Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God bless you وَلاَ تَكَنَّوْا بِكُنْيَتِي " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Sufyan] from [Jabir] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "You should name (yourselves) after me, and you should not give nicknames to me (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3736.) 2nd hadith. God willing عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابْ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِالْبَقِيي فَنَادَى رَجُلٌ رَجُلاً يَا أَبَا الْقَاِمِ God willing لَمْ أَعْنِكَ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " تَسَمَّوْا بِاسْمِي وَلاَ تَكْتَنُوا بِكُنْيَتِي " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Abdul Wahab At Tsaqafi] from [Humaid] from [Anas] he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was in Baqi', there was a man calling another man; "O Abu Qasim!" with my nickname (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3737.) 3rd Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنْ مَا لَكَ تَكْتَنِي بِأَبِي يَحْيَى وَلَيْسَ لَكَ وَلَدٌ . رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِأَبِي يَحْيَى .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Yahya bin Abu Bukair] has told us [Zuhair bin Muhammad] from [Abdullah bin Muhammad bin 'Aqil] from [Hamzah bin Shuhaib] that Umar said to [Shuhaib]; "Why are you nicknamed Abu Yahya? Even though you don't have children?" he answered; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave me the nickname Abu Yahya (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3738.) 4th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing أَزْوَاجِكَ كَنَّيْتَهُ غَيْرِي ." عَبْدِ اللَّهِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Waki'] from [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] from [former slave Az Zubair] from ['Aisha] he said to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam: "You have given all your wives chewed (nicknames) except me." He said: "Then you (I nicknamed you) Umm 'Abdillah (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3739.) 5th Hadith. God willing وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَأْتِينَا فَيَقُولُ لأَخٍ لِي وَكَانَ صَغِيرًا " يَا أَبَا عُمَيْرٍ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Waki'] from [Syu'bah] from [Abu At Tayyah] from [Anas] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam once came to us, then he said to my youngest brother: "O Abu 'Umair (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3740.) 6th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing الأَنْصَارِ {وَلاَ تَنَابَزُوا بِالأَلْقَابِ) قَدِمَ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing فَيُقَالُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّهُ يَغْضَبُ مِنْ هَذَا . فَنَزَلَتْ {وَلاَ تَنَابَزُوا بِالأَلْقَابِ} .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Abdullah bin Idris] from [Daud] from [As Sha'bi] from [Abu Jabirah bin Adl Dlahak] he said; "There has been sent down to us - namely among the Ansar - a verse, namely And do not call each other with bad titles (Qs Al Hujurat; 11 The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came to us, and men from among us usually had two or three names, sometimes the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam called them by those names, but it was said to him: "O Messenger of Allah, indeed he gets angry if he is called by that name." So the verse came down: And do not call each other with bad titlesQs Al Hujurat;) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3741.) 7th Hadith. God willing مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أَنْ نَحْثُوَ فِي وُجُوهِ الْمَدَّاحِينَ التُّرَابَ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] from [Sufyan] from [Habib bin Abu Thabit] from [Mujahid] from [Abu Ma'mar] from [Al Miqdad bin 'Amru] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered us to sprinkle it on the faces of those who like to praise (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3742.) 8th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you الذَّبْحُ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Ghundar] from [Syu'bah] from [Sa'd bin Ibrahim bin Abdurrahman bin 'Auf] from [Ma'bad bin Al Juhani] from [Mu'awiyah] he said; "I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Away from praising each other, in fact it is slaughter (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3743.) 9th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings صَاحِبِكَ " . مِرَارًا ثُمَّ قَالَ " إِنْ كَانَ God willing أُزَكِّي عَلَى اللَّهِ أَحَدًا " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Syababah] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Khalid bin Al Khaddza`] from [Abdurrahman bin Abu Bakrah] from [his father] he said; "There was a man who was praising a man next to Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Woe to you, you have cut your friend's neck." -he said this many times-, then he said: "If one of you praises his brother, then say it; "I think..." and I have not purified anyone beyond the purity of Allah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3744.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing الْمَلِكِ بْنْ هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الْمُسْتَشَارُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Yahya bin Abu Bukair] from [Syaiban] from [Abdul Malik bin 'Umair] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The advisor should be someone who can be trusted (trustworthy) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3745.) 11th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مُؤْتَمَنٌ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Aswad bin 'Amir] from [Sharik] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu 'Amru As Syaibani] from [Abu Mas'ud] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The advisor should be someone who can be trusted (trustworthy) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3746.) 12th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing لَيْلَى، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ فَلْيُشِرْ عَلَيْهِ " . Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Yahya bin Zakariya` bin Abu Za`idah] and [Ali bin Hasyim] from [Ibn Abu Laila] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If one of you asks his brother for advice, let him show you the right path (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3747.) 13th Hadith. God willing God bless you God bless you عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنْ God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing love فَلاَ يَدْخُلْهَا الرِّجَالُ إِلاَّ بِإِزَارٍ وَامْنَعُوا God willing " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us ['Abdah bin Sulaiman]. And it has been narrated from another route, has told us ['Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [my uncle, namely Ya'la] and [Ja'far bin 'Aun] everything from [Abdurrahman bin Ziyad bin Al An'um Al Ifriqi] from [Abdurrahman bin Rafi'] from [Abdullah bin 'Amru] he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The lands of foreigners will be conquered for you, and you will find there houses called hamamaat (bathrooms or baths), so men are not permitted to enter them unless they wear sarongs, and forbid women to enter them except those who are sick or who are in postpartum (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3748.) 14th Hadith. Allah's blessings وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. - قَالَ وَكَانَ قَدْ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ - God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing لِلرِّجَالِ أَنْ يَدْخُلُوهَا فِي الْمَيَازِرِ وَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لِلنِّسَاءِ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki']. And it has been narrated from another route, it has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us ['Affan] he said; has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] has told us [Abdullah bin Syaddad] from [Abu 'Udzrah] he said; -whereas he was someone who had met the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam-, from ['Aisyah]; "That the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade men and women from entering the hamamat (public bath), then he gave relief to men to enter it by wearing sarongs and did not give relief to women (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3749.) 15th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لَعَلَّكُنَّ مِنَ اللَّوَاتِي يَدْخُلْنَ الْحَمَّامَاتِ God willing God willing زَوْجِهَا فَقَدْ هَتَكَتْ سِتْرَ مَا بَيْنَهََ اللَّهِ " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] from [Sufyan] from [Mansur] from [Salim bin Abu Al Ja'd] from [Abu Al Malih Al Hudzali] that the women of the Himsha people once asked permission to meet ['Asiyah], so he said; "Perhaps you are women who like to go to public baths, I once heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Any woman who puts her clothes outside her husband's house, she has destroyed the curtain between her and Allah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3750.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عليه وسلم ـ كَانَ إِذَا اطَّلَى بَدَأَ بِعَوْرَتِهِ فَطَلاَهَا بِالنُّورَةِ وَسَائِرَ جَسَدِهِ أَهْلُهُ .. It has been told to us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Abdurrahman bin Abdullah] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Abu Hasyim Ar Rumani] from [Habib bin Abu Thabit] from [Ummu Salamah] that when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam smeared his body, he started with his private parts first, then his wife smeared her entire body with scented lime (Derajat: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3751.) 17th Hadith. God willing صُورٍ، عَنْ كَامِلٍ أَبِي الْعَلاَءِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَوَلِيَ عَانَتَهُ بِيَدِهِ .. It has been told to us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told me [Ishaq bin Manshur] from [Kamil Abu Al 'Ala`] from [Habib bin Abu thabit] from [Ummu Salamah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once smeared (greased) the area around his genitals with his hands (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3752.) 18th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing وسلم ـ قَالَ " لاَ يَقُصُّ عَلَى النَّاسِ إِلاَّ أَمِيرٌ أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ أَوْ مُرَاءٍ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] has told us [Al Hifl bin Ziyad] has told us [Al Auza'i] from [Abdulah bin 'Amir Al Aslami] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not (entitled) to tell stories to a people except the government (amir) or those in command (messenger amir) or narrator (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3753.) 19th hadith. God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace وسلم ـ وَلاَ زَمَنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَلاَ زَمَنِ عُمَرَ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] has told us [Waki'] from [Al 'Umari] from [nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said; "There were no storytellers in the time of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, nor in the time of Abu Bakr and Umar (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3754.) 20th hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you مِنَ الشِّعْرِ لَحِكْمَةً " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Abdullah bin Mubarrak] from [Yunus] from [Az Zuhri] has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abdurrahman bin Al Harith] from [Marwan bin Al Hakam] from [Abdurrahman bin Al Aswad bin Abd Yaghuts] from [Ubay bin Ka'ab] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Verily The poetry contains wisdom (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3755.) 21st Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you مِنَ الشِّعْرِ حِكَمًا " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr] has been told to us [Abu Usamah] from [Za`idah] from [Simak] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, the sya'ir contains wisdom (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3756.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " أَصْدَقُ كَلِمَةٍ قَالَهَا الشَّاعِرُ كَلِمَةُ لَبِيدٍ أَلاَ كُلُِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يُسْلِمَ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Shabah] has told us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Abdul Malik bin 'Umair] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The most honest sentence ever said by a poet is the words of Labid, namely; 'Remember everything other than Allah is falsehood, and Umayyah bin Abu Shalth almost converted to Islam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3757.) 23rd Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ مِائَةَ قَافِيَةٍ مِنْ شِعْرِ أُمَيَّةَ بْنِ أَبِي الصَّلْتِ يَقُولُ بَيْنَ كُلِّ قَافِيَةٍ " هِيهِ " . وَقَالَ " كَادَ أَنْ يُسْلِمَ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Isa bin Yunus] from [Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Ya'la] from ['Amru bin Sharid] from [his father] he said; "I hummed verses of sya`ir for Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam one hundred qafiyah (end of sya`ir) from sya`ir Umayyah bin Abu Shalth, he said at every qafiyah (stop); "Keep going." And he said: "And he (Abu As Shalth) almost converted to Islam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3758.) 24th Hadith. Allah's blessings مُعَاوِيَةَ وَوَكِيعٌ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، God willing عليه وسلم ـ " لأَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ جَوْفُ الرَّجُلِ قَيْحًا "" . إِلاَّ أَنَّ حَفْصًا لَمْ يَقُلْ يَرِيَهُ .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Hafsh], [Abu Mu'awiyah] and [Waki'] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Filling a person's heart (stomach) with pus until it is damaged, it is better for him than being filled with poetry." But Hafsh did not mention; "Until it breaks (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3759.) Hadits ke-25. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنِي قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " لأَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ جَوْفُ أَحَدِكُمْ قَيْحًا حَتَّى يَرِيَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ شِعْرًا " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Basyar] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Sa'id] dan [Muhammad bin Ja'far] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] telah menceritakan kepadaku [Qatadah] dari [Yunus bin Jubair] dari [Muhammad bin Sa'd bin Abu Waqash] dari [Sa'd bin Abu Waqash] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Di penuhinya hati (perut) seseorang dengan nanah hingga rusak, lebih baik baginya daripada di penuhi oleh sya'ir (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3760.) 26th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عَمْرِو بْنْ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لَرَجُلٌ هَاجَى رَجُلاً فَهَجَا الْقَبِيلَةَ بِأَسْرِهَا وَرَجُلٌ انْتَفَى مِنْ أَبِيهِ وَزَنَّى أُمَّهُ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Ubaidullah] from [Syaiban] from [Al A'masy] from ['Amru bin Murrah] from [Yusuf bin Mahak] from [Ubaidullah 'Umair] from ['Aisyah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, the person with the greatest slander is the one who insults someone, then he insults him in return until the whole tribe joins in the insults, and a man who gets rid of his father and commits adultery with his mother (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3761.) 27th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَِ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Abdurrahim bin Sulaiman] and [Abu Usamah] from ['Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Sa'id bin Abu Hind] from [Abu Musa] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever plays dice, then he has disobeyed Allah and His Messenger (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3762.) 28th Hadith. God willing نُمَيْرٍ، وَأَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ God bless you God bless you بِالنَّرْدَشِيرَ خِنْزِيرٍ وَدَمِهِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] and [Abu Usamah] from [Sufyan] from ['Alqamah bin Martsad] from [Sulaiman bin Buraidah] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "Whoever plays dice, it is as if he had soaked his hands in the flesh and blood of pigs (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3763.) 29th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing يَتْبَعُ طَائِرًا فَقَالَ " شَيْطَانٌ يَتْبَعُ شَيْطَانًا " .. It has been told to us [Abdullah bin 'Amir bin Zurarah] has told us [Sharik] from [Muhammad bin 'Amru] from [Abu Salamah bin Abdurrahman] from ['Aisyah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam saw someone following a bird, so he said: "There is a devil who follows a devil (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3764.) 30th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing شَيْطَانٌ يَتْبَعُ شَيْطَانَةً " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr] has told us [Al Aswad bin 'Amir] from [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Muhammad bin 'Amru] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam saw someone following a dove, so he said: "There is a devil who follows a devil (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3765.) 31st Hadith. God bless you God bless you الْحَسَنِ بْن God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَرَاءَ حَمَامَةٍ فَقَالَ " شَيْطَانٌ يَتْبَعُ شَيْطَانَةً " ..
