Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ جُلُودِ السِّبَاعِ. Has told us [Isma'il], has told us [Sa'id] - and [Ibn Ja'far] has told us [Sa'id] - from [Qatadah] from [Abu Malih bin Usamah] from [his father] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam forbade (consuming) the skins of wild animals." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 2nd hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ قَالَخَرَجْتُ God bless you مَطِيرَةٍ فَلَمَّا رَجَعْتُ God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَأَصَابَتْنَا سَمَاءٌ لَمْ تَبُلَّ أَسَافِلَ نِعَالِنَا فَنَادَى مُنَادِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ. Has told us [Isma'il], has told us [Khalid] from [Abu Qilabah] from [Abu MAlih bin Usamah] he said; I went out on a rainy night to the mosque, when I came home and asked for the door to be opened, [my father] asked; "Who is this?" They answered; "Abu Malih." My father said; "Indeed, we have witnessed with the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam during the Hudaibiyah agreement, we were caught in the rain even though the rain did not wet our sandals, then the mu`adzin Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam shouted; "Pray at your respective stops." God bless you love God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far], has told us [Shu'bah] -and [Hajjaj] has told me [Shu'bah] - from [Qatadah] he said; I heard [Abul Malih] tell me from [his father] that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam when he was at home, he said: "Indeed, Allah 'azza wajalla does not accept prayers without purifying himself and does not accept alms from the proceeds of Ghulul (taking ghanimah wealth before dividing it)." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 4th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فِي الرِّحَالِ. He told us [Bahz], he told us [Hammam], he told us [Qatadah] that [Abu Malih] had told him from [his father] that it rained during the battle of Hunain, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam ordered his mu`adzin to call for prayer at their respective stops. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِأَنَّ رَسُولَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings السِّبَاعِ. It has been told to us by [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Malih] from [his father] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam forbade (consuming) the skins of wild animals." God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَا يَقْبَلُ صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ وَلَا صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ. Has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Sa'id], has told us [Qatadah] he said; I heard [Abul Malih] tell me from [his father] that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam say: "Indeed, Allah 'azza wajalla does not accept alms wealth from the proceeds of Ghulul (taking ghanimah wealth before dividing it) and does not accept prayer without purifying it." Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far], has told us [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] that [Abu Malih] from [his father] that he once witnessed the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam at the battle of Hunain when it was raining, then he ordered his mu`adzin, then his mu`adzin called; "Indeed, prayers are performed at each other's stops." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 8th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing خَرَجَ صَلَّى مَا بَدَا لَهُ وَإِنْ وَجَدَ الْإِمَامَ قَدْ خَرَجَ جَلَسَ فَاسْتَمَعَ وَأَنْصَتَ حَتَّى يَقْضِيَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God God willing لِلْجُمُعَةِ الَّتِي قَبْلَهَا. Has told us [Ali bin Ishaq], has told us [Abdullah], has told us [Yunus bin Zaid] from [Atha` Al Khurasani] he said; [Nubaisyah Al Hudzali] narrated from Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam that if a muslim bathes on Friday, then goes to the mosque and does not harm anyone, and he finds the Imam has not appeared, then he has performed the prayer perfectly, and if he finds the Imam has appeared, then he sits, listens and reflects until the Imam finishes his Friday sermon and his speech, if all his sins are not forgiven on that Friday, surely this will erase his sins on the previous Friday." Has told us [Husyaim], has told us [Khalid] from [Abul Malih] from [Nubaisyah Al Hudzali] he said; Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said: "The days of Tasyrik (eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Dzulhijah) are days for eating, drinking and reciting the remembrance of Allah 'azza wajalla." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا كُنَّا نَعْتِرُ God willing God willing love يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا كُنَّا نُفَرِّعُ فِي فَرَعًا فَمَا تَأْمُرُنَا قَالَ فِي كُلِّ سَائِمَةٍ فَرَعٌ تَغْذُوهُ مَاشِيَتُكا God bless you أُرَاهُ قَالَ عَلَى ابْنِ السَِ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّا كُنَّا نَهَيْنَاكُمْ أَنْ تَأْكُلُوا لُحُومَهَا فَوْقَ ثَلَاثٍ كَيْ تَسَعَكُمْ فَقَدْ جَاءَ اللَّهُ بِالسَّعَةِ فَكُلا God bless you God willing كَمْ السَّائِمَةُ قَالَ مِائَةٌ. Has told us [Isma'il] from [Khalid Al Hadza`] from [Abul Malih bin Usamah] from [Nubaisyah Al Hudzali] he said; people ask; "O Messenger of Allah, we used to slaughter animals in the month of Rajab during the time of ignorance, so what do you order us to do?" he said: "Slaughter sacrifices for Allah Tabaraka Wata'ala in any month, do good to Allah and feed (from the slaughtered meat)!" They asked again; "O Messenger of Allah, we also used to slaughter camel calves in the era of ignorance, what do you think?" He said: "In every sa`imah that you herd and is old enough to be slaughtered, then slaughter and give alms to the meat." Khalid said; "I thought he said; "To the ibn sabiil (those who travel), it is good for you," Nubaisyah said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "I forbade you from eating the meat (sacrificial meat) for more than three days so that you feel free, now Allah has made room for you, therefore eat, save it and give it in charity to get a reward, know that today is a day of eating, drinking and remembrance of Allah Tabaraka wa Ta'ala." Khalid said; I said to Abu Qilabah; "How many sa`imah-kah (were slaughtered at that time)?" He answered; "One hundred." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 11th Hadith. God willing God willing God bless you وَكَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ قَالَتْدَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا نُبَيْشَةُ وَنَحْنُ نَأْكُلُ فِي قَصْعَةٍ فَقَالَ لَنَا حَدَّثَنَا may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God bless you God willing God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing. Having told us ['Affan], having told us [Al Mu'alla bin Rasyid Al Hudzali] he said; has told me about my grandmother, namely [Ummu 'Ashim] from a man from the tribe of Hudzail called [Nubaisyah Al Khair] - he was one of the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - he said; Nubaisyah once met me when we were eating with a tray, then she said to us; The Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam has told us that: "Whoever eats from a tray, then licks it, then the tray will ask for forgiveness for him." Has told us Abdullah, has told us [Rauh bin Abdul Mukmin] and [Ubaidullah Al Qawariri] has told us Abdullah he said; have told me [Muhammad bin Shudran], they said; has told us [Al Mu'alla bin Rasyid], has said that one of the hadith experts is Abul Yaman An Nabal, he said; has told me about my grandmother, namely [Ummu 'Ashim] from [Nubaisyah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam like that. God bless you God willing قَالَذُكِرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُنَّا نَعْتِرُ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ قَالَ اذْبَحُوا لِلَّهِ God willing اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَأَطْعِمُوا. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abu Adi], [Ibn 'Aun] said; has told us [Jamil] from [Abul Malih] from [Nusyaibah] said; he mentioned to the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam; In the past, we used to slaughter sacrificial animals in the month of Rajab during the Jahiliyah era, then he said: "Slaughter sacrifices for Allah Tabaraka wa Ta'ala in any month, do good to Allah and feed (from the slaughtered meat)!" (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 13th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. نَعْتِرُ عَتِيرَةً لَنَا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَمَا God bless you وَبَرُّوا اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَأَطْعِمُوا قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا كُنَّا نُفَرِّعُ فَرَعًا فِي God willing God bless you وَتَصَدَّقْتَ بِلَحْمِهِ قَالَ أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ عَلَى ابْنِ السَّبِيلِ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ. Has told us [Husyaim], has told us [Khalid] from [Abu Malih] from [Nubaisyah Al Hudzali] he said; I asked Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam; "In fact, we used to slaughter animals (in the month of Rajab) during the time of ignorance, so what do you order us to do?" He said: "Slaughter sacrifice in any month, do good to Allah Tabaraka Wata'ala and distribute the food (slaughter)!" They asked again; "O Messenger of Allah, we also used to slaughter sheep (for the gods) in the era of ignorance, what do you think?" He said: "In every sa`imah of far' that you graze, and when it is old enough to be slaughtered, then give the meat to the people who are on the way." I thought he said: "To ibnu sabil (those who travel), because that is better." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 14th Hadith. God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you فَقَدْ جَاءَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى بِالسَّعَةِ فَكُلُوا وَادَّخِرُوا وَاتَّجِرُوا أَلَا وَإِنَّ هَذِهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى. Has told us [Isma'il], has told us [Khalid] from [Abu Malih bin Usamah] from [Nubaisyah] he said; Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said: "Indeed, we have forbidden you to eat sacrificial meat for more than three days, so that you will become spacious, and indeed Allah Tabaraka wa Ta'ala has come with spaciousness, so eat, and save it and give alms to get a reward from it. Know that today is a day of eating, drinking and remembrance of Allah Tabaraka Wata'ala." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 15th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you كَيْمَا تَسَعَكُمْ فَقَدْ جَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى بِالْخَيْرِ فَكُلُوا وَادَّخِرُوا وَاتَّجِرُوا وَإِنَّ هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فِي رَجَبٍ فَمَا تَأْمُرُنَا فَقَالَ God bless you كَانَ وَبَرُّوا اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَأَطْعِمُوا فَقَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind فَرَعًا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَمَا تَأْمُرُنَا قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهّ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ابْنِ السَّبِيلِ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ هُوَ خَيْرٌ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far], has told us [Syu'bah] from [Khalid] from [Abu Qilabah] from [Abu Malih bin Usamah] from [Nubaisyah] - a man from the people of Hudzail and one of the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam -, that he (the Prophet) said; "Only I forbid you from eating sacrificial meat for more than three days until you feel free, and (now) Allah Ta'ala has brought goodness. Therefore, eat, and save it and give alms to get a reward from it, because today is a day to eat, drink and remember Allah Ta'ala." Then someone asked; "O Messenger of Allah, we used to slaughter animals (in the month of Rajab) during the era of ignorance, so what do you order (now) from us?" He said: "Slaughter for Allah Tabrakan wa Ta'ala in any month, do good to Allah Azza wa Jalla and share the slaughtered meat!" They asked again; "O Messenger of Allah, we also used to slaughter sheep (for the gods) in the era of ignorance, what do you think?" So Raasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "In every sa`imah of the far' that you graze, and when it is old enough to be slaughtered, then give the meat to the people who are on the way, because that is better." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 16th Hadith. God willing God willing God bless you وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ قَالَ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ هَلْ God bless you فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى كُلِّ بَيْتٍ أَنْ يَذْبَحُوا شَاةً فِي كُلِّ رَجَبٍ وَكُلِّ أَضْحَى شَاةً. Has told us [Abdurrazaq], has told us [Ibnu Juraij], has told me [Abdul Karim] from [Habib bin Mikhnaf] HE said; I met the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam on the day of Arafah, then he asked; "Did you know?" He says; 'I don't understand what they returned." Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said: "Let every house slaughter a goat in every month of Rajab and on the day of Adha (Dzulhijjah) a goat too." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God bless you قَالَ رَوْحٌ الْغَامِدِيُّ قَالَوَنَحْنُ وُقُوفٌ مَعَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ أَضْحَاةً وَعَتِيرَةً أَتَدْرُونَ مَا God willing God. Has told us [Mu'adz bin Mu'adz], has told us [Ibn 'Aun], he said; has reported to me [Abu Ramlah] from [Mikhnaf bin Sulaim], [Rauh Al Ghamidi] said; "We were standing wukuf with the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam at Arafah, then he said: "O people, let every householder make a sacrifice every year with one sacrifice and 'atirah, do you know what 'atirah is? That is what people usually call rajabiyah." (Degree: sahih. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 18th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing God willing يَدِي فِي قَمِيصِهِ فَمَسَحْتُ ظَهْرَهُ فَوَقَعَ خَاتَمُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. النُّبُوَّةِ فَقَالَ شَعَرَاتٌ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ. Has told us [Harami bin Umarah] he said; has told me ['Azrah Al Ansari], has told us ['Ilba' bin Ahmar] has told us [Abu Zaid], he said; Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said to me: "Come closer to me!" I got closer to him, he said: "Put your hand in and rub my back!" I also put my hand into his robe, I rubbed his back until my fingers touched the sign of prophethood," 'Ilba' said; then Abu Zaid was asked about the sign of prophethood, he answered; "That is the fine hair that grows) between his two shoulders." God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهْ قَالَ فَمَسَحَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ قَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَلَقَدْ بَلَغَ بِضْعًا وَمِائَةَ سَنَةٍ وَمَا فِي رَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ بَيَاضٌ إِلَّا نَبْذٌ يَسِيرٌ وَلَقَدْ كَانَ مُنْبَسِطَ الْوَجْهِ وَلَمْ يَنْقَبِضْ وَجْهُهُ حَتَّى مَاتَ. Has told us [Harami bin Umarah] he said; has told me ['Azrah bin Thabit Al Ansari], has told us ['Ilba` bin Ahmar] has told us [Abu Zaid Al Anshari], he said; Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said to me: "Come closer to me!" Then he stroked the hair of his head and beard with his hand, Abu Zaid said; then he prayed: "O Allah, beautify and preserve its beauty." The narrator said; "Indeed he (Abu Zaid) was more than a hundred years old, but there was no white color in his hair and beard except a little, he was a figure with a cheerful face, and his face did not change until he died." God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَوَجَدَ قُتَارًا فَقَالَ مَنْ هَذَا الَّذِي ذَبَحَ قَالَ God bless you كَانَ هَذَا يَوْمٌ الطَّعَامُ فِيهِ كَرِيهٌ فَذَبَحْتُ لِآكُلَ وَأُطْعِمَ جِيرَانِي قَالَ فَأَعِدْ قَالَ لَا وَالَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ مَا عِنْدِي إِلَِ God willing تُجْزِئُ عَنْ أَحَدٍ بَعْدَكَ. Has told us ['Affan], has told us [Abdul Warits], has told us [Khalid] from [Abu Qilabah] from ['Amru bin Bujdan] from [Abu Zaid Al Ansari] he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam once passed behind our houses and smelled the smell of cooking, so he asked: "Who has slaughtered (the sacrificial animal)?" then one of the men from us came out and said; "O Messenger of Allah, today is the day of eating, so I slaughtered it for myself to eat and I gave it to my neighbor." He said: "Repeat (your sacrifice)." He answered; "No, by the One who does not exist Ilah besides Him, I have no other than Jadza'ah, or a pregnant goat." He said it three times, he then said: "Slaughter it, and (this) does not apply to anyone else after you." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 21st Hadith. God willing Allah's blessings God willing God willing بَعَثَ نُقَادَةَ الْأَسَدِيَّ إِلَى رَجُلٍ يَسْتَمْنِحُهُ نَاقَةً لَهُ وَأَنَّ الرَّجُلَ رَدَّهُ God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَقُودُهَا قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ فِيهَا وَفِيمَنْ أَرْسَلَ God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَدَرَّتْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُمَّ أَكْثِرْ مَالَ فُلَانٍ وَوَلَدَهُ يَعْنِي الْمَانِعَ الْأَوَّلَ اللَّهُمَِ فُلَانٍ يَوْمًا بِيَوْمٍ يَعْنِي صَاحِبَ النَّاقَةِ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ بِهَا. Has told us [Yunus] and ['Affan], both of them said; has told us [Ghassan bin Burzin], has told us [Sayyar bin Salamah Ar Riyahi] from [Al Bara' As Salithi] from [Nuqadah Al Asadi] that Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam once sent Nuqadah Al Asadi to meet a man who asked him for a camel, and the man refused and then gave it to someone other than him, then he sent him a camel, then when Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam saw Nuqadah coming to bring it back, he said: "O Allah, bless this camel and the person who sent it." Nuqadah said; "O Messenger of Allah, and also the person who came to bring him?" He answered: "And also the person who came to bring it," Then Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam ordered the camel to be milked and when it was milked it produced a lot of milk, so Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam prayed: "O Allah, increase the wealth of so and so and its children." (ie the person who first refused), "O Allah, make Fulan's sustenance continuous every day," namely the owner of the camel who sent it. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you رَسُولَ اللَّهْ عَلَيْهِما قَالَ هَؤُلَاءِ الضَّالُّونَ يَعْنِي النَّصَارَى قَالَ God willing God bless you عَبَاءَةٍ غَلَّهَا. Has told us [Abdurrazaq], has told us [Ma'mar] from [Budail Al 'Uqaili], he said; has informed me [Abdullah bin Syaqiq] that [someone] who heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam once told him, when he was in Wadil Qura' while riding his horse, then one of the men from Bulqin asked him; "O Messenger of Allah, who are they?" He answered: "They are the ones who are cursed." -While pointing at the Jews- then the man asked again; "Who are they?" He answered: "They are misguided people, namely Christians." Abdullah bin Syaqiq said; "Then a man came to the man from Bulqin, saying: "Your former slave so-and-so has been martyred," or he said: "Your slave so-and-so." Has told us [Isma'il], has told us [Al Jurariri] from [Abul Ala' bin Asy Syikhkhir] he said; "I was once with Mutharrif in the camel market, suddenly [a Bedouin] came with a piece of leather or a piece of leather vessel, he asked; "Who can read or is there anyone among you who can read?" Illah (who has the right to be worshipped) other than Allah and Muhammad is Allah's messenger, then they separated themselves from the polytheists, admitted one fifth of their ghanimah property and the share of the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam and His chosen servants, surely they will be safe with the security of Allah and His Messenger." Some people asked; "Did you hear anything from the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam that you can tell us?" Abu Al 'Ala` answered; "Yes," they said: "Tell us, may Allah have mercy on you!" He answered; I heard him say: "Whoever wants to let the feeling of envy disappear in his heart, he should fast in the month of Ramadan, or three days in every month," then some people asked him; "Did you really hear this from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him?" Abu Al 'Ala` answered; to Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam." On another occasion [Isma'il] mentioned (in his narration) the sentence; "Are you worried? Has told us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Harun bin Ri`ab] from [Ibn Syikhkhir] from [a] member of the banu 'Uqaisy, he said; -while he was carrying the book of the Prophet Shalallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam-, the Prophet Shalallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said: "Fasting for three days in every month can eliminate the envy in the chest." God bless you God willing وَأَبِي الدَّهْمَاءِ قَالَاكَانَا يُكْثِرَانِ السَّفَرَ نَحْوَ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ قَالَا أَتَيْنَا عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. رَسُولُ اللَّهْ يُعَلِّمُنِي مِمَّا عَلَّمَهُ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى God willing وَجَلَّ إِلَّا أَعْطَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا مِنْهُحَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. كُنَّا بِالْمِرْبَدِ جُلُوسًا فَأَتَى عَلَيْنَا رَجُلٌ مِنْ God willing God bless you مَعَهُ كِتَابٌ فِي قِطْعَةِ أَدِيمٍ قَالَ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ فِي قِطْعَةِ جِرَابٍ فَقَالَ هَذَا كِتَابٌ كَتَبَهُ م may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing لِبَنِي زُهَيْرِ بْنِ أُقَيْشٍ وَهُمْ حَيٌّ مِنْ عُكْلٍ God willing وَفَارَقْتُمْ or God willing وَسَلَّمَ وَالصَّفِيَّ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ وَصَفِيَّهُ فَأَنْتُمْ آمِنُونَ بِأَمَانِ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَأَمَانِ رَسُولِهِ فَذَكَرَ يَعْنِي حَدِيثَ الْجُرَيْرِىِّ. Has told us [Isma'il], has told us [Sulaiman bin Mughirah] from [Humaid bin Hilal] from [Abu Qatadah] and [Abu Ad Dahma'] both said; -the two of them often traveled together to this temple (Makkah)-, both said; "We once went to [a] resident of the village, then the man said; Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam once held my hand and then taught me something that Allah Tabaraka Wata'ala had taught him, he said: "Indeed, you never leave something out of fear of Allah 'azza wajalla, but Allah will give you good from that fear." He told us about Rauh bin Ubadah, he told us about Qurrah bin Khalid. berkata; aku mendengar Yazid bin Abdullah bin Asy Syikhkhir berkata; Ketika kami sedang duduk-duduk di Mirbad, tiba-tiba datang seorang lelaki dari penduduk dusun, kami melihatnya dan berkata kepadanya; "Sepertinya orang ini bukan penduduk kampung ini, " laki-laki itu menjawab; "Ya." Has told us ['Affan] has told us [Abdul Warits] has told me [Abdullah bin Sawadah Al Qusyairi] he said; has told me [a man] from the village of [his father]. -His father was once a prisoner of Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam- he said; "I heard Muhammad Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam say: "It is not accepted to pray for someone who does not read the Ummul Kitarah (al Fatehah)." It has been told to us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi], it has been told to us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Anas bin Sirin] from [Ma'bad bin Sirin Al Ansari] from [a man] Anshar from [his father] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam explained that the cure for diseases that attack the thighs, should be taken from the tail (coccyx bone marrow) of a village goat, -the goat is neither too small nor too big-, then melted and divided into three parts, then drunk every day, namely drinking one part at a time." It has been told to us ['Affan], it has been told to us [Syu'bah] from [Al Jurairi] from [Yazid bin Abdullah bin Syikhkhir] from [a man from his people] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam once passed by him and said: "Read in your prayer mu'awwidzatain ('a'udzubillahi minasy syaithanir Rajim)." Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 30th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يَعْتَقِبُونَ وَفِي الظَّهْرِ قِلَّةٌ فَحَانَتْ نَزْلَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهْ فَلَحِقَنِي مِنْ بَعْدِي فَضَرَبَ مَنْكِبِي فَقَالَ قُلْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَقَرَأَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَرَأْتُهَا مَعَهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ فَقَرَأَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَرَأْتُهَا مَعَهُ فَقَالَ إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ فَقْرَأْ بِهِمَا. Has told us [Isma'il], has told us [Al Jurariri] from [Abul 'Ala`] he said; [someone] said; "We were with Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam on a journey. While people were following him. When midday arrived, the number of people started to become small. Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam came down and I also went down. He met me and patted both of my shoulders. He said: "Say, 'Qul a'udzu birabbil falaq." So I said, "A'udzu birabbil falaq." Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam read it again and then I read it with him. He then said: "Say 'Qul a'udzu birabbinnas'!, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam read it and I also read it with him. His words: "When you pray, read these two letters." (Degree: authentic. God willing God willing فِي حَدِيثِهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَتَادَةَ وَأَبُو Allah's blessings قَالَاأَتَيْنَا عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَادِيَةِ فَقَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings Allah's blessings God willing. Has told us [Bahz] and ['Affan] both said; has told us [Sulaiman bin Mughirah], has told us [Humaid bin Hilal], - ['Affan] said in his hadith, has told us [Abu Qatadah] and [Abu Ad Dahma'] - ['Affan] said; the two often went on pilgrimage together, both said; We once went to [one of the villagers], then the person said; Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam once held my hand and then taught me something that Allah had taught him and I memorized it, he said: "Indeed, you never leave something behind because you are afraid of Allah 'azza wajalla, but Allah will give you goodness from that fear." Has told us [Yahya bin Adam], has told us [Ibnu Mubarak] from [Ma'mar] from a [shaykh] from the Bani Tamim from [Abu Suud] he said; I heard Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam say: "A false oath made by someone to decide a case regarding a muslim's property can destroy friendly relations." God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَغَزَوْنَا نَحْوَ فَارِسَ فَقَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَم وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ بَاتَ فَوْقَ بَيْتٍ لَيْسَتْ لَهُ إِجَّارٌ فَوَقَعَ فَمَاتَ فَبَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ وَمَنْ رَكِبَ God willing الذِّمَّةُ. Has told us ['Azhar bin Qasim], has told us [Muhammad bin Thabit] from [Abu Imran Al Jauni] he said; has told me [Some of Muhammad's friends]; We fought towards Persia, then he (one of the friends) said; Rasulullah Sallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said: "Whoever spends the night on the roof of a house without anything blocking the house (a fence), then falls and dies, then responsibility is removed from him, and whoever sails the sea when it is rough (the waves roll) and then dies, then responsibility is released from him." God bless you بََّارٍ أَوْ فَوْقَ بَيْتٍ لَيْسَ حَوْلَهُ God bless you وَمَنْ رَكِبَ الْبَحْرَ بَعْدَ مَا يَرْتَجُّ فَقَْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ. Has told us [Azhar], has told us [Hisyam i.e. Ad Dastuwa`i] from [Abu Imran Al Jauni] he said; When we headed to Persia while we were with a leader named [Zuhair bin Abdullah], He said; has told me [a man] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said: "Whoever spends the night on the roof of a house or attic without anything to stop his feet (a fence), then falls and dies, then his responsibility is taken away from him, and whoever wades through a wavy sea (the waves roll) and then dies, then his responsibility is taken away from him." Has told us [Isma'il], has told us [Ayyub] from [Humaid bin Hilal] he said; [Ubadah bin Qurth] said; "Indeed, you do deeds that are finer than the hair on your eyes, whereas if we returned these deeds to the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam, they would be considered destructive things." Humaid said; "Then people told Muhammad (bin Sirin), Muhammad said; Ubadah is right, I saw a sarong sticking out (to the ground)." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 36th Hadith. God willing عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنْ God willing هِيَ أَدَقُّ فِي أَعْيُنِكُمْ مِنْ الشَّعْرِ إِنْ كُنَّا لَنَعُدُّهَا عَلَى عَم عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ الْمُوبِقَاتِ. Has told us [Hasyim bin Qasim], has told us [Sulaiman] from [Humaid bin Hilal] from [Abu Qatadah] from [Ubadah bin Qurth or Qursh] he said; "Indeed, you know that deeds are finer than the hair in your eyes, but if we return these deeds to the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam, they are considered destructive things." God willing عَنْ حُمَيْدْ عُبَادَةَ بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الشَّعْرْ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهّ لِأَبِي قَتَادَةَ فَكَيْفَ لَوْ أَدْرَكَ زَمَانَنَا هَذَا فَقَالَ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ لَكَانَ لِذَلِكَ أَقْوَلَ. Has told us ['Affan], has told us [Sulaiman bin Mughirah] from [Humaid bin Hilal], has told us [Abu Qatadah] from [Ubadah bin Qurth or Qursh] he said; "Indeed, today you know deeds that are finer than the hair in your eyes, but if we returned these deeds to the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam, including those that destroy." I asked Abu Qatadah what if we got it in our time?, [Abu Qatadah] said; "That's why I said it." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو رِفَاعَةَانْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ رَجُلٌ غَرِيبٌ جَاءَ يَسْأَلُ عَنْ دِينِهِ لَا يَدْرِي مَا دِينُهُ قَالَ فَأَقْبَلَ إِلَيَّ فَأَتَى بِكُرْسِيٍّ فَقَعَدَ عَلَيْهِ فَجَعَلَ يُعَلِّمُنِي مِمَّا عَلَّمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى قَالَ ثُمَّ أَتَى خُطْبَتَهُ فَأَتَمَّ آخِرَهَا. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Bahz], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sulaiman bin Al Mughirah], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Humaid bin Hilal] ia berkata; [Abu Rifa'ah] berkata; "Aku pernah menemui Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam ketika beliau sedang berkhutbah, aku bertanya; "Wahai Rasulullah, seorang lelaki asing datang dan bertanya tentang agamanya, dia tidak tahu persoalan agamanya." Abu Rifa'ah berkata; "Beliau lalu mendatangiku dengan membawa kursi lalu duduk di atasnya, beliau mengajariku sesuatu yang telah Allah Ta'ala ajarkan kepadanya. Abu Rifa'ah berkata; "Kemudian beliau melanjutkan khutbahnya dan menyempurnakan akhir khutbahnya." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-39. حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ قَالَ حَدِيثَانِ بَلَغَانِي عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ عَرَفْتُ أَنِّي قَدْ صَدَّقْتُهُمَا لَا أَدْرِي أَيُّهُمَا قَبْلَ صَاحِبِهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْجَذْمِيُّ جَذِيمَةُ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ حَدَّثَنَا الْجَارُودُ قَالَبَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَعْضِ أَسْفَارِهِ وَفِي الظَّهْرِ قِلَّةٌ إِذْ تَذَاكَرَ الْقَوْمُ الظَّهْرَ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدْ عَلِمْتُ مَا يَكْفِينَا مِنْ الظَّهْرِ فَقَالَ وَمَا يَكْفِينَا قُلْتُ ذَوْدٌ نَأْتِي عَلَيْهِنَّ فِي جُرُفٍ فَنَسْتَمْتِعُ بِظُهُورِهِمْ قَالَ لَا ضَالَّةُ الْمُسْلِمُ حَرَقُ النَّارِ فَلَا تَقْرَبَنَّهَا ضَالَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَقُ النَّارِ فَلَا تَقْرَبَنَّهَا ضَالَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَقُ النَّارِ فَلَا تَقْرَبَنَّهَا وَقَالَ فِي اللُّقَطَةِ الضَّالَّةُ تَجِدُهَا فَانْشُدَنَّهَا وَلَا تَكْتُمْ وَلَا تُغَيِّبْ فَإِنْ عُرِفَتْ فَأَدِّهَا وَإِلَّا فَمَالُ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Isma'il], telah mengabarkan pada kami [Sa'id Al Jurairi] dari [Abul 'Ala` bin Syikhkhir] dari [Mutharrif] dia berkata; "Dua hadits yang telah sampai kepadaku dari Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam, aku tahu bahwa aku telah membenarkan keduanya, dan aku tidak tahu manakah di antara keduanya yang lebih dahulu, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Muslim Al Jadmi Jadzimah Abdul Qais] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Jarud] dia berkata; "Kami bersama Rasulullah Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam dalam suatu perjalanan, sementara waktu zhuhur hampir tiba, orang-orang mengingatkan waktu Zhuhur, aku berkata; "Wahai Rasulullah aku tahu bahwa kita tidak akan mencukupi waktu Zhuhur."
