Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. نَفْسِهَا وَالْبِكْرُ رِضَاهَا صَمْتُهَا. He said to us [Ishaq bin Isa], he said, he told me [Laits] - namely Ibn Sa'd - he said, he told me [Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Abu Husain] from [Adi bin Adi Al Kindi] from [his father] from the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "A widow is asked for a statement about her (desire), while a girl's consent is with her attitude. silence." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing God willing مِنْكُمْ عَلَى عَمَلٍ فَكَتَمَنَا مَخِيطًا فَهُوَ غُلٌّ يَأْتِي بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْقَوْمِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ لِمَ قَالَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُكَ آنِفًا تَقُولُ قَالَ God bless you God bless you بِشَيْءٍ أَخَذَهُ وَإِنْ نُهِيَ عَنْهُ انْتَهَى. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] he said, Has told us [Syu'bah] from [Isma'il] he said, I heard [Qais] tell from [Adi bin Ibnu Amirah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever of you we employ to do something and then hides something even by a thread, then that is a betrayal that will be brought upon the Day of Resurrection." A brown-skinned Ansar man with a tall body stood up and said, "I have no interest whatsoever in your job offer." So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "Why?" the man answered, "I have heard what you said." He said: "If so, then I say, that whoever of you we employ for a deed, let him come up with the results, whether a little or a lot. If he is given something, let him take it, if he is forbidden something, let him leave it." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you God bless you قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبِْ God willing God willing God bless you أَنْفُسِهِنَِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing وَالْبِكْرَ God willing مُبَارَكٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَيْفُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ God willing حَدَّثَنِى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you الْحَدِيثَ. Has told us [Ali bin Ayyasy] and [Ishaq bin Isa] - and this is the hadith narrated by Ali - he said, Has told us [Laits bin Sa'd] he said, has told me [Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Husain Al Makki] from [Adi bin Adi Al Kindi] from [his father] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Tell the women about themselves (with regard to their readiness for marriage)." The companions said, "O Messenger of Allah, indeed a girl is very shy!" The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A widow is asked for her verbal consent. As for a girl, her consent is her silence." Has told us [Ahmad bin Hajjaj] he said, Has told us [Abdullah] -namely Ibn Mubarak- he said, has told us [Saif bin Abu Sulaiman] he said, I heard [Adi bin Adi Al Kindi] say, has told me our slave that he heard my grandfather say, "I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Indeed Allah 'azza wajalla will not torture...then he mentioned the hadith." God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مَيْسَرَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَرِيزٍ أَنَّ قَيْسَ بْنَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ عَنْ يَسَارِهِقَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ و God willing God bless you. He told us [Ali bin Abdullah] He told us [Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] he said, I read it before [Al Fudlail bin Maisarah] he said, he told me [Abu Hariz] that [Qais bin Abu Hazim] he told him, that [Adi bin Amirah] said, "If the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prostrated to eat, his cheeks would be white. Then he said greetings to his left side and then turned his face so that the white of his cheeks could be seen from the left side." Abu Abdurrahman said, he told me [Yahya bin Ma'in] he said, He told us [Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] then he mentioned the hadith. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 5th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ love وَيَبْقَى كَحُثَالَةِ التَّمْرِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ubaid] he said, Has told us [Isma'il] from [Qais] from [Mirdas Al Aslami] he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "The righteous people will be killed one by one, until what remains are people whose qualities are like rotten dates." (Derajat: sahih. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 6th Hadith. God willing God willing قَالَيُقْبَضُ الصَّالِحُونَ الْأَوَّلُ فَالْأَوَّلُ حَتَّى يَبْقَى كَحُثَالَةِ التَّمْرِ أَوْ الشَّعِيرِ لَا يُبَالِي God willing. It has been told to us [Yahya bin Sa'id] It has been told to us [Isma'il] has told me [Qais] he said, I heard [Mirdas Al Aslami] say, "The righteous people will be killed one by one until all that remains are people whose qualities are like rotten dates or wheat. And Allah will not care about them in the slightest." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 7th Hadith. Having told us [Ya'la] he said, Having told us [Isma'il] from [Qais] from [Mirdas Al Aslami] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The righteous people will be killed one by one until the remaining are people whose qualities are like rotten dates or wheat. And Allah will not care about them in the slightest. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God God bless you وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ قُدُورِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ فَقَالَ إِنْ لَمْ Allah's blessings لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ فَنَهَاهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَعَنْ كُلِّ سَبُعٍ ذِي نَابٍ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] he said, Has told us [Syu'bah] from [Ayyub] from [Abu Qilabah] from [Abu Tsa'labah], that he asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about the vessels belonging to the People of the Book, then he said: "If you find nothing but their vessels, then wash them and cook them with them." He also asked him about the tame meat of Himar, then he forbade it, as well as all the meat of wild and fanged animals." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 9th Hadith. God bless you مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ قَالَقَالَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing مَحَاسِنُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا وَإِنَّ أَبْغَضَكُمْ إِلَيَّ love Allah's mercy and blessings. It has been told to us by [Muhammad bin Abu Adi] from [Dawud] from [Makhul] from [Abu Tsa'labah Al Khasyani] he said, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "On the Day of Resurrection, the person I love most and who is closest to me among you will be the person with the best morals among you. Meanwhile, the person I hate and who will be farthest from you in the afterlife will be the person with the worst morals in among you, namely those who talk a lot and like to ridicule people with their words." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَقُولُقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا أَهْلُ صَيْدٍ فَقَالَ God bless you God willing God bless you قَوْسُكَ فَكُلْ قَالَ قُلْتُ إِنَّا أَهْلُ سَفَرٍ نَمُرُّ God willing God bless you فَاغْسِلُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ ثُمَّ كُلُوا فِيهَا وَاشْرَبُوا. Has told us [Yazid] Has told us [Al Hajjaj bin Arthah] from [Makhul] from [Abu Tsa'labah Al Khusyani] said, "I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, we are a people who like to hunt?" So he said: "If you release your dog by reciting the name of Allah, and the dog gets results, then eat it." I asked again, "Even if the dog kills him?" He answered: "Yes, even if it kills him." I asked again, "We also like to be good at archery?" He said: "What your arrows hit, then eat." I said again, "We can travel, and we often pass by Jews, Christians and Magi. And we found no vessels except their vessels." He said: "If you find nothing other than these vessels, then wash them with water and then eat and drink with them." (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Hajjaj] Has told us [Laits] he said, has told me [Uqail bin Khalid] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Abu Idris] from [Abu Tsa'labah Al Khusyani] one of the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he said, "The Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has forbidden the meat of tame Himar and the meat of wild animals fangs." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 12th Hadith. God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهْ love فَقَامَ فِي فَقَالَ إِنَّ تَفَرُّقَكُمْ فِي الشِّعَابِ God willing ذَلِكَ إِذَا نَزَلُوا انْضَمَّ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ حَتَّى God bless you لَعَمَّهُمْ أَوْ نَحْوَ ذَلِكَ. Has told us [Ali bin Bahr] he said, Has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] Has told us [Abdullah] - namely Ibn Zabr that he heard [Muslim bin Misykam] said, Has told us [Abu Tsa'labah Al Khusyani] he said, "If the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam stopped in a place and wanted to gather (the companions), they separated themselves from him at hills and valleys. So he stood in front of me and said: "The scattering of you in the hills is only from Satan." Abu Tsa'labah said, "After that, if they stopped at a place, they would come closer to each other, until you would actually say, 'If only I spread a cloth for them, surely the cloth would be able to accommodate them all.' Or an expression similar to that." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 13th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَكْلِ كُلِِ السِّبَاعِ. Has told us [Abdurrazaq] Has told us [Ma'mar] from [Zuhri] from [Abu Idris Al Khaulani] from [Abu Tsa'labah Al Khasyani] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade eating the meat of wild animals with fangs." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 14th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنْ السِّبَاعِ. He told us [Muhammad bin Bakr] he said, he told us [Ibnu Juraij] he said, he told me [Ibn Syihab] about the hadith of [Abu Idris bin Abdullah] during the caliphate of Abdul Malik, that [Abu Tsa'labah Al Khusyani] he told him, that he had heard that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited (eating the meat of) all wild animals that fanged." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 15th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God مِنْ السِّبَاعِ. It has been told to us [Sufyan] from [Zuhri] from [Abu Idris] from [Abu Tsa'labah Al Khusyani], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam had forbidden the eating of the flesh of every wild animal with fangs." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 16th Hadith. God willing God willing مُسْلِمَ بْنَ مِشْكَمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْخُشَنِيَّ يَقُولُقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَخْبِرْنِي بِمَا يَحِلُّ لِي وَيُحَرَّمُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ فَصَعَّدَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وَالْإِثْمُ مَا لَمْ تَسْكُنْ إِلَيْهْ God bless you وَقَالَ لَا تَقْرَبْ لَحْمَ الْحِمَارِ الْأَهْلِيِّ وَلَا ذَا نَابٍ مِنْ السِّبَاعِ. Has told us [Zaid bin Yahya Ad Dimasyqi] he said, Has told us [Abdullah bin Ala`] I heard [Muslim bin Misykam] he said, I heard [Al Khusyani] said, "I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, tell me what is permissible for me and what is forbidden to me." Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam directed his gaze at me with a serious look. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said: "Goodness is something that makes the soul calm and the heart feels peaceful. Meanwhile evil is something that cannot make the soul calm and the heart peaceful, even if it is the result of a fatwa." He continued: "And do not eat the meat of the tame Himar nor of wild animals with fangs." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 17th Hadith. Has told us [Yazid] he said, has told us [Dawud] from [Makhul] from [Abu Tsa'labah Al Khusyani], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The person I love most and who is closest to me (later in the afterlife) is the person with the best morals. And the person I hate most and is farthest from me (later in the afterlife) is the worst person their morals are those who talk a lot and like to ridicule people with their words." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 18th Hadith. God willing Allah's blessings God bless you عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ النَِ رِجْسٌ فَتَفَرَّقُوا عَنْهُ فِي هَذِهِ الشِِ Allah's blessings قَالَ فَغَضِبَ فَجَاءَ وَهُوَ يَجُرُّ ثَوْبَهُ مُعَلِّقٌ نَعْلَهُ بِيَدِهِ وَقَالَ صَحِبْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. أَهْلِهْ نَبِيِّكُمْ وَوَفَاةُ الصَّالِحِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ. Has told us [Abdushshamad] Has told us [Hammam] he said, Has told us [Qatadah] from [Shahr] from [Abdurrahman bin Ghanm] he said, "When the tha'un disease struck the land of Sham, then Amru bin Ash preached and said, "Indeed this tha'un disease is dirt. So you should avoid it by scattering over these hills and valleys." This then reached the ears of [Syurahbil bin Hasanah], so he became angry and came dragging a cloth and carrying his sandals and said, "I have made friends with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Amru is more perverted than his family's Himar. But it is a mercy from your Rabb, a prayer from your Prophet and the death of righteous people before you." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 19th hadith. God bless you يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ ابْنِ شُفْعَةَ قَالَوَقَعَ الطَّاعُون7 may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَمْرٌو أَضَلُِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَمَوْتُ الصَّالِحِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ فَاجْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَلَا God willing فَقَالَ صَدَقَ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] Has told us [Syu'bah] from [Yazid bin Khumair] from [Syurahbil bin Syuf'ah] he said, "The disease of tha'un has become rampant, then Amru bin Ash said, "Indeed the disease of tha'un is dirt. Therefore, scatter yourselves from him." Then the expression reached [Syurahbil bin Hasanah], so he said, "Indeed, I have become friends with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. And Amru is more perverted than his family's camel. Indeed, ta'un is the prayer of your Prophet, mercy from your Rabb and the death of righteous people before you. So gather together and don't run away from him." Syurahbil's words reached Amru bin Ash, so Amru said, "He is right." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 20th hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ شُعْبَةُ أَضَلُّ مِنْ بَعِيرِ أَهْلِهِ love نَبِيِّكُمي وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا عَنْهُ قَالَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ فَقَالَ صَدَقَ. Has told us [Affan] Has told us [Syu'bah] he said, has told me [Yazid bin Khumair] he said, I heard [Syurahbil bin Syuf'ah] tell from [Amru bin Ash], that the ta'un disease has become rampant, Amru bin Al Ash then said, "The ta'un disease is dirt. Therefore, scatter you from it." So [Syurahbil bin Hasanah] said, "Indeed, I have been friends with Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, and Amru is more astray than his family's camels." Or, it seems Syu'bah said, "More astray than his family's Ba'ir (camel)." Then Syurahbil said, "Indeed, ta'un is a mercy from your Rabb, a prayer from your Prophet and (the cause of) the death of righteous people before you. So gather you together and do not scatter (run) from it." Syurahbil's words then reached [Amru bin Ash], so he said, "He is right." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 21st Hadith. Allah's blessings Allah's blessings God willing God willing يَنْكُبْهُ أَخْطَأَهُ وَمِثْلُ النَّارِ مَنْ يَنْكُبْهَا God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. وَدَعْوَةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ وَقَبْضُ الصَّالِحِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ. Has told us [Abu Sa'id] a slave of Bani Hashim, Has told us [Tsabit] Has told us [Ashim] from [Abu Munib] that [Amru bin Ash] once said about the tha'un disease at the end of his sermon in front of the crowd, "Indeed this tha'un disease is something as dirty as flowing water, whoever falls on it, the water will damage it. It is also like fire, whoever falls on it, the fire will crush it. Whoever remains silent will burn it and hurt it." [Syurahbil bin Hasanah] then said, "Indeed, this year is a mercy from your Rabb, a prayer from your Prophet and (the cause of) the death of the righteous people before you." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَِ God bless you وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَنَزَلْنَا أَرْضًا كَثِيرَةَ الضِّبَابِ قَالَ فَأَصَبْنَا مِنْهَا وَذَبَحْنَا قَالَ فَبَيْنَا God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing فَأَكْفِئُوهَا فَأَكْفَأْنَاهَا. It has been told to us [Abu Mu'awiyah] It has been told to us [Al A'masy] from [Zaid bin Wahb] from [Abdurrahman bin Hasanah] he said, "We were once with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on a journey. Then we stopped at a place where there were many lizards. Then we caught one of them and slaughtered it. When it was boiled in a vessel, suddenly the Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam came out to meet us. He said: "Indeed the people of the Bani Isra'il have been cursed, and I am afraid that they are cursed to become Lizards. So spill the lizard?" So we spilled it." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 23rd Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَخَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفِي يَدِهِ كَهَيْئَةِ الدَّرَقَةِ قَالَ فَوَضَعَهَا ثُمَّ جَلَسَ فَبَالَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings Allah's blessings God willing بِالْمَقَارِيضِ فَنَهَاهُمْ فَعُذِّبَ فِي قَبْرِهِ. It has been told to us [Abu Mu'awiyah] It has been told to us [Al A'masy] from [Zaid bin Wahb] from [Abdurrahman bin Hasanah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came out to meet us carrying a leather shield." 'Abdurrahman said, "Then he put the shield down. Only then did the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam urinate while facing the direction of the shield. Then some people said, "Look at him, he is urinating as a woman urinates." The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam heard these words, so he said: "Woe to you! Don't you know what happened to one of the children of Israel? If urine splashes on them, they cut it with scissors, then the person forbids it, until he is tortured in his grave." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 24th Hadith. God bless you وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْأَعْمَشُ الْمَعْنَى عَنْ زَيْدِ God willing وَكِيعٌ الْجُهَنِيُِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَنَزَلْنَا بِأَرْضٍ كَثِيرَةِ الضِّبَابِ فَاتَّخَذْنَا مِنْهَا فَطَبَخْنَا فِي قُدُورِنَا فَسَأَلْنَا النَّبِيَّ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you فَأَكْفَأْنَا الْقُدُورَ قَالَ وَكِيعٌ مُسِخَتْ فَأَخْشَى أَنْ تَكُونَ هَذِهِ فَأَكْفَأْنَاهَا وَإِنَّا لَجِيَاعٌ. Has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Al A'masy]. And He has told us [Waki'] he said, he has told me [Al A'masy Al Ma'na] in meaning, from [Yazid bin Wahb] from [Abdurrahman bin Hasanah]. [Waki'] said; [Al Juhani] said, "We were fighting with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then we were struck by famine. So we stopped at a place where there were lots of monitor lizards. Then we took some of them and cooked them in our vessels. When we asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about this, he answered: "(That) was a people who had been lost, or had their form changed." -Yahya still had doubts, Wallahu A'lam- Then he ordered (to throw it away), so we poured out the vessels." Waki' said, "They had been changed in form, so I was afraid they were these animals. So we shed them even though we were hungry." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 25th Hadith. God willing وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنِ حَسَنَةَ قَالَكُنْتُ Allah's blessings God willing وَمَعَهُ دَرَقَةٌ أَوْ شِبْهُهَا فَاسْتَتَرَ بِهَا فَبَالَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَجَاءَنَا فَقَالَ أَوَمَا عَلِمْتُمْ مَا أَصَابَ صَاحِبَ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَعُذِّبَ فِي قَبْرِهِ. It has been told to us [Waki'] It has been told to us [Al A'masy] from [Zaid bin Wahb] from [Abdurrahman bin Hasanah] he said, "I was sitting with Amru bin Ash, then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam came out to meet us carrying a shield made of leather. He then took cover behind it and urinated while sitting. So we asked: "Did Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam urinate as a woman urinates. Then 'Abdurrahman said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then came to us and said: "Don't you know what happened to one of the children of Isra'il, if a man from them was splashed with urine, he would cut him, then the person forbade them to do that, so he was tortured in his grave." Has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Al A'masy] he said, I heard [Abu Salih] from [Amru bin Ash] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade us to go in to meet the women who were left with their husbands." Has told us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] Has told us [Moses] from [his father] from [Abu Qais] the slave of Amru bin Ash, from [Amru bin Ash] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, what differentiates our fast from the fast of the People of the Book is eating at dawn." It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] and [Hajjaj] both said, It has been told to us [Syu'bah] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [a man from Egypt] he told it from [Amru bin Ash] that he said, "Once Muhammad bin Abu Bakr was detained, but he refused. So Amru asked him because he was surprised, Muhammad bin Abu Bakr claimed to have security guarantees. Amru then said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The muslimin people who are in the lowest position (have the right) to provide protection." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-29. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَحَجَّاجٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ مِصْرَ يُحَدِّثُأَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ أَهْدَى إِلَى نَاسٍ هَدَايَا فَفَضَّلَ عَمَّارَ بْنَ يَاسِرٍ فَقِيلَ لَهُ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ تَقْتُلُهُ الْفِئَةُ الْبَاغِيَةُ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ja'far] dan [Hajjaj] keduanya berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Amru bin Dinar] dari [seorang laki Mesir] ia menceritakan, bahwa [Amru bin Ash] memberikan hadiah kepada orang-orang, namun ia lebih mengutamakan mendahulukan Ammar bin Yasir. Maka hal itu pun ditanyakan kepadanya. Amru lantas menjawab, "Saya mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Ia akan dibunuh oleh kelompok pemberontak." (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-30. حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَكَمُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ذَكْوَانَ أَبَا صَالِحٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مَوْلًى لِعَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِأَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ أَرْسَلَهُ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ يَسْتَأْذِنُهُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ فَأَذِنَ لَهُ فَتَكَلَّمَا فِي حَاجَةٍ فَلَمَّا خَرَجَ الْمَوْلَى سَأَلَهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَسْتَأْذِنَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ أَزْوَاجِهِنَّ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Bahz] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] ia berkata, telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Al Hakam] ia berkata, saya mendengar [Dzakwan Abu Shalih] menceritakan dari [Budak Amru bin Ash], bahwa [Amru bin Ash] pernah mengutusnya menemui Ali untuk meminta izin agar dapat menemui isterinya, Asma binti Umais. Ali pun kemudian memberinya izin. Lalu keduanya berbicara dalam suatu keperluan, ketika budak tersebut keluar, ia pun menanyakan perihal (perizinan itu) kepada Amru. Amru kemudian menjawab, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam telah melarang kami untuk menemui para wanita kecuali atas izin suami mereka." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أَنَّ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ الْمُطَّلِبِ أَخْبَرَهُأَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ دَخَلَ عَلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ فَدَعَاهُ إِلَى الْغَدَاءِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ ثُمَّ الثَّانِيَةَ كَذَلِكَ ثُمَّ الثَّالِثَةَ كَذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَا إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Rauh] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij] telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Sa'id bin Katsir] bahwa [Ja'far bin Muthalib] mengabarkan kepadanya, bahwa Abdullah bin Amru bin Ash pernah menemui [Amru bin Ash], lalu Amru pun mengajaknya makan siang. Abdullah lantas berkata, "Saya sedang berpuasa." Kemudian Amru mengajaknya dua sampai tiga kali, namun Abdullah tetap menjawab dengan jawaban yang sama. Abdullah berkata, "Aku tetap tidak maun, kecuali jika engkau mendengarnya dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam." Maka Amru bin Ash pun berkata, "Sungguh, aku mendengarnya dari dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الْخَطْمِيُّ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ قَالَبَيْنَا نَحْنُ مَعَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ فِي حَجٍّ أَوْ عُمْرَةٍ فَقَالَ بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الشِّعْبِ إِذْ قَالَ انْظُرُوا هَلْ تَرَوْنَ شَيْئًا فَقُلْنَا نَرَى غِرْبَانًا فِيهَا غُرَابٌ أَعْصَمُ أَحْمَرُ الْمِنْقَارِ وَالرِّجْلَيْنِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَنْ كَانَ مِنْهُنَّ مِثْلَ هَذَا الْغُرَابِ فِي الْغِرْبَانِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdushshamad] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad] ia berkata, Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Ja'far Al Khathmi] dari [Umarah bin Khuzaimah] ia berkata, "Saat kami bersama [Amru bin Ash] melaksanakan haji dan umrah, ia berkata, "Ketika kami bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berada di jalan bukit ini, tiba-tiba beliau bersabda: "Lihatlah, apakah kalian melihat sesuatu?" kami menjawab, "Kami melihat beberapa ekor burung gagak di antaranya ada yang sayapnya berwarna putih, paruh dan kakinya berwarna merah." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam lalu bersabda: "Para wanita tidak akan masuk surga kecuali beberapa orang dari mereka, seperti burung gagak ini di antara burung-burung gagak lainnya." Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو قَيْسٍ مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِأَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ كَانَ يَسْرُدُ الصَّوْمَ وَقَلَّمَا كَانَ يُصِيبُ مِنْ الْعَشَاءِ أَوَّلَ اللَّيْلِ أَكْثَرَ مَا كَانَ يُصِيبُ مِنْ السَّحَرِ قَالَ وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ فَصْلًا بَيْنَ صِيَامِنَا وَصِيَامِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ أَكْلَةُ السَّحَرِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Musa] ia berkata, saya mendengar [Bapakku] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abu Qais] budak Amru bin Ash, bahwa [Amru bin Ash] pernah melakukan puasa berturut-turut, dan ia lebih banyak makan di awal malam daripada di akhir malam. Abu Qais berkata, "Aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam Amru bin Ash berkata, "Aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Yang membedakan antara puasa kita dengan puasanya Ahli Kitab adalah makan di waktu sahur.'" Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُسَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ بِمِصْرَ يَقُولُ مَا أَبْعَدَ هَدْيَكُمْ مِنْ هَدْيِ نَبِيِّكُمْ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَّا هُوَ فَكَانَ أَزْهَدَ النَّاسِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَأَمَّا أَنْتُمْ فَأَرْغَبُ النَّاسِ فِيهَا. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Yazid] ia berkata, Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Musa] ia berkata, saya mendengar [Bapakku] berkata, saya mendengar [Amru bin Ash] berkhutbah di hadapan manusia di Mesir, ia mengatakan, "Alangkah jauhnya perilaku kalian terhadap perilaku Nabi kalian shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam seorang yang paling zuhud di dunia, sementara kalian adalah orang-orang yang lebih mengutamakan dunia." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعَيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ أَنَّهُسَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِذَا حَكَمَ الْحَاكِمُ فَاجْتَهَدَ فَأَصَابَ فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ وَإِذَا حَكَمَ فَاجْتَهَدَ فَأَخْطَأَ فَلَهُ أَجْرٌقَالَ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ قَالَ هَكَذَا حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Yazid] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Haiwah] telah menceritakan kepadaku [Yazid bin Abdullah bin Hadi] dari [Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Harits] dari [Busr bin Sa'id] dari [Abu Qais] budak Amru bin Ash, dari [Amru bin Ash], bahwa ia mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Jika seorang hakim memutuskan perkara, lalu ia berijtihad dan benar dalam berijtihad, maka baginya dua pahala. Dan jika ia memutuskan suatu perkara, lalu ia berijtihad dan salah dalam ijtihadnya, maka baginya satu pahala." Abdullah bin Ahmad berkata, "Saya menceritakan hadits ini kepada [Abu Bakr bin Amru bin Hazm], ia berkata, "Seperti inilah [Abu Salamah bin 'Abdurrahman] menceritakan dari [Abu Hurairah]." Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أَنَّ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ فُلَانٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَبَيْنَا هُوَ يَمْشِي قَدْ أَسْبَلَ إِزَارَهُ إِذْ لَحِقَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ أَخَذَ بِنَاصِيَةِ نَفْسِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ عَبْدُكَ ابْنُ عَبْدِكَ ابْنُ أَمَتِكَ قَالَ عَمْرٌو فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي رَجُلٌ حَمْشُ السَّاقَيْنِ فَقَالَ يَا عَمْرُو إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدْ أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ يَا عَمْرُو وَضَرَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِأَرْبَعِ أَصَابِعَ مِنْ كَفِّهِ الْيُمْنَى تَحْتَ رُكْبَةِ عَمْرٍو فَقَالَ يَا عَمْرُو هَذَا مَوْضِعُ الْإِزَارِ ثُمَّ رَفَعَهَا ثُمَّ وَضَعَهَا تَحْتَ الثَّانِيَةِ فَقَالَ يَا عَمْرُو هَذَا مَوْضِعُ الْإِزَارِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Walid bin Muslim] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Walid bin Sulaiman] bahwa [Al Qasim bin Abdurrahman] telah menceritakan kepada mereka, dari [Amru bin Fulan Al Anshari] ia berkata, "Bahwa saat Amru berjalan dengan kainnya yang musbil (melebihi kedua mata kaki), tiba-tiba Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menjumpainya, maka beliau memegang ubun-ubunnya seraya mengatakan: "ALLAHUMMA 'ABDUKA IBNU 'ABDIKA IBNU AMATIKA (Ya Allah! Hamba-Mu, anak hamba-Mu, dan anak hamba perempuan-Mu." Amru berkata, "Aku lalu berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah, aku adalah seorang yang kecil betisnya." Maka beliau bersabda: "Wahai Amru, sesungguhnya Allah 'azza wajalla telah memperbaiki penciptaan segala sesuatu. Wahai Amru, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam sambil menepuk bagian belakang lutut Amru dengan empat jari tangannya yang sebelah kanan seraya berkata, 'Wahai Amru, di sinilah posisi kain." Kemudian beliau pun mengangkat dan meletakkannya di bawah jarinya yang kedua seraya bersabda: "Wahai Amru, di sinilah posisi kain." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ قَيْسٍ الْجُذَامِيِّ رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ قَالَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُعْطَى الشَّهِيدُ سِتَّ خِصَالٍ عِنْدَ أَوَّلِ قَطْرَةٍ مِنْ دَمِهِ يُكَفَّرُ عَنْهُ كُلُّ خَطِيئَةٍ وَيُرَى مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ الْجَنَّةِ وَيُزَوَّجُ مِنْ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ وَيُؤَمَّنُ مِنْ الْفَزَعِ الْأَكْبَرِ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَيُحَلَّى حُلَّةَ الْإِيمَانِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zaid bin Yahya Ad Dimasyqi] ia berkata, Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Tsauban] dari [Bapaknya] dari [Makhul] dari [Katsir bin Murrah] dari [Qais Al Judzami] seorang yang pernah bersahabat dengan Nabi, ia berkata, "Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: " Orang yang mati syahid akan diberikan enam hal sejak pertama kali darahnya menetes; semua dosanya akan diampuni, diperlihatkan tempat duduknya dari surga, dinikahkan dengan bidadari, diselamatkan dari kedahsyatan hari kiamat dan pedihnya adzab kubur, serta akan dipakaikan kepadanya pakaian iman." Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْأَلْهَانِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عِنَبَةَ قَالَ سُرَيْجٌ وَلَهُ صُحْبَةٌ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا عَسَلَهُ قِيلَ وَمَا عَسَلُهُ قَالَ يَفْتَحُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَهُ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ ثُمَّ يَقْبِضُهُ عَلَيْهِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syuraij bin Nu'man] ia berkata, Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Baqiyyah] dari [Muhammad bin Ziyad Al Alhani] ia berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abu Inabah] -Syuraih berkata; ia termasuk seorang sahabat- ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Jika Allah 'azza wajalla menginginkan kebaikan bagi seorang hamba, maka Dia akan memberinya bekal." Lalu ditanyakan kepada beliau, "Bekal seperti apa yang akan diberikan-Nya." Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abul Mughirah] ia berkata, Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Ayyasy] ia berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Syurahbil bin Muslim Al Khaulani] ia berkata, "Saya melihat tujuh orang, lima di antaranya pernah bersahabat dengan Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, sedangkan yang dua orang pernah menumpahkan darah pada masa jahiliyah dan belum bersahabat dengan Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Adapun dua orang yang belum sempat bersahabat dengan Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam adalah Abu Inabah Al Khaulani dan Abu Fatih Al Anmari." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-40. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْأَلْهَانِيِّ قَالَذُكِرَ عِنْدَ أَبِي عِنَبَةَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ الشُّهَدَاءُ فَذَكَرُوا الْمَبْطُونَ وَالْمَطْعُونَ وَالنُّفَسَاءَ فَغَضِبَ أَبُو عِنَبَةَ وَقَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَصْحَابُ نَبِيِّنَا عَنْ نَبِيِّنَا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ شُهَدَاءَ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ أُمَنَاءُ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ فِي خَلْقِهِ قُتِلُوا أَوْ مَاتُوا. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abul Yaman] ia berkata, Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Isma'il bin Ayyasy] dari [Muhammad bin Ziyad Al Alhani] ia berkata, "Disebutkan di sisi [Abu Inabah Al Khaulani] tentang orang yang mati syahid, lalu orang-orang pun menyebutkan orang yang mati karena sakit perut, orang yang mati karena penyakit tha'un, dan orang yang mati karena melahirkan. Abu Inabah kemudian marah dan berkata, " [Para sahabat Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam] telah menceritakan kepada kami, bahwa beliau bersabda: "Sesungguhnya hamba-hamba Allah yang mati syahid adalah orang-orang yang terpercaya di bumi, baik mati karena dibunuh atau mati dengan sendirinya."
