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Abdullah bin Idris] and [Ghundar] and [Abu Usamah] from [Syu'bah] from ['Amru bin Murrah] from [Abdullah bin Salamah] from [Shafwan bin 'Assal], that a group of Jews kissed the hands and feet of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3705.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. Allah's blessings فَانْصَرَفَ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ عُمَرُ مَا رَدَّكَ قَالَ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings دَخَلْنَا وَإِنْ لَمْ يُؤْذَنْ لَنَا رَجَعْنَا . قَالَ فَقَالَ لَتَأْتِيَنِّي عَلَى هَذَا بِبَيِّنَةٍ أَوْ لأَفْعَلَنَّ . فَأَتَى مَجْلِسَ قَوْمِهِ فَنَاشَدَهُمْ فَشَهِدُوا لَهُ فَخَلَّى سَبِيلَهُ .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Yazid bin Harun] has told us [Daud bin Abu Hind] from [Abu Nadlrah] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] that Abu Musa asked Umar for permission (to enter) three times, but he was not given permission, so Abu Musa left to go home. After that Umar sent (a messenger to him and asked), "What caused you to leave?" Abu Musa answered, "I have asked permission three times as Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered us. If we are permitted, then we will enter and if not permitted then we will leave." Abu Sa'id said, "Umar said, "Give me proof of this or I will (punish you)." So Abu Musa went to the assembly of his people and revealed to them (the proof) and they witnessed (Abu Musa's words). Then Umar let him go (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3706.) 12th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing God willing السَّلاَمُ فَمَا الاِسْتِئْنَاسُ قَالَ "" God bless you and your friends وَيَتَنَحْنَحُ وَيُؤْذِنُ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Abdurrahim bin Sulaiman] from [Washil bin As Sa`ib] from [Abu Saurah] from [Abu Ayyub Al Ansari] he said, "We asked, "O Messenger of Allah, we already know about greetings, so what about asking permission?" He answered: "One should say tasbih, takbir and tahmid, then clear his throat and ask permission from the owner of the house (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3707.) 13th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهْ God willing God willing وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي يَتَنَحْنَحُ لِي .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Abu Bakr bin 'Ayyasy] from [Mughirah] from [Al Harith] from [Abdullah bin Nujja] from [Ali] he said, "I have two times to meet the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, at night and during the day, and if I meet him while he is praying, then he will clear his throat at me (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3708.) 14th Hadith. God willing وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " مَنْ هَذَا " . فَقُلْتُ أَنَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَنَا أَنَا " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Waki'] from [Syu'bah] from [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] from [Jabir] he said, "I asked permission from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he said: "Who is this." I answered, "It is me." So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "I, I (as if he did not like the answer) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3709.) 15th Hadith. God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهْ God bless you رَسُولَ اللَّهْ صَائِمًا وَلَمْ يَعُدْ سَقِيمًا " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Isa bin Yunus] from [Abdullah bin Muslim] from [Abdurrahman bin Sabith] from [Jabir] he said, "How are you doing this morning, O Messenger of Allah?" He answered: "Better than the person who does not fast in the morning and does not visit the sick (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3710.) 16th Hadith. God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing عَلَيْهِمْ فَقَالَ " السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ " . قَالُوا وَعَلَيْكَ السَّلاَمُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ . قَالَ " كَيْفَ أَصْبَحْتُمْ " . قَالُوا بِخَيْرٍ God bless you يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ " أَصْبَحْتُ بِخَيْرٍ أَحْمَدُ اللَّهَ " .. Has told us [Abu Ishaq Al Harwi Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Hatim] has told us [Abdullah bin Uthman bin Ishaq bin Sa'd bin Abu Waqash] has told me [my grandfather, namely my mother's father Malik bin Hamzah bin Abu Usaid As Sa'idi] from [his father] from [his grandfather Abu Usaid As Sa'idii] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to 'Abbas Bin Abdul Muththalib, and he met his companions and said; "Assalamu'alaikum". They answered; "Wa'alaikumussalam warahmatullah wabarakatuh (and to you also may salvation, Allah's mercy and His blessings be poured out)." He asked: "How are you this morning?", they answered; "Okay, we thank Allah, and how are you this morning? For the sake of my father and mother, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied: "Okay, I thank Allah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3711.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God bless you ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا أَتَاكُمْ كَرِيمُ قَوْمٍ فَأَكْرِمُوهُ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Shabah] has told us [Sa'id bin Maslamah] from [Ibn 'Ajlan] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn 'Umar] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "When a leader of a people comes to you, then glorify him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3712.) 18th Hadith. God willing يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ عَطَسَ رَجُلاَنِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَشَمَّتَ أَحَدَهُمَا - أَوْ سَمَّتَ - وَلَمْ يُشَمِّتِ الآخَرَ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ عَطَسَ عِنْدَكَ رَجُلاَنْ الآخَرَ فَقَالَ " إِنَّ هَذَا حَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَإِنَّ هَذَا لَمْ يَحْمَدِ اللَّهَ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Yazid bin Harun] from [Sulaiman At Taimi] from [Anas bin Malik] he said; "There were two men who were sneezing next to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then one of them prayed for him but the other did not reply to his prayer, so he was asked: "O Messenger of Allah, there were two men who sneezed, then one of them prayed for him, but the other did not reply to his prayer." So he answered: "Indeed, the one (namely the one who prayed) has praised Allah, but the other one (who does not answer his prayer) does not praise Allah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3713.) 19th hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing فَهُوَ مَزْكُومٌ " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] from ['Ikrimah bin 'Ammar] from [Iyyas bin Salamah bin Al Akwa'] from [his father] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "People who sneeze are prayed for three times, if he sneezes more than three times it means he is suffering from flu (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3714.) 20th hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنْ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا عَطَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ . وَلْيَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِ مَنْ حَوْلَهُ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ . وَلْيَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِمْ يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Ali bin Mushir] from [Ibn Abu Lalila] from [Isa bin Abdurrahman] from [Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila] from [Ali] he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If one of you sneezes, then say: "Alhamdulillah", and let the people around him answer: "Yarhamukallah", (may Allah have mercy on you). And let the person who sneezes answer: "Yahdikumullah wa yushlih baalakum" (may Allah give you guidance and improve your condition) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3715.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing فَكَلَّمَهَ God willing يَدِهِ حَتَّى يَكُونَ هُوَ الَّذِي يَنْزِعُهَا وَلَمْ يُرَ مُتَقَدِّمًا بِرُكْبَتَيْهِ جَلِيسًا لَهُ قَطُّ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] from [Abu Yahya At Thawil] a man from the people of Kufa, from [Zaid bin Al 'Ammi] from [Anas Bin Malik] he said; "When the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam met someone and he asked him to talk, then he did not turn his face away from that person so that the person himself turned away, and when he shook hands, he did not remove his hand so that he himself let go of it, he was also never seen leading his seatmate on both knees (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3716.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you God willing هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " God willing أَحَقُّ بِهِ " .. Has told us ['Amru bin Rafi'] has told us [Jarir] from [Suhail bin Abu Salih] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "If one of you rises from the Majlis, then he returns again, then he is more entitled to his seat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3717.) 23rd Hadith. God bless you حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنَ مِينَاءَ، عَنْ جَوْدَانَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى God willing فَلَمْ يَقْبَلْهَا كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُ خَطِيئَةِ صَاحِبِ مَكْسٍ " ." Allah's blessings God willing جَوْدَانَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مِثْلَهُ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] has told us [Sufyan] from [Ibn Juraij] from [Ibn Mina`] from [Judan] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam: "Whoever offers an apology to his brother, but he does not accept it, then for him it is like the mistake of a customs collector (who collects something without right)." Has told us [Muhammad bin Isma'il] has told us [Waki'] from [Sufyan] from [Ibn Juraij] from [Al Abbas bin Abdurrahman namely Ibn Mina`] from [Judan] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam like the above hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3718.) 24th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بَكْرٍ فِي تِجَارَةٍ إِلَى بُصْرَى قَبْلَ مَوْتِ النَّبِيِّ ـ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God bless you لِنُعَيْمَانَ أَطْعِمْنِي . قَالَ حَتَّى يَجِيءَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ . قَالَ فَلأُغِيظَنَّكَ . قَْمٍ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ سُوَيْبِطٌ تَشْتَرُونَ مِنِّي عَبْدًا لِي قَالُوا نَعَمْ . قَالَ إِنَّهُ عَبْدٌ لَهُ كَلاَمٌ وَهُوَ قَائِلٌ لَكُمْ إِنِّي حُرٌّ . فَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ إِذَا قَالَ لَكُمْ هَذِهِ الْمَقَالَةَ تَرَكْتُمُوهُ فَلاَ تُفْسِدُوا عَلَىَّ عَبْدِي . قَالُوا لاَ بَلْ نَشْتَرِيهِ مِنْكَ . prayer فَوَضَعُوا فِي عُنُقِهِ عِمَامَةً أَوْ حَبْلاً . فَقَالَ نُعَيْمَانُ إِنَّ هَذَا يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِكُمْ وَإِنِّي حُرٌّ لَسْتُ بِعَبْدٍ . فَقَالُوا قَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا خَبَرَكَ . فَانْطَلَقُوا بِهِ فَجَاءَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَأَخْبَرُوهُ God willing . قَالَ فَاتَّبَعَ الْقَوْمَ وَرَدَّ عَلَيْهِمُ God bless you. God willing فَضَحِكَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَأَصْحَابُهُ مِنْهُ حَوْلاً .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Waki'] from [Zam'ah bin Salih] from [Az Zuhri] from [Wahb bin Abd bin Zam'ah] from [Ummu Salamah]. And it is narrated from another route, it has been told to us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] has told us [Zam'ah bin Salih] from [Az Zuhri] from [Abdullah bin Wahb bin Zam'ah] from [Ummu Salamah] he said; "A year before the death of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam Abu Bakr had gone out to trade in the Bushra country with Nu'aiman and Suwaibith bin Harmalah, - both of whom had participated in the Badr war - at that time it was Nu'aiman who brought supplies, while Suwaibit was a funny person, then he said to Nu'aiman; "Give me food." Nu'aiman answered; "Not until Abu Bakr comes." Therefore Suwaibith said: "Beware, I will teach you a lesson." Abdullah said; "Then they passed through the crowd. So Suwaibith said; "O people, spare me a slave!" They answered; "Yes, I will buy it." Suwaibith said; "He is a young man who has a twisted tongue, he will say to you "I am a free man", if you leave him because of that, then let him be and do not harm my slaves." they answered: "No, in fact we will buy it from you." Then they bought it for ten Qalais (ie; the price of a young female camel). After that they came to Nu'aiman while putting a turban around his neck or a rope." Then Nu'aiman said: "Indeed he has deceived you, in fact I am a free man, not a slave." They said: "He has told what you said." Then they took him away, not long after, Abu Bakr came and he was told about it." Abdullah said; "Then Abu Bakr immediately went to meet them and exchanged their Qala`is, and brought back Nu'aiman. Abdullah said; "When they arrived, they then told this to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam." Abdullah said; "Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam laughed, and so did his companions (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3719.) 25th Hadith. God bless you God willing مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يُخَالِطُنَا حَتَّى يَقُولَ لأَخٍ لِي صَغِيرٍ " يَا أَبَا عُمَيْرٍ مَا فَعَلَ النُّغَيْرُ " . قَالَ وَكِيعٌ يَعْنِي طَيْرًا كَانَ يَلْعَبُ بِهِ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] from [Syu'bah] from [Abu At Tayyah] he said; I heard [Anas bin Malik] say; "The Messenger of Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam sat with me until he said to me: "O Abu 'Umair What did Nughair (little bird) do?" Waki said; "What is meant is a bird that used to play with him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3720.) 26th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَقَالَ " هُوَ نُورُ الْمُؤْمِنِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us ['Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade plucking gray hair, and he said: "He is a light for the believers (Degree: authentic.
