Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing God willing God bless you عَنْ بِنْتٍ وَبِنْتْ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأُخْتِ وَأْتِ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ فَإِنَّهُ or عَبْدِ اللَّهْ Allah's blessings God willing لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ وَلِابْنَةِ الِابْنِ السُّدُسُ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأُخْتِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan Ats Tsauri] from [Abu Qais Al Audi] from [Huzail bin Syurahbil] he said; Someone came to Abu Musa Al Asy'ari and Salman bin Rabi'ah and asked them about their daughters, their sons' daughters and their mothers' and fathers' sisters. They both answered; The daughter gets half and the remaining inheritance goes to the sister. Come to [Ibn Mas'ud], of course he will follow our opinion. Then the person came to Abdullah and asked him about this. He also said; If I don't answer, it means I have lost my way and am not among those who receive guidance. Indeed, I decide something according to what the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) once decided; The daughter gets half, the son's daughter gets one sixth, and the remaining inheritance goes to the sisters. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 2nd hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهّ شِهَابٍ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهْ وَأُمٍّ وَإِخْوَةٍ وَأَخَوَاتٍ لِأَبٍ قَالَ لِلْأَخَوَاتِ لِلْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ الثُّلُثَانِ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلذُّكُورِ دُونَ الْإِنَاثِ فَقَدِمَ مَسْرُوقٌ الْمَدِينَةَ فَسَمِعَ قَوْلَ زَيْدٍ فِيهَا فَأَعْجَبَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ بَعْضُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing شِهَابٍ وَكَيْفَ قَالَ زَيْدٌ فِيهَا قَالَ شَرَّكَ بَيْنَهُمْ. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdullah] has told us [Abu Shihab] from [Al A'masy] from [Muslim] from [Masruq] from [Abdullah] that he once said in the matter of some of his father's and mother's sisters, some of his brothers and some of his father's sisters, he said; Some half-siblings and half-brothers get two-thirds and what is left is only for the men and not for the women. Then when Masruq came to Medina, he heard [Zaid]'s words on the matter, he was surprised, then some of his friends asked him; Will you abandon Abdullah's words? He answered; I came to Medina and found Zaid bin Thabit among those who had deep knowledge. Ahmad said; I asked Abu Shihab; How is that answered? He answered; He divided the wealth according to deliberation between them. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing message لِلْأَخَوَاتِ مِنْ الْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ الثُّلُثَيْنِ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلذُّكُورِ دُونَ الْإِنَاثِ فَقَالَ حَكِيمٌ قَالَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you رُدُّوا عَلَيْهِنَّ. Has told us [Sa'id bin Al Mughirah] from [Isa bin Yunus] from [Isma'il] he said; We mentioned to [Hakim bin Jabir] that [Ibn Mas'ud] said in the matter of some of his half-brothers and half-brothers, some of his brothers and some of his half-sisters, that he gave two-thirds to some of his half-father's and half-mother's sisters, and the remainder went to the males only. Then Hakim said; [Zaid bin Thabit] said; This includes acts of ignorance, namely giving inheritance rights to men but not to women. Verily the brothers' (parts) have been returned to them. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 4th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا ابْنٍ وَابْنِ God bless you love God willing الْبَنَاتِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Ma'bad bin Khalid] from [Masruq] from [Aisyah] that he performed musyarrakah between two daughters, a son's daughter and a son's son; Two daughters get two-thirds and the remaining is distributed according to musyarrakah. Abdullah did not do musyarrakah, he gave the men's share not to the women. He said; Sisters are in the same position as daughters. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 5th Hadith. God bless you God willing يَقُولُ فِي بِنْتٍ وَبَنَاتِ ابْنٍ وَابْنِ ابْنٍ إِنْ كَانَتْ God willing السُّدُسَ وَْ السُّدُسَ. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Abu Sahl] from [Ash Sya'bi] that [Ibn Mas'ud] once said in the matter of daughters and daughters of sons and sons of sons; If the division between them is less than one-sixth, then one-sixth is given to them and if it is more than one-sixth, then one-sixth is also given to them. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God bless you فَقَالَ لَهُ عَلْقَمَةُ هَلْ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ أَثْبَتُ مِنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهْ God willing وَبِنْتِ ابْنٍ وَابْنِ ابْنٍ وَأُخْتَيْنِ. Has told us [Muhammad] has told us [Sufyan] from [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Masruq] that he did musharrakah. So 'Alqamah said to him; Is there anyone among them who is more certain than Abdullah? He answered; Nothing, but I have seen [Zaid bin Thabit] and the Medina clerics dividing the inheritance according to musyarikah in a matter; Two daughters, a son's daughter, a son's son and two sisters. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 7th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ هِشَامٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ فِي Allah's blessings لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا وَأُخْتَهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَإِخْوَتَهَا لِأُمِّهَا جَعَلَهَا مِنْ سِتَّةٍ ثُمَّ رَفَعَهَا فَبَلَغَتْ God willing مِنْ الْأَبّ God bless you God willing تَكْمِلَةُ الثُّلُثَيْنِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Hisyam] from [Muhammad bin Sirin] from [Syuraih] regarding the matter of a wife who left her husband, mother, half-father's and mother's sisters, half-father's sister and mother's sister. He made it from six (originally the problem was six) then increased it to ten (originally the problem was ten). The husband gets half, namely three parts. Half-father and mother-sisters get half, namely three shares. Mother gets one sixth, namely three parts. The mother's brothers get a third, that is, two shares. The half-sister completes one part with two thirds. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 8th Hadith. God bless you مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَزَيْدًا كَانَا لَا يَحْجُبَانِ بِالْكُفَّارِ وَلَا God bless you عَبْدُ اللَّهْ وَلَا يُوَرِّثُهُمْ. It has been told to us by [Muhammad bin Uyainah] from [Ali bin Mushir] from [Ash'ath] from [Ash Sya'bi] that [Ali] and [Zaid] neither of them made infidels and slaves a hijab (obstacle) for other heirs and neither of them was included in the group of heirs. Meanwhile [Abdullah] made infidels and slaves hijab but did not include them in the group of heirs. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 9th Hadith. God bless you الْحَكَمْ God bless you يَرِثُونَ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَحْجُبُونَ وَلَا يَرِثُونَ. Has told us [Sulaiman bin Harb] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Al Hakam] from [Ibrahim] that [Ali] and [Zaid] said; Slaves and people of the book are not in the way and cannot become heirs. Meanwhile [Abdullah] said; They can block, but cannot become heirs. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 10th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing رَأْيَكُمْ فِيهِ. It has been reported to us [Yazid bin Harun] It has been reported to us [Yahya] from [Sa'id] that [Umar] once wrote down the inheritance for his grandfather until after being stabbed, he asked for his writing and erased it. Then he said; You can express your opinion about this part. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 11th Hadith. God willing قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَبِيدَةَ حَدِّثْنِي عَنْ الْجَدِّ فَقَالَ God willing مُخْتَلِفَةً. Has reported to us [Yazid] has reported to us [Ash'ath] from [Ibn Sirin] he said; I said to [Abidah]; Tell me about the grandfather's part. Then he said; In fact, I memorized eighty different issues regarding my grandfather's share of the inheritance. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 12th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ فَرِيضَةٍ فَقَالَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهَا جَدٌّ فَهَاتِهَا. Has told us [Abu Ghassan] has told us [Isra`il] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Ubaid bin Amr Al Kharifi] from [Ali] he said; Someone came to him and asked about the division of inheritance. So he answered; If there is no grandfather among the heirs, then share it. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 13th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace يَكُنْ فِيهَا جَدٌّ فَهَاتِهَا. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Ubaid bin Amr] he said; Someone came to [Ali] asking him about the division of the inheritance. So he answered; If there is no grandfather among the heirs, share it. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 14th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing God bless you يَتَقَحَّمَ جَرَاثِيمَ جَهَنَّمَ فَلْيَقِْ وَالْإِخْوَةِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Ayyub As Sakhtiyani] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [a man from Murad] he heard [Ali] say; Whoever is happy to throw himself into the depths of Hell, then please decide the issue of inheritance between grandfather and brothers. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 15th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing. Has told us [Muslim bin Ibrahim] has told us [Wuhaib] has told us [Khalid] from [Abu Nadlrah] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri], in another narration from [Ikrimah] that [Abu Bakr Ash Shiddiq] put grandfather in the father's position in inheritance. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 16th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ الْجَدَّ أَبًا. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Sulaiman Asy Syaibani] from [Kurdus] from [Abu Musa] from [Abu Bakr Ash Siddiq] that he put grandfather in the position of father in inheritance. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مُوسَى عَنْ كُرْدُوسٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ جَعَلَ الْجَدَّ أَبًا. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdullah] has told us [Abu Shihab] from [Ash Shaibani] from [Abu Burdah bin Abu Musa] from [Kurdus] from [Abu Musa] that [Abu Bakr] put grandfather in the position of father in inheritance. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 18th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing عُثْمَانَ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ كَانَ يَجْعَلُ الْجَدَّ أَبًا. It has been reported to us [Al Aswad bin Amir] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Amr bin Murrah] from [Abu Burdah] from [Marwan] from [Uthman] that [Abu Bakr] made the grandfather in the position of the father in the inheritance. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 19th hadith. God willing يُوسُفَ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ أَبِي God bless you God willing God bless you وَأَنْتَ لَا تُنْكِرُ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَلَوْ كُنْتَ أَنْتَ لَمْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing. Having told us [Ubaidullah bin Musa] and [Muhammad bin Yusuf] from [Isra`il] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Abu Burdah] he said; I met Marwan bin Al Hakam in Medina, then he said to me; O Ibn Abu Musa, has it not been told that according to you, grandfather does not occupy the position of father and you do not deny it? He said; I answered; Even though in the past you wouldn't deny it? [Marwan] said; Because I witnessed that [Uthman bin 'Affan] once witnessed [Abu Bakar] placing grandfather in the position of father in inheritance, if the deceased did not have a father. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ وَعَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ Allah's blessings أَبًا. It has been told to us [Al Aswad bin Amir] It has been told to us [Syu'bah] from [Khalid Al Hadza`] from [Abu An Nadlr] and from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] that [Abu Bakr] made grandfather the father's position in inheritance. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 21st Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ كُنْتُ مُتَّخِذًا أَحَدًا خَلِيلًا لَاتَّخَذْتُهُ خَلِيلًا وَلَكِنْ أُخُوَِ أَفْضَلُ يَعْنِي أَبَا بَكْرٍ جَعَلَهُ أَبًا يَعْنِي الْجَدَّ. Has told us [Muslim bin Ibrahim] has told us [Wuhaib] has told us [Ayyub] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said; [The person] who caused the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "If I could make someone a lover, then of course I would make him (Abu Bakr) a lover. But brotherhood in Islam is better." Namely Abu Bakar, he put him in the position of father, namely grandfather. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 22nd Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing بَكْرٍ جَعَلَ الْجَدَّ أَبًا. It has been told to us [Muslim] has been told to us [Wuhaib] has been told to us [Ayyub] from [Ibn Abu Awalkah] from [Ibn Az Zubair] that [Abu Bakr] put the grandfather in the position of the father in the inheritance. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-23. حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَشْعَثُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ إِنَّ الْجَدَّ قَدْ مَضَتْ سُنَّتُهُ وَإِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ جَعَلَ الْجَدَّ أَبًا وَلَكِنَّ النَّاسَ تَحَيَّرُوا. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid bin Harun] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Al Asy'ats] dari [Al Hasan] ia berkata; Sesungguhnya kakek telah ditetapkan dalam sunnah dan sesungguhnya [Abu Bakr] telah menjadikan kakek pada posisi ayah, tetapi manusia menjadi bingung. Hadits ke-24. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ جَدٍّ وَرِثَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ عُمَرُ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Uyainah] dari [Ali bin Mushir] dari ['Ashim] dari [Asy Sya'bi] ia berkata; Sesungguhnya (posisi seorang) kakek yang pertama kali memperoleh warisan di dalam Islam adalah [Umar]. (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-25. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ أَوَّلُ جَدٍّ وَرِثَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ عُمَرُ فَأَخَذَ مَالَهُ فَأَتَاهُ عَلِيٌّ وَزَيْدٌ فَقَالَا لَيْسَ لَكَ ذَاكَ إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ كَأَحَدِ الْأَخَوَيْنِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Nu'aim] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hasan] dari ['Ashim] dari [Asy Sya'bi] ia berkata; (Posisi seorang) kakek yang pertama memperoleh warisan di dalam Islam adalah Umar. Setelah mengambil bagiannya, [Ali] dan] Zaid] datang menemuinya, lalu keduanya berkata; Engkau tidak boleh melakukan hal itu, sesungguhnya posisimu seperti salah seorang dari dua saudara laki-laki. (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 26th Hadith. God willing God willing Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings السُّدُسَ. Has told us [Ubaidullah bin Musa] from [Isa Al Hannath] from [Ash Sya'bi] he said; [Umar] divided the inheritance between his grandfather along with one brother and two other brothers. If there were more than two siblings, Umar gave grandfather a third. Umar also gave a sixth to grandfather when he was with his children. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 27th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing God willing God willing love فَإِنَّهُ رَشَدٌ وَإِنْ نَتَّبِعْ رَأْيَ الشَّيْخِ فَلَنِعْمَ ذُو الرَّأْيِ كَانَ. Has told us [Muslim bin Ibrahim] has told us [Wuhaib] has told us [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] from [Marwan bin Al Hakam] that [Umar bin Al Khaththab] when he was stabbed, he consulted with them about grandfather's share. He said; Actually I have an opinion about the grandfather part. If you agree to follow it then follow my opinion. [Uthman] said to him; If we follow your opinion, then your opinion is actually correct, but if we follow the opinion of an ash shaikh (a person who is older and understands his religion), then he is indeed the best person who has an opinion. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ كَتَبَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَلِيٌّ أَنْ أَعْطْ بَعْدَهُ. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Uyainah] from [Ali bin Mushir] from [Ash Syaibani] from [Ash Sya'bi] he said; Ibn Abbas wrote a letter to Ali, at that time Ibn Abbas was in Basra; In fact I have been faced with the problem of my grandfather and six brothers. So [Ali] said; Give grandfather one-sixth and don't give one-sixth to anyone after him. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 29th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God bless you God willing. Having told us [Abu Nu'aim] had told us [Hasan] from [Isma'il] from [Ash Sha'bi] about the matter of the six brothers and grandfather, he said; Give one sixth to grandfather. Abu Muhammad said; It seems that Asy Sya'bi narrated directly from Ali. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 30th Hadith. God bless you عَمْرِو بْنّ God willing سَادِسًا. It has been told to us [Sulaiman bin Harb] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Amr bin Murrah] from [Abdullah bin Salamah] that [Ali] put grandfather in the position of brother in the inheritance as long as there were six brothers. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 31st Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing يُشَرِّكُ الْجَدَّ مَعَ الْإِخْوَةِ إِلَى السُّدُسِ. It has been reported to us [Abu An Nu'man] has told us [Wuhaib] has told us [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] that [Ali] gave a distribution of inheritance according to musyarrakah in the matter of grandfather when he was with his brothers as much as one sixth. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 32nd Hadith. God willing God willing كَانَ عَلِيٌّ يُشَرِّكُ بَيْنَ الْجَدِّ وَالْإِخْوَةِ حَتَّى يَكُونَ سَادِسًا. Has told us [Hasyim bin Al Qasim] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Amr bin Murrah] from [Abdullah bin Salamah] he said; [Ali] divided the assets according to deliberation between his grandfather and his brothers, until there were six people. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 33rd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings message prayer God bless you مَعَ أَخٍ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ وَإِذَا كَانَتْ أُخْتٌ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ وَأَخٌ لِأَبٍ أَعْطَى الْأُخْتَ النِّصْفَ وَالنِّصْفَ الْآخَرَ بَيْنَ الْجَدِّ وَالْأَخِ نِصْفَيْنِ love God willing. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] he said; [Ali] once divided property according to musyarrakah with his grandfather when he was with his six brothers. Everyone who has a predetermined share gets their share, but brothers from the same mother cannot inherit with their grandfather, nor can sisters from the same mother. Ali does not give the grandfather's share with the child more than one-sixth unless it is shared with others. He does not give a share to grandfather and half-brothers and half-brothers. If the sister is the same as the father and mother and the brother is the same as the father, he gives the sister half and the other half is distributed to the grandfather and the brother with each sharing half. If they are several brothers and several sisters then he combines them with the grandfather in one-sixth share. (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] from [Sufyan] from [Al 'Absi] from [Abdurrahman bin Ma'qil] he said; [Ibnu Abbas] was once asked about grandfather, then he answered; Which father do you think is older? Hadits ke-37. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى شُرَيْحٍ وَعِنْدَهُ عَامِرٌ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فِي فَرِيضَةِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنَّا الْعَالِيَةِ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَأُمَّهَا وَأَخَاهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَجَدَّهَا فَقَالَ لِي هَلْ مِنْ أُخْتٍ قُلْتُ لَا قَالَ هَلْ مِنْ أُخْتٍ قُلْتُ لَا قَالَ لِلْبَعْلِ الشَّطْرُ وَلِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ قَالَ فَجَهِدْتُ عَلَى أَنْ يُجِيبَنِي فَلَمْ يُجِبْنِي إِلَّا بِذَلِكَ فَقَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ وَعَامِرٌ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَا جَاءَ أَحَدٌ بِفَرِيضَةٍ أَعْضَلَ مِنْ فَرِيضَةٍ جِئْتَ بِهَا قَالَ فَأَتَيْتُ عَبِيدَةَ السَّلْمَانِيَّ وَكَانَ يُقَالُ لَيْسَ بِالْكُوفَةِ أَحَدٌ أَعْلَمَ بِفَرِيضَةٍ مِنْ عَبِيدَةَ وَالْحَارِثِ الْأَعْوَرِ وَكَانَ عَبِيدَةُ يَجْلِسُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَإِذَا وَرَدَتْ عَلَى شُرَيْحٍ فَرِيضَةٌ فِيهَا جَدٌّ رَفَعَهُمْ إِلَى عَبِيدَةَ فَفَرَضَ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ إِنْ شِئْتُمْ نَبَّأْتُكُمْ بِفَرِيضَةِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فِي هَذَا جَعَلَ لِلزَّوْجِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَسْهُمٍ النِّصْفَ وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ السُّدُسُ مِنْ رَأْسِ الْمَالِ وَلِلْأَخِ سَهْمٌ وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمٌ قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَقَ الْجَدُّ أَبُو الْأَبِ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abu Nu'aim] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zuhair] dari [Abu Ishaq] ia berkata; Aku pernah menemui Syuraih, saat itu sedang bersama Amir, Ibrahim dan Abdurrahman bin Abdulah untuk menanyakan masalah bagian (warisan) seorang perempuan yang meninggalkan seorang suami, ibu, saudara laki-laki seayah dan kakeknya. Maka ia bertanya kepadaku; Adakah suadara perempuan? Aku menjawab; Tidak ada. Ia Syuraih berkata; Suami mendapat setengah dan ibu mendapat sepertiga. Ia melanjutkan; Aku terus mendesaknya agar ia menjawab selain jawaban itu, namun ia tidak menjawab selain itu. Maka Ibrahim, Amir dan Abdurrahman bin Abdullah berkata; Tidak ada seorang pun yang datang membawa masalah faraidl yang lebih rumit dari pada masalah faraidl yang engkau bawa. Lalu aku menemui [Abidah As Salmani], ada yang mengatakan bahwa di Kufah tidak ada seorang pun yang lebih mengetahui tentang faraidl dari pada Abidah dan Al Harits Al A'war. Ketika itu Abidah sedang duduk di dalam masjid. Jika ada masalah faraidl yang sulit dipecahkan oleh Syuraih, ia menyuruh mereka kepada Abidah dan ia pun dapat memecahkannya. Aku bertanya kepadanya lalu ia pun menjawab; Jika kalian mau, aku dapat memberitahukan kepada kalian pembagian [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] dalam masalah ini. Ia menjadikan suami mendapat tiga bagian yakni setengah, Ibu mendapat sepertiga dari yang tersisa, yakni seperenam dari harta warisan. Saudara laki-laki mendapat satu bagian dan kakek mendapat satu bagian. Abu Ishaq berkata; Kakek adalah ayahnya ayah. (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-38. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّ زَيْدًا كَانَ يُشَرِّكُ الْجَدَّ مَعَ الْإِخْوَةِ إِلَى الثُّلُثِ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abu An Nu'man] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Wuhaib] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yunus] dari [Al Hasan] bahwa [Zaid] melakukan musyarrakah kepada kakek bersama para saudara laki-laki dalam bagian sepertiga. Hadits ke-39. حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُقَاسِمُ بِالْجَدِّ مَعَ الْإِخْوَةِ إِلَى الثُّلُثِ ثُمَّ لَا يُنْقِصُهُ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Umar bin Hafsh bin Ghiyats] telah menceritakan kepada kami [ayahku] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al A'masy] dari [Ibrahim] dari [Zaid bin Tsabit] bahwa ia memberi bagian sepertiga kepada kakek (yang ada) bersama para saudara laki-laki kemudian ia tidak pernah menguranginya.
