Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you الْعَبْدِيُّ، عَنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings " .. Has told us [Sahl bin Abu Ash Shughdi] said, has told us [Mansur bin Shuqair] said, has told us [Thabit bin Muhammad Al 'Abdi] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The territory of a date palm tree is along its branches (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2489.) 2nd hadith. God bless you قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بْنِ الْيَمَانْ " مَنْ بَاعَ دَارًا وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ ثَمَنَهَا فِي مِثْلِهَا لَمْ يُبَارَكْ لَهُ فِيهَا " .. It has been told to us that [Hisyam bin Ammar] and [Amru bin Rafi'] both said; has told us [Marwan bin Mu'awiyah] said, has told us [Abu Malik An Nakha'i] from [Yusuf bin Maimun] from [Abu Ubaidah bin Khudzaifah] from his father [Khudzaifah bin Al Yaman] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever sells a residence at an unreasonable price (at the general price), then he will not get blessings in the sale (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2491.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you " .. It has been told to us that [Hisyam bin Ammar] and [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] both said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever has a date palm tree or a plot of land, then do not sell it until he shows it to his allies (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2492.) 4th Hadith. God bless you قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا شَرِيكٌ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَرْضٌ فَأَرَادَ بَيْعَهَا فَلْيَعْرِضْهَا عَم .. It has been told to us that [Ahmad bin Sinan] and [Al 'Ala bin Salim] both said; has told us [Yazid bin Harun] said, has told us [Sharik] from [Simak] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever has land and wants to sell it, then he should offer it to his neighbor (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2493.) 5th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدْ God willing God bless you وَاحِدًا " .. Has told us [Uthman bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Husyaim] said, has reported to us [Abdul Malik] from ['Atha] from [Jabir] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The neighbor is more entitled to the shuf'ah of his neighbor (than other people), if he is not there let him wait for him if indeed the two have only one path (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2494.) 6th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing " الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ " .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Ali bin Muhammad] both said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Ibrahim bin Maisarah] from [Amru bin Ash Syarid] from [Abu Rafi'] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The neighbor has more rights because of his proximity (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2495.) 7th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing God willing God bless you إِلاَّ الْجِوَارُ ." " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Abu Usamah] from [Husain Al Mu'allim] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [Amru bin Asy Sharid bin Suwaid] from his father [Ash Syarid bin Suwaid] he said, "I said, "O Messenger of Allah, a piece of land has no division or partnership (in its ownership) except neighbors?" he said: "The neighbor has more rights because of his proximity (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2496.) 8th Hadith. Has told us [Abdullah bin Jarrah] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Ibrahim bin Maisarah] from [Amru bin Asy Sharid] from [Abu Rafi'] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The ally is more entitled because of his closeness, whatever the circumstances (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2498.) 9th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الشُّفْعَةَ فِي كُلِّ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Abdurrazaq] from [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Salamah] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam imposed shuf'ah on everything that had not been divided, if the boundaries are clear and the roads have been divided then there is no more shuf'ah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2499.) 10th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " كَحَلِّ الْعِقَالِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Al Harith] from [Muhammad bin 'Abdurrahman Al Bailamani] from [his father] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Shuf'ah is like removing the shackles (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2500.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ شُفْعَةَ لِشَرِيكٍ عَلَى شَرِيكٍ إِذَا سَبَقَهُ بِالشِّرَاءِ وَلاَ لِصَغِيرٍ وَلاَ لِغَائِبٍ " .. Has told us [Suwaid bin Sa'id] he said; has told us [Muhammad bin Al Harith] from [Muhammad bin 'Abdurrahman Al Bailamani] from [his father] [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There is no syuf'ah for partners over their allies if it is preceded by buying and selling, nor for small children and people who are not present (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2501.) 12th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ضَالَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَقُ النَّارِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] said, has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Humaid Ath Thawil] from [Al Hasan] from [Mutharrif bin Abdullah bin Asy Syikhkhir] from [his father] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The loss of (goods) of a muslim will lead to hell (for those who steal them) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2502.) 13th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God bless you فَرَاحَتِ الْبَقَرُ فَرَأَى بَقَرَةً أَنْكَرَهَا فَقَالَ مَا هَذِهِ قَالُوا بَقَرَةٌ لَحِقَتْ بِالْبَقَرِ . قَالَ فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَطُرِدَتْ حَتَّى تَوَارَتْ ثُمَِ God willing يُئْوِي الضَّالَّةَ إِلاَّ ضَالٌّ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] said, has told us [Abu Hayyan At Taimi] said, has told us [Adl Dlahhak] - Al Mundzir bin Jarir's uncle - from [Al Mundzir bin Jarir] he said, "I was with [my father] in Bawazikh, when the cows were about to stall he saw a (foreign) cow. He then said, "What is this! " They answered, "A cow follows another cow." Al Mundzir said, "Then my father ordered the (foreign) cow to be taken out, so the cow was taken out and went away until it could not be seen. After that he said, "I once heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "No one hides a stray animal unless he (the person) is lost (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2503.) 14th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ God willing God willing وَقَالَ " مَالَكَ وَلَهَا مَعَهَا الْحِذَاءُ وَالسِّقَاءُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. رَبُّهَا " ." "" .” love فَاخْلِطْهَا بِمَالِكَ " .. Has told us [Ishaq bin Isma'il bin Al 'Ala Al Aili] said, has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Rabi'ah bin Abu 'Abdurrahman] from [Yazid] -former slave of Al Munba'its- from [Zaid bin Khalid Al Juhani] -I met Rabi'ah so I asked him, he said; Yazid told me from Zaid bin Khalid Al Juhani - from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said, "He was once asked about a camel that had gone astray, so he was angry and his face turned red, he said: "What business do you have with that camel, it still has legs, it can drink water and eat trees until its owner finds it! " Then he was asked about the stray goat, so he said: "Take the goat, because it is yours, or your brother's, or even the wolf's." And he was also asked about the found item, he said: "Know the vessel and the rope that binds it, then announce it for one year, if the find is recognized then give it away, but if not then mix it with your possessions (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2504.) 15th Hadith. God willing عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing حِمَارٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ وَجَدَ لُقَطَةً فَلْيُشْهِدْ ذَا عَدْلٍ أَوْ ذَوَىْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God God willing يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Abdul Wahhab Ats Tsaqafi] from [Khalid Al Hadza] from [Abu Al 'Ala] from [Mutharrif] from [Iyadl bin Himar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever finds something, let him testify to a fair person, after that he should not change it or cover it, if the owner comes then he has more rights, but if he doesn't come then it is Allah's treasure which He gives to whomever He wishes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2505.) 16th Hadith. God bless you حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ or God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing . فَعَرَّفْتُهَا فَلَمْ أَجِدْ أَحَدًا يَعْرِفُهَا فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ " عَرِّفْهَا " . فَعَرَّفْتُهَا فَلَمْ أَجِدْ أَحَدًا يَعْرِفُهَا . فَقَالَ " اعْرِفْ وِعَاءَهَا وَوِكَاءَهَا وَعَدَدَهَا ثُمَّ عَرِّفْهَا سَنَةً فَإِنْ جَاءَ مَنْ يَعْرِفُهَا وَإِلاَّ فَهِيَ كَسَبِيلِ مَالِكَ " .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us [Waki'] said, has told us [Sufyan] from [Salamah bin Kuhail] from [Suwaid bin Ghafalah] he said; I went out with Zaid bin Shuhan and Sulaiman bin Rabi'ah, until when I arrived at 'Udzaib, I found a whip. They both said, "Throw away the whip," but I ignored them. When we arrived in Medina, I went to [Ubay bin Ka'b], then I told him about it. He then said, "You are right, during the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam I found one hundred dinars. Then I asked him about this, he then answered: "Announce it for one year," so I announced it for one year, but no one knew about it (the found money). He said: "Announce it," then I announced the money again, but no one knew about it. He then said: "Know the vessel, the strap and the number. Then announce it once again for one year, if someone knows about it (give it away), if not then it's like your own money (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2506.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وسلم سُئِلَ عَنِ اللُّقَطَةِ فَقَالَ " عَرِّفْهَا سَنَةً فَإِنِ اعْتُرِفَتْ فَأَدِّهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ تُعْرَفْ فَاعْرِفْ God bless you فَأَدِّهَا إِلَيْهِ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basyar] said, has told us [Abu Bakr Al Hanafi]. (in another way it is stated) Has told us [Harmalah bin Yahya] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] both said; has told us [Adl Dlahhak bin Uthman Al Qurasyi] said, has told me [Salim Abu An Nadlr] from [Busr bin Sa'id] from [Zaid bin Khalid Al Juhani] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was once asked about found items, he said: "Announce them for one year, if anyone admits them then give them. But if no one acknowledges it, then recognize the vessel and the rope that covers it, then eat it if the owner comes and give it to him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2507.) 18th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing لاَ يَذْهَبُ أَحَدُهُمْ فِي حَاجَتِهِ إِلاَّ فِي الْيَوْمَيْنِ وَالثَّلاَثَةِ فَإِنَّمَا يَبْعَرُ كَمَا تَبْعَلُ God bless you Allah's blessings God willing ثُمَّ أَخْرَجَ طَرَفَ خِرْقَةٍ حَمْرَاءَ . God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing love رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ." فِيهَا بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ فِيهَا " . ثُمَّ قَالَ " لَعَلَّكَ أَتْبَعْتَ يَدَكَ فِي الْجُحْرِ " . قُلْتُ لاَ وَالَّذِي أَكْرَمَكَ بِالْحَقِّ . قَالَ فَلَمْ يَفْنَ آخِرُهَا حَتَّى مَاتَ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Khalid bin Atsmah] said, has told me [Musa bin Ya'qub Az Zam'i] said, has told me my aunt [Quraibah bint Abdullah] that her mother [Karimah bint Al Miqdad bin Amru] told her, from [Dluba'ah bint Az Zubair] from [Al Miqdad bin Amru] that one day he went out to the Baqi' cemetery, which is the cemetery he usually uses to relieve himself. Usually people do not defecate except after two or three days. And he defecated like a camel, after which he entered the ruins. While he was squatting to relieve himself, he saw a mouse take out a dinar note from a hole, then the mouse went in and took out another money until it was seventeen dinars. After that, the rat took out a red cloth. Al Miqdad said, "I then pulled the piece of cloth, and it turned out that there was still one dinar left until eighteen dinars were completed. Then I went out with the money to meet the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, and I told him about this. I said to him, "Take the zakat, O Messenger of Allah! " He said: "Take the money home, there is no zakat on it. And may Allah bless you in that dinar." Then he asked: "Did you put your hand into the hole?" I answered, "No, by the One who has glorified you with the truth! " He (the narrator) said, "The money did not run out until he died (Degree: authentic. It has been told to us that [Muhammad bin Maimun Al Makki] and [Hisyam bin Ammar] both said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id] and [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said about hidden wealth: "The zakat is one fifth (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2509.) 20th hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing صلى الله عليه وسلم " فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " .. Has told us [Nashr bin 'Ali Al Jahdhami], has told us [Abu Ahmad] from [Isra'il] from [Simak] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "In rikaz (treasures stored in the ground) there is a zakat obligation of one fifth (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2510.) 21st Hadith. God bless you يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. " كَانَ فِيمَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ رَجُلٌ اشْتَرَى عَقَارًا فَوَجَدَ فِيهَا جَرَّةً مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَقَالَ اشْتَرَيْتُ مِنْكَ الأَرْضَ وَلَمْ أَشْتَرِ مِنْكَ الذَّهَبَ. فَقَالَ God willing فَتَحَاكَمَا إِلَى رَجُلٍ فَقَالَ أَلَكُمَا وَلَدٌ فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِي غُلاَمٌ . وَقَالَ الآخَرُ لِي جَارِيَةٌ . قَالَ فَأَنْكِحَا الْغُلاَمَ الْجَارِيَةَ وَلْيُنْفِقَا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمَا مِنْهُ وَلْيَتَصَدَّقَا " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Thabit Al Jahdari], has told us [Ya'qub bin Ishaq Al Hadlrami], has told us [Salim bin Hayyan], I heard [my father] tell from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "Before you existed, there was a man buying a building, in which this man found a large vessel made of gold. He said to the owner of the house 'I only bought the house from you and didn't buy this gold." The homeowner said; I really sold the land and everything in it." The two of them then met a hakim, the hakim said, "Do you two have children?" One of the two answered, "I have a son, and the other answered, "I have a daughter." Hakim said, "You just marry your son to the daughter and give them a living from the golden vessel, and give alms to the rest (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2511.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you ذصلى الله عليه وسلم بَاعَ الْمُدَبَّرَ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair] and [Ali bin Muhammad], both of them said; has told us [Waki'], has told us [Isma'il bin Abu Khalid] from [Salamah bin Kuhail] from ['Atha'] from [Jabir] said, "Indeed the Messenger of Allah sold a slave mudabbar (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2512.) 23rd Hadith. God willing God willing God bless you يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُ فَبَاعَهُ النَّبِيُِ وسلم فَاشْتَرَاهُ ابْنُ النَّحَّامِ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي عَدِيٍّ .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar], has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] said; "A person from our tribe promised to free a slave and he had no property other than that. Then the Messenger of Allah sold him and was bought by Ibn An-Nahham, a man from the Bani Adi (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2513.) 24th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing الْمُدَبَّرُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ " ." يمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ - يَقُولُ هَذَا خَطَأٌ يَعْنِي حَدِيثَ " الْمُدَبَّرُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ لَيْسَ لَهُ أَصْلٌ .. It has been told to us [Uthman bin Abu Syaibah], it has been told to us [Ali bin Zhabyan] from [Ubaidullah] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn 'Umar] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Mudabbar's slaves are from one third." Says Ibnu Majah; I heard Uthman, Ibn Abu Syaibah, say; "This hadith is wrong, what is meant is the Hadith; "Mudabbar's slaves are from one third". Abu Abdillah said; "It has no basis (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2514.) 25th Hadith. God bless you God bless you عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنْ God willing God willing, God willing " أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ وَلَدَتْ أَمَتُهُ مِنْهُ فَهِيَ مُعْتَقَةٌ عَنْ دُبُرٍ مِنْهُ " .. It has been told to us that [Ali bin Muhammad] and [Muhammad bin Isma'il] both said; has told us [Waki'], has told us [Shariik] from [Husain bin Abdullah bin Ubaidullah bin Abbas] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Wherever someone has sexual intercourse with his slave, after she gives birth to a child he becomes free (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2515.) 26th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ." وَلَدُهَا " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Yusuf], has told us [Abu 'Ashim], has told us [Abu Bakr An Nahsyali] from [Husain bin Abdullah] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said; "Ibrahim's mother was called next to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then she said: 'Her son has set her free (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] and [Ishaq bin Mansur], both of them said; has told us [Abdurrazak] from [Ibn Juraij], has informed me [Abu Zubair] that he heard from [Jabir bin Abdullah], he said, "We sold female slaves who were only used for sexual intercourse (concubines or ladies-in-waiting) and our ummahatul Aulad (female slaves who gave birth to children from their masters), while at that time the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was still living among us and we saw no prohibition in that matter (Degree: authentic. Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ بَرِيرَةَ أَتَتْهَا وَهِيَ مُكَاتَبَةٌ قَدْ كَاتَبَهَا أَهْلُهَا عَلَى تِسْعِ أَوَاقٍ فَقَالَتْ لَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ أَهْلُكِ عَدَدْتُ لَهُمْ عَدَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَكَانَ الْوَلاَءُ لِي قَالَ فَأَتَتْ أَهْلَهَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ فَأَبَوْا إِلاَّ أَنْ تَشْتَرِطَ الْوَلاَءَ لَهُمْ فَذَكَرَتْ عَائِشَةُ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " افْعَلِي " . قَالَتْ فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ " مَا بَالُ رِجَالٍ يَشْتَرِطُونَ شُرُوطًا لَيْسَتْ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ كُلُّ شَرْطٍ لَيْسَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَهُوَ بَاطِلٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ مِائَةَ شَرْطٍ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ أَحَقُّ وَشَرْطُ اللَّهِ أَوْثَقُ وَالْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] dan [Ali bin Muhammad] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dari [Hisyam bin Urwah] dari [Ayahnya] dari [Aisyah], isteri Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bahwa Barirah datang menemuinya. Barirah adalah seorang budak mukatab di sebuah keluarga dengan tebusan sembilan Uqiyah. Aisyah berkata kepadanya; "Apabila keluargamu menghendaki, maka aku telah menyiapkan sebuah perhitungan, bahwa hak perwalian adalah hakku." Maka Aisyah datang menjumpai keluarganya dan mengemukakan keinginannya kepada mereka, tetapi mereka menolak kecuali apabila hak perwalian tetap milik mereka. Aisyah mengemukakan hal tersebut kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, maka Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Lakukanlah!." Lalu Nabi berdiri berpidato di hadapan masyarakat. Setelah memuji Allah, beliau berkata; "Mengapa orang-orang menerapkan syarat-syarat yang tidak terdapat di dalam Al Qur'an. Syarat apapun yang tidak terdapat dalam Al Qur'an, maka syarat tersebut tidak sah, walaupun seratus syarat. "Kitabullah (Al Qur'an) merupakan sesuatu yang Benar, syarat dari Allah adalah lebih terpercaya dan hak perwalian diberikan kepada orang yang memerdekakan budak (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ السِّمْطِ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لِكَعْبٍ يَا كَعْبَ بْنَ مُرَّةَ حَدِّثْنَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَاحْذَرْ . قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " مَنْ أَعْتَقَ امْرَأً مُسْلِمًا كَانَ فِكَاكَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ يُجْزِئُ بِكُلِّ عَظْمٍ مِنْهُ عَظْمٌ مِنْهُ وَمَنْ أَعْتَقَ امْرَأَتَيْنِ مُسْلِمَتَيْنِ كَانَتَا فِكَاكَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ يُجْزِئُ بِكُلِّ عَظْمَيْنِ مِنْهُمَا عَظْمٌ مِنْهُ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Kuraib], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Mu'awiyah] dari [Al 'Amasy] dari [Amru bin Murrah] dari [Salim bin Abul Ja'd] dari [Syurahbil bin As Simth], ia berkata; "Aku katakan kepada [Ka'b], 'Wahai Ka'b bin Murrah! Ceritakanlah kepada kami mengenai Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan berhati-hatilah'." Syurahbil berkata; "Aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: 'Barangsiapa yang memerdekakan seorang hamba sahaya yang muslim, maka ia. dibebaskan dari api neraka. Setiap tulang-belulang dari hamba sahaya tersebut akan memberikan balasan amal perbuatan kepada orang tersebut. Dan Barangsiapa yang memerdekakan dua orang hamba sahaya wanita muslimah, maka keduanya dapat membebaskannya dari neraka. Setiap satu tulang belulang dari keduanya akan membalas amal kebaikan orang tersebut (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2522.) Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُرَاوِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَىُّ الرِّقَابِ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ " أَنْفَسُهَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِهَا وَأَغْلاَهَا ثَمَنًا " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Sinan], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Mu'awiyah], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam bin Urwah] dari [Ayahnya] dari [Abu Murawih] dari [Abu Dzar], ia berkata, Aku berkata, Wahai Rasulullah, hamba sahaya bagaimana yang paling utama?" Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ الْبُرْسَانِيُّ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَعَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Uqbah bin Mukram] dan [Ishaq bin Manshur] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Bakar Al Bursani] dari [Hammad bin Salamah] dari [Qatadah] dan ['Ashim] dari [Hasan] dari [Samurah bin Jundub] dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa memiliki kekerabatan terhadap seorang budak, maka berarti ia merdeka (Derajat: shahih. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Rasyid bin Sa'id Ar Ramli] dan [Ubaidullah bin Juhmi Al 'Anmathi], keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Dlamrah bin Rabi'ah] dari [Sufyan] dari [Abdullah bin Dinar] dari [Ibnu 'Umar], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barang siapa memiliki seorang budak yang memiliki hubungan kekerabatan maka dia merdeka (Derajat: shahih. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Mu'awiyah Al Jumahi], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad bin Salamah] dari [Sa'id bin Jumhan] dari [Safinah Abu Abdurrahman] ia berkata; "Ummu Salamah memerdekakanku dan memberikan syarat agar aku membantu Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam selama masa hidup beliau (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ أَوْ شِقْصًا فَعَلَيْهِ خَلاَصُهُ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ اسْتُسْعِيَ الْعَبْدُ فِي قِيمَتِهِ غَيْرَ مَشْقُوقٍ عَلَيْهِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Mushir] dan [Muhammad bin Bisyir] dari [Sa'id bin Abu 'Arubah] dari [Qatadah] dari [Nadlar bin Anas] dari [Basyir bin Nahiik] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa yang memerdekakan seorang hamba sahaya dengan sebagian hartanya, maka hendaknya ia melunasinya dengan hartanya pula, yaitu apabila ia memiliki harta. Apabila tidak memiliki harta, maka hendaknya diusahakan ada perbincangan mengenai nilai hamba sahaya tersebut yang tidak memberatkan (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2527.)
