Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنْ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ لَمْ يَمْنَعْهُ عَنْ الْحَجِّ حَاجَةٌ ظَاهِرَةٌ أَوْ God willing فَلْيَمُتْ إِنْ شَاءَ يَهُودِيًّا وَإِنْ شَاءَ نَصْرَانِيًّا. Has reported to us [Yazid bin Harun] from [Sharik] from [Laits] from [Abdurrahman bin Sabith] from [Abu Umamah], he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever is not prevented from performing the Hajj by a clear desire or by a tyrannical ruler or disease that is holding him back, then he dies and has not yet performed the Hajj, it is possible that he died as a Jew or as a Christian." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing أَبُو إِسْحَقَ حَجَّ قَبْلَ هِجْرَتِهِ حَجَّةً. Has told us [Mujahid bin Musa] has told us [Yahya bin Adam] has told us [Zuhair] from [Abu Ishaq], he said; I heard [Zaid bin Arqam] say; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam performed the Hajj once after the hijrah." The narrator said; Abu Ishaq said; "He performed Hajj once before emigrating." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 3rd Hadith. God willing on may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَاحِدَةً وَاعْتَمَرَ أَرْبَعًا عُمْرَتُهُ الْأُولَى الَّتِي may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing حَجَّتِهِ. Has told us [Abu Al Walid Ath Thayalisi] has told us [Hammam] has told us [Qatadah], he said; I said to [Anas]; "How many times did the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam perform the Hajj?" Anas answered; "Once he made the Hajj and four times the Umrah. His first Umrah was when the polytheists prevented him from leaving the Kaaba, and his second Umrah, when they made peace with him, then returned the following year, and the Umrah from Ji'ranah when he distributed the spoils of the Hunain war in the month of Dhul Qa'dah, and his Umrah coincided with his Hajj." God bless you God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمْ الْحَجُّ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ قَالَ لَا وَلَوْ قُلْتُهَا لَوَجَبَتْ الْحَجُّ مَرَّةٌ فَمَا زَادَ فَهُوَ تَطَوُّعٌ أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ نَحْوَهُ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Kathir] has told us [Sulaiman bin Kathir] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sinan] from [Ibn Abbas], he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Hajj has been made obligatory upon you." He was asked; "O Messenger of Allah, is it obligatory every year?" He replied: "No, if I said so, it would certainly be obligatory (every year). The Hajj obligation is only once, and the rest is sunnah." Has reported to us ['Ubaidullah bin Musa] from [Sharik] from [Simak] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] the same as the hadith above. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 5th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهّ God willing وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ God bless you God bless you God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهْ بْنِ دِينَارَ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مِثْلَهُ. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdullah bin Yunus] has told us [Malik] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam has made Dzal Hulaifah the miqat of the people of Medina, Juhfah the miqat of the people of Sham, Qarnul Manazil the miqat of the people of Najed." Ibn Umar said; "As for these three places, I have heard about it from Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, and it has come to me that he made Yalamlam the Miqat for the people of Yemen." Has informed us [Ahmad bin Abdullah] has told us [Malik] from [Abdullah bin Dinar] from [Ibn Umar] like the above hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing الْيَمَنِ أَلَمْلَمَ هُنَِ God willing وَََنْ كَانَ دُونَ ذَلِكَ فَمِنْ حَيْثُ أَنْشَأَ حَتَّى أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ. Has told us [Muslim bin Ibrahim] has told us [Wuhaib] has told us [Ibn Thawus] from [his father] from [Ibn Abbas] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has made Dhul Hulaifah a miqat for the people of Medina, Juhfah a miqat for the people of Syria, Qarnul Manazil as a miqat for the people of Najed, Alamlam as a miqat for the people of Yemen, These places are for their residents and for everyone who comes to them from outside these places, for people who want to perform Hajj and Umrah. Whoever lives outside these miqats, then the place is the location he uses to start the Hajj, up to the residents of Makkah from Makkah itself." (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Ibn 'Uyainah] from [Zaid bin Aslam] from [Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Hunain] from [his father], he said; Al Miswar bin Makharamah and Ibn Abbas had a dispute regarding people who wash their heads when in ihram, then they sent me to [Abu Ayyub Al Ansari], so that I ask him; "How did you see the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam washing his head when he was in ihram?" So I came to see Abu Ayyub, at that time he was between the two sides of the well, covered with a cloth, I said hello to him, but he pulled the cloth closer." I say; "Your brother's son, Ibn Abbas, has sent me to meet you, asking how you saw the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam washing his head (when in ihram)?" Then he gave a signal by moving his hands above his head forward and backward. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 8th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عَبْدُ اللَّهْ الزِّنَادْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ تَجَرَّدَ لِلْإِهْلَالِ وَاغْتَسَلَ. It has been reported to us [Abdullah bin Abu Ziyad] has told us [Abdullah bin Ya'qub Al Madani] from [Ibn Abu Az Zinad] from [his father] from [Kharijah bin Zaid bin Thabit] from [his father] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam took off his sewn clothes when he was about to perform ihram, then he took a bath." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 9th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مَبْرُورَةٌ لَيْسَ لَهَا ثَوَابٌ إِلَّا الْجَنَّةُ وَعُمْرَتَانِ تُكَفِّرَانِ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا مِنْ الذُّنُوبِ. It has been reported to us ['Ubaidullah bin Musa] from [Sufyan] from [Sumay] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There is no reward for a pilgrim who is mabrur except Heaven, and two Umrahs will wipe out the sins between them." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 10th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God bless you يَرْفُثْ وَلَمْ يَفْسُقْ رَجَعَ كَمَا وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ. Has told us [Abu Al Walid Ath Thayalisi] has told us [Syu'bah] has told me [Mansur], he said; I heard [Abu Hazim] narrate from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he said: "Whoever makes the pilgrimage to the House of Allah, does not speak dirty words and does not commit evil, then he returns as when he was born by his mother." God willing God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهْ God willing God willing. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al 'Ala`] has told us [Muhammad bin Isma'il bin Abu Fudaik] from [Adh Dhahhak bin Uthman] from [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] from [Abdurrahman bin Yarbu'] from [Abu Bakr], he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was asked; "What is the most important Hajj?" He said: "Al 'ajju, and ats Tsajju. Al 'Ajju means saying talbiyah, while ats tsajju means flowing blood (sacrificial animals)." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 12th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَسَلَّمَ مَا نَلْبَسُ مِنْ الثِّيَابِ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا قَالَ لَا تَلْبَسُوا الْقُمُصَ وَلَا السَّرَاوِيلَاتِ وَلَا God willing يَكُونَ أَحَدٌ لَيْسَتْ لَهُ نَعْلَانِ فَلْيَلْبَسْ الْخُفَّيْنّ وَلَا تَلْبَسُوا مِنْ الثِّيَابِ شَيْئًا مَسَّهُ وَرْسٌ وَلَا زَعْفَرَانٌ. Has informed us [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Yahya] namely Ibn Sa'id from [Umar bin Nafi'] from [His father] from [Ibn Umar] that a man asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam; "What clothes should we wear when in ihram?" He answered: "Do not wear robes, trousers, turbans, long shirts that cover your head, and shoes, unless a person does not have two sandals, then he may wear shoes and cut them below the ankles, and do not wear clothes that are stained with sane, and Za'faran." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 13th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ إِزَارًا فَلْيَلْبَسْ God willing خُفَّيْنِ قَالَ قُلْتُ أَوْ قِيلَ أَيَقْطَعُهُمَا قَالَ لَا. It has been reported to us [Abu 'Ashim] from [Ibnu Juraij] from ['Amru bin Dinar] from [Abu Asy Sya'tsa`], has informed me [Ibnu Abbas] that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Whoever does not get a sarong, he should wear trousers, and whoever does not get sandals, he should wear shoes." Ibn Abbas said; I asked -or he was asked; "Should he cut off the shoes?" He answered: "No." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 14th Hadith. God bless you نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. لَا يَلْبَسُ الْقُمُصَ وَلَا الْعَمَائِمَ وَلَا Allah's blessings God willing وَيَقْطَعَهُمَا أَسْفَلَ مِنْ الْكَعْبَيْنِ. Has told us [Khalid bin Makhlad] has told us [Malik] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam was asked what clothes a person wearing ihram should wear?" He said: "He should not wear a robe, a turban, trousers, a long shirt that covers the head, and shoes, except that if he cannot find two sandals, he should wear shoes and cut them below both ankles." God willing Allah's blessings يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ. Has told us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] from [His father] from ['Aisyah] that he said; "I once gave the best perfume to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam before entering ihram." The narrator said; ['Urwah] told us; "Use perfume before performing ihram and before Tawaf Ifadhah on the day of Sacrifice." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 16th Hadith. God willing God willing Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings بِأَطْيَبِ مَا أَجِدُهُ. Has told us [Abdullah bin Salih] has told me [Al Laits] from [Hisham] from [Uthman bin 'Urwah] from ['Urwah] from ['Aisyah], he said; "I once gave the best perfume I could find to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when I was in ihram." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 17th Hadith. God bless you قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وَطَيَّبْتُهُ بِمِنًى قَبْلَ أَنْ يُفِيضَ. It has been reported to us that [Yazid bin Harun] and [Ja'far bin 'Aun] both said; had told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] that [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] had informed him from [his father], he said; I heard ['Aisyah radiallahu 'anha] say; "I once gave perfume to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam for his ihram and I gave him perfume in Mina before he left for the Kaaba." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 18th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ. Has told me [Uthman bin Muhammad] has told us ['Abdah] from ['Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] from [his father] from ['Aisyah], he said; Asma` experienced parturition because she gave birth to Muhammad bin Abu Bakr under a tree, then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered Abu Bakr to have Asma` bathe and perform talbiyah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 19th hadith. God bless you سَعِيدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ God willing نُفِسَتْ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ. "It has been reported to us that [Uthman bin Muhammad] has told us [Jarir] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Ja'far bin Muhammad] from [his father] from [Jabir] in the hadith of Asma` bint 'Umais, when she was postpartum due to giving birth in Dzul Hulaifah, then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered Abu Bakr to have Asma` bathe and perform talbiyah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 20th hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحْرَمَ دُبُرَ الصَّلَاِ. It has been reported to us ['Amru bin 'Aun] has reported to us [Abdussalam bin Harb] from [Khushaif] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas may Allah be pleased with him] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was in ihram after performing the prayer." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God willing مَالِكٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحْرَمَ أَوْ أَهَلَّ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلَاةِ. Having informed us [Ishaq], he said; has informed us [An Nadhr, namely Ibn Syumail] has informed us [Ash'ath] from [Al Hasan] from [Anas bin Malik] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ihram or talbiyah after prayer." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ لَا God willing كَانَ يَزِيدُ هَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ لَبَّيْكَ وَالرَّغْبَاءُ God. It has been reported to us [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Yahya, namely Ibn Sa'id] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam attained talbiyah, he said; LABBAIKALLAAHUMMA LABBAIK, LABBAIKA LAA SYARIIKA LAKA LABBAIK INNAL HAMDA WAN NI'MATA WAL MULKA LAA SYARII KALAK. (O Allah, I fulfill Your call, I fulfill Your call, I fulfill Your call. There is no partner for You, I fulfill Your call, indeed all praise, enjoyment and the whole kingdom is Yours, there is no partner for You)." [Yahya] said; [Nafi'] mentioned that [Ibn Umar] added these words with the editor: "LABBAIKA WAR RAGHBAAU ILAIK, WAL 'AMALU LABBAIK, LABBAIK." (I fulfill Your call, and hope and deeds are directed to You, I fulfill Your call, I fulfill Your call)." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 23rd Hadith. God bless you عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْن God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind أَصْحَابَكَ أَوْ مَنْ مَعَكَ أَنْ يَرْفَعُوْ God willing God bless you أَبِي بَكْرٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ. Has told us [Khalid bin Makhlad] has told us [Malik] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr] from [Khallad bin As Sa`ib] from [His father], he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Jibril came to me, then he said: "Order your friends or people who are with you to raise your voice when doing talbiyah, or ihlal." Has told us [Uthman bin Muhammad] has told us [Ibn 'Uyainah] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr] with a sanad like the above hadith." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 24th Hadith. God willing يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ خَبَّابٍ قَالَ فَحَدَّثْتُ God willing بِنْتَ الزُّبَيْرْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قُولِي لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ وَمَحِلِّي حَيْثُ تَحْبِسُنِي فَإِنَّ لَكِ عَلَى رَبِّكِ مَا اسْتَثْنَيْتِ. Has told us [Abu An Nu'man] has told us [Thabit bin Yazid] has told us [Hilal bin Khabbab], he said; then I told [Ikrimah] then he told me from [Ibn Abbas] that Dluba'ah bint Az Zubair bin Abdul Muththalib came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said; "O Messenger of Allah, I really want to perform Hajj, how should I say it?" He said: "Say; LABBAIKALLAAHUMMA LABBAIK WA MAHALLII HAITSU TAHBISUNII (O Allah, I fulfill Your call, I fulfill Your call, and my place is where You hold me)." Verily, for you is your Lord what you have excluded." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 25th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَفْرَدَ الْحَجَّ. "Has informed us [Khalid bin Makhlad] has told us [Malik] from [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] from [his father] from ['Aisyah radliallahu 'anha] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam performed the Ifard Hajj." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 26th Hadith. God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind يَنْفَعَكَ بِهِ بَعْدُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ يُسَلَّمُ عَلَيَّ وَإِنَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you يَنْزِلْ فِيهَا كِتَابٌ قَالَ رَجُلٌ بِرَأْيِهِ مَا بَدَا لَهُ. Has told us [Sulaiman bin Harb] has told us [Abu Hilal] has told us [Qatadah] from [Mutharrif], he said; [Imran bin Hushain] said; I will convey a hadith to you, may Allah benefit you, in fact I was once greeted (by the Angels), and Ibn Ziyad ordered me to do kai (healing with a hot iron), apparently (the greetings of the Angels) were blocked from me until the kay marks disappeared. And know that the mut'ah pilgrimage is halal in the Book of Allah, no prophet has prohibited it and no book has been revealed to prohibit it. And people speak using their opinions as they please." God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing قَدْ كَانَ عُمَرُ يَنْهَى عَنْهَا فَأَنْتَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ عُمَرُ خَيْرٌ مِنِّي وَقَدْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ. Has told us [Ahmad bin Khalid] has told us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Az Zuhri] from [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Naufal], he said; "I heard Mu'awiyah ask [Sa'd bin Malik] in the year of Hajj; "What do you think about the tamattu' Hajj by combining the Umrah with the Hajj?" Sa'd answered; "That's a good thing." Then he said; "But Umar once forbade it, it seems you are better than Umar." Sa'd chimed in; "In fact, Umar was better than me, and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did that, while he was better than Umar." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 28th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ حَجَّ وَهُوَ مُنِيخٌ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ فَقَالَ لِي أَحَجَجْتَ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ كَيْفَ أَهْلَلْتَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لَبَّيْكَ بِإِهْلَالٍ كَإِهْلَالِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهْ God willing فَطُفْتُ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ثُمَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing لِي رَجُلٌ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ رُوَيْدًا بَعْضَ فُتْيَاكَ فَإِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثَ أَمِيرُ God bless you God bless you فَإِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَادِمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ فَِهِ فَأْتَمُّوا فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ أَتَيْتُهُ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ إِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ يَأْمُرُ بِالتَّمَامِ وَإِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهّ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ. Has told us [Sahl bin Hammad] has told us [Syu'bah] has told us [Qais bin Muslim] from [Thariq] from [Abu Musa], he said; "I came to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when he was performing the Hajj, at that time the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam stopped at Bathha`. Then he asked me: "Are you performing the Hajj?" said: "You are right, go and do tawaf at the Ka'bah and (sa'i) at the Shafa and Marwah, after that pray to Allah." Abu Musa said; then I did tawaf at the Kaaba, as well as at the Safa and Marwah, then I met a woman from Bani Qais (namely his wife - pent), then she cleaned the lice from my head Qais, be careful with some of your fatwas. In fact, you do not know what Amir al-mu'minin did in the matter of rituals after you." I immediately said: "O people, whoever we have given a fatwa to, he should not be in a hurry, because in fact [Amir al-mu'minin] will come to you, so follow him." When Amir al-mu'minin Umar arrived, I immediately met him, and told him about the matter, he then answered: "If we take the Book of Allah, Allah has indeed commanded us to do it perfectly, but if we take the sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, in fact the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did not wait until the sacrificial animal arrived at its place." Abdullah said; "wild dogs," while some others said; "Black dogs." Having reported to us [Abdurrazaq], he said; [some of our friends] said that [Ma'mar] mentioned it from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [his father] and from ['Urwah] from ['Aisyah] radliallahu 'anha from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam." Has told us [Sulaiman bin Harb] has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Nubaih bin Wahb] that a Quraish man proposed to [Aban bin Uthman] - he was a Hajj guide that season - Aban said; "I don't think you are a genuine Bedouin, in fact people who are in ihram are not allowed to marry and marry off." Has told us ['Amr bin 'Ashim] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Habib bin Asy Syahid] from [Maimun bin Mahran] from [Yazid bin Al Asham] that [Maimunah] said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam married me when we were halal (not in ihram), when he returned from Mecca, namely in the Sarif area." Then he found a wild donkey, and he stabbed it and ate some of its meat. Then I said: "O Messenger of Allah, indeed I have found a wild donkey, then I stabbed it (slaughtered it)." Has told us [Abu Al Walid] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Uthman bin Abdullah bin Mauhab] from [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] from [his father], he said; "As we were walking, while the other companions were in ihram, - at that time Abu Qatadah was not in ihram - suddenly I saw a donkey, I immediately rode my horse and caught the donkey." Then the companions also ate the meat, even though they were in Ihram, and I did not eat it. Then they came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and asked him about this, he said: "Did you catch him and kill him?" Or he said: "Did you hit him?" They said; "No." He said; "Eat."
