Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ فَقَدِمْنَا God willing God willing God willing أُرْجُوحَةٍ وَمَعِى فَأَتَيْتُهَا وَمَا أَدْرِي مَا تُرِيدُ فَأَخَذَتْ بِيَدِي God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَمَسَحَتْ بِهِ وَجْهِي وَرَأْسِي ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَتْنِي God willing God bless you فَأَسْلَمَتْنِي إِلَيْهِنَّ فَأَصْلَحْنَ مِنْ شَأْنِي فَلَمْ يَرُعْنِي إِلَّا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضُحًى فَأَسْلَمَتْنِي إِلَيْهِ وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ. Has informed us [Isma'il bin Khalil] has informed us [Ali bin Mushir] from [Hisham] from [His father] from ['Aisha] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam married me, while I was still six years old, then we came to Medina and stopped at Bani Al Harith bin Al Khazraj, I was stricken with a fever which caused the hair on my head to fall out, then Umm Ruman came to meet me, when I was in the bandulan with my friends. Then he called me and came to me, I don't know what he wanted. Then he took my hand and stopped me in front of the door of the house, while I was still panting. After I calmed down again, Umm Ruman took some water and wiped my face and head. Then he put me into the house, it turned out that there were several Ansar women in the house. They said; "Hopefully you are in good condition and blessed, and hopefully you get good luck." Then he handed me over to them, then they fixed my situation and no one paid attention except the presence of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam during Dhuha. Then Umm Ruman handed me over to him while I was still six years old." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 2nd hadith. God bless you نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you وَيُمْسِكَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ تَحِيضَ ثُمَّ تَطْهُرَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَمَسَّ فَتِلْكَ الْعِدَّةُ الَّتِي أَمَرَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُطَلَّقَ لَهَا النِّسَاءُ. It has been reported to us that [Khalid bin Makhlad] has told us [Malik] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that he divorced his wife when she was menstruating. Then Umar told this to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Order him to return, and examine her until his wife becomes pure then menstruates, then becomes pure, after that if he wishes, he may keep her and if he wishes, he may divorce her before having sexual relations with her. That is the 'iddah that Allah commanded for women to be divorced for it." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 3rd Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ لِيُطَلِّقْهَا وَهِيَ طَاهِرٌ قَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings حَامِلٌ. Has reported to us ['Ubaidullah bin Musa] has reported to us [Sufyan] from [Muhammad bin Abdurrahman] he said; I heard [Salim] mention from [Ibn Umar] that [Umar] said to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when Ibn Umar divorced his wife. He said: "Order him to return to his wife, after that he may divorce her when she is pure." Abu Muhammad said; [Ibn Al Mubarak] and [Waki'] narrated; "Or pregnant." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 4th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهْ ثُمَّ رَاجَعَهَا. It has been told to us that [Isma'il bin Khalil] and [Isma'il bin Aban] both said; has told us [Yahya bin Abu Zaidah] from [Salih bin Salih] from [Salamah bin Kuhail] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas] from [Umar], he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once divorced Hafshah and then referred to him." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 5th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ طَلَّقَ حَفْصَةَ ثُمَّ رَاجَعَهَا قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد كَأَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ الْمَدِينِيِّ أَنْكَرَ هَذَا God willing بِالْبَصْرَةِ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ. It has been reported to us [Sa'id bin Sulaiman] from [Husyaim] from [Humaid] from [Anas] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once divorced Hafshah and then referred to her." Abu Muhammad said; "It is as if Ali bin Al Madini denied this hadith and said; "We do not have this hadith in Basrah (which was narrated) from Humaid." (Degree: authentic. God willing God willing يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ أَفْصِلُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. لَا يَمَسَّ الْقُرْآنَ إِلَّا طَاهِرٌ وَلَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ God bless you مُحَمَّدٍ مَنْ سُلَيْمَانُ قَالَ أَحْسَبُ كَاتِبًا مِنْ كُتَّابِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Musa] has told us [Yahya bin Hamzah] from [Sulaiman bin Daud] has told me [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin 'Amr bin Hazm] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said; [Al Hakam] said; [Yahya bin Hamzah] said to me; "I explained that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam had written a letter to the people of Yemen that they were not allowed to touch the Qur'an unless they were pure, they were not allowed to divorce before marriage and they could not release it except after purchasing it." Abu Muhammad was asked; "Who is Solomon?" He answered; "I think he is the secretary among Umar bin Abdul Aziz's secretaries." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 7th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي كُنْتُ عِنْدَ رِفَاعَةَ God willing God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Ibn 'Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] he said; I heard ['Urwah bin Az Zubair] from ['Aisyah] he said; Rifa'ah Al Qurazhi's wife came to Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, while Abu Bakr was by his side, while Khalid bin Sa'id bin Al 'Ash was at the door, waiting until he was allowed to meet Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, then Rifa'ah's wife said; "O Messenger of Allah, in fact I used to live with Rifa'ah, then he divorced me with triple divorce. He said: "Do you want to return to Rifa'ah? Not allowed, until he (the new husband) tastes your honey and you taste his honey." Then Khalid bin Sa'id called Abu Bakr, he said; "Didn't you see this woman speaking harshly at the side of the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam?" (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 8th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ or قُرَيْظَةَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَتَزَوَّجَهَا عَبْهُ God willing God willing God bless you رَسُولُ اللَّهْ God willing God willing. Has told us [Farwah bin Abu Al Maghra`] has told us [Ali bin Mushir] from [Hisham bin 'Urwah] from [His father] from ['Aisyah], he said; Rifa'ah, a man from Bani Quraizhah, had divorced his wife, then Abdurrahman bin Az Zubair married Rifa'ah's ex-wife, then the woman (Rifa'ah's ex-wife) met Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said; "O Messenger of Allah, he (Abdurrahman bin Zubair) has no abilities except like the edge of my cloth." Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "It is possible that you will want to return to Rifa'ah. Not until she tastes your honey or you taste her honey." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 9th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَفَكَانَ طَلَاقًا. Has told us [Ya'la] has told us [Isma'il bin Abu Khalid] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Masruq] he said; I asked ['Aisyah] about the khiyarah, 'Aisyah answered; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has given us a choice, but this is not considered a form of divorce." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing الْجَنَّةِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Fadhl] has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Ayyub] from [Abu Qilabah] from [Abu Asma`] from [Tsauban], he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce, not because of something difficult, then the smell of Heaven is forbidden to her." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 11th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ هَمَّ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا وَكَانَتْ جَارَةً لَهُ وَأَنَّ ثَابِتًا ضَرَبَهَا فَأَصْبَحَتْ عَم رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّّ God willing وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ فَرَأَى إِنْسَانًا فَقَالَ مَنْ هَذَا قَالَتْ God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God willing عِنْدَ أَهْلِهَا. It has been reported to us that [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Yahya, namely Ibn Sa'id] that ['Amrah] has told us that [Habibah bint Sahl] has married Thabit bin Qais bin Syammas, then he mentioned that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam used to want to marry her, she was his neighbor. Once Thabit hit him, and at dawn, he was in front of the door of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam in the dark. When Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam came out and saw someone, he said the words; "Who is this?" Habibah answered; "I'm Habibah bint Sahl." He said; "What do you need?," Habibah said; "It's impossible for Thabit and I to get together." Then Thabit came to Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "Take it from your wife and let her go." Habibah said; "O Messenger of Allah, everything he gave, is with me." Then Thabit took it from her, then Habibah lived with her family." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 12th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing فَأَتَيْتُهَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لَهُ فَقَالَ مَا أَرَدْتَ فَقَالَ وَاحِدَةً قَالَ آللَّهِ قَالَ آللَّهِ قَالَ هُوَ مَا نَوَيْتَ. Has told us [Sulaiman bin Harb] has told us [Jarir bin Hazim] from [Az Zubair bin Sa'id] a man from Bani Abdul Muththalib, he said; [had come to me] a hadith from [Abdullah bin Ali bin Yazid bin Rukanah] while he was in his village, then I came to him, he said; had told me [my father] from [my grandfather] that he had divorced his wife completely (triple talaq), then he came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and told him about it. He then asked: "What do you want?" he said; "Divorced once." He said: "By Allah?" He said; "By Allah." He said: "It is as you intended." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 13th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing صَخْرٍ الْبَيَاضِيِّ قَالَ كُنْتُ امْرَأً أُصِيبُ مِنْ God willing God bless you فَيَتَتَابَعَ بِي ذَلِكَ إِلَى أَنْ أُصْبِحَ قَالَ love God willing God willing قَوْمِي فَأَخْبَرْتُهُمْ وَقُلْتُ امْشُوا مَعِي إِلَى رَسُولِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَاللَّهِ لَا نَمْشِي مَعَكَ مَا نَأْمَنُ أَنْ يَنْزِلَ فِيكَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَلَنُسْلِمَنَّكَ بِجَرِيرَتِكَ فَانْطَلَقْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing قَالَ يَا سَلَمَةُ أَنْتَ بِذَاكَ قُلْتُ أَنَا بِذَاكَ وَها God willing God willing فَقُلْتُ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا أَصْبَحْتُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings love God willing سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًـ لَقَدْ بِتْنَا لَيْلَتَنَا وَحْشَى مَا لَنَا طَعَامٌ قَالَ فَانْطَلِقْ إِلَى صَاحِبِ صَدَقَةِ بَنِي or فَلْيَدْفَعْهَا إِلَيْكَ وَأَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا وَسْقًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ وَكُلْ بَقِيَّتَهُ أَنْتَ وَعِيَالُكَ قَالَ فَأَتَيْتُ قَوْمِي فَقُلْتُ وَجَدْتُ عِنْدَكُمْ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الرَّأْيِ وَقَدْ أَمَرَ لِي بِصَدَقَِكُمْ. Has told us [Zakariya bin 'Adi] has told us [Abdullah bin Idris] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Muhammad bin 'Amr] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] from [Salamah bin Shakhr Al Bayadhi] he said; "I used to be a person who often had sex with his wife, unlike other people who had sex with their wives. When the month of Ramadhan entered, I was a little worried about doing jima' at night, so it continued until the morning. So I kept my wife in check until the month of Ramadan was over. In the evening, she helped me, suddenly something was revealed from her, not long after that I had sex with her. In the morning, I went out to my people and told them about it, I said; "Go with me to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam! " They said; "No, by Allah, we will not go with you. We are worried that the Qur'an has been revealed about you or that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has said something about you that will be a disgrace to us. Indeed, we leave you with your own sins." Finally I went to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and told him the news about me. He said: "O Salamah, have you done this?" I said; "I have done this." He said: "O Salamah, have you done this?" I answered; "I have done this." He said: "O Salamah, have you done this?" I answered; "I have done this this. This is I who has been patient with myself, so decide with me what Allah has shown to you." He said: "Free the slave." Salamah said; "I patted the back of my neck and said; "By the One who sent you with the truth, I will not have slaves other than him in the morning." He said: "Fast for two months in a row!" I said; "Nothing happens to me, except when I am fasting." He said: "Feed one wasaq date to sixty poor people." Then I said; "By the One who sent you with the truth, indeed we spent the night without food." He said: "Go to the keeper of the Sadaqah Bani Zuraiq, let him give you and feed sixty poor people one wasaq date, and eat the rest with your family." Salamah said; "Then I came to my people and said: "I found with you narrowness and bad opinions, and I found with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam spaciousness and good opinions, he has ordered that I be given your sadaqah." God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَيْسٍ أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ God bless you وَلَا سُكْنَى قَالَ سَلَمَةُ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ فَقَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ لَا نَدَعُ كِتَابَ God willing لَهَا السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةَ. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Salamah bin Kuhail] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Fathimah bint Qais] that her husband had divorced her three times and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did not provide for her living nor a place to live." Salamah said; "Then I mentioned this to Ibrahim. He says; "Umar bin Al Khathab said; "We will not abandon the Book of our Rabb and the Sunnah of our Prophet because of the words of a woman. And he remains (obligated to) provide shelter and living." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 15th Hadith. God willing حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ أَنَِ God willing God willing أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ. It has been reported to us [Ya'la] has told us [Zakariya] from [Amir] has told me [Fathimah bint Qais] that her husband had divorced her three times, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered her to perform 'iddah at the house of Ibn Ummi Maktum. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing كِتَابَ رَبِّنَا وَسُنَّةَ نَبِيِّهِ بِقَوْمِ God willing God willing God willing نَحْوَهُ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al 'Ala`] has told us [Hafsh bin Ghiyats] from [Al Asy'ats] from [Al Hakam] as well as [Hammad] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad] from [Umar], he said; "We will not abandon the Book of our Rabb and the Sunnah of His Prophet because of the words of a woman. A woman who was divorced three times, for her got a place to live and support." Has reported to us [Thalq bin Ghannam] from [Hafsh bin Ghiyats] from [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad] from [Umar] like the hadith above. (Degree: authentic. God willing حَفْصٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشْ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ لَا نُجِيزُ قَوْلَ امْرَأَةٍ فِي دِينِ God bless you وَالنَّفَقَةُ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد لَا أَرَى السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةَ لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ. Having informed us [Abdullah bin Muhammad], he said; has told us [Hafsh] from [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Al Aswad] He said; [Umar] said; "We do not allow the words of a woman in the religion of Allah. A woman who is divorced three times, gets a place to live and support her." Abu Muhammad said; "I don't think housing and maintenance for divorced women." (Degree: authentic. God willing سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing هُوَ وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عِنْدَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فَذَكَرُوا الرَّجُلَ يُتَوَفَّي God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God willing God willing Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing زَوْجُهَا فَنَفِسَتْ بَعْدَهُ بِلَيَالٍ وَأَنَِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَأَخْبَرَهَا أَنَّهَا قَدْ حَلَّتْ فَأَرَادَتْ أَنْ God bless you فَإِنَّكِ لَمْ تَحِلِّينَ فَذَكَرَتْ سُبَيْعَةُ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَتَزَوَّجَ. It has been reported to us that [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Yahya bin Sa'id] that [Sulaiman bin Yasar] has informed him, that [Abu Salamah bin Abdurrahman] has informed him, that he and [Ibn Abbas] gathered at the side of [Abu Hurairah], then they mentioned that a man died leaving a wife, a few nights later, his wife gave birth. Ibn Abbas said; "Her halal is the last of the two times." While Abu Salamah said; "If she gives birth, then she is halal." In case, the two of them discussed each other. Abu Hurairah said; (In this matter) I agree with my brother's son, Abu Salamah." Then they sent [Kuraib] a former slave of Ibn Abbas to Umm Salamah, then he asked her. [Ummu Salamah] said that Subai'ah bint Al Harits Al Aslamiyah had left her husband dead. Then she underwent nifas several nights later, then a man from Bani Abdud Dar who was nicknamed Abu As Sanabil proposed to her and told her that he had It turned out that Subai'ah wanted to marry someone other than Abu As Sanabil, Abu As Sanabil said to him; "In fact, you are not halal." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 19th hadith. God bless you God willing كُرَيْبٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ تُوُفِّيَ زَوْجُ God willing God bless you اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَتَزَوَّجَ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] from [Kuraib] from [Umm Salamah], he said; "Subai'ah bint Al Harith's husband had died, a few nights after her husband died, she gave birth, so the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered her to get married." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 20th hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing God bless you وَعِشْرِينَ لَيْلَةً فَلَمَّا تَعَلَّتْ مِنْ نِفَاسِهَا God willing عَلَيْهَا فَذُكِرَ أَمْرُهَا لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنْ تَفْعَلْ فَقَدْ انْقَضَى أَجَلُهَا. Hadits ke-25. أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِسْحَقَ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ أَنَّ الْفُرَيْعَةَ بِنْتَ مَالِكٍ أَخْبَرَتْهَا أَنَّهَا سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهَا أَنْ تَرْجِعَ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا فَإِنَّ زَوْجِي قَدْ خَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ أَعْبُدٍ لَهُ أَبَقُوا فَأَدْرَكَهُمْ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِطَرَفِ الْقَدُومِ قَتَلُوهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ امْكُثِي فِي بَيْتِكِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَدَعْنِي فِي بَيْتٍ أَمْلِكُهُ وَلَا نَفَقَةٍ فَقَالَ امْكُثِي حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ فَاعْتَدَّتْ فِيهِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا قَالَتْ فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُثْمَانُ أَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ فَسَأَلَنِي عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَاتَّبَعَ ذَلِكَ وَقَضَى بِهِ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami ['Ubaidullah bin Abdul Majid] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Malik] dari [Sa'd bin Ishaq bin Ka'b bin 'Ujrah] dari bibinya [Zainab binti Ka'an bin Ujrah] bahwa [Al Furai'ah binti Malik], ia telah mengabarkan kepadanya, bahwa ia pernah meminta kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam agar memberinya izin untuk kembali kepada keluarganya. Ia berkata; "Sesungguhnya suamiku keluar untuk mencari budak-budaknya yang kabur, kemudian ia mendapatkan mereka hingga setelah berada di Tharaf Al Qadum, budak-budaknya membunuhnya." Kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tinggallah di rumahmu hingga 'iddahmu habis sampai batas waktunya." Aku berkata; "Sesungguhnya suamiku tidak meninggalkanku di rumah yang aku miliki, tidak pula ada nafkah." Beliau bersabda: "Tinggallah hingga 'iddah sampai batas waktunya." Kemudian ia menjalani 'iddah selama empat bulan sepuluh hari. Furai'ah berkata; Tatkala Utsman mengirim surat kepadaku dan bertanya mengenai hal itu, maka aku mengabarkan kepadanya, setelah itu Utsman mengikuti dan memberikan keputusan dengannya." Hadits ke-26. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ طُلِّقَتْ خَالَتِي فَأَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَجُدَّ نَخْلًا لَهَا فَقَالَ لَهَا رَجُلٌ لَيْسَ لَكِ أَنْ تَخْرُجِي قَالَتْ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ اخْرُجِي فَجُدِّي نَخْلَكِ فَلَعَلَّكِ أَنْ تَصَدَّقِي أَوْ تَصْنَعِي مَعْرُوفًا. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami ['Ashim] dari [Ibnu Juraij] dari [Abu Az Zubair] dari [Jabir], ia berkata; bibiku telah dicerai dan ia hendak menebang pohon kurma miliknya, lantas seseorang berkata; "Engkau tidak boleh keluar." Bibiku berkata; kemudian aku mendatangi Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan menceritakan hal itu kepada beliau. Beliau bersabda: "Keluarlah dan potonglah pohon kurmamu, kemungkinan engkau akan bersedekah atau melakukan sesuatu yang terpuji." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-27. أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ بَرِيرَةَ فَأَرَادَ مَوَالِيهَا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطُوا وَلَاءَهَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ اشْتَرِيهَا فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ فَاشْتَرَتْهَا فَأَعْتَقَتْهَا وَخَيَّرَهَا مِنْ زَوْجِهَا وَكَانَ حُرًّا وَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِلَحْمٍ فَقَالَ مِنْ أَيْنَ هَذَا قِيلَ تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَى بَرِيرَةَ فَقَالَ هُوَ لَهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Sahl bin Hammad] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Al Hakam] dari [Ibrahim] dari [Al Aswad] dari ['Aisyah] bahwa ia ingin membeli Barirah, ternyata tuannya memberikan syarat perwaliannya harus milik mereka. 'Aisyah pun mengadukan hal itu kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. Beliau lalu bersabda: "Belilah dia, sesungguhnya perwalian adalah milik orang yang memerdekakan." Kemudian 'Aisyah membelinya dan membebaskannya. Dan beliau juga pernah memberikan pilihan kepadanya atas suaminya yang juga orang merdeka. Dan Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah diberi daging, kemudian beliau bertanya: "Dari mana daging ini?" Dijawab; "ini adalah daging yang disedekahkan kepada Barirah." Lalu beliau bersabda: "Baginya adalah sedekah dan bagi kami adalah hadiah." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-28. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ خَلِيلٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَيَّ فَقَرَّبْتُ إِلَيْهِ طَعَامًا لَيْسَ فِيهِ لَحْمٌ فَقَالَ أَلَمْ أَرَ لَكُمْ قِدْرًا مَنْصُوبَةً قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا لَحْمٌ تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَى بَرِيرَةَ فَأَهْدَتْ لَنَا قَالَ هُوَ عَلَيْهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَهُوَ لَنَا مِنْهَا هَدِيَّةٌ وَكَانَ لَهَا زَوْجٌ فَلَمَّا عُتِقَتْ خُيِّرَتْ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Isma'il bin Khalil] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Mushir] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] dari [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] dari [Ayahnya] dari ['Aisyah], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menemuiku, lalu aku dekatkan makanan yang tidak ada dagingnya, lalu beliau bersabda: "Bukankah tadi aku melihat kalian memasak (daging) di kuwali?" Maka saya katakan; "Wahai Rasulullah, ini adalah daging yang disedekahkan kepada Barirah, dan ia hadiahkan kepada kita." Beliau bersabda: "Daging itu adalah sedekah baginya dan menjadi hadiah bagi kita." Dan Barirah dahulunya memiliki suami, kemudian setelah ia di bebaskan, maka ia diberikan pilihan (antara meneruskan atau berpisah)." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-29. أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ بَرِيرَةَ حِينَ أَعْتَقَتْهَا عَائِشَةُ كَانَ زَوْجُهَا عَبْدًا فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَحُضُّهَا عَلَيْهِ فَجَعَلَتْ تَقُولُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلَيْسَ لِي أَنْ أُفَارِقَهُ قَالَ بَلَى قَالَتْ فَقَدْ فَارَقْتُهُ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abdurrahman bin Adh Dhahhak] dari [Al Mughirah bin Abdurrahman Al Makhzumi] dari [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] dari [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] dari [Ayahnya] dari ['Aisyah] bahwa ketika Barirah dibebaskan oleh 'Aisyah, sementara suaminya masih berstatuskan budak, kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menganjurkannya agar berbuat baik terhadapnya, maka Barirah berkata kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam; "Bukankah aku boleh berpisah dengannya?" Beliau menjawab: "Benar." Ia berkata; "Sungguh aku telah berpisah darinya." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-30. أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ خَالِدٍ يَعْنِي الْحَذَّاءَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ زَوْجَ بَرِيرَةَ كَانَ عَبْدًا يُقَالُ لَهُ مُغِيثٌ كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ يَطُوفُ خَلْفَهَا يَبْكِي وَدُمُوعُهُ تَسِيلُ عَلَى لِحْيَتِهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلْعَبَّاسِ يَا عَبَّاسُ أَلَا تَعْجَبُ مِنْ شِدَّةِ حُبِّ مُغِيثٍ بَرِيرَةَ وَمِنْ شِدَّةِ بُغْضِ بَرِيرَةَ مُغِيثًا فَقَالَ لَهَا لَوْ رَاجَعْتِيهِ فَإِنَّهُ أَبُو وَلَدِكِ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَتَأْمُرُنِي قَالَ إِنَّمَا أَنَا شَافِعٌ قَالَتْ لَا حَاجَةَ لِي فِيهِ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami ['Amr bin 'Aun] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Khalid bin Abdullah] dari [Khalid yaitu Al Hadzdza`] dari [Ikrimah] dari [Ibnu Abbas] bahwa suami Barirah adalah seorang budak yang bernama Mughits, sepertinya aku melihat dia mengikuti di belakang Barirah dalam keadaan menangis dan air matanya mengalir hingga membasahi jenggotnya. Kemudian Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda kepada Al Abbas: "Wahai Abbas, tidakkah engkau kagum dengan besarnya kecintaan Mughits kepada Barirah dan besarnya kebencian Barirah kepada Mughits?" Kemudian beliau bersabda kepada Barirah: "Seandainya engkau kembali kepadanya, sesungguhnya ia adalah ayah dari anakmu." Lalu Barirah berkata; "Wahai Rasulullah, apakah anda memerintahkanku?" Beliau menjawab: "Sesungguhnya aku sebagai perantara." Ia berkata; "Aku tidak butuh kepadanya." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-31. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ سُلَيْمَانَ مَوْلًى لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فَجَاءَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ زَوْجِي يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَذْهَبَ بِوَلَدِي فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذْ جَاءَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ زَوْجِي يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَذْهَبَ بِوَلَدِي أَوْ بِابْنِي وَقَدْ نَفَعَنِي وَسَقَانِي مِنْ بِئْرِ أَبِي عِنَبَةَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَهِمَا أَوْ قَالَ تَسَاهَمَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الشَّاكُّ فَجَاءَ زَوْجُهَا فَقَالَ مَنْ يُخَاصِمُنِي فِي وَلَدِي أَوْ فِي ابْنِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا غُلَامُ هَذَا أَبُوكَ وَهَذِهِ أُمُّكَ فَخُذْ بِيَدِ أَيِّهِمَا شِئْتَ وَقَدْ قَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ فَاتْبَعْ أَيَّهُمَا شِئْتَ فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِ أُمِّهِ فَانْطَلَقَتْ بِهِ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abu 'Ashim] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij], ia berkata; telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Ziyad bin Sa'd] dari [Hilal bin Usamah] dari [Abu Maimunah Sulaiman] mantan budak penduduk Madinah, ia berkata; aku pernah berada di rumah Abu Hurairah, kemudian seorang wanita datang kepadanya dan berkata; "Sesungguhnya suamiku ingin pergi membawa anakku." [Abu Hurairah] lalu berkata; "Aku pernah bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, tiba-tiba seorang wanita datang kepada beliau sambil berkata; "Sesungguhnya suamiku ingin pergi membawa anakku -atau putraku- sementara anakku telah memberi manfaat kepadaku dan selalu mengambilkan air dari sumur Abu 'Inabah." Kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berkata: "Hendaknya kalian berdua mengadakan undian." -Atau beliau mengatakan: "Hendaknya kalian saling mengundi." Abu 'Ashim ragu mengenai redaksi haditsnya- Kemudian suaminya datang dan berkata; "Siapakah yang akan melawanku terhadap anakku?" Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Wahai anak kecil, ini adalah ayahmu dan ini adalah ibumu, peganglah tangan salah seorang diantara mereka berdua yang engkau kehendaki! " Anak tersebut akhirnya memegang tangan ibunya, lalu wanita itu pergi dengan anaknya." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-32. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مُظَاهِرٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَسْلَمَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْأَمَةِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ وَقُرْؤُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ قَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ مُظَاهِرٍ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abu 'Ashim] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij] telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Muzhahir yaitu Ibnu Aslam] bahwa ia mendengar [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] dari ['Aisyah] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam beliau bersabda: "Seorang budak memiliki dua kali cerai, dan quru`nya (masa iddahnya) adalah dua kali haid." Hadits ke-33. أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَرَفَعَهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي سَبَايَا أَوْطَاسٍ لَا تُوطَأُ حَامِلٌ حَتَّى تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا وَلَا غَيْرُ ذَاتِ حَمْلٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً. Hadits ke-34. أَخْبَرَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ عَنْ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنْ الصَّغِيرِ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ وَعَنْ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ وَقَدْ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ أَيْضًا وَعَنْ الْمَعْتُوهِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami ['Affan] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad bin Salamah] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad] dari [Ibrahim] dari [Al Aswad] dari ['Aisyah] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam beliau bersabda: "Pena diangkat dari tiga orang, yaitu; orang yang tidur hingga terbangun, orang yang masih kecil hingga ia dapat bermimpi (baligh), dan dari orang yang gila hingga berakal." Hammad berkata; "Juga dari orang yang kurang akal hingga ia berakal." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-35. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ بِكُفْرٍ بَعْدَ إِيمَانٍ أَوْ بِزِنًى بَعْدَ إِحْصَانٍ أَوْ يَقْتُلُ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ فَيُقْتَلُ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abu An Nu'man] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad bin Zaid] dari [Yahya bin Sa'id] dari [Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hani] dari [Utsman], ia berkata; aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tidak halal darah seorang muslim kecuali dengan tiga perkara, yaitu; kafir setelah beriman (murtad), berzina setelah menikah, atau membunuh jiwa bukan karena hak, sehingga ia dibunuh." Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنَّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَّا أَحَدَ ثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ya'la] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al A'masy] dari [Abdullah bin Murrah] dari [Masruq] dari [Abdullah] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tidak halal darah seorang wanita yang bersaksi bahwa tidak ada Ilah yang berhak disembah melainkan Allah dan aku adalah Rasulullah, kecuali salah satu dari tiga orang ini, yaitu; jiwa dibalas dengan jiwa (qishahs), janda yang berzina, orang yang meninggalkan agamanya dan memisahkan diri dari jama'ah kaum muslimin." Hadits ke-37. أَخْبَرَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَ صَفْوَانُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ نَائِمًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ وَهُوَ نَائِمٌ فَاسْتَلَّ رِدَاءَهُ مِنْ تَحْتِ رَأْسِهِ فَنَبِهَ بِهِ فَلَحِقَهُ فَأَخَذَهُ فَانْطَلَقَ بِهِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كُنْتُ نَائِمًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَتَانِي هَذَا فَاسْتَلَّ رِدَائِي مِنْ تَحْتِ رَأْسِي فَلَحِقْتُهُ فَأَخَذْتُهُ فَأَمَرَ بِقَطْعِهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ صَفْوَانُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ رِدَائِي لَمْ يَبْلُغْ أَنْ يُقْطَعَ فِيهِ هَذَا قَالَ فَهَلَّا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنِي بِهِ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Sa'd bin Hafsh] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syaiban] dari [Asy'ats] dari [Ikrimah] dari [Ibnu Abbas], ia berkata; Shafwan bin Umayyah pernah tidur di masjid, kemudian seorang laki-laki datang kepadanya sementara ia masih tidur, aki-laki itu lalu mengambil selendangnya dari bawah kepalanya. Katika terjaga, dia langsung mengejar laki-laki itu dan berhasil menangkapnya, setelah itu dia membawanya menghadap kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam seraya berkata; "Wahai Rasulullah, tadi aku tidur di masjid, kemudian orang ini mendatangiku dan mengambil selendangku dari bawah kepalaku. Lalu aku mengejarnya dan berhasil menangkapnya." Kemudian beliau memerintahkan agar tangan laki-laki itu dipotong. Ternyata Shafwan berkata; "Wahai Rasulullah, sesungguhnya tidak sampai harus dipotong tangannya karena selendangku." Beliau bersabda: "Seandainya kamu mengatakannya sebelum kamu membawanya kepadaku." Hadits ke-38. أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Sulaiman bin Daud Al Hasyimi] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ibrahim bin Sa'd] dari [Az Zuhri] dari ['Amrah binti Abdurrahman] dari ['Aisyah] bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tangan dipotong karena mengambil sesuatu yang nilainya seperempat dinar atau lebih." Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abu Nu'aim] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Ayyub] dan [Isma'il bin Umayyah] dan ['Ubaidullah] serta [Musa bin 'Uqbah] dari [Nafi'] dari [Ibnu Umar], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memotong tangan pencuri tameng yang nilainya sebesar tiga dirham." Hadits ke-40. أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ قُرَيْشًا أَهَمَّهُمْ شَأْنُ الْمَرْأَةِ الْمَخْزُومِيَّةِ الَّتِي سَرَقَتْ فَقَالُوا مَنْ يُكَلِّمُ فِيهَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالُوا وَمَنْ يَجْتَرِئُ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ حِبُّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَلَّمَهُ أُسَامَةُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَشْفَعُ فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَاخْتَطَبَ فَقَالَ إِنَّمَا هَلَكَ الَّذِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمْ الشَّرِيفُ تَرَكُوهُ وَإِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمْ الضَّعِيفُ أَقَامُوا عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ وَايْمُ اللَّهِ لَوْ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ سَرَقَتْ لَقَطَعْتُ يَدَهَا. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Abdullah] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Laits] dari [Ibnu Syihab] dari ['Urwah bin Az Zubair] dari ['Aisyah] bahwa orang-orang Quraisy disibukkan oleh perkara wanita Makhzum yang mencuri, kemudian mereka berkata; "Siapakah yang akan menjadi jubir kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengenai wanita tersebut?" Orang-orang yang lain mengatakan; "Sepertinya tidak ada yang berani kecuali Usamah bin Zaid, orang yang dicintai Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam." Kemudian Usamah berbicara kepada beliau. Maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Apakah engkau akan memberikan pertolongan dalam perkara had diantara had-had Allah?" kemudian beliau berdiri dan berkhutbah, beliau bersabda: 'Sesungguhnya orang-orang sebelum kalian binasa, bahwa jika terdapat orang mulia diantara mereka mencuri, maka mereka membiarkannya dan jika terdapat orang yang lemah diantara mereka mencuri, maka mereka menegakkan hukuman atasnya.
