Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ صَالِحٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَسَلَّمَ الْبَذَاذَةُ مِنْ الْإِيمَانِ. Has told us ['Abdur Rahman bin Mahdi] from [Zuhair bin Muhammad] from [Salih bin Kaisan] from ['Abdullah bin Abu Umamah Al Haritsi] from [his father] said; Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihi Wasallam said; "Simplicity is part of faith." Has told us [Abu 'Abdur Rahman Al Muqri 'Abdullah bin Yazid] has told us [Haiwah] has told us [Abu Shakhr] that he heard [Makhul] say; Has told me [Abu Hind Ad Daari] that he heard Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam say; "Whoever stands in the place of riya' and sum'ah, Allah will show and broadcast his disgrace on the Day of Resurrection." God bless you عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنْ مِنْ أَصْحَابْ سَلَّمَعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ God bless you يُقَالُ لَهُ الْغُوطَةُ يَعْنِي دِمَشْقَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَنَازِلِ God willing. Has told us [Muhammad bin Mus'ab] has told us [Abu Bakr] from ['Abdur Rahman bin Jubair] from [his father] from [a friend of the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi Wasallam] from the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi Wasallam said; "Syam will be conquered for you, there is a place called Ghouthoh - namely Damascus - one of the best places of the muslimin people." God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. مُحَيْرِيزٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّعْدِيِّ رَجُلٍ مِنْ God willing God bless you فَقَالُوا لَهُ احْفَظْ رِحَالَنَا ثُمَّ تَدْخُلُ وَكَانَ أَصْغَرَ الْقَوْمَ ادْخُلْ فَدَخَلَ فَقَالَ حَاجَتُكَ قَالَ حَاجَتِي God willing اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَاجَتُكَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ God bless you الْعَدُوُّ. Has told us [Ishaq bin 'Isa] has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] from ['Atho` Al Khurasani] has told me [Ibnu Muhairiz] from ['Abdullah bin As Sa'di] one of the Bani Malik bin Hambal, that he came to the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi Wasallam when he was with several companions, they said to him; Watch our way then come on in. He was the youngest and he took care of their needs, then they said to him; Come on in. He came in. After entering the prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa Salam asked; What do you need? Abdullah answered; "My need, please comment to me, is the hijrah over?" Then the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi Wasallam said; "Your needs are better than their needs, the migration does not end as long as the enemy is still being fought." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 5th Hadith. God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ وَوَجْهُهُ إِم God willing وَجَهْلِي. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Abu Mas'ud] from [Abu As Salil] from [an old woman from Bani Numair] that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi Wasallam when he was praying with the people and his face was facing the temple, I memorized it from him; Oh my God! Forgive my mistakes and ignorance. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدْ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing وَمَعَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ ثُمَّ قَرَّبْنَا إِلَيْهِ وَضُوءًا فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ فَقَالَ أَلَا God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ وَانْتِظَارُ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isma'il bin Abu Fudaik] has told us [Adh Dhahhak bin 'Abdullah] from [the person who told the story] from ['Amr bin 'Abdullah bin Ka'ab] from [a woman] who once took Bai'at, he said; Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihi Wasallam came to us with his friends from Bani Salamah, we served him food, he ate with his friends, we served him ablution water, he performed ablution then turned to his friends and said; "Would you like me to tell you the error-erasers?" they answered; Yes. Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihi Wasallam said; "Perfecting ablution during unpleasant moments, taking more steps to the mosque and waiting for prayer after prayer." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ جَمْرَِ وَالنَّاسُ يَرْمُونَ فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ لَا God willing God willing God willing السَّبَّابَةِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Yazid bin Abu Ziyad] from [Sulaiman bin 'Amr bin Al Ahwash] from [his mother] that he witnessed the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi Wasallam while throwing the 'aqobah and people were also throwing, he said; "O people! Do not kill - or destroy yourselves - and throw the Jumrah - or Jamarat - like a throwing pebble." He gestured with the tip of his index finger. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 8th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرَ الْقَبْرْ فَقُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ جَمَعَهُمَا God willing عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا قَالَ. Has told us [Abu 'Abdur Rahman Al Muqri] has told us [Sa'id bin Abu Ayyub] has told me [Abu 'Isa Al Khurasani] from ['Abdullah bin Al Qasim] said; Has told me [the neighbor of the Prophet ShallallahuAlaihiWasallam], that he heard Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiWasallam say at dawn; "O Allah! Indeed, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave and the slander of the grave." Said Abu 'Isa; I said to 'Abdullah; What do you think if the two were put together by someone? He said; Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam expressed the words he conveyed. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 9th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings love love ثَلَاثًا. Has told us [Khalaf bin Al Walid] has told us [Khalid] from [Sa'id Al Jurairi] from [As Sa'di] from [his father] or [his uncle], saying; I saw Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihi Wasallam during prayer, he was silent when bowing and prostrating while reading; Subnaanallaah wa bihamdihi, three times. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 10th Hadith. God willing يَحْيَى الْبَكَّاءْ لِأَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَحَدَّثْنَنِي أَنَّهُنَّ لَسَمِعْنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بِالْفِضَّةِ وَزْنًا بِوَزْنٍ فَمَنْ زَادَ أَوْ اسْتَزَادَ فَقَدْ أَرْبَى. Has told us [Abu An Nadhr] has told us [Abu Ja'far] from [Yahya Al Bakka`] from [Abu Rafi'] said; I once made (jewelry) for the wives of the Prophet SallallahuAalaihiWasallam, [they] told me that they heard Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihiWasallam say; "Gold is exchanged for gold, silver is exchanged for silver, scales are exchanged for scales, whoever adds or asks for more has committed usury." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 11th Hadith. مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. مِنْ لَدْغَةِ عَقْرَبٍ فَقَالَ إِنَّكُمْ تَقُولُونَ لَا Allah's blessings God bless you صِغَارُ الْعُيُونْ يَنْسِلُونَ كَأَنَّ وُجُوهَهُمْ الْمَجَانُّ الْمُطْرَقَةُ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Bisyr] has told us [Muhammad bin 'Amr] has told us Khalid bin 'Amr from [Ibn Harmalah] from [his aunt] said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu'alaihi Wasallam gave a sermon while holding up his finger because he was stung by a scorpion, he said; "Indeed you say there is no enemy and indeed you will always fight the enemy until Gog and Magog appear, their faces are wide, their eyes are narrow, their tufts of hair are white, they come down from high places, their faces are like forged shields (thick and hard). God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَتْخَرَجْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيم وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزَاةِ خَيْبَرَ وَأَنَا سَادِسُ سِتِّ نِسْوَةٍ فَبَلَغَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ God bless you أَخْرَجَكُنَّ وَبِأَمْرِ مَنا God bless you God مَا نُدَاوِي بِهِ الْجَرْحَى وَنَغْزِلُ الشَّعْرَ وَنُعِينُ God willing فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ خَيْبَرَ أَخْرَجَ لَنَا سِهَامًا prayer قَالَتْ تَمْرًا. Has told us ['Abdush Shamad bin 'Abdul Warits] has told us [Rafi' bin Salamah Al Asyja'i] has told me [Hasyraj bin Ziyad Al Asyja'i] from [his grandmother] (his father's mother), that he said; I went with Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihi Wasallam in the Khoibar war and I was the sixth and sixth woman. Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihi Wasallam heard that there were women who were participating with him, he came to us and said; "Why are you going and under whose orders are you going?" We answered; We went to provide arrows, gave flour mixture to the soldiers, we brought medicine for the wounded, we spun hair and with these medicines we helped in the cause of Allah. Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihi Wasallam said; "Get up you guys and go home." When Allah subhanahu wata'ala conquered Khoibar, he gave us a share like a man's share. I asked; Grandma! What is given to you? He answered; Dates. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 13th Hadith. God bless you God willing وَكَانَ عَامِلًا عَلَى تَوَّجَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ خَيْرًا عَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing سَلَّمَعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ God bless you يَدْفَعُ قَدَمَيْهِ فَخَرَّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ وَمَنْ رَكِبَ الْبَحْرَ إِذَا ارْتَجَّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ. Has told us ['Abdush Shamad] has told us [Aban] has told us [Abu 'Imran] has told us [Zuhair bin 'Abdullah] - an 'alim and received good praise - from [as a friend of the Prophet] Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam from the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam that he said; "Whoever sleeps wearing a sarong without wearing a cloth covering his feet and then the sarong falls off, his burden is freed from him and whoever sails the sea when it is rough, his burden is freed from him." Allah's blessings Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ God willing God willing God bless you. It has been told to us that [Suraij] and ['Affan] both said; Has told us [Abu 'Awanah] has told us [Al Hurr bin Ash Shoyyah]. said Suraij, from [Al Hurr] from [Hunaidah bin Khalid] from [his wife] from [one of the Prophet's wives] Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam, said; The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam fasted on the ninth of Dzulhijah, the day of 'Ashura' and three days of every month. Say 'Affan; First Monday of every month and two Thursdays. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 15th Hadith. God willing God willing قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ خَثْعَمَ قَلَكُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَوَقَفَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ وَاجْتَمَعَ عَلَيْهِ أَصْحَابُهُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعْطَانِي اللَّيْلَةَ الْكَنْزَيْنِ كَنْزَ فَارِسَ وَالرُّومِ وَأَمَدَّنِي بِالْمُلُوكِ مُلُوكِ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind love سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا. Has told us ['Abdur Razzaq] has told us [Ma'mar] from [Yahya bin Abu Katsir] from [Abu Hammam Asy Sya'bani] said; Has told me [someone from Khots'am] said; We were with Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam in the Tabuk war. One night he stood up and his friends gathered around him and said; "This night Allah gave me two treasures; the treasures of Persia and Rome and gave me help with the kingdoms; the Himyar kingdom except the two red ones. There is no kingdom except Allah's, they came to take Allah's treasure and fight in the way of Allah." The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said it three times. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 16th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing فَضَرَبَ بِهَا كَفِّي وَقَالَ اطْرَحْهُ قَالَ فَخَرَجْتُ فَطَرَحْتُهُ ثُمَّ عُدْتُ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ مَا فَعَلَ God willing أَنْ تَسْتَمْتِعَ بِهِ وَلَا تَطْرَحَهُ. Has told us ['Ali bin 'Ashim] has told us [Hushain] from [Salim bin Abu Al Ja'd] from [someone from his people] said; I visited the residence of the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam and I wore a gold ring. He took a stem and hit it in the palm of my hand and said; "Throw it away." I went out and threw it away, then went back to see him, he asked; "How's the ring?" I answered; I threw it away. The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said; "I only ordered you to enjoy it, not throw it away." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 17th Hadith. Allah's blessings قَالَكُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ God willing شَابَّانِ مِنْ وَلَدِ عُمَرَ فَصَلَّيَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَدَعَاهُمَا فَقَالَ مَا هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةُ الَّتِي God bless you قَالَا حَدَّثَتْنَا عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهَا God willing God willing شَيْئًا. It has been told to us ['Ali bin 'Ashim] from ['Atho` bin As Sa`ib] said; I sat with 'Abdullah bin Mughoffal then two young sons of 'Umar came in and prayed two rak'ahs after Asr, 'Abdullah sent a messenger to meet the two of them then called them both and said; What prayers do you do, your father forbids it. [Both] said; We ['Aisyah] told us that the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam did this when he was near 'Aisyah and 'Abdullah was silent and did not respond to anything. (Degree: authentic. God bless you God willing Allah's blessings لِرَجُلٍ مِنْ إِخْوَانِهِ فَبَلَغَهُ شَكَاتُهُ قَالَ فَدَخَلَ God willing قَالَ كَيْفَ جَمَعْتَ هَذَا كُلَّهُ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ وَأَنَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لِلْعَبْدِ مِنْ اللَّهِ مَنْزِلَةٌ لَمْ يَبْلُغْهَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أَوْ فِي وَلَدِهْ God. Has told us [Husain bin Muhammad] has told us [Abu Al Malih] from [Muhammad bin Khalid] from [his father] from [his grandfather] and he is a friend, he went to visit one of his brothers, his complaint was heard by him. Said Muhammad bin Khalid; he came in and said; I came to visit you and give you good news. his brother asked; How do you put all that together? He answered; I went to visit you, I heard your complaints, my visit was to visit and convey good news about something I had heard from the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam, he said; "If a servant obtains a high position in the sight of Allah and he cannot achieve it with his deeds, Allah tests him on himself, his wealth or his children, then he is patient until he brings him to the position he achieves." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 19th hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you God bless you God bless you God bless you يَحْمِلُهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ God willing أَجْرِ فَاعِلِهِ. Has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] has told us [Al A'masy] from [Abu 'Amr Asy Syaibani] from [Abu Mas'ud Al Ansari] said; Someone came to the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam and said; O Messenger of Allah! I'm tired, please carry me. The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said; "I can't." Then someone said to him; Can I show it to someone who will carry it? The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said; "Whoever shows kindness will be rewarded like the person who does it." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 20th hadith. Has told us [Isma'il bin Ibrahim] he said, has told us [Ad Dastuwa`i]. And [Yazid] said, he has told us [Ad Dastuwa`i] has told us [Hammad] from [Ibrahim] from [Abu 'Abdullah Al Jadali] from ['Uqbah bin 'Amr Abu Mas'ud] from the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam, that he prayed witr prayers at the beginning of the night, in the middle and at the end of the night. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 21st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ أَرْبَعُ خِلَالٍ أَنْ يُجِيبَهُ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيُشَمِّتَهُ إِذَا God bless you يَشْهَدَهُ. Has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from ['Abdul Hamid bin Ja'far] has told me [my father] from [Hakim bin Aflah] from [Abu Mas'ud] from the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam, he said; "A muslim has four rights over another muslim; to be present if invited, to pray if he sneezes, to visit if he is sick and to deliver the body if he dies." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 22nd Hadith. God willing God willing عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍم God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind فَمَا رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ God bless you God bless you مَا صَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ فَلْيَتَجَوَّزْ فَإِنَّ فِيهِمْ الضَّعِيفَ وَالْكَبِيرَ وَذَا الْحَاجَةِ. Has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] has told us [Isma'il] has told me [Qais bin Abu Hazim] from [Abu Mas'ud 'Uqbah bin 'Amr] said; Someone came to the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam and said; I deliberately slowed down during the morning prayer because so and so was delaying his prayer with us. I have never seen Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam so angry as at that time, he said; "O people! Indeed, there are some among you who are causing trouble. Whoever of you is leading the prayer should speed up because among them there are those who are weak, old and have needs." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 23rd Hadith. Has told us [Yahya] from [Sufyan] has told us [Mansur] from [Rib'iy] from [Abu Mas'ud] from the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said; "One of the first nubuwwah words that people come across is that if you are not ashamed then do whatever you like." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 24th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُم God bless you وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ مِمَّا أَدْرَكَ النَّاسُ مِنْ كَلَامِ God willing شِئْتَ. -Additions from Al Qutho'i- Ibnu Malik said; Has told us [Al Fadhl bin Al Hubab] has told us [Al Qo'nabi] has told us [Syu'bah] has told us [Mansur] from [Rib'iy] from [Abu Mas'ud] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Among the first prophetic words that people find is; if you are not ashamed then do whatever you like." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 25th Hadith. God willing ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عَبْدْ God bless you وَسَلَّمَ نَفَقَةُ الرَّجُلِ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ يَحْتَسِبُهَا صَدَقَةٌ. Has told us [Waki'] has told us [Syu'bah] from ['Adi bin Thabit] from ['Abdullah bin Yazid] from [Abu Mas'ud Al Ansari] said; The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said; "A person's support for his family, if accompanied by the hope of receiving a reward, is counted as alms." God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَخَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ God bless you قَالَ إِنَّ فِيكُمْ مُنَافِقِينَ فَمَنْ سَمَّيْتُ فَلْيَقُمْ God willing God willing فِيكُمْ أَوْ مِنْكُمْ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ قَالَ فَمَرَّ عُمَرُ God bless you قَالَ مَا لَكَ قَالَ فَحَدَّثَهُ بِمَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَِرَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ. Has told us [Waki'] has told us [Sufyan] from [Salamah] from ['Iyadh bin 'Iyadh] from [his father] from [Abu Mas'ud] said; Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam preached to us, he worshiped and praised Allah subhanahu wata'ala then said; "There are hypocrites among you. Whoever I call by name should stand up." Furthermore, the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said; "Stand up, O so and so, stand up, O so and so, stand up, O so and so," until he said thirty-six names. After that he said; "Indeed, among you - or some of you - fear Allah." Then 'Umar passed by someone whose name was called Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam who was wearing a head covering that he knew. He said; What's wrong with you? He said what the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said and then 'Umar said; 'Woe to you all day.' Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Sufyan] from [Salamah] from someone from his father. Sufyan said, he showed it to ['Iyadh bin 'Iyadh] from [his father] from [Abu Mas'ud] said; The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam preached a sermon. Then he stated its meaning. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 27th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you God bless you God bless you God bless you وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ دَلَّ عَلَى خَيْرٍ فَلَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ فَاعِلِهِ أَوْ عَامِلِهِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Sulaiman] from [Abu 'Amr Asy Syaibani] from [Abu Mas'ud] that he said; Someone came to the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam and asked him, he said; "I don't have anything I can give you, please just come to so and so." The person came to so and so and gave it to him, then Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said; "Whoever shows goodness will get a reward like the doer or the person who does it." Hadits ke-28. قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُجْمِرِ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ فِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَيْدٍ هُوَ الَّذِي كَانَ أُرِيَ النِّدَاءَ بِالصَّلَاةِ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَأَتَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي مَجْلِسِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ فَقَالَ لَهُ بَشِيرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ أَمَرَنَا اللَّهُ أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ عَلَيْكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَكَيْفَ نُصَلِّي عَلَيْكَ قَالَ فَسَكَتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى تَمَنَّيْنَا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَسْأَلْهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْعَالَمِينَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ وَالسَّلَامُ كَمَا قَدْ عَلِمْتُمْ. Berkata (Muhammad bin Ja'far); Saya membaca dihadapan ['Abdur Rahman]; [Malik] dan telah bercerita kepada kami [Ishaq] telah bercerita kepadaku [Malik] dari [Nu'aim bin 'Abdullah Al Mujmir] bahwa [Muhammad bin 'Abdullah bin Zaid Al Anshari] dalam hadits 'Abdur Rahman dan 'Abdullah bin Zaid, yang pernah bermimpi diberitahu cara dan kalimat-kalimat adzan memberitahunya dari [Abu Mas'ud Al Anshari] bahwa ia berkata; Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam mendatangi kami di majlis Sa'ad bin 'Ubadah lalu Basyir bin Sa'ad berkata pada beliau; Allah memerintahkan kami untuk bershalawat untuk baginda wahai Rasulullah! Lalu bagaimana caranya kami bershalawat untuk baginda? Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam diam hingga kami berharap andai saja ia (Basyir) tidak bertanya. Setelah itu Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda; "Ucapkan; Ya Allah! Limpahkanlah kesejahteraan kepada Muhammad dan keluarga Muhammad seperti Engkau melimpahkan kesejahteraan kepada Ibrahim, berkahilah Muhammad seperti Engkau memberkahi Ibrahim dan keluarga Ibrahim, diseluruh alam sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Terpuji dan Agung" wassalam, seperti yang telah kalian ketahui." Hadits ke-29. حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ وَحَجَّاجٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَبِيلٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُقْرِئَ يَقُولُ قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ أَبِي قَبِيلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُبْلَانِيُّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَا أُحِبُّ أَنَّ لِي الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا بِهَذِهِ الْآيَةِ{ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ }فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَمَنْ أَشْرَكَ فَسَكَتَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَشْرَكَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hasan] dan [Hajjaj] keduanya berkata; Telah bercerita kepada kami [Ibnu Lahi'ah] telah bercerita kepada kami [Abu Qobil], ia berkata; Saya mendengar [Abu 'Abdur Rahman Al Muqri`]. Berkata Hajjaj dari [Abu Qobil] telah bercerita kepadaku [Abu 'Abdur Rahman Al Jublani] bahwa ia mendengar [Tsauban], pelayan Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam berkata; Saya mendengar Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda; "Ayat ini lebih aku sukai dari pada dunia seisinya; 'Hai hamba-hambaKu yang berlebih-lebihan atas dirinya, janganlah kamu berputus asa dari rahmat Allah, sesungguhnya Allah mengampuni seluruh dosa-dosa, sesungguhnya Ia Maha Pengampun lagi Penyayang'." Kemudian seseorang bertanya; Wahai Rasulullah! Lalu orang yang menyekutukan Allah? Nabi Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam diam lalu bersabda; "Kecuali orang yang menyekutukan." Hadits ke-30. حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى وَأَبُو الْيَمَانِ وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْأُمْلُوكِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ الرَّحَبِيِّ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي مَسِيرٍ لَهُ إِنَّا مُدْلِجُونَ فَلَا يُدْلِجَنَّ مُصْعِبٌ وَلَا مُضْعِفٌ فَأَدْلَجَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى نَاقَةٍ لَهُ صَعْبَةٍ فَسَقَطَ فَانْدَقَّتْ فَخِذُهُ فَمَاتَ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالصَّلَاةِ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي فِي النَّاسِ إِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِعَاصٍ إِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِعَاصٍ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ishaq bin 'Isa] dan [Abu Al Yaman] dan ini adalah hadits Ishaq, keduanya berkata; Telah bercerita kepada kami [Isma'il bin 'Ayyasy] dari [Rasyid bin Dawud Al Amluki] dari [Abu Asma` Ar Rohabi] dari [Tsauban], pelayan Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam berkata; Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda dalam sebuah perjalanan beliau; "Kami berjalan semalaman, maka janganlah tunggangan yang bermasalah dan lemah berjalan semalaman." Lalu seseorang berjalan semalaman dengan mengendarai unta yang bermasalah, ia terjatuh dan lututnya terbentur lalu mati. Kemudian Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam memerintahkan agar dishalati lalu memerintahkan seseorang menyerukan; Surga tidak halal bagi orang yang durhaka, surga tidak halal bagi orang yang durhaka. Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ شَدَّادٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ الرَّحَبِيِّ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنْصَرِفَ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ اسْتَغْفَرَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ السَّلَامُ وَمِنْكَ السَّلَامُ تَبَارَكْتَ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Al Mughiroh] telah bercerita kepada kami [Al Awza'i] dari [Abu 'Ammar Syaddad] dari [Abu Asma` Ar Rohabi] dari [Tsauban], pelayan Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam; Bila hendak beranjak dari shalat, Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam beristighfar tiga kali lalu bersabda; Ya Allah! Engkau Maha Selamat, dariMu-lah keselamatan, Maha Berbarokah Engkau wahai Pemilik Keagungan dan Kemuliaan." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ المُهَاجِرِ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ اللَّخْمِيِّ قَالَبَعَثَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى أَبِي سَلَّامٍ الْحَبَشِيِّ فَحُمِلَ إِلَيْهِ عَلَى الْبَرِيدِ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ الْحَوْضِ فَقُدِمَ بِهِ عَلَيْهِ فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ ثَوْبَانَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ حَوْضِي مِنْ عَدَنَ إِلَى عَمَّانَ الْبَلْقَاءِ مَاؤُهُ أَشَدُّ بَيَاضًا مِنْ اللَّبَنِ وَأَحْلَى مِنْ الْعَسَلِ وَأَكَاوِيبُهُ عَدَدُ النُّجُومِ مَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْهُ شَرْبَةً لَمْ يَظْمَأْ بَعْدَهَا أَبَدًا أَوَّلُ النَّاسِ وُرُودًا عَلَيْهِ فُقَرَاءُ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ مَنْ هُمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ هُمْ الشُّعْثُ رُءُوسًا الدُّنْسُ ثِيَابًا الَّذِينَ لَا يَنْكِحُونَ الْمُتَنَعِّمَاتِ وَلَا تُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ أَبْوَابُ السُّدَدِ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ لَقَدْ نَكَحْتُ الْمُتَنَعِّمَاتِ وَفُتِحَتْ لِي السُّدَدُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَرْحَمَنِي اللَّهُ وَاللَّهِ لَا جَرَمَ أَنْ لَا أَدْهُنَ رَأْسِي حَتَّى يَشْعَثَ وَلَا أَغْسِلَ ثَوْبِي الَّذِي يَلِي جَسَدِي حَتَّى يَتَّسِخَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Husain bin Muhammad] telah bercerita kepada kami [Ibnu 'Ayyasy] dari [Muhammad bin Al Muhajir] dari [Al 'Abbas bin Salim Al Lakhmi] berkata; 'Umar bin 'Abdul 'Aziz mengirim utusan membawa surat ke Abu Sallam Al Habasy lalu dibawa petugas pos untuk menanyakan tentang telaga. Surat diberikan lalu ia menanyakannya. Berkata [Abu Sallam]; Aku mendengar [Tsauban] berkata; Aku mendengar Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda; "Sesungguhnya telagaku (seluas antara) Adn hingga Omman Al Baqla`, airnya lebih putih dari susu, lebih manis dari madu dan gelas-gelasnya sejumlah bintang, barangsiapa meminum satu tegukan tidak akan dahaga setelahnya selamanya. Orang-orang pertama yang mendatanginya adalah orang-orang fakir Muhajirin." Lalu 'Umar bin Al Khoththob Radliyallahu'anhu bertanya; Siapa mereka wahai Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam! Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda; "Mereka adalah rakyat jelata yang berbaju lusuh yang tidak menikahi wanita-wanita berharta, dan pintu-pintu rumah tertutup untuk mereka, tidak dibukakan bagi mereka." Lalu 'Umar bin 'Abdul 'Aziz berkata; Aku menikahi wanita-wanita berharta dan pintu-pintu tertutup dibuka untukku, kecuali bila Allah merahmatiku. Demi Allah tidak masalah bila aku tidak meminyaki rambutku hingga acak-acakan dan aku tidak mencuci baju yang melilit tubuhku hingga lusuh. (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ مِنْ كِتَابِهِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْخٌ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُسَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ قَتَلَ صَغِيرًا أَوْ كَبِيرًا أَوْ أَحْرَقَ نَخْلًا أَوْ قَطَعَ شَجَرَةً مُثْمِرَةً أَوْ ذَبَحَ شَاةً لِإِهَابِهَا لَمْ يَرْجِعْ كَفَافًا. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Ishaq] dari bukunya; Telah bercerita kepada kami [Ibnu Lahi'ah] telah bercerita kepada kami [seorang guru] dari [Tsauban], pelayan Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bahwa ia mendengar Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda; "Barangsiapa membunuh anak kecil, orang tua, membakar pohon kurma, menebang pohon berbuah atau menyembelih kambing untuk menakut-nakutinya maka ia tidak kembali dengan sekedarnya." Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ وَأَبَانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ فَارَقَ الرُّوحُ الْجَسَدَ وَهُوَ بَرِيءٌ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ الْكِبْرِ وَالدَّيْنِ وَالْغُلُولِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Affan] telah bercerita kepada kami [Hammam] dan [Aban] keduanya berkata; Telah bercerita kepada kami [Qotadah] dari [Salim] dari [Ma'dan] dari [Tsauban] dari Nabi Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda; "Barangsiapa yang nyawanya meninggalkan raganya dan ia terbebas dari tiga (hal) maka ia masuk surga; kesombongan, hutang dan pengkhianatan." Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ja'far] telah bercerita kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Qotadah] dari [Syahr bin Hausyab] dari ['Abdur Rahman bin Ghonm] dari [Tsauban], pelayan Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bahwa Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda; "Orang yang berbekam dan yang dibekam, berarti telah batal puasanya." Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي الْجُودِيِّ عَنْ بَلْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ الْمَهْرِيِّ قَالَ وَكَانَ قَاصَّ النَّاسِ بِقُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةَ قَالَقِيلَ لِثَوْبَانَ حَدِّثْنَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَاءَ فَأَفْطَرَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ja'far] telah bercerita kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Abu Al Judi] dari [Balj] dari [Abu Syaibah Al Mahri] -ahli ceramah di Kostantinopel- berkata; Dikatakan kepada [Tsauban]; Ceritakan kepada kami dari Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam. Ia berkata; Aku melihat Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam muntah lalu beliau berbuka. (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ قَالَقُلْتُ لِأَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ مَا ثَوْبَانُ قَالَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ تَكَفَّلَ لِي أَنْ لَا يَسْأَلَ شَيْئًا وَأَتَكَفَّلُ لَهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ فَقَالَ ثَوْبَانُ أَنَافَكَانَ لَا يَسْأَلُ أَحَدًا شَيْئًا. Hadits ke-40. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَأَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَخْبِرْنَا عَنْ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ مَاذَا فِيهِ مِنْ الْخَيْرِ قَالَ فِيهِ خَمْسُ خِلَالٍ فِيهِ خُلِقَ آدَمُ وَفِيهِ هَبَطَ آدَمُ وَفِيهِ تُوُفِّيَ آدَمُ وَفِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ عَبْدٌ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا آتَاهُ اللَّهُ إِيَّاهُ مَا لَمْ يَسْأَلْ مَأْثَمًا أَوْ قَطِيعَةَ رَحِمٍ وَفِيهِ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ مَا مِنْ مَلَكٍ مُقَرَّبٍ وَلَا سَمَاءٍ وَلَا أَرْضٍ وَلَا جِبَالٍ وَلَا حَجَرٍ إِلَّا وَهُوَ يُشْفِقُ مِنْ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ.
