Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind يَقُولُ ‏"‏ هَلْ رَأَى أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمُ اللَّيْلَةَ رُؤْيَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَيَقُولُ ‏"‏ لَيْسَ يَبْقَى بَعْدِي مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ إِلاَّ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to me from Malik from [Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abu Talha] from [Zufar bin Sha'sha'ah] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] that when the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam finished the morning prayer he asked: "Did any of you dream last night?" and he added: "There will be no prophetic qualities after me left except good dreams (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1749.) 2nd hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ God willing قَالَ ‏"‏ لَنْ يَبْقَى بَعْدِي مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ إِلاَّ الْمُبَشِّرَاتُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالُوا وَمَا الْمُبَشِّرَاتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to me from Malik from [Zaid bin Aslam] from [Atha bin Yasar] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There will be no prophethood left after me except al mubasyirat" The companions asked; "What is al mubasyirat, O Messenger of Allah?" He answered: "A good dream seen by a pious man," or, "What was shown to him. (The dream is) one of the forty-six qualities of prophethood (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1750.) 3rd Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مِنَ اللَّهِ وَالْحُلْمُ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ فَإِذَا رَأَى God bless you Allah's blessings "‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ إِنْ كُنْتُ لأَرَى الرُّؤْيَا هِيَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. الْحَدِيثَ فَمَا كُنْتُ أُبَالِيهَا ‏.‏. Has told me from Malik from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Abu Salamah bin Abdurrahman] said; I have heard [Abu Qatadah bin Rib'i] say, "I heard Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Good dreams are from Allah while bad dreams are from Satan. If one of you dreams of something that he hates, then he should spit on his left side three times when he wakes up, and ask Allah for protection from its evil. Because it will not harm him, God willing." Abu Salamah said; "If I dream of something that is heavier for me than a mountain, then when I hear this hadith I no longer care about it (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1751.) 4th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ God bless you ‏ ‏ ‏ ‏ ‏ قَالَ هِيَ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الرَّجُلُ الصَّالِحُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ ‏.‏. Has told me from Malik from [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] from [His father] interpreting the verse: '(For them is good news in the life of this world and the hereafter)' (Qs. Yunus: 64) "That is a good dream that a pious person sees or is shown to him (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1752.) 5th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you بِالنَّرْدِ فَقَدْ عَصَى اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to me from Malik from [Musa bin Maisarah] from [Sa'id bin Abu Hind] from [Abu Musa Al Asy'ari] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever plays dice, then he has disobeyed Allah and His Messenger (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1753.) 6th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِلَيْهِمْ لَئِنْ لَمْ تُخْرِجُوهَا لأُخْرِجَنَّكُمْ مِنْ دَارِي وَأَنْكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ ‏.‏. It has been told to me from Malik from ['Alqamah bin Abu 'Alqamah] from [his mother] from [Aisyah] the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, news has reached him that there is a resident of a house in his village who has dice. So 'Aisyah sent a messenger to them to convey the message to them, "If you don't take it out, I will definitely expel you from my village." And 'Aisyah also denied them (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1754.) 7th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَلْعَبُ بِالنَّرْدِ ضَرَبَهُ وَكَسَرَهَا ‏.‏ قَالَ يَحْيَى وَسَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا يَقُولُ لاَ خَيْرَ فِي الشَّطْرَنْجِ ‏.‏ God bless you وَبِغَيْرِهَا مِنَ الْبَاطِلِ وَيَتْلُو هَذِهِ الآيَةَ ‏{‏فَمَاذَا بَعْدَ الْحَقِّ إِلاَّ الضَّلاَلُ ‏}‏‏.‏. It has been told to me from Malik from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] that if he finds one of his family playing dice, then he hits him and breaks the dice. Yahya said; "I heard Malik say; 'There is no good in dice', he hated it, and I also heard that he hated dice games or other things that were false, then he read this verse: '(Then there is nothing after the truth, but error)' (Qs. Yunus;) (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1755.) 8th Hadith. God willing رَسُولَ اللَّهْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَاحِدٌ أَجْزَأَ عَنْهُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to me from Malik from [Zaid bin Aslam] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "People who drive greet those who walk. If one of a people greets then that is enough for them (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1756.) 9th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ Allah's blessings رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْيَمَنْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ زَادَ شَيْمَعَ God willing. God willing. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَغْشَاكَ ‏.‏ فَعَرَّفُوهُ إِيَّاهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّ السَّلاَمَ انْتَهَى إِلَى الْبَرَكَةِ ‏.‏ قَالَ يَحْيَى سُئِلَ مَالِكٌ هَلْ يُسَلَّمُ عَم God bless you الشَّابَّةُ فَلاَ أُحِبُّ ذَلِكَ ‏.‏. Has told me from Malik from [Wahab bin Kaisan] from [Muhammad bin 'Amru bin Atha] said; "I was sitting next to Abdullah bin 'Abbas, then a Yemeni resident met him and said: 'ASSALAAMU 'ALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WA BARAKAATUHU (may peace and Allah's mercy and His blessings be upon you),' then he added something." Ibn 'Abbas, who at that time was blind, asked; "Who is that person?" They answered; "This is a Yemeni coming to meet you." Then they introduced him. Muhammad bin 'Amru said: "[Ibn 'Abbas] said 'The greeting stops at the words AL BARAKAH (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1757.) 10th Hadith. God willing عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ‏.‏ فَقُلْ عَلَيْكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to me from Malik from [Abdullah bin Dinar] from [Abdullah bin Umar] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If one of the Jews greets you, they only say: ASSAAMU 'ALAIKUM (perishment be upon you) then answer; 'ALAIKA (also upon you)." Yahya said; "Malik was asked about someone who greets Jews or Christians, should he retract his words? He answered, "No need (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1758.) 11th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing اثْنَانِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم love God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَرَأَى فُرْجَةً فِي الْحَلْقَةِ فَجَلَسَ فِيهَا وَأَمَّا may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing قَالَ ‏ "‏ أَلاَ أُخْبِرُكُمْ عَنِ النَّفَرِ الثَّلاَثَةِ God willing وَأَمَّا الآخَرُ فَاسْتَحْيَا فَاسْتَحْيَا اللَّهُ مِنْهُ وَأَمَّا الآخَرُ فَأَعْرَضَ فَأَعْرَضَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ "" ‏.‏. It has been told to me from Malik from [Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abu Talha] from [Abu Murrah] former slave 'Aqil bin Abu Talib, from [Abu Waqid Al Laitsi] that when Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam sat in the mosque with the people. Three people came, two of them went towards Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and one came out. When the two of them stood at the assembly of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, they said greetings. One of them saw an empty place in the crowd and took it. The second person sat behind them, while the third stepped back and left. After finishing, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "I inform you about the three people; the first person had taken refuge in Allah, so Allah protected him. The second person, he felt ashamed, then Allah was ashamed of him, while the third, he turned away, then Allah turned away from him (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1759.) 12th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing أَنْتَ فَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ إِلَيْكَ اللَّهَ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ ذَلِكَ الَّذِي أَرَدْتُ مِنْكَ ‏.‏. It has been told to me from Malik from [Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abu Talhah] from [Anas bin Malik] that he had heard a man greet Umar bin Khattab, then he answered him. Then Umar asked the man; "How are you?" the man answered; "I praise Allah for your (blessings)." Then [Umar] said; "That's what I want from you (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1760.) 13th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ God willing كَعْبٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، كَانَ يَأْتِي عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ فَيَغْدُو مَعَهُ إِلَى السُّوقِ قَالَ فَإِذَا غَدَوْنَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you إِلاَّ سَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ - قَالَ الطُّفَيْلُ - فَجِئْتُ عَبْدَ God bless you, God bless you, God bless you, God bless you فَقُلْتُ لَهُ وَمَا تَصْنَعُ فِي السُّوقِ وَأَنْتَ لاَ تَقِفُ عَلَى الْبَيِّعِ وَم God willing اجْلِسْ بِنَا هَا هُنَا نَتَحَدَّثْ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَقَالَ لِي may Allah bless him and give him peace الطُّفَيْلُ ذَا بَطْنٍ - إِنَّمَا نَغْدُو مِنْ أَجْلِ God. It has been told to me from Malik from [Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abu Talhah] that [Thufail bin Ubay bin Ka'b] told him that he had visited [Abdullah bin Umar] and then he went to the market with him. Thufail bin Ubay said; "When we went to the market, Abdullah bin Umar did not pass by common people, or sellers or poor people or anyone else unless he greeted him." Thufail said; "One day I met Abdullah bin Umar, then he asked me to go to the market, I asked him, "What are you doing in the market when you don't stop at a shop, or ask for goods, don't bargain for something, or sit at a sales place?" He answered, "I said, "Sit here and talk about something." then Abdullah bin Umar said to me, "O Abu Bathn (big stomach)! -because at that time Thufail had a big stomach-, we went to the market just to say hello to anyone we met (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1761.) 14th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you فَأَرْسَلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فِي أَثَرِهِ فَقَالَ مَا لَكَ لَمْ تَدْخُلْ فَقَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ God bless you, God bless you ‏"‏ God bless you فَإِنْ أُذِنَ لَكَ فَادْخُلْ وَإِلاَّ فَارْجِعْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ وَمَنْ يَعْلَمُ هَذَا لَئِنْ لَمْ تَأْتِنِي بِمَنْ يَعْلَمُ ذَلِكَ لأَفْعَلَنَّ بِكَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ‏.” God willing يُقَالُ لَهُ مَجْلِسُ الأَنْصَارِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَخْبَرْتُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings أُذِنَ لَكَ فَادْخُلْ وَإِلاَّ فَارْجِعْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ لَئِنْ لَمْ تَأْتِنِي بِمَنْ يَعْلَمُ هَذَا لأَفْعَلَنَّ بِكَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ‏.‏ فَإِنْ كَانَ سَمِعَ ذَلِكَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ فَلْيَقُمْ مَعِي ‏.‏ فَقَالُوا لأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قُمْ مَعَهُ ‏.‏ وَكَانَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَصْغَرَهُمْ فَقَامَ مَعَهُ فَأَخْبَرَ بِذَلِكَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ لأَبِي مُوسَى أَمَا إِنِّي لَمْ أَتَّهِمْكَ وَلَكِنْ خَشِيتُ أَنْ يَتَقَوَّلَ النَّاسُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏. It has been told to me Malik from [Rabi'ah bin Abu Abdurrahman] from [more than one of their scholars] that [Abu Musa Al Asy'ari] came to ask permission from Umar bin Khattab, then he said hello three times, after which he returned home. Umar bin Khattab sent someone to chase him. Umar asked; "Why don't you come in?" Abu Musa Al Asy'ari answered; "I have heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: 'Ask permission three times. If you are permitted, come in. If not, then go home'!" Then Umar bin Khattab said; "Apart from you, who knows about this hadith? If you don't bring it to me, then I will do this and that to you." Then Abu Musa went out and found a majlis in the mosque called the Anshar majlis. He says; "I have informed Umar bin Khattab that I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: 'Ask permission three times, if you are permitted then come in, but if not then go home.' then Umar said; 'If you don't bring me anyone who knows about this, then I will do this and that. So if any of you have heard it, come with me." The people then said to [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri]; "Come with him!" At that time Abu Sa'id Al Khudri was the youngest among them, so he went with Abu Musa and gave testimony to Umar bin Khattab. Then Umar bin Khattab said to Abu Musa; "I don't doubt you, it's just that I'm worried if people make up words (which are attributed to) the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1765.) 15th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing "‏ إِنْ عَطَسَ فَشَمِّتْهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَطَسَ فَشَمِّتْهُ ثُمَّ Allah's blessings مَضْنُوكٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ لاَ أَدْرِي أَبَعْدَ الثَّالِثَةِ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ. It has been told to me Malik from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr] from [his father] that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If someone sneezes, then do tasymitlah. If they sneeze again then do tasymitlah, then if they sneeze again then do tasymitlah. If they are still sneezing then say; 'You have a cold'." Abdullah bin Abu Bakr said; "I don't know whether (to say it) after the third or fourth (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1766.) 16th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، كَانَ إِذَا عَطَسَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ يَرْحَمُنَا اللَّهُ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَيَغْفِرُ لَنَا وَلَكُمْ ‏.‏. It has been told to me Malik from [Nafi'] said, "When [Abdullah bin Umar] sneezed, then someone prayed to him; "YARHAMUKALLAH (May Allah have mercy on you)" So he replied; "YARHAMUNA ALLAHU WA IYYAKUM WA YAGHFIRU LANA WA LAKUM (May Allah have mercy on me and you and forgive my and your sins) (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1767.) 17th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. نَعُودُهُ فَقَالَ لَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَخْبَرَنَا رَسُولُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings تَدْخُلُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ تَمَاثِيلُ أَوْ تَصَاوِيرُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ God bless you ‏.‏. It was told to me Malik from [Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abu Thalhah] that [Rafi' bin Ishaq], a former slave of Ash Syifa', reported to him, he said, "I went into Abu Sa'id Al Khudri's house with Abdullah bin Abu Talhah to visit him." So [Abu Sa'id] said to us; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam informed me that angels will not enter a house that has a statue or picture in it." Ishaq doubted which of the two Abu Sa'id said (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1768.) 18th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَ فَوَجَدَ عِنْدَهُ سَهْلَ بْنَ حُنَيْفٍ فَدَعَا أَبُو God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم مَا قَدْ عَلِمْتَ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ سَهْلٌ أَلَمْ يَقُلْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فِي ثَوْبٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ بَلَى وَلَكِنَّهُ أَطْيَبُ لِنَفْسِي ‏.‏. Has told me Malik from [Abu Nadlr] from ['Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin 'Utbah bin Mas'ud] that he wants to meet [Abu Talhah Al Ansari] to visit him. Abu An Nadlr said; "Then he found [Sahl bin Hunaif] already beside him. Abu Talhah then called someone to remove the mat that was under him. Sahl bin Hunaif asked; "Why did you pull it?" he answered; "Because there is a picture in it, even though Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam has said as you know." Then Sahl said: "Didn't Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say anything except what was written on the cloth." He said: "True, but this calms my soul more (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1769.) 19th hadith. love مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهَا اشْتَرَتْ نُمْرُقَةً فِيهَا تَصَاوِيرُ فَلَمَّا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ فَعَرَفَتْ فِي وَجْهِهِ الْكَرَاهِيَةَ وَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَإِلَى رَسُولِهْ عليه وسلم ‏"‏ فَمَا بَالُ هَذِهِ النُّمْرُقَةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَتِ اشْتَرَيْتُهَا لَكَ تَقْعُدُ عَلَيْهَا وَتَوَسَّدُهَا "‏."‏ God willing يُقَالُ لَهُمْ أَحْيُوا مَا خَلَقْتُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّ الْبَيْتَ الَّذِي فِيهِ الصُّوَرُ لاَ تَدْخُلُهُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. I have told Malik from [Nafi'] from [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] from [Aisyah] the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he had bought a numruqah with a picture on it. When Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam saw him, he stood in front of the door and did not enter the house. Aisyah saw that there was a look of hatred on his face, so she asked; "O Messenger of Allah, I repent to Allah and His Messenger, what sin have I committed?" Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "What's wrong with this pillow?" He answered; "I bought it for you to sit with or use as a pillow." Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, those who draw this picture will be tortured on the Day of Resurrection. Has told me Malik from [Abdurrahman bin Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Abu Sha'sha'ah] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] said "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam entered the house of Maimunah bint Al Haris, apparently inside there were several lizards with their eggs. He was with Abdullah bin Abbas and Khalid bin Walid. He asked: "Where are these from?" Maimunah answered, "My sister, Hudzailah bint Al Harith gave it to me." He said to Abdullah bin Abbas and Khalid bin Walid: "You two, eat." They asked; "Why don't you eat it, O Messenger of Allah? ' He answered: "Indeed, a meal has come from Allah." Maimunah asked; "Would you like us to serve you milk?" He answered: "Yes." And when he was about to drink the milk he asked: "Where does this come from?" Maimunah answered; "My sister, Hudzailah gave me a gift." Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: 'What do you think about your female slave whom you once asked me to free? Give (return) it to your sister and continue the friendship so that she takes care of it because that is better for you (Degree: authentic. It has been told to me Malik from [Ibn Shihab] from [Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunaif] from [Abdullah bin Abbas] from [Khalid bin Walid bin Al Mughirah] that he and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam entered the house of Maimunah, the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then they were served grilled monitor lizard meat, then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam stretched out his hand to take it, but the women who were there said; "Tell the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam what he wants to eat!" So it was said to him; "That is monitor lizard meat, O Messenger of Allah." So he raised his hand again. Khalid bin Walid asked; "Is it haram, O Messenger of Allah?" he replied: "No, it's just that this meat is not available in my area, so I feel disgusted." Khalid said; "I then cut it and ate it, while Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam looked on (Degree: authentic. Allah's blessings God willing God willing أَصْحَابِ رَسُولّ نَاسًا مَعَهُ عِنْدَ بَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ "" كَلْبًا لاَ يُغْنِي عَنْهُ زَرْعًا وَلاَ ضَرْعًا نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطٌ ‏"‏ ‏." رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ إِي وَرَبِّ هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ ‏.‏. It has been told to me Malik from [Yazid bin Hushaifah] that [As Sa`ib bin Yazid] said he had told him that he heard [Sufyan bin Abu Zuhair] - he was a man who was a friend of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, came from Azdi Syanuah, he was telling the hadith to the people at the door of the mosque - he said "I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Whoever keeps a dog that is not used to guard crops or livestock, his deeds will decrease by one qirath every day." As Sa`ib bin Yazid asked; "Did you hear that from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam?" He answered; "Yes, by the Rabb of this mosque (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1774.) 24th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ God willing God willing نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَانِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to me Malik from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever keeps a dog other than a trained dog or a dog to guard livestock, his deeds will be reduced by two qirath every day (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1775.) 25th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ God willing بِقَتْلِ الْكِلاَبِ ‏.‏. It has been told to me Malik from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered to kill dogs (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1776.) 26th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ ‏ "‏ رَأْسُ الْكُفْرِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْفَخْرُ وَالْخُيَلاَءُ فِي أَهْلِ الْخَيْلِ وَالإِبِلِ وَالْفَدَّادِينَ أَهْلِ الْوَبَرِ وَالسَّكِينَةُ فِي أَهْلِ الْغَنَمِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to me Malik from [Abu Az Zinad] from [Al A'raj] from [Abu Hurairah] that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The root of disbelief is from the east, while arrogance and arrogance are found in the owners of horses and camels. As for al fadad, it is found in the Bedouins and calmness is found in the owners of goats (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1777.) 27th Hadith. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing God bless you خَيْرُ مَالِ الْمُسْلِمِ غَنَمًا يَتْبَعُ بِهَا شَعَفَ الْجِبَالِ وَمَوَاقِعَ الْقَطْرْ الْفِتَنِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to me Malik from [Abdurrahman bin Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Abu Sha'sha'ah] from [his father] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Almost the best possessions for a muslim are goats; with the goat he traveled along mountain peaks and places where rain fell, saving his religion from various slander (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1778.) 28th Hadith. love may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing فَيُنْتَقَلَ طَعَامُهُ وَإِنَّمَا تَخْزُنُ لَهُمْ ضُرُوعُ مَوَاشِيهِمْ أَطْعِمَاتِهِمْ فَلاَ يَحْتَلِبَنَّ أَحَدٌ مَاشِيَةَ أَحَدٍ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to me Malik from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Don't let anyone milk another person's livestock without the owner's permission. Would you like it if their room was visited, then the storage cupboard was destroyed and the food was removed? Only the milk bags of livestock are the place where their food is stored, so don't someone milk another person's livestock without their permission (Degree: authentic. Source: Muwatta Malik no. 1779.) Hadits ke-29. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، كَانَ يُقَرَّبُ إِلَيْهِ عَشَاؤُهُ فَيَسْمَعُ قِرَاءَةَ الإِمَامِ وَهُوَ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَلاَ يَعْجَلُ عَنْ طَعَامِهِ حَتَّى يَقْضِيَ حَاجَتَهُ مِنْهُ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepadaku Malik dari [Nafi'] bahwa ketika makan malam [Ibnu Umar] telah disiapkan, ia kemudian mendengar bacaan imam (shalat), sementara ia masih berada di rumahnya. Maka dia tidak mempercepat makannya sampai dia menyelesaikannya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Muwatta Malik no. 1781.) Hadits ke-30. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئِلَ عَنِ الْفَأْرَةِ تَقَعُ فِي السَّمْنِ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ انْزِعُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَاطْرَحُوهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepadaku Malik dari [Ibnu Syihab] dari ['Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin 'Utbah bin Mas'ud] dari [Abdullah bin Abbas] dari [Maimunah] isteri Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah ditanya tentang tikus yang jatuh ke dalam minyak samin. Maka beliau menjawab: "Ambillah (tikusnya), dan buanglah yang ada di sekelilingnya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Muwatta Malik no. 1782.) Hadits ke-31. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنْ كَانَ فَفِي الْفَرَسِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ وَالْمَسْكَنِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ يَعْنِي الشُّؤْمَ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepadaku Malik dari [Abu Hazim bin Dinar] dari [Sahl bin Sa'ad As Sa'idi] bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Jika memang ada, maka itu pada pada kuda, wanita, dan tempat tinggal." Maksudnya adalah keyakinan negatif (pesimis) (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Muwatta Malik no. 1783.) Hadits ke-32. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ، وَسَالِمٍ، ابْنَىْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ الشُّؤْمُ فِي الدَّارِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ وَالْفَرَسِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepadaku Malik dari [Ibnu Syihab] dari [Hamzah] dan [Salim] anak Abdullah bin 'Umar, dari [Abdullah bin Umar] bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Keyakinan bahwa sesuatu dapat menimbulkan kesialan ada pada tempat tinggal, wanita, dan kuda (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Muwatta Malik no. 1784.) Hadits ke-33. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ دَارٌ سَكَنَّاهَا وَالْعَدَدُ كَثِيرٌ وَالْمَالُ وَافِرٌ فَقَلَّ الْعَدَدُ وَذَهَبَ الْمَالُ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ دَعُوهَا ذَمِيمَةً ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepadaku Malik dari [Yahya bin Sa'id] berkata; "Seorang wanita datang kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan berkata; 'Wahai Rasulullah, kami tinggal di sebuah rumah, jumlahnya (penghuninya) banyak, dan harta melimpah. Kemudian jumlahnya (penghuninya menjadi) berkurang dan hartapun habis, ' Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Biarkanlah rumah itu terhina (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Muwatta Malik no. 1785.) Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ لِلَقْحَةٍ تُحْلَبُ ‏"‏ مَنْ يَحْلُبُ هَذِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ مَا اسْمُكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ مُرَّةُ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ اجْلِسْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ مَنْ يَحْلُبُ هَذِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ مَا اسْمُكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ حَرْبٌ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ اجْلِسْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ مَنْ يَحْلُبُ هَذِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ مَا اسْمُكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ يَعِيشُ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ احْلُبْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepadaku Malik dari [Yahya bin Sa'id] bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berkata tentang unta yang hampir melahirkan lalu diperah susunya: "Siapa yang akan memerah susu ini?" Lalu berdirilah seorang laki-laki, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bertanya: "Siapa namamu?" laki-laki itu menjawab; "Aku Murrah." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berkata: "Duduklah! " beliau bertanya lagi: "Siapakah yang akan memerah susu ini?" berdirilah seorang laki-laki. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bertanya: "Siapa namamu?" laki-laki itu menjawab, "Aku Harb." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berkata: "Duduklah! " beliau bertanya lagi: "Siapakah yang akan memerah susu ini?" lalu berdirilah seorang laki-laki. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bertanya: "Siapakah namamu?" laki-laki itu menjawab; "Ya'isy." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pun kemudian berkata kepadanya: "Perahlah (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Muwatta Malik no. 1786.) Hadits ke-35. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ مَا اسْمُكَ فَقَالَ جَمْرَةُ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ابْنُ مَنْ فَقَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ مِمَّنْ قَالَ مِنَ الْحُرَقَةِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَيْنَ مَسْكَنُكَ قَالَ بِحَرَّةِ النَّارِ ‏.‏ قَالَ بِأَيِّهَا قَالَ بِذَاتِ لَظًى ‏.‏ قَالَ عُمَرُ أَدْرِكْ أَهْلَكَ فَقَدِ احْتَرَقُوا ‏.‏ قَالَ فَكَانَ كَمَا قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رضى الله عنه ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepadaku Malik dari [Yahya bin Sa'id] bahwa [Umar bin Khattab] bertanya kepada seorang laki-laki; "Siapa namamu?" Laki-laki itu menjawab, "Jamrah." Umar bertanya lagi, "Anak siapa?" laki-laki itu menjawab, "Anak Syihab." Umar bertanya lagi, "Dari suku apa?" laki-laki itu menjawab, "Dari Hurqah (terbakar) ". Kemudian Umar bertanya lagi, "Tinggal di mana?" laki-laki itu menjawab; "Harratin Nar (perkampungan api), " Dia bertanya lagi, "Di bagian mana?" laki-laki itu menjawab, "Di daerah Dzatu Lazha (yang memiliki nyala api) ." Umar lalu berkata; "Temuilah keluargamu, sesungguhnya mereka telah terbakar." Yahya bin Sa'id berkata, "Maka terjadilah seperti apa yang di beritahukan Umar radliallahu 'anhu (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَجَمَهُ أَبُو طَيْبَةَ فَأَمَرَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِصَاعٍ مِنْ تَمْرٍ وَأَمَرَ أَهْلَهُ أَنْ يُخَفِّفُوا عَنْهُ مِنْ خَرَاجِهِ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepadaku Malik dari [Humaid Ath Thawil] dari [Anas bin Malik] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melakukan bekam, sementara yang membekam adalah Abu Thaibah, kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memberinya satu Sha' kurma, dan menyuruh keluarganya agar meringankan beban pajaknya (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-37. وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَحَدِ بَنِي حَارِثَةَ أَنَّهُ اسْتَأْذَنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي إِجَارَةِ الْحَجَّامِ فَنَهَاهُ عَنْهَا فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يَسْأَلُهُ وَيَسْتَأْذِنُهُ حَتَّى قَالَ ‏ "‏ اعْلِفْهُ نُضَّاحَكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ يَعْنِي رَقِيقَكَ ‏.‏. Telah menceritakan kepadaku Malik dari [Ibnu Syihab] dari [Ibnu Muhaishah Al Anshari] seorang dari Bani Harisah, dia meminta izin kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam tetang upah tukang bekam, lalu beliau melarangnya. Maka dia terus menanyakannya dan meminta izin beliau hingga beliau bersabda: "Berikanlah pada budakmu (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Muwatta Malik no. 1790.) Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُشِيرُ إِلَى الْمَشْرِقِ وَيَقُولُ ‏ "‏ هَا إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَا هُنَا إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَا هُنَا مِنْ حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏.
