Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عَنْ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنْ الله عليه وسلم ـ الْحَقِّ " ." أَدْبَارِهِنَّ " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdah] said, has reported to us [Abdul Wahid bin Ziyad] from [Hajjaj bin Arthah] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [Abdullah bin Harami] from [Khuzaimah bin Thabit] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed Allah is not ashamed of the truth - he said it three times -, do not come to his wives through the anus (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1924.) 2nd hadith. God willing God willing مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ} .. It has been told to us that [Sahl bin Abu Sahl] and [Jamil bin Al Hasan] both said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] that he heard [Jabir bin Abdullah] say, "The Jews say, 'whoever fucks his wife's genitals through the back, his child's eyes will become cross-eyed'. Then Allah Subhaanahu revealed the verse "(Your wives are your fields, so come to your fields from wherever you wish) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1925.) 3rd Hadith. God willing الْعُثْمَانِيُِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings " أَوَتَفْعَلُونَ لاَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لاَ تَفْعَلُوا فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ نَسَمَةٍ قَضَى اللَّهُ لَهَا أَنْ تَكُونَ إِلاَّ هِيَ كَائِنَةٌ " .. Has told us [Abu Marwan Muhammad bin Uthman Al Utsmani] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Sa'd] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Ubaidullah bin Abdullah] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] he said, "A man asked Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about 'azl, he then answered: "Why don't you do it, it doesn't matter if you do it, because there is no soul who is Allah destined to happen unless it will happen (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1926.) 4th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَنْزِلُ .. Has told us [Harun bin Ishaq Al Hamdani] said, has told us [Sufyan] from [Amru] from ['Atha] from [Jabir] he said, "We once performed 'azl during the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, while the Qur'an was still revealed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1927.) 5th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُم God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا .. Has narrated to us [Abu Kuraib] said, has narrated to us ['Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Ya'qub bin 'Utbah] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudlri] he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbid two forms of marriage: a man marries a woman and marries his aunt (wife) from the father's side, and a a man marries a woman and marries his maternal aunt (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1930.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace God bless you وَلاَ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا " .. Has told us [Jubarah bin Al Mughallis] said, has told us [Abu Bakr An Nahsyali] said, has told me [Abu Bakr bin Abu Musa] from [his father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The wife should not be married to her aunt from the father's side and she should not be married to her aunt from the mother's side (Derajat: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1931.) 7th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing ـ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي كُنْتُ عِنْدَ رِفَاعَةَ فَطَلَّقَنِي God bless you الزَّبِيرِ وَإِنَّ مَا مَعَهُ مِثْلُ هُدْبَةِ الثَّوْبِ . فَتَبَسَّمَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing تَذُوقِي عُسَيْلَتَهُ وَيَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَكِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] said, has told me [Urwah] from ['Aisyah] said; "Rifa'ah Al Qurazhi's wife came to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "In fact, I was once Rifa'ah's wife, then he divorced me and my divorce was finalized. Then I married 'Abdurrahman bin Az Zubair, but he had nothing but like a piece of cloth! " then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam smiled, he said: "Do you want to come back with Rifa'ah? No, until you taste his honey and he tastes your honey (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1932.) 8th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَيَتَزَوَّجُهَا رَجُلٌ فَيُطَلِّقُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا أَتَرْجِعُ إِلَى الأَوَّلِ قَالَ " لاَ ." يَذُوقَ الْعُسَيْلَةَ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] said, has told us [Syu'bah] from [Alqamah bin Martsad] he said; I heard [Salim bin Razin] telling a narration from [Salim bin Abdullah] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam; about a man who had a wife, then divorced her. Then another man came to marry her and divorced her before having sex with her. So is he allowed to return to the first one?" He answered: "Not allowed, until he tastes the honey (having sex with her) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1933.) 9th Hadith. God bless you عَنْ زَمْعَةَ بْنْ God willing ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ الْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Abu Amir] from [Zam'ah bin Salih] from [Salamah bin Wahram] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam cursed muhallil and Muhallal lahu (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1934.) 10th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهْ الْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isma'il Ibnul Bakhtari Al Wasithi] said, has told us [Abu Usamah] from [Ibn Aun] and [Mujalid] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Al Harith] from ['Ali] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam cursed Al Muhallil and muhallal lahu (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1935.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God willing يَقُولُ قَالَ لِي أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ مِشْرَحُ بْنُ هَاعَانَ قَالَ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم ـ " أَلاَ أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِالتَّيْسِ الْمُسْتَعَارِ " . قَالُوا بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ " هُوَ God willing " .. Has told us [Yahya bin Uthman bin Salih Al Mishri] said, has told us [my father] he said; I heard [Al Laits bin Sa'd] say; [Abu Mush'ab Misyrah bin Ha'an] said to me; [Uqbah bin Amir] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Would you like me to tell you about the borrowed goat?" The companions answered, "I will, Rasulullah." He said: "He is muhallil, Allah cursed muhallil and muhallal lahu (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1936.) 12th Hadith. God willing عَبْدُ اللَّهْ God willing God willing " يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ النَّسَبِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Hajjaj] from [Al Hakam] from [Irak bin Malik] from [Urwah] from ['Aisyah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is forbidden from breast milk what is forbidden from the nasab (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1937.) 13th Hadith. God bless you God willing Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ـ أُرِيدَ عَلَى بِنْتِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ فَقَالَ " إِنَّهَا ابْنَةُ أَخِي مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَإِنَّهُ يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ النَّسَبِ " .. It has been told to us that [Humaid bin Mas'adah] and [Abu Bakr bin Khallad] both said; has told us [Khalid Ibnul Harith] said, has told us [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Jabir bin Zaid] from [Ibn Abbas] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was offered to marry Bint Hamzah bin Abdul Muthallib, so he said: "She is my brother's child from breast milk, indeed it has been forbidden from breast milk what is forbidden from nasab (Degree: authentic. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind. عليه وسلم ـ " أَتُحِبِّينَ ذَلِكَ " . قَالَتْ نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهْ God willing الله عليه وسلم ـ " فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ لاَ يَحِلُّ لِي " . قَالَتْ فَإِنَّا نَتَحَدَّثُ أَنَّكَ تُرِيدُ أَنْ تَنْكِحَ دُرَّةَ بِنْتَ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ." سَلَمَةَ " . قَالَتْ نَعَمْ . قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فِي حِجْرِي مَا حَلَّتْ لِي إِنَّهَا ابْنَةُ أَخِي مِنَ God willing تَعْرِضْنَ عَلَىَّ أَخَوَاتِكُنَّ وَلاَ بَنَاتِكُنَّ " . God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing حَبِيبَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَحْوَهُ .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, it has been reported to us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Yazid bin Abu Habib] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Urwah bin Az Zubair] that [Zainab bint Umm Salamah] told him that [Ummu Habibah] told him, he once said to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, "Marry Azzah, my sister, " Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said: "Do you like that?" he answered, "That's right, Messenger of Allah, I don't like it if I enjoy your goodness alone. I would really like it if my sister shared your goodness." He said: "Sorry, that is not halal for me." Umm Habibah said, "Once we were chatting and it seemed like you were going to marry Durrah bint Abu Salamah!" He answered, half surprised: "Binti Umm Salamah?!" Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Sorry, if Durrah bint Salamah is not the daughter of my wife whom I raised from my previous husband, she is still haram to me. Because Durrah is the daughter of my half-brother. Tsuwaibah used to breastfeed me and also breastfed her father, Salamah. So don't offer your sisters and daughters to me." And has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] from [Zainab bint Umm Salamah] from [Ummu Habibah] from the Prophet with a similar editor (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1939.) 15th Hadith. God willing God bless you قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ God willing اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ "" God willing وَالْمَصَّتَانِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Bisyr] said, has told us [Ibn Abu 'Arubah] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Al Khalil] from [Abdullah Ibnul Harith] that [Ummul Fadll] told him, that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not haram to have breast milk once or twice, or once. suction and two suctions (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1940.) 16th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ "" الْمَصَّةُ وَالْمَصَّتَانِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Khalid bin Khidasy] said, has told us [Ibn Ulayyah] from [Ayyub] from [Ibn Abu Awalkah] from [Abdullah bin Az Zubair] from ['Aisyah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Does not make haram one or two reckonings (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1941.) 17th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing فِيمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ ثُمَّ سَقَطَ لاَ يُحَرِّمُ or .. Has told us [Abdul Warits bin Abdush Shamad bin Abdul Warits] said, has told us [my father] said, has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from ['Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] from [his father] from [Amrah] from ['Aisyah] he said, "Including from the verse that Allah sent down from the Qur'an then dimansukh (deleted) is: "Nothing makes a mahram except ten suan or five that understandable (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1942.) 18th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing رَسُولَ اللَّهْ God willing النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَتْ كَيْفَ أُرْضِعُهُ وَهُوَ رَجُلٌ كَبِيرٌ فَتَبَسَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهْ God bless you God bless you وَجْهِ أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ شَيْئًا أَكْرَهُهُ بَعْدُ . وَكَانَ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا .. Has told us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from ['Abdurrahman Ibnul Qasim] from [his father] from ['Aisyah] he said, "Sahlah bint Suhail came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and asked, "O Rasulullah, I saw hatred on Abu Hudzaifah's face when Salim came to see me?! The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said: "Suck him." Sahlah bint Suhail asked, "How can I breastfeed him, even though he is an adult man!" Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam smiled, then he said: "I already know that he is an adult man." So Sahlah bint Suhail did so, after that she came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and said, "I no longer saw anything I hated on Abu Hudzaifah's face after that." Abu Hudzifah was a person who took part in the Battle of Badr (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1943.) 19th hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، . وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ God bless you وَرَضَاعَةُ الْكَبِيرَ may Allah bless him and give him peace وسلم ـ وَتَشَاغَلْنَا بِمَوْتِهِ دَخَلَ دَاجِنٌ فَأَكَلَهَا .. Has told us [Abu Salamah Yahya bin Khalaf] said, has told us [Abdul A'la] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr] from [Amrah] from ['Aishah]. (in another way it is mentioned) Has told us ['Abdurrahman Ibnul Qasim] from [his father] from ['Aisyah] he said, "A verse regarding the law of stoning has been sent down, and the verse about breast-feeding an adult ten times. This verse was under my bed, when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam died we were busy with his body until the birds came in and ate it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1944.) 20th hadith. God willing وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَِي God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَعِنْدَهَا رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ " مَنْ هَذَا " . قَالَتْ هَذَا أَخِي . قَالَ " انْظُرُوا مَنْ تُدْخِلْنَ عَلَيْكُنَّ فَإِنَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ مِنَ الْمَجَاعَةِ " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Waki'] from [Sufyan] from [Ash'ath bin Abu Ash'ats] from [His father] from [Masruq] from ['Aisyah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once entered his house, while beside him ('Aisyah) there was a man. He then asked: "Who is this?" 'Aisha replied, "This is my brother." He said: "Pay attention to who you put into your house. Because breastfeeding is because of hunger (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1945.) 21st Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you God willing God willing " لاَ رَضَاعَ إِلاَّ مَا فَتَقَ الأَمْعَاءَ " .. Has told us [Harmalah bin Yahya] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] said, has told me [Ibn Lahi'ah] from [Abul Aswad] from ['Urwah] from [Abdullah bin Az Zubair] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not breast-feeding unless it is filling (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1946.) 22nd Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace عَبْدُ اللَّهْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing Allah's blessings خَالَفْنَ عَائِشَةَ وَأَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَدْخُم God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَقُلْنَ وَمَا يُدْرِينَا لَعَلَّ ذَلِكَ كَانَتْ رُخْصَةً لِسَالِمٍ وَحْدَهُ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh Al Mishri] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Lahi'ah] from [Yazid bin Abu Habib] and [Uqail] from [Ibn Shihab] said, has told me [Abu Ubaidah bin Abdullah bin Zam'ah] from his mother [Zainab bint Abu Salamah] he reported that the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam were all abusing 'Aisyah, so that they were all reluctant to let any man meet them, as was the case with Salim, Abu Hudzaifah's former slave. They said, "We don't know, maybe it's just rukhshah for Salim alone (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1947.) 23rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing عَمُّكِ فَأْذَنِي لَهُ " . فَقُلْتُ إِنَّمَا God willing " تَرِبَتْ يَدَاكِ أَوْ يَمِينُكِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Urwah] from ['Aisyah] he said, "My sister's uncle, Aflah bin Abu Qu'ais, came and asked me for permission to enter after the hijab was made mandatory. But I was reluctant to accept it until the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam came to see me, he said: "He is your uncle, give him permission." I answered, "It's the woman who breastfeeds me, not the man! " he said: "No, with it you will be lucky (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1948.) 24th Hadith. God willing عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ God willing God willing فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " فَلْيَلِجْ عَلَيْكِ عَمُّكِ " ." الْمَرْأَةُ وَلَمْ يُرْضِعْنِي الرَّجُلُ . قَالَ " إِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ فَلْيَلِجْ عَلَيْكِ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [his father] from ['Aisha] he said, "My milk uncle came and asked permission to come in to see me, but I was reluctant to accept it until the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to me: "Give permission to your uncle," I said, "The one who breastfeeds me is a woman, not man! " he said again: "He is your uncle, give permission (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1949.) 25th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ." إِحْدَاهُمَا " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abdus Salam bin Harb] from [Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abu Farwah] from [Abu Wahb Al Jaisyani] from [Abu Khirasyi Ar Ru'aini] from [Ad Dailami] he said, "I came to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam while I had two brothers and sisters, I married them during the jahiliyyah. He then said: "If you return, then divorce one of the two (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1950.) 26th Hadith. God willing وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَهْبٍ God willing فَيْرُوزَ الدَّيْلَمِيَّ, يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you أَيَّتَهُمَا شِئْتَ " .. Has told us [Abdullah bin Sa'id Abu Sa'id Al Asyaj] said, has told us [Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Salih bin Salih bin Hay] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Abu Burdah] from [Abu Musa] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever has a female slave, he educates her with the best education, he teaches her with the best teaching, then he frees her and marries her, then he gets two rewards. Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ الْعُزْبَةَ قَدِ اشْتَدَّتْ عَلَيْنَا . قَالَ " فَاسْتَمْتِعُوا مِنْ هَذِهِ النِّسَاءِ " . فَأَتَيْنَاهُنَّ فَأَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَنْكِحْنَنَا إِلاَّ أَنْ نَجْعَلَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُنَّ أَجَلاً فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " اجْعَلُوا بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُنَّ أَجَلاً " . فَخَرَجْتُ أَنَا وَابْنُ عَمٍّ لِي مَعَهُ بُرْدٌ وَمَعِي بُرْدٌ وَبُرْدُهُ أَجْوَدُ مِنْ بُرْدِي وَأَنَا أَشَبُّ مِنْهُ فَأَتَيْنَا عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ فَقَالَتْ بُرْدٌ كَبُرْدٍ . فَتَزَوَّجْتُهَا فَمَكَثْتُ عِنْدَهَا تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ ثُمَّ غَدَوْتُ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَائِمٌ بَيْنَ الرُّكْنِ وَالْبَابِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ " أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنِّي قَدْ كُنْتُ أَذِنْتُ لَكُمْ فِي الاِسْتِمْتَاعِ أَلاَ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ حَرَّمَهَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ فَمَنْ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ مِنْهُنَّ شَىْءٌ فَلْيُخَلِّ سَبِيلَهَا وَلاَ تَأْخُذُوا مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئًا " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdah bin Sulaiman] dari [Abdul Aziz bin Umar] dari [Ar Rabi' bin Sabramah] dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata; "Kami bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berangkat untuk haji wada', lalu para sahabat berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah, sesungguhnya hidup membujang telah membuat kami tersiksa! " beliau bersabda: "Bersenang-senanglah (nikah) kalian dengan wanita-wanita ini, " maka kami pun mendatangi mereka, namun kami enggan untuk menikahi mereka kecuali untuk batas waktu tertentu. Lalu para sahabat menceritakan hal itu kepada nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau lantas bersabda: "Buatlah batas waktu antara kalian dengan mereka." aku dan seorang dari sepupuku keluar, ia membawa selendang demikian juga dengan aku. Selendang miliknya lebih bagus dari selendang milikku, namun aku lebih muda darinya. Lalu kami mendatangi seorang wanita, ia berkata, "Selendang kalian sama." Akhirnya aku jadi menikahinya, dan aku tinggal bersamanya pada malam itu. Kemudian di pagi harinya aku keluar sementara Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam sedang berdiri antara rukun dan pintu. Beliau menyampaikan: "Wahai manusia, aku pernah mengizinkan kalian untuk kawin mut'ah, sekarang ketahuilah bahwa Allah telah mengharamkannya hingga hari kiamat. Barangsiapa siapa di antara kalian masih memilikinya hendakah ia membebaskannya, dan jangan kalian ambil apa yang telah kalian berikan untuk mereka (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ الْعَسْقَلاَنِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَفْصٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ لَمَّا وَلِيَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَذِنَ لَنَا فِي الْمُتْعَةِ ثَلاَثًا ثُمَّ حَرَّمَهَا وَاللَّهِ لاَ أَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا تَمَتَّعَ وَهُوَ مُحْصَنٌ إِلاَّ رَجَمْتُهُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَأْتِيَنِي بِأَرْبَعَةٍ يَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَحَلَّهَا بَعْدَ إِذْ حَرَّمَهَا .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Khalaf Al 'Asqalani] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Firyabi] dari [Aban bin Abu Hazim] dari [Abu Bakr bin Hafsh] dari [Ibnu Umar] ia berkata, "Tatkala [Umar bin Khaththab] menjadi Khalifah, dia berkhutbah di hadapan orang banyak, ia menyampaikan, "Sesungguhnya Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah mengizinkan kita untuk melakukan nikah mut'ah sebanyak tiga kali, kemudian mengharamkannya. Demi Allah, tidaklah aku mengetahui seseorang yang melakukan nikah mut'ah sementara dia sudah menikah melainkan aku akan merajamnya dengan batu. Kecuali jika dia mendatangkan kepadaku empat orang yang bersaksi bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menghalalkannya setelah Beliau mengharamkannya (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو فَزَارَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الأَصَمِّ، حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ بِنْتُ الْحَارِثِ، . أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلاَلٌ . قَالَ وَكَانَتْ خَالَتِي وَخَالَةَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Adam] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Jarir bin Hazim] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Fazarah] dari [Yazid Ibnul Asham] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Maimunah binti Al Harits] Bahwasanya Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menikahinya, sementara beliau dalam keadaan halal (tidak dalam keadaan ihram).
