Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مِنْكُمْ أُولُو الْأَحْلَامِ وَالنُّهَى ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ وَلَا تَخْتَلِفُوا فَتَخْتَلِفَ قُلُوبُكُمْ وَإِيَّكُمْ وَهَوْشَاتِ الْأَسْوَاقِ. Has told us [Zakaria bin 'Adi] has told us [Yazid bin Zurai'] from [Khalid] from [Abu Ma'syar] from [Ibrahim] from ['Alqamah] from [Abdullah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Let those who occupy the position after me among you be those who are patient and wise, then those who come after me, then the person after him. Do not dispute so that your hearts are in conflict, and stay away from disputes and chaos in the market." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 2nd hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ أَوَّلُهَا وَشَرُّهَا آخِرُهَا وَخَيْرُ صُفُوفِ النِّسَاءِ آخِرُهَا وَشَرُّهَا أَوَّلُهَا. It has been reported to us [Abu 'Ashim] from ['Ajlan] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "The best row of men is the first and the worst is the last. And the best row of women is the last and the worst is the first." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 3rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أُبَيِّ بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing فَقَالَ أَشَاهِدٌ فُلَانٌ فَقَالُوا لَا لِنَفَرٍ مِنْ God bless you God willing God bless you وَلَوْ حَبْوًا قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing Allah's blessings إِسْحَقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing God willing عَامِرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ. Has told us [Sa'id bin 'Amir] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bashir] from [Ubai bin Ka'b] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam performed the morning prayer, then turned to us with his face and said: "Is Fulan present?" They said, "No." Then he said again: "Is Fulan present?" They answered, "No." Namely some hypocrites who do not attend prayers. Then he said: "Indeed these two prayers (namely Fajr and Isha`) are the most difficult for the hypocrites, if they knew what was in them they would have come to them even on all fours." Abu Muhammad [Abdullah bin Bashir] said; has told me [my father] from [Ubai] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, and I heard it from Ubai." Has told us [Abu Ghassan] has told us [Zuhair] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bashir] from [his father] from [Ubai bin Ka'b] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam like that." We have informed [Sa'id bin 'Amir] from [Sa'id Abu 'Arubah] from [Khalid bin Maimun] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bashir] from [Father] from [Ubai bin Ka'b] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam like that." God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الْأَحْوَصْ هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ صَلَاةٍ أَْقَلُ God willing الْفَجْرْ وَلَوْ حَبْوًا. Has told us [Al Hasan bin Ar Rabi'] has told us [Abu Al Ahwash] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Indeed there is no prayer that is more difficult for the hypocrites than the Isha prayer and the Fajr prayer. If they had known what was in them, they would have come to him even on all fours." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 5th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فِتْيَانِي فَيَجْمَعُوا حَطَبًا فَآمُرَ رَجُم God willing God bless you لَوْ كَانَ عَرْقًا سَمِينًا أَوْ مُعَرَّقَتَيْنِ لَشَهِدُوهَا وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا فِيهِمَا لَأَتَوْهُمَا وَلَوْ حَبْوًا. Having reported to us [Abu 'Ashim] from [Ibn 'Ajlan] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, I had wanted to order some young people to collect firewood, then I ordered someone to lead the people in prayer. Then I met people who did not attend this prayer, and burned their houses. If one of them had known that he would get a bone or two with lots of flesh, they would have attended. Indeed, if they knew what was in both of them (Isha and Fajr prayers), they would have come to them even on all fours." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 6th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing نَزَلَ بِضَجْنَانَ فِي لَيْلَةٍ بَارِدَةٍ فَأَمَرَ مُنَادِيًا God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فِي سَفَرٍ فِي لَيْلَةٍ بَارِدَةٍ أَوْ الْمَطَرِ أَمَرَ مُنَادِيًا فَنَادَى الصَّلَاةُ فِي الرِّحَالِ. It has been reported to us that [Sulaiman bin Harb] has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar], that he once stopped in Dlajnan on a cold night, then he ordered someone to give the call to prayer while shouting, 'Pray at home! ' Then he reported that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, when he was traveling on a cold night, or when it was raining, he ordered someone to make the call to prayer while shouting, 'Pray at home! " (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 7th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you صَلَّى فِي بَيْتِهْ God willing love God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَعِشْرِينَ جُزْءًا. Has informed us [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Daud bin Abu Hindun] he said, I asked [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab], "There was a man who was praying in his house, then he found the imam praying, did he pray with him? He answered, "Yes." I asked again, "Which prayer did he count? He answered, "The prayer he performs with the imam, because indeed [Abu Hurairah] has told us that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The prayer of a man in congregation is superior to the prayer he performs alone by twenty degrees." (Degrees: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 8th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing سَبْعًا وَعِشْرِينَ دَرَجَةً. It has been reported to us [Musaddad] has told us [Yahya] from ['Ubaidullah] has told me [Nafi'] from [Abdullah], that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The prayer of a man in the congregation exceeds the prayer he performs alone by twenty-seven degrees." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 9th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنا God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَا يَمْنَعْهَا. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Al Auza'i] has told me [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If the wife of one of you asks permission to go to the mosque, then let her not forbid him." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 10th Hadith. مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيـ تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو بِإِسْنَادِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ التَّفِلَةُ الَّتِي لَا طِيبَ لَهَا. Has informed us [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Muhammad bin 'Amru] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not forbid women from going to the mosque, let them leave if they do not wear perfume." Has informed us [Sa'id bin 'Amir] from [Muhammad bin 'Amru] with sanad of this hadith. He said, [Sa'id bin 'Amir] said, "At tafilah is a woman who does not wear perfume." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 11th Hadith. God bless you هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الْعَشَاءُ وَحَضَرَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Hisyam] from [his father] from [Aisha] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "When dinner has been served and then it is time for prayer, then dinner comes first." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 12th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you الصَّلَاةُ فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِ. It has been reported to us that [Yahya bin Hassan] has told us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] and [Sulaiman bin Katsir] from [Az Zuhri] from [Anas bin Malik], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "When dinner is ready, then the prayer is said then start with dinner." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 13th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُم God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَتَيْتُمْ الصَّلَاةَ فَلَا تَأْتُوهَا تَسْعَوْنَ وَأْتُوهَا تَمْشُونَ وَعَلَيْكُمْ السَّكِينَةُ فَمَا أَدْرَكْتُمْ فَصَلُّوا وَمَا فَاتَكُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا. It has been reported to us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Ibn 'Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "If you come to perform prayer then do not approach it running, come to prayer on foot, and you should be calm. Perform the prayers you get and complete the prayers you miss." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 14th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُم God willing God willing God willing God bless you فَأَتِمُّوا. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Syaiban] from [Yahya bin Abu Kathir] from [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] from [his father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "When you come to prayer then come calmly, carry out the prayers you get and complete what you have left behind." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 15th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يُصَلِّي إِلَى الْقِبْلَةِ أَبْعَدَ مَنْزِلًا مِنْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing قَالَ وَاللَّهِ مَا يَسُرُّنِي أَنَّ مَنْزِلِي بِلِزْقِ God willing وَسَلَّمَ بِذَلِكَ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ. It has been reported to us [Yazid bin Harun] has told us [At Taimi] from [Abu Uthman] from [Ubai bin Ka'b] he said, "In Medina there was a man, and I do not know in the city of Medina there is anyone who prays facing the Qibla, his house is the farthest from the mosque except him. He always attended prayer with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then someone said to him, "If you buy a donkey until you If you can ride it through the desert and the dark of the night, then that will be better." The man then said, "By Allah, it doesn't mean that I like it if my house is close to the mosque." So this was reported to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, so he asked the man about it. The man then said, "O Messenger of Allah, so that every step I take when leaving and returning to my family is written as a reward." Or as he said. Then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi Wasallam also said: 'May Allah give you all that and give you all the rewards you hope for.' Or as he said." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 16th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing لَهُ وَابِصَةُ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي هَذَا وَالرَّجُلَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَلَمْ يَتَّصِلْ بِالصُّفُوفِ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد كَانَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ يُثْبِتُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَزِيدَ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdullah] has told us [Abu Zubaid] - namely 'Abtsar bin Al Qasim- from [Hushain] from [Hilal bin Yasaf] he said; [Ziyad bin Abu Al Ja'd] took me by the hand and took me to an old man from Bani Asad who was called [Wabishah bin Ma'bad], Then he said, "This man (Wabishah) has told me - and the person heard - that he saw the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam behind whom there was a man praying and not entering the line (praying alone). Then the Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi The wasallam ordered that he repeat the prayer." Abu Muhammad said, "Ahmad bin Hanbal established the hadith of 'Amru bin Murrah, while I argue with the hadith of Yazid bin Ziyad bin Abu Al Ja'd." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 17th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you الْجَعْدْ God willing God bless you يُعِيدَ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد أَقُولُ بِهَذَا. Has told us [Musaddad] has told us [Abdullah bin Daud] has told us [Yazid bin Ziyad] from ['Ubaid bin Abu Al Ja'd] from [Ziyad bin Abu Al Ja'd] from [Wabishah bin Ma'bad], that there was a man praying behind the row alone, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered him to repeat his prayer." Abu Muhammad said, "I have an opinion on this. this." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 18th Hadith. God willing Allah's blessings God willing مُلَيْكَةَ دَعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَم God bless you قَدْ اسْوَدَّ مِنْ طُولِ مَا لُبِسَ فَنَضَحْتُهُ بِمَاءٍ فَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَصَفَفْتُ أَنَا وَالْيَتِيمُ وَرَاءَهُ وَالْعَجُوزُ وَرَاءَنَا فَصَلَّى لَنَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ. It has been reported to us that ['Ubaidullah bin Abdul Majid] has told us [Malik] from [Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abu Talhah] from [Anas bin Malik], that his grandmother, Campurkah, invited Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam to eat the food she had made. He then ate it and said: "Stand up so that I can pray with you." Anas said, "Then I stood up to our mat which was blackened from long use, then I sprinkled it with water. Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then stood up, then I and an orphan child made rows behind him, while the old woman was behind us. Then he prayed two rak'ahs with us and then left." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 19th hadith. Allah's blessings عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَفِي الْعَصْرِ عَلَى قَدْرِ الْأُخْرَيَيْنِ مِنْ الظُّهْرْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing الصِّدِّيقْ قِرَاءَةِ الم تَنْزِيلُ السَّجْدَةِ. It has been reported to us that [Yahya bin Hammad] has told us [Abu 'Uwanah] from [Mansur bin Zadan] from [Al Walid Abu Bisyr] from [Abu Ash Shiddiq An Naji] from [Abu Sa'id], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam stood in the first two rak'ahs of the noon prayer for about thirty verses, and in the other two or two rak'ahs about half of the first. Whereas in the afternoon prayer it is the size of the last two rak'ahs of the noon prayer, and in the last two rak'ahs half of that." Has told us ['Amru bin 'Aun] has told us [Husyaim] from [Mansur] from [Al Walid Abu Bisyr] from [Abu Ash Shiddiq] from [Abu Sa'id] the same thing. Only he added, "The size of the reading of Surah As Sajdah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 20th hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing وَسَلَّمَ كَنَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ بِالسَّمَاءِ وَالطَّارِقِ وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الْبُرُوجِ. "It has been reported to us [Abu Al Walid Ath Thayalisi] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Simak bin Harb] from [Jabir bin Samurah], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam during the noon and asr prayers read Surah Ath Thariq and Surah Al Buruj." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 21st Hadith. Allah's blessings عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. كَانَ يَقْرَأُ بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ وَبِسُورَتَيْنِ مَعَهَا فِي God willing وَصَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ وَيُسْمِعُنَا الْآيَةَ أَحْيَانًا وَكَانَ God bless you God bless you. It has been reported to us [Abu Al Mughirah] has told us [Al Auza'i] from [Yahya] from [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] from [his father], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam read Al Fatihah and the two surahs in the first two rak'ahs of the noon and asr prayers. Sometimes he listened to us reading verses, and he extended the reading in the first rak'ah. "He has told us [Abu 'Ashim] from [Al Auza'i] from [Yahya] with the sanad the same as that hadith." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ مِنْ صَم بِأُمِّ الْكِتَابْ بِأُمِّ الْكِتَابْ يُطِيلُ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْأُولَى مَا لَا يُطِيلُ فِي God willing صَلَاةِ الْغَدَاةِ. [Yazid bin Harun] has told us [Hammam] has told us [Yahya bin Abu Kathir] has told us [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] that [his father] has told him that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in the first two rak'ahs of the noon prayer read Surah Al Fatihah and two other surahs, while in the last two rak'ahs he read Surah Al Fatihah only. Sometimes he would read verses to us, he would also lengthen the reading in the first rak'ah which he did not lengthen in the second rak'ah. This is how he did it during the afternoon prayer and the morning prayer." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 23rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing عُتْبَةَ عَنْ ابْنْ God willing يَقْرَأُ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ بِالْمُرْسَلَاتِ. "It has been reported to us [Uthman bin Umar] has informed us [Yunus] from [Az Zuhri] from ['Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin 'Utbah] from [Ibnu Abbas] from [Ummu Al Fadll], that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam reciting Surah Al Mursalat while performing the Maghrib prayer." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 24th Hadith. God willing God willing مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ بِالطُّورِ. "It has been reported to us that [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Ibn 'Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Muhammad bin Jubair bin Muth'im] from [his father], that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam reading Surah Ath Thuur in the Maghrib prayer." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 25th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ يَأْتِي قَوْمَهُ فَيُصَلِّي بِهِمْ فَجَاءَ God bless you فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ فَبَلَغَهُ أَنَّ مُعَاذًا يَنَالُ مِنْهُ فَشَكَا ذَلِكَ إِلَى may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind رَسُولُ اللَّهْ فَاتِنًا فَاتِنًا فَاتِنًا أَوْ فَتَّانًا فَتَّانًـ ثُمَّ أَمَرَهُ بِسُورَتَيْنْ أَبُو مُحَمَّد نَأْخُذُ بِهَذَا. It has been reported to us [Sa'id bin 'Amir] from [Syu'bah] from ['Amru bin Dinar] from [Jabir bin Abdullah], that Mu'adz once prayed with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he came to his people and prayed with them. One night he came and performed the Isha` prayer by reading Surah Al Baqarah, then an Ansar man came to perform the prayer and immediately left. So the news reached him that Mu'adz had denounced him, so he complained about this to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam then said to Mu'adz: "Are you going to be a slanderer? Are you going to be a slanderer? Are you going to be a slanderer?" It has been reported to us that [Sa'id bin 'Amir] has told us ['Auf] from [Sayyar bin Salamah] he said, "I and my father met [Abu Barzah Al Aslami] who was at that time in the attic made of wood. My father then asked him about the prayer times that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) performed. He then answered, "He performed the midday prayer which you call zhuhur when the sun had shifted to the West, and he performed the afternoon prayer when one of us met his family at the end of Medina, while the sun was white and very hot -Sayyar said, 'And I forgot what he mentioned about the Maghrib prayer-. And he liked to end the Isha prayer which you call 'Atamah. He got up from the Fajr prayer when someone realized who the person sitting next to him was, and during that (dawn) prayer he recited between sixty and one hundred verses." (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Israil] has told us [Abu Ya'fur Al 'Abdi] has told me [Mush'ab bin Sa'd] he said, "The sons of Abdullah bin Mas'ud when they bowed, they put their hands between their thighs. So when I prayed beside [Sa'ad] and I did that, he hit my hand. After praying he said, "O my son, put them both your hands on your knees." After that, one day when I was praying next to him and I was still doing the same thing, he hit my hand. After the prayer he said, "(In the past) we did it like this, we were ordered to put our palms on our knees." Has told us [Abdullah bin Yazid Al Muqri`] has told us [Musa bin Ayyub] has told me my uncle [Iyas bin 'Amir] he said, I heard ['Uqbah bin 'Amir] say, "When the verse was revealed: 'FASABBIH BISMIRABBIKAL 'AZHIIM (So glorify yourself by (mentioning) the name of your Rabb, the Greatest)' (Qs.?Al Waaqi'ah: 74), Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to us: "Make that verse be in your bows." Then after the verse was revealed: 'SABBIHISMA RABBIKAL A'LAA (Sanctify the name of your Lord, the Most High)' (Qs.? Al A'laa: 1), he said: "Make that verse be in your prostration." It has been reported to us [Sa'id bin 'Amir] from [Syu'bah] from [Sulaiman] from [Al Mustaurid] from [Shilah bin Zufar] from [Hudzaifah], that he once prayed with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam one night, in his bowing he read: 'SUBHAANA RABBIYAL 'AZHIIM (Glory be to Allah, the Most Great Rabb), and in his prostration he read: SUBHAANA RABBIYAL A'LAA (Glory be to Allah, Rabb the Most High). And he did not read the verse that contained mercy unless he stopped at it and prayed, and he did not read the verse about punishment unless he asked for protection." (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] has told us [Abu 'Amir Al 'Aqadi] has told us [Fulaih bin Sulaiman] from [Abbas bin Sahl] he said, "Muhammad bin Maslamah, Abu Usaid, Abu Humaid, and Sahl bin Sa'd gathered together as one, then they said the prayer of the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam.
