Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace وَصِيَّتِهِ جَازَتْ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد يُعْجِبُنِي وَالْقُضَاةُ لَا يُجِيزُونَ. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Zuhair] from [Abu Ishaq] he said, "A seven year old child from a village once made a will." So [Syuraih] said, "If the child's will is true then the will is permissible." Abu Muhammad said, "That amazed me but the hakim didn't allow it." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 2nd hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَقَ أَنَّهُ or وَصِيَّةَ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ لِظِئْرِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْحِيرَةِ وَعَبَّاسٌ صَبِيٌّ. Has told us [Ja'far bin 'Aun] has told us [Yunus] has told us [Abu Ishaq] that he witnessed [Syuraih] granting the will of Abbas bin Isma'il bin Martsad to his wet nurse from the people of Hirah, even though Abbas was still small." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 3rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing. Has told us [Ja'far bin 'Aun] has told us [Yunus] has told us [Abu Ishaq] he said; [Shuraih] said, "If a small child can avoid the well, then his will is permitted." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 4th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing Allah's blessings أَجَزْنَاهُ. It has been told to us [Qabishah] has told us [Sufyan] from [Abu Ishaq] that when a child of theirs lost his teeth he was called Martsad, he bequeathed to his wet nurse from the people of Hirah the sum of forty dirhams. And [Syuraih] allowed him that, he said, "Whoever is in accordance with his rights, we allow him." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 5th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَوَرَثَتُهُ بِالشَّامِ وَأَنَّهُمْ ذَكَرُوا لِعُمَرَ أَنَّهُ God bless you يُوصِيَ فَأَوْصَى بِبِئْرٍ يُقَالُ لَهَا بِئْرُ جُشَمَ وَإِنَّ God willing God bless you عَشْرَةَ. Has told us [Yazid bin Harun] has told us [Yahya] that [Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin Amru bin Hazm] told him that there was a child in Medina who was facing death while his heir was in Syria. They told Umar that the child would die, then they asked him to make a will. So [Umar] told him to make a will, he made a will with a well called Jusyam well and the owner sold it for thirty thousand." Abu Bakr stated that the child was ten or twelve years old. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind فِي مَالِهِ فِي الثُّلُثِ فَمَا دُونَهُ وَإِنَّمَا يَمْنَعُهُ God bless you فَأَمَّا عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَمْنَعَهُ. It has been told to us [Yazid] from [Hisyam Ad Dastawa`i] from [Hammad] from [Ibrahim] that he said, "A small child is allowed to make a will with a third of his assets or less, his guardian may only forbid him to make a will when he is healthy for fear of poverty befalling him. As for when (the child) dies, his guardian has no right to forbid him." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing بْنِ عُتْبَةَ أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ فِي جَارِيَةٍ أَوْصَتْ فَجَعَلُوا يُصَغِّرُونَهَا فَقَالَ مَنْ أَصَابَ الْحَقَّ أَجَزْنَاهُ. It has been told to us [Qabishah] has told us [Sufyan] from [Khalid Al Hadzdza`] and [Ayyub] from [Ibn Sirin] from [Abdullah bin Utbah], that a young girl was once brought to him, the child wanted to make a will (with his wealth), but they thought he was still small. Abdullah bin Utbah said, "If we find the truth then we allow it." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. ابْنُ عَشْرٍ أَوْ ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً فَأَوْصَى بِيمَتُهَا ثَلَاثُونَ أَلْفًا فَأَجَازَهَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّا يَقُولُونَ عَمْرُو بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ God willing وَمُحَمَّدٍ ابْنَيْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings ابْنَيْهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَيْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ. Has told us [Qabishah] has informed us [Sufyan] from [Yahya bin Sa'd] from [Abu Bakr], that Sulaim Al Ghassan died at the age of ten or twelve years, he also left a will with his well worth thirty thousand, [Umar bin Al Khaththab] also allowed it." Abu Muhammad said, "People say, 'He is Amru bin Sulaim'." Has told us [Qabishah] has told us [Sufyan] of his two sons [Abdullah] and [Muhammad] both sons of Abu Bakr from [his second father] like that, only one of them said, "He was thirteen years old." 9th Hadith. God willing God willing وَصِيَّتُهُ لَيْسَتْ بِجَائِزَةٍ إِلَّا مَا لَيْسَ بِذِي بَالٍ يَعْنِي الْغُلَامَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَحْتَلِمَ. Has told us [Nashr bin Ali] has told us [Abdul A'la] from [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] that he said, "His will is not permissible unless he already has reason, that is, a child who has not had a junub dream." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 10th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الْغُلَامِ وَلَا وَصِيَّتُهُ وَلَا هِبَتُهُ وَلَا صَدَقَتُهُ وَلَا عَتَاقَتُهُ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ. It has been told to us that [Amru bin 'Aun] has told us [Husyaim] from [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] that he said, "It is not valid to divorce a child, wills, grants, alms and release him until he dreams of junub." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 11th Hadith. God willing God willing يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الصَّبِيِّ وَلَا عِتْقُهُ وَم وَلَا شِرَاؤُهُ وَلَا بَيْعُهُ وَلَا شَيْءٌ. It has been told to us by [Sa'id bin Al Mughirah] from [Hafsh bin Ghiyats] from [Hajjaj] from ['Atha] from [Ibn Abbas] that he said, "It is not valid to divorce a child, liberate him, make a will, buy and sell him and other things." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 12th Hadith. God willing قَتَادَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ God bless you God willing فَإِنَّهُ يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُهُ وَيُضْرَبُ ظَهْرُهُ. Has told us [Abu Al Walid] has told us [Hammam] from [Qatadah] from [Humaid bin Abdurrahman Al Himyari] he said, "Talaq and wills are not valid unless they are of sound mind, apart from An Nasywan, namely a person who is drunk. His divorce is valid and he must be punished with flogging." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 13th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ كُلُِ وَلَهُ مَمْلُوكٌ آبِقٌ فَقَالَا هُوَ حُرٌّ و قَالَ الْحَسَنُ وَإِيَاسٌ وَبَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ لَيْسَ بِحُرٍّ. Has told us [Amru bin 'Aun] from [Khalid bin Abdullah] from [Yahya bin Abu Ishaq] he said, "I asked [Al Qasim bin Abdurrahman] and [Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah] about someone who said in his will, 'Every slave of mine is free', and he had a slave who ran away?" both of them then answered, "The slave who ran away is free." While [Al Hasan] and [Iyas] and [Bakar bin Abdullah] said, "He is not free." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 14th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you. Has told us [Abdullah bin Maslamah] has told us [Abdullah Al Umari] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that [Umar] once made a will to Hafshah Ummul Mukminin." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 15th Hadith. God bless you عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنْ لِنَسِيبٍ لَهَا يَهُودِيٍّ. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Sufyan] from [Laits] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that [Shafiyah] had made a will to a Jew who was with him." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ إِذَا أَصَابَ الْغُلَامُ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ God willing God willing. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Zuhair] from [Abu Ishaq] he said, "A child from a village, named Abbas bin Marsad who was seven years old, bequeathed to his Jewish wet nurse from Al Hirah the amount of forty dirhams. [Syuraih] then answered, "If the child is true to his will then it is permissible. It's just that he made a will to the rightful person." Abu Muhammad said, "I also think like that." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 17th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وَأَنَّ لِلْمَرْدُودَةِ مِنْ بَنَاتِهِ أَنْ تَسْكُنَ غَيْرَ مُضِرَّةٍ وَلَا مُضَارٍّ بِهَا فَإِنْ هِيَ اسْتَغْنَتْ بِزَوْجٍ فَلَا حَقَّ لَهَا. It has been reported to us that [Abdullah bin Sa'id] has told us [Abu Usamah] from [Hisyam] from [his father] that [Az Zubair] made some of his house as alms to his children, it cannot be sold or inherited. And for daughters who are divorced by their husbands, they may live in their father's house without disturbing or being disturbed. If he is married then he no longer has the right to live in that house." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 18th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing لِلرَّجُلِ بِدَنَانِيرَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيَمُوتُ God willing هِيَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمُتَوَفَّى الْمُوصِي يُنْفِذُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Al Mubarak] has told us [Al Walid] from [Hafsh] from [Makhul] about a man who bequeathed to another person several dinars in the way of Allah, then the person to whom the will was given died before he took the money out of his family. Makhul said, "The money is transferred to the guardians of the person who was given a will who died to be used in the way of Allah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 19th hadith. God bless you مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الرَّجُلَ لِلرَّجُلِ بِالْوَصِيَّةِ فَيَمُوتُ الْمُوصَى لَهَ God willing God bless you مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ السَّبِيعِيِّ قَالَ God bless you الْحَسَنِ. It has been told to us by [Muhammad bin Uyainah] from [Ali bin Mushir] from [Ash'ath] from [Al Hasan] about someone who made a will to another person, then the person who was given the will died before the person who made the will. Al Hasan said, "It can be transferred to the heirs of the person who was given a will." Having told us [Muhammad bin Uyainah] from [Ali bin Mushir] from [Ash'ath] from [Abu Ishaq As Sabi'i] he said, "[It was told to me] that [Ali] permitted it, as is the opinion of Al Hasan." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 20th hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَجُلًا أَوْصَى إِلَيَّ وَجَعَلَ نَاقَةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهْ God willing عُمَرَ الْحَجُّ وَالْعُمْرَةُ مِنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Al Mubarak] has told us [Abdul Aziz] - namely Ibn Muhammad - from [Musa] - namely Ibn Uqbah - from [Nafi'], that a man came to Ibn Umar and said, "Someone bequeathed me a camel to use in the way of Allah, while now is not the time of war, so I use it for the pilgrimage?" [Ibn Umar] then answered, "Hajj and Umrah are also included in the way of Allah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 21st Hadith. God willing God willing اللَّهِ بْنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهْ أَعْطِهْ حَاجُّ بَيْتِ اللَّهِ. It has been reported to us [Ubaidullah bin Musa] from [Musa bin Ubaidah] from [Waqid bin Muhammad bin Zaid] from [Abdullah bin Umar], that there is someone who wants to make a will with his wealth in the way of Allah, then that person asked [Umar] about it. Umar answered, "Give it to Allah's workers." He asked again, "Who are God's workers?" Umar answered, "People who make the pilgrimage to Baitullah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 22nd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing الْخَرِبِ. Has told us [Amru bin Zurarah] has told us [Jarir] from [Qabus] from [His father] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, a man who does not have the slightest recitation of the Qur'an in his mouth is surely like a destroyed house." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 23rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ مَأْدُبَةُ اللَّهِ فَخُذُوا مِنْهُ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ فَإِنِّي لَا أَعْلَمُ شَيْئًا God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings كِتَابِ اللَّهِ شَيْءٌ خَرِبٌ كَخَرَابِ الْبَيْتِ الَّذَا سَاكِنَ لَهُ. Has told us [Abdullah bin Khalid bin Hazim] has told us [Muhammad bin Salamah] has told us [Abu Sinan] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Abu Al Ahwash] from [Abdullah] he said, "Indeed, this Qur'an is Allah's banquet, so take from it as much as you can. Indeed, I do not know anything that is more empty of goodness than a house in which there is no reading of the Qur'an. Truly, heart in which there is no reading of the Qur'an is destroyed like the destruction of an uninhabited house." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 24th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God bless you God willing وَتَهْجُرُهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَتَحْضُرُهُ ام وَيَقِلُّ خَيْرُهُ أَنْ لَا يُقْرَأَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ. Has told us [Mu'adz bin Hani`] has told us [Harb bin Syaddad] has told us [Yahya] - namely Ibn Abu Kathir - has told me [Hafsh bin 'Inan Al Hanafi] that [Abu Hurairah] once said, "Indeed, the house will feel spacious for its inhabitants, the angels will come to it, the devils will stay away and the goodness will increase if the Qur'an is read in it. And the house will feel narrow for its inhabitants, the angels stay away from it, the devils come and its goodness is reduced if the Qur'an is not read in it." (Degree: authentic. God willing لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ مِشْرَحِ بْنِ هَاعَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing. Has told us [Abdullah bin Yazid] has told us [Ibn Lahi'ah] from [Misyrah bin Ha'an] he said; I heard [Uqbah bin Amir] say, "I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "If the Qur'an were placed on a skin and then thrown into the fire of hell, it would not burn." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-26. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ اقْرَءُوا الْقُرْآنَ فَإِنَّهُ نِعْمَ الشَّفِيعُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّهُ يَقُولُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَا رَبِّ حَلِّهِ حِلْيَةَ الْكَرَامَةِ فَيُحَلَّى حِلْيَةَ الْكَرَامَةِ يَا رَبِّ اكْسُهُ كِسْوَةَ الْكَرَامَةِ فَيُكْسَى كِسْوَةَ الْكَرَامَةِ يَا رَبِّ أَلْبِسْهُ تَاجَ الْكَرَامَةِ يَا رَبِّ ارْضَ عَنْهُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَ رِضَاكَ شَيْءٌ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Ja'far Ar Raqqi] dari [Ubaidullah bin Amru] dari [Zaid bin Abu Unaisah] dari ['Ashim] dari [Abu Shalih] ia berkata, "Aku mendengar [Abu Hurairah] berkata, "Bacalah Al Qur'an sebab ia adalah sebaik-baik pemberi syafaat pada hari kiamat, pada hari kiamat ia akan berkata 'Wahai Rabbku, hiasilah ia dengan hiasan kemuliaan, ' maka ia dihiasilah dengan hiasan kemuliaan. 'Wahai Rabbku, selimutilah ia dengan selimut kemuliaan, ' maka ia diselimuti dengan selimut kemuliaan. 'Wahai Rabbku, pakaikanlah padanya mahkota kemuliaan, wahai Rabbku ridlailah ia, sebab tidak ada sesuatu yang diharap lagi setelah ridla-Mu'." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 27th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَزَارِيُّ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنput عَنْ الْمُسَيَّبْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْكَرَامَةْ فَيَقُولُ رِضَائِي قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد قَالَ وُهَيْبُ بْنُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing تَجْعَلْهُ عَمَلًا. Has told us [Musa bin Khalid] has told us [Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al Fazari] from [Al Hasan bin Ubaidullah] from [Al Musayyab bin Rafi'] from [Abu Salih] he said, "The Qur'an will intercede for its readers until he is clothed with the decoration of glory, then the Qur'an says, 'O my Rabb, add to him,' then the crown of glory is placed on him. The Qur'an says again, 'O my Rabb, add to it, give to it, give to it.' So Allah answered: 'My pleasure.'" Abu Muhammad said; Wuhaib Ibnu Al Wardi said, "Make your reading of the Qur'an into knowledge and don't turn it into charity." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 28th Hadith. God willing God willing هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَِ God bless you يَجِدَ ثَلَاثَ خَلِفَاتٍ سِمَانٍ قَالُوا نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْهُنَّ. Has told us [Musa bin Khalid] has told us [Ibrahim Al Fazari] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Would one of you be happy if he met his family and found three pregnant and fat camels?" They answered, "Of course, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "Three verses were read by one of them. you are better to him than the camel." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 29th Hadith. God willing عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ حَيَّانَ عَنْ زَيْدْ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَ يَوْمًا خَطِيبًا فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَم God bless you God willing فِيكُمْ الثَّقَلَيْنِ أَوَّلُهُمَا كِتَابُ اللَّهِ فِيهِ God willing بِهِ فَحَثَّ عَم God willing مَرَّاتٍ. Has told us [Ja'far bin 'Aun] has told us [Abu Hayyan] from [Yazid bin Hayyan] from [Zaid bin Arqam] he said, "One day the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once stood in a sermon, he praised Allah and worshiped Him and then said: "O human being, I am only a human being, the time has almost come for the messenger of my Lord to come to me so that I too must fulfill Him. And indeed I leave you with two difficult things. The first is the Book of Allah which contains guidance and light, so stick to the Book of Allah and take it." So he encouraged and advised you to stick to it. Then he said: 'I remind you of Allah in the Ahlu of my temple.' He said three times." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 30th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you عَبْدَ اللَّهْ God bless you. Has told us [Ja'far bin 'Aun] has told us [Al A'masy] from [Abu Wa`il] he said; [Abdullah] said, "Indeed this path is filled with devils who always come crying, 'O servant of Allah, this is your path.' Therefore, hold fast to the rope of Allah, indeed the rope of Allah is the Qur'an." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 31st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you فَلْيُؤَخِّرْ مِنْهَا آيَتَيْنِ حَتَّى يَخْتِمَهَا مِنْ آخِرِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَالْمُقْرِئِ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ إِلَى آخِرِهِ. It has been told to us [Abu Al Mughirah] has told us ['Abdah] from [Khalid bin Ma'dan] he said, "Indeed the readers of the Qur'an and those who study the Qur'an will be prayed for by the angels until they finish one surah, if one of you recites a surah then let him postpone reading two verses of the surah until he can finish it at the end of the afternoon, so that the angels will pray for the person who reads and the person being read from the beginning until the end of the afternoon."
