Prophet David

In the small army of Thalut who escaped the test of the river, the young David advanced against the giant Jalut. With the permission of God, David killed him — and after that God gave him kingdom and wisdom and taught him what He wanted.

God gathered prophecies and kingdoms to David, and sent down to him the Zabul, and gave him a sound so beautiful that the mountains and the birds were praising with him in the morning and in the evening.

The Qur’an tells the story of two men who climbed their mountains: the owner of ninety-nine goats claimed the only goat of his brother.David understood the trial behind it, then he bowed down and repented, "Then We forgave him; he has a position near to Us and a good place of return."And God confirmed him, "O David, We have made you a caliph on the earth.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said that the most beloved prayer of Allah is the prayer of David—sleep half night, wake up half night, sleep half night—and the most beloved fast of Allah is the fast of David: fasting day, day open.

David summarized what is rarely gathered: military power, power, the art of vibrant sound, skill of work, and terrible worship. His story affirms that power is the trust of just justice, and that the great man is not the one who never slides, but the one who returns fastest.
